on August 9th 2024 officers were called when a pregnant woman did not like being disrespected by her Father which led to her attacking him and then calling the police hello how are you Megan I'm fine going yep what's the relationship father father daughter yeah how old are you 24 24 all right what's going on uh my mom I asked her if she could take me up to Finley miple or miple I don't know how to pronounce it um she was going to take me up there so I can pay some with my fine is your mom here yes okay he gets in my face starts yelling and screaming at me because I'm not doing it over the phone I can't hear sh on my phone my speaker sucks it's easier just for me to go up there give them cash and call a day get my receipt okay apparently that's not good enough for him I don't know what else to say he's going to get up start screaming at me it's not like I was yelling at my mom or anything I mean just hey can you take me up there go pay my fine and show me how to put money in my bank account cuz I made a bank account yesterday and I've never had a bank account okay okay I don't even know how the argument started honestly all I knows he's in my face screaming at me I pushed him back I'm pregnant okay how far Al I'm probably six days 6 to 10 weeks okay I find out officially the 14th okay who what's Mom's name all right other than that that's I mean he kept screaming at me I screamed over him so he coulding hear me I'm like what the I'm not even trying to argue with you gota I'm not trying to fight I have two kids here as is no injuries anything like that they're just all verbal verbal for now okay okay I'll talk to him friendly not friendly I don't know just depends if they don't know you yeah all right let's talk out here if that's all right I thought I got her side I'll talk to Robert what's going on no know she started talking about paying her court fees and getting her right over there and then she wants to get belligerent and jump in people faces and so I yelled back next thing I know I'm get punched in the mouth so then she runs out here talk about I'll call the police on you yeah mouth gotch be on the injury she's a little girl okay I just ask I got to ask it's part of my job all right so verbal argument and then punches you in the face with which hand right or left I can't tell you your right hand or left handed I have a TBI so I wouldn't know short-term memory I just know that's what happened okay anybody else in there see it kids other kids yeah okay 13-year-old and a 15-year-old um did you hear all that yeah so verbal um about paying fines you heard everything I told her she get paid on the phone she didn't want to listen to me about she thinks that if she uses her credit card on the phone you guys are just going to keep yanking money out of the account blah blah blah blah blah blah blah and I had to explain to her that I do it every month for court fees traffic fees so you just told her that you can pay it online she got no I told her she can call the clerk's office and pay it over the phone online she punched you in the face just she just wasn't getting her way and when she gets her way she throw little bit and throws little anxiety attack start putting on just punched her once yeah me and everything else probably but whatever it is what it is you are biological father right okay right I got her side of this door she is uh believed to be pregnant probably yeah okay six 6 to 10 weeks somewhere in there hey Megan stay on out here with us okay all right so got horrible than what happened okay he got in my face yelling him screaming at me okay and you pushed him away you pushed him away I mued him out of my face I don't know what else to say I went like that not like I literally went like this I had my wallet in my hand I went like that to his face chest area his face just go like this get out of my face all right any intentional hit him in the face or just pushing him away I didn't even it wasn't close fist or nothing okay were you trying to cause harm to him I was trying to get him away from me not hurt him just get no okay all right talk to did you hear what she said okay um she said you guys were obviously agree you guys were yell at each other she said she went to push you away face chest area um do you think that's the case do you think she close hand physically tried to punch you she punched me stupid I knowly got punch okay do you think she was trying to physically hurt you always but that's just her all right you willing to fill out a written statement I'm not doing all that it's my daughter dude she has three kids two on the one on the way so she just needs to learn how to keep a mouth shut to be honest all right well in the state of Ohio it's a little different if family members punch each other okay what do you mean there's going to be arrested I don't have a choice now that's up to the state that's what she wanted to do so whatever don't I know how it works trust me I know exactly how it works whatever I can't only get to her by yelling so so that's why I had to uh specifically ask you if she punched you or pushed you she punched me but it is what it is how old are the kids in there can I talk to 15 hey just hey moto just hang before you do that for just a moment I'm going talk to the other kids can they come out if the dog dogs are there hi hi guys did you see any of the incident I gotcha step on out here for me if you can I don't want the dogs out or could be any problems all right so you obviously heard the argument yeah we watched we were in the living room dog wants to be with you yeah so being so what happened from your guys uh all of a sudden my mom she couldn't been taken or something to the train and then she started to yell everybody started to yell and then all of a sudden she started to push on my dad and then my dad started to kind of go at her and start yelling at her still he didn't really put her hand put his hands on her other than just push her once but she did throw a punch out and missed and her wallet went flying somewhere she did that's all I've seen she missed the punch yeah didn't hit him in the mouth yeah he did get hit in the mouth with with a punch or with a push with a punch cuz she was like pushing back at him and she was hitting him while he was trying to get her back and so you did see her physically punch him in the where in the mouth you as well saw that do you guys believe she was trying to hurt him when she punched him yeah she tends to get like this when things don't go away a few days ago who is she to you Sister Sister okay all and Robert is your guys father his father his father okay who is your parent um my mom yeah okay determining on that real quick I'm going read your rights okay you have the right to main s anything say can be Court you have the right to presence of a lawyer afford to hire one one to be hired at no cost to you Megan do you understand your rights cigar that's okay mind she yeah she she's hooked in the front she's all right you here get take my phone you here to get the little ones uh yeah okay we'll go in with you make sure there's no problems oh no he's he oh okay well like go ahead then or finish smoking whatever you got to do got my phone yeah I need to call Marco since I'm I'm going to do I why you're shaking your head at me I'm not shaking my head in general I just don't feel like it's okay for somebody to get in your face and scream and cuss at you and call you stupid reason Co yeah but that's just verbal that don't mean get he was in my face dude just close nose to nose with me once your nose is touching with me of course I'm going to push you to away hit me before I did unfortunately we can't we can't punch him or push him away I didn't even punch him it wasn't close this my wallet was in my hand I literally pushed him out of my face but if he's you know un punched him that's cool I'll keep this in mine next time dead ass I don't know what else to say he put his hands on me in my last pregnancy with my first and he actually Clos this punched me did I press charges no should have well he's not wanting to pursue charges but for the state we don't have a choice we need to arrest when we're called and there's physical he's lying saying that I punched him I didn't I muffed him out of my face it was open hand do you know how long she'll be in there is it's totally up to the judge so there's no bond with the do original domestic violence arrest um you just have to see a judge sometimes they release you immediately sometimes you have to sit a day or two sometimes you sit a little bit till you see them whatever the judge decides I can't answer that personally understand than I normally put them yeah if you can spin them around SP well I mean I got in frer than I normally have it should be tighter it's not going to get any you have details enough to do this or I mean I'll write what everyone else said as long as you can write what Robert said I get his information yeah I got that and after I'll type of supp I talk to her I talk to the kids what's up make sure you search her and check her Pockets where she gets in your car I can see that see what you got in your right hand there you can take it you don't have to station either or you're going with him just make sure you uh search her
