On February 5th, 2025, officers were called after an incident happened which led to a woman having a rude attitude and refusing to leave a medical center after being told multiple times. Medical have you got to go. Okay, I'm going to ask you one more time to go. Otherwise, we have five officers out here that'll help you leave. Okay. All right. Step off. Stand up. Stop. Let's go. Sounds like that was the main goal you guys wanted. So, well, they wouldn't even get her out of here. She wasn't even an issue at first. She did that since she got Can you help me throw her on the ground? I'm sorry. So, so was she involved in this initial fight? She just people that was involved. She knows the people. She was apparently, you know, I think one of them was her brother or some story we got to. Okay. Well, we're going to get her out of here. If either one of those two guys want to call us and do any sort of report, that's fine. But with them being gone, that was our goal. So, if you guys need any make sure it's safe. So, I'm just like, "All right, you guys just run her to see if she has a warrant or anything to fight somebody and they were recruits. It did not go well." That was I like that McDonald's. That was horrible. I tried to figure out where he went to. I don't like impatient sight or something. He like I've not seen him in so long. No. Yeah. He disappeared. If you need to change that, don't have to call and talk to come here anyway. I came up here with her. I don't know. I don't even know what the [ __ ] happened in there with them. That didn't have [ __ ] to do with me. I was just 13. I'll let you I'll let you talk to him first. Oh, okay. I'll tell them that. So, take down with force. Um, she was asked to leave by security. Um, she was refusing to leave. Mccclure gave her a very clear directive. If you don't leave, we're going to make you leave. Still sat down. CL went and grabbed on to her. Um, she wasn't standing up, so I went, grabbed onto her arm. We got her stood up. She was kind of pulling away, resisting not going in handcuffs willingly. Um, we there was a lot of hands on her at that point. I had her arm. She started kicking her feet and flat on her feet. Um, and so at that point, we were going to take her to the ground just so she didn't kick anybody or, you know, cause any of us injury. So, we went, we kind of stumbled to the ground, but I would still consider take down force. Just stumble to the ground is not take down force. Take down the force was you forcibly slam somebody down to the ground. Okay. If she's losing her footing and going down to the ground or you're placing her on even with an attempt at Attempting to put her on the ground, that is that is a that that's just an escort down. That's soft control. Okay. Take down is like my deliberate action is to pick you up and SL and you have to complete the action of picking them up and or not necessarily picking them up but actually taking them down force. So then just level two. Yeah, I think unless you actually went forcibly to the ground. Me, like I said, I attempted I kind of put took my front uh my foot in front of her and we just kind of like I said, there was a lot of people in it, so we kind of stumbled down the ground. You can ask I think Hunter had a bird's eye view of it all. Okay. Um but like I said, me I thought it would just be considered take down force cuz I attempted it. is down. I take down forces. I take you and I slam you to the ground. He had one arm. He had another arm. She's flailing. Hey, get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. That That's basic. That is a That is a Okay. She fell a little quicker, but no one went through. Okay. She was mostly her kicking. Yeah, she's kicking and she was getting picked up at the same time. And then just just kind of burn because of all the kicking. It looked like you guys were figured out, but at the same time it was like she all the other juveniles and yeah, that was completely before juveniles either. Okay. She's talking about Yeah, I did escort her out. I wrapped underneath her arm just as she's kicking it on the entire time. So, and would not willingly walk outside. So I I did wrap her up under her shoulder and walk her out here, press her up against the car. So, and I told her wife it's time to go. She said no. Hands on and then rest is there. So yeah, I guess that clear that clears things up for me. I apologize for No, you're No, you're all right. That's a that's a very common one that we get as supervisors. If you want to talk to him, if he was on the other side, but I don't know if he had force on his side. It was definitely not a tick from what I saw, but I don't know if you disagree with the Yeah. Yeah. Think of like think of like WWE like Okay. Taking somebody out that was not She was charged with resisting arrest and battery. Do you think she just felt like being arrogant and rebellious and she just didn't feel like listening to the police on that day?
