I need to get to my kids, please. My husband hospital is in the hospital. >> He knows how to push me past my limits and manipulate me. >> Mhm. >> To the point to where I finally break. >> This military wife thought she could destroy her husband with lies. But the truth was about to destroy her instead. >> I'm not intimidated by you anymore. I'm not scared by you. There's nothing that you can do that intimidate you. >> Nothing. >> On January 9th, 2023, a man walked into a Georgia police station with a domestic complaint. At first, nothing seemed out of place, but this case was about to take a turn no one was ready for. >> Did you call? >> I didn't call anybody, but I talked to her. >> Right. What happened? So, uh, my name is, uh, can I start? >> Yeah. Yeah. My name is Nate. I live in, um, I don't. >> So, this morning, um, I have an incident with my wife. I'm in the military. I'm not stop. And I already talked to the NPS and I talked to my leadership, my first line supervisor about the incident that happened this morning. >> Mhm. >> And pretty much my wife and I were going through a solutions right now. And she was she was hitting me. >> Okay. I know uh um I I have an idea of what I want to do, but I'm kind of worried about the consequences, but I don't want to kind of lose my career or put myself in a position where where my career is going to be up for that. I already talked to my first line, too. >> Mhm. and he said that he can put me on a bar and all this stuff which is what I'm trying to avoid. When I talked to the MP, they told me the same thing. Even >> the if I'm electing, they pretty much the law um favor the the spouse in this case. I don't know if you're familiar with uh with that part. So, what I'm hearing is just, you know, we we uh we start through the weekend. Mhm. >> Um um result of that um she was she was at the house. She came home yesterday from she's in the reserve. So she come she came home yesterday from South Carolina. >> I wasn't talking to her. I was just I clean the whole house minding my own business. And this morning um I was getting ready to take my kids to to daycare on post and buff and I put them all in the car and I guess she was thinking that we were cool. She was like I was going to the gym in the afternoon and I didn't talk I didn't tell her anything. So she kind like went away inside the house and closed the garage. So I was just getting ready to leave and she opened the garage back and started talking to me >> arguing. Okay. And then she start pushing me and me in the face. And then she start gaslighting me. >> And maybe I was saying things that I was gaslighting her too. >> Like what? >> Like ignoring her because I wasn't talking to her about she was asking about she was like, "Oh, um, I got it on video, but I'm not going to show you until we we finally talk." And then I was just >> What do you have on video? >> I'm sure. I don't know if you've been through this before or yours. I don't want to like mess up her career or like right now as of right now she's at work and she think like I said she think that I'm bluffing about this but I was telling her like I'm not going to keep sponsoring the behavior that you're doing which is pretty much right now out of social media. She's been talking to other guys but while being married to me and the reason why we went to social work uh before and we've been through it is because while I was deployed she she was cheating in me. You could hear the uncertainty in his voice. He knew that in domestic situations, officers often assumed the man is the aggressor. But before he could even finish filing his complaint, his wife tracked him down to the station trying to take control of the situation. >> Um, >> she's right. >> Who? >> My wife. >> Where is she? >> The white truck. >> The truck. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm I'm sure she can tell that I'm I'm She's texting me and calling me. Okay. >> And she uh >> Does she know you're here? >> Yeah, because she seen my location. >> Okay, stay in here for just a minute. Okay. >> Hey, I'm Officer Marian. Um, what's going on with her husband? >> I mean, I'm sure you know his side of the story. >> And I want to get yours. So, >> yeah, it's probably >> true. Okay. >> What he said. >> What What What do you think he told me? Like, I'm I'm just trying to get your side. Okay. >> We've been going through this for 3 years. hasn't gone this this far. Um I don't know. I'm sure he told you everything. Um he's really good at building cases been building cases against me. He's a very smart man. >> Okay. So what what from your perspective, what happened? >> He knows how to push me past my limits and manipulate me. >> To the point to where I finally break and then he >> he does stuff like this. >> Okay. So, I understand what you're saying like in general that this is like an ongoing thing, but what about today? How did he do that today? >> Exactly. >> Trying to threaten that >> he's going to have full custody of our children. >> Okay. >> Not say that exactly, but don't worry about it. I got it. You the words that he says, I don't even know how to put it in word for word right now. >> Okay. So, you feel like he was provoking you? >> Of course, he always does. Okay. So, how did the argument start? >> He accuses me of stuff that's not true. >> Okay. >> And I just he sees tiny parts of little stories or little stuff that goes on and then he makes this own story in his mind as if every as if it's true and it's not. And I don't know how much longer or I mean I can't even plead my case because he will bring up another thing on top of that. Can we talk privately at work? >> Yeah. Yeah, we can um we can step off to the side here. We can't go inside right now. >> Um I mean I see your prior service. I'm military as well. I had I'm a reserve. I had my drill weekend. Um I just graduated the drill sergeant academy in November. >> And >> from day one, I'm sure you know what we >> This is actually law enforcement, but >> Okay. Well, day one when I you know day zero, I'm sure you've seen shark attacks and stuff that we had >> from day one when I was at the academy. He fought with me every day. He doesn't like when I leave because of a history that we have >> when I leave for military. >> So, >> and that's got to be super stressful, too. >> Yes. >> I had my drill weekend this weekend >> and I stay on FaceTime with him. I share my location. I answer all his calls and all his text messages in a timely manner that he would like. >> Mhm. >> And I was at the gym and I wasn't answering them right fast enough for him. >> That when when were you not answering? >> Saturday. Saturday. Saturday. And I'm like, he was at a funeral, so I knew that we weren't going to be really talking on the phone anyways. And he's calling and calling and calling. And I answer and he hangs up, answer. And he's like, "Check your text messages." And then hangs up again. And I see I wasn't responding to his text messages and answering his questions, which was, "Are you off for the day?" And I said, "Yes, I am. Everything okay? What's going on?" >> And >> he's just like, "Why aren't you answering my text messages? You're leaving me on undelivered." I don't know what reset the phones did because his phone did the same reset. >> The red receipts are not on anymore. Okay. And like the the sound changed for our phones for >> um >> like ringtones and stuff for some reason. It was a weird reset. Maybe other stuff happened, but those are the two that happened to both of our phones. Okay. >> So, I don't know why my red receipts were off. His are off, too, now. >> And so, he was mad that my red receipts were off. And so I still stayed on FaceTime with him, stayed on video because he wants me to FaceTime him 247 when I'm away from him and and I was on FaceTime with him, but it just still wasn't good enough for him. >> And so it just started an argument from that day, from that moment around 4:00 >> on Saturday. >> On Saturday, >> okay, >> until midnight, he was saying he was going to himself. He had my kids with him. I was gone. and I just he's he's loco and so >> um we argued that entire night and I'm just like you know what I can't do this. One of my drill sergeant leaders from the academy we follow each other on social media. >> He swears that just because we're friends on social media that I'm him >> and it's not the case at all. And I tell him because he's so crazy and he reaches out to every single guy that likes a picture on my social media >> like what are you doing? What are your intentions with my wife? Why are you guys friends? Tell me. Like he's crazy. And so I tell him if you think that like reach out to all these people. At the end of the day, I'm a reservist. That drill sergeant leader was is a reservist. He has a lot of connections. Who knows the networking that he and I can do in the future. >> Right. So he can't have male friends. >> He doesn't I cannot have male friends. >> He does not understand that. She had her own version of events, claiming that her husband had a habit of twisting minor disagreements into dramatic stories that didn't reflect reality. According to her, he was simply insecure and couldn't handle a strong woman. But little did she know that right before she arrived at the station, her husband had already showed the police a critical piece of evidence. [Music] >> Can you turn it sideways so it's bigger? Thank you. >> There's a couple. >> So, this is the first one that I kind like it was working out. >> You think like this? Huh? You can't just make it easy. Why do you have to be so difficult? >> Why do you have to be so difficult? >> Make it easy for me. >> I'm not. It could be easy for everybody. You just want to make my life miserable because you have the persona in your head thinking that I'm cheating on everybody. And if I am, I would like to see proof. But there's nothing. There's nothing. There's nothing. And that's what's funny. I'm not intimidated by you anymore. I'm not scared by you. There's nothing that you can do intimidating. Nothing. You think that you can just ignore me when I'm trying to talk to you about? Huh? I'm not afraid of you. I'm sick of you always trying to intimidate me. I'm not afraid of you. I'm not afraid of you. >> You coming into the next relationship? >> In the video, she was heard telling her husband that she isn't scared of him. But now standing in front of the officer, she discovered the power of consequences. >> I just want him to know that I'm I'm not going to continue to live in fear of him. I'm not afraid of him. I'm sick of him thinking that that I am going to live in fear of him. >> So you just wanted to show him that you're not scared of him. And that's why you put your hands on him. >> Can you just tell me what's going to happen? >> Well, I'm I have to finish investigating >> what was alleged, okay? And then we'll make that determination. I'm not trying to like play mind games with you or dance around things, but at the same time, I'm not going to tell you something that's not going to happen. Okay? So, hang out right here for just a minute and let me talk to my partner over here. Okay? So, what's your plan for going forward in this relationship? >> I want a I've been asking for for divorce for 2 years, but he got me. >> What stops you from filing? >> I mean, I've been contacting people all morning. I had a feeling you would do something like this. Like, >> I I mean, I don't even know the first steps. I don't I don't have support. I don't have family. I don't have anything. >> Okay. I'm going to have you step down here. Okay. >> Put your phone down. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Right now, you're under arrest for um simple battery under the domestic violence act. Okay. Put your hands towards each other like they're like you're praying. >> Despite her claims and counter claims, the evidence was enough to arrest her. She was charged with two counts of simple battery under domestic violence statutes. But while this wife got caught in her lies, the next woman took betrayal to a whole new level, cheating on her dying husband while he fought for his life. Everything's recorded. >> Are you kidding me? >> We gave you ample opportunities. Divert the ambulance. >> On June 29th, 2024, police were dispatched to a bus after complaints that a disorderly woman was on board. When officers arrived and spoke with the driver, the situation quickly escalated. Please note that the audio is affected by wind and highway noise. Consider adjusting your volume down if you are using headphones. >> Step out. >> Ma'am, you want to just Yeah. You want to take a hop out quick? We'll talk outside. >> No. >> Do you know her? >> No. >> No. She bothering you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You want to just step outside for us? >> No. >> All right. Well, you're causing a disturbance, so you're going to have to get off the bus. >> I'm not. >> All right. Well, you're going to have to get off the bus. Okay. >> I'm not. >> What's going on today? >> My husband is actually in the hospital, so I want to get to the hospital. >> All right. >> I want to get to the hospital. >> Okay, I get that. But you causing a disturbance is not going to make you get there any faster. >> I want to get there. >> I get that. And other people on the bus have places they got to go to. Okay. >> So, why don't you just hop off quick so we can talk to you? >> My bag. >> I I'm not your No, I'm not going to grab your bag. >> You could grab your yourself. Okay. I'm not I'm not going to grab your bag for you. >> So, you could get off and we'll get your bag after. I'm not I'm not picking it up. I'm not picking up after you. Okay. I need to get to my kids. >> Okay, we'll figure all that out. We just want to talk. >> I need to get to my kids. >> You're going to get to your kids. Okay. >> I need to get to my kids. >> Where are your kids? Are they in orbiting? >> Okay. So, the sooner you just talk to us quick, the sooner we'll calm you down. Okay. >> No. >> All right. >> You're going to have to hop off. >> Why? >> Why? cuz you're closing at the stairs. >> I said that just cuz you paid to be on here doesn't mean you could make it uncomfortable for everybody else. >> All right. So, if you come off the bus and talk to us and you show that you're calm, calm down to you guys, but if it's uncomfortable for everybody else. >> The officer smelled alcohol on her breath. But what they were about to witness could prove this wasn't just about being drunk. >> Don't want you on the bus anymore cuz you're causing a disturbance to the other. I didn't do anything. >> You said you're yelling at the other passengers. >> I didn't do No, I didn't. No, I didn't. And I have it recorded. >> Okay. Can we just step off and talk? >> No. Nope. Look. Back off. Back off. I want to see I want to see. Back off. Back off. Back off. Back off. Step off the walk that way. Do >> you need any information? >> Do you have your driver's license if you don't mind? I just got a document. Yeah, I don't know. Thanks. >> I need to get to >> I need to get to my kids. >> I need to get to my kids. >> I need Yes. I know. Please. I need to get there. >> Hey, is there anything else going on in your life besides your sick? >> He is. >> He had a motorcycle accident. >> So, he's injured. Who are your kids with right now? >> I need to get there. >> But who are they with? >> Well, the neighbor. >> They're with the neighbor. >> Please just take a deep breath. Do you need medical attention? An ambulance? Oxygen? I need to get to my husband. >> I'm asking if you need any medical attention. Oxy, >> I need to get to my man. Okay. >> I need to get to my man, please. >> We're heading to get you. >> She knew her boyfriend was hospitalized and her children weren't with her. Yet, she started drinking in the early afternoon. She went to a bar, got drunk, and flirted with strangers before deciding to visit her family. When officers got involved, she tried to run but was quickly taken to the ground. She must have thought she was calling the shots, not realizing she had left the bar. Yet, it still wasn't enough to wake her up from her delusion. >> Ma'am, stay seated. >> I just want to get to my kids. I just want to get to my kids. >> Ma'am, stay seated. Stay seated, man. Just let me go. >> You got to sit down. >> Let me go. I just want to get to my kids. >> Sit down. Stay seated like you want. Stay seated. You have to sit down for us. >> Stay seated. Do not swing. You were given a warning. >> Sit down. >> Stay seated. >> I just want my kiss. >> Listen, Louis. [Music] I just want my kiss. I don't get to because they hurt me before. >> If I let you go, you're not going to swing and I don't. >> You hurt me. Stacy, >> you hurt me. Let go of me. >> No, you're going to sit down. >> No. Let go of me. Sit down. >> I won't. I won't. I won't. Let go of me. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Let go of me. >> Sit down. >> Let go of me. >> Say let go of you when you sit down. >> Once you sit down, I'll let go of you. She's hyperventilating and barely steady, but still refuses help. Officers asked if she'd like oxygen and encouraged her to sit, but she insists she's fine. One officer tries to talk her through it, but she becomes more hostile. What happens next would show her children a side of their mother they'd never forget. >> You've been drinking today? >> It's little bottles. >> Okay. You've been drinking today? >> Little bottles. It's little bottles. >> Okay. But right now, we don't seem like it's a good idea for you to be going on your way by yourself without getting checked medically. >> I am fine. I don't need to be checked medically. I don't. Are you actually going to abuse me? >> No one's abusing you. >> So then fine. >> You're not leaving. >> You're not leaving. No, >> you're not leaving. You're not leaving. >> Why I'm not I don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> You're not leaving. Stop. >> Don't touch me. >> You're not leaving. >> Why? Because we told you you're not. You're getting checked out by the ambulance. >> Why? >> We're not going over this again. >> Do you not remember anything we said? >> No, she doesn't. >> Yes, I do remember what he said. Not you. >> And him. I don't. So get the away from my face. >> Absolutely not. No. >> You. >> No. Is anyone? >> Take your bag. Put it down and see. All right. No. No. Drop. Drop the phone. No. No. No. No, no, no. I didn't do anything. >> You hit him here. >> I did not hit him. I did not hit him. No, there's actually witness and actually >> everything's recorded. >> Are you kidding me? >> We gave you ample opportunities to vert the ambulance. >> Are you kidding me? >> Resistance. So the president's actually going to kick you. >> You're actually kidding me. >> We gave you a million opportunities. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. Can't go there. >> Why you doing this? >> It's a lot harder cuz you're doing it for yourself. >> Just a single. >> You're not actually going to get >> a single. Yeah. >> You're going to get sued, right? >> Other side. >> Other side. >> You're going to get sued, right? Despite multiple warnings, the woman resists arrest and accuses officers of causing her pain. She insists she's done nothing wrong, growing increasingly emotional about her children and showed clear signs of intoxication. Even after an explanation from the officers, she remained combative and showed that she would make a great contestant in a screaming match. >> I did not do anything. >> I did not do anything. >> Stop, ma'am. Stop. Stop. >> That's my bag. >> Yeah, we're taking it off. >> No. >> So, touch me. >> I need to take this handcuff. >> We're not We're not hurt. The handcuffs are loose. loose. Yeah. >> Undo the bag. >> Stop. Stop resisting. >> Stop. >> No. >> Stop. >> No. You're actually hurting me. Look, there's camera. >> Yeah, we got cameras on us, too. >> There's cameras right there. We must have like you >> not move. We wanted to get you medically clear and get you on your way. >> Medically clear. That's good. Done. Yeah. For what? Double up. Yeah. It's because you're a drink. You've had something to drink. You're acting erratically. You've got very good voice. [Music] [Music] Listen, they're not tight. >> Yes, they are. They were tight. They were tight. I was crying. >> Now they're better, right? >> Yes. I got [Music] no They're all tight. They're all tight. What the >> Let's go. >> No, they're tight. >> Sit in there. >> The officers managed to secure her in the backseat of the police car, bringing a rare moment of calm. But even at the station, she continued her antics. In the end, she was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. That woman destroyed her family with alcohol and infidelity. But this next cheater's drunken spiral caught even experienced cops off guard. On November 22nd, 2024, officers responded to a crash and found a woman behind the wheel reportedly revving the engine despite her car being lodged on the curb. They thought they were responding to a simple crash, but Emily was about to unleash chaos that would leave officers questioning everything. >> You got to turn off the car. Turn off the vehicle. Turn off your vehicle. No, no, no. Get out of the way. Turn off your vehicle. Yes. Turn off the vehicle. All right. Take your feet. No. No. Take your feet off of the gas. >> You want to panic or mas? >> No. No. No. No. Turn off the car. Take your feet off the gas. >> You speak English? >> You guys know her? No. >> No. We've been following her. >> She's been crashing into walls and sidewalks. >> Stop trying to horn at her. >> All right. Come stand right here. >> You speak English or no? >> Yes. >> No. No. Okay. No. No. >> Sit down. >> Yeah. No. No. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, stop. Stop. Stop. >> Drive. Drive. Stop. >> Ma'am, sit down. Sit down. Stop. You keep doing that. Stop. >> Stop. Grab her. Stop. >> No. No. No. You're not getting in the car. Sit down. Look. We're going to No. >> No. No. No. Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Stay in your stomach. Stop kicking. Stop it, >> man. Stop. We're trying to help you. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting, dude. out of it. >> I can't stop resisting. Give us your hand. >> Here. Here. >> I'm holding her because she need to call the police. We're following her for block. Come on. Get up. No. >> Get up. No. >> Get up. >> No. No. No. No. No. >> Where were you guys following her from? >> No. >> I would say right before the fire department. >> No. >> Before the >> Yeah, before the Wendy's. >> Before the Wendy's. Where was she heading into? The wall the sidewalk >> trees. >> No. >> Relax. Relax. >> I don't give a trying to help you. Relax. >> Listen. No. You know why? >> Where you coming from? >> Because I stand up to you guys. >> The woman later identified as Emily was visibly drunk. According to reports, she had been caught cheating on her boyfriend and in a drunken spiral decided to get behind the wheel. Emily refused to take responsibility for anything, but her behavior left officers with no choice. She was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and placed in the patrol car. If officers thought the car ride was bad, what Emily did at the station would be 10 times worse. [Applause] All right. [Applause] Huh? Good job. >> When she ran out the car when you guys tried to move it was on the gas and was like, "Turn off the car. Turn off the car." And she was just stunned. You >> all right? >> Yes. >> Relax. Okay. >> Relax. >> Emily, stop. Not going to like that. We got to play this set. We got to play that to her. >> Let her let her say whatever she wants to say. >> You know why? Because I went >> Yes. >> I didn't give a >> Do you know anybody who can call to come? 1114. Emily was eventually charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct stemming from her intoxicated behavior.
