She explained that the suspect became aggressive during the dispute and grabbed her around the neck causing her to fear for her safety. She further stated that she attempted to push him away and defend herself as the altercation continued adding that the situation had completely gotten out of control. According to her statement, she ultimately contacted police because she was afraid the incident would escalate even further. >> See, I got you. I can put I can put my hands behind my back.
