You're still what? >> Let's go to the service elevator. >> What? >> Let's go to the service elevator. >> Stop. >> Come on. >> I need doing that. >> You care. >> Stop. >> Spray. You're not going to walk away from us. >> Stop. >> No. That's not how this work. >> You guys are done being scary. >> This entitled victim lashed out at the very cops who came to rescue her. All because they refused to do things her way. In the end, she got exactly what was coming. >> She needs that. >> Hold on. We going to we going to detain her, but right now contain her. Go tain her. >> On the 4th of July 2022, officers in New Smyrna Beach, Florida were called to what looked like a simple fist fight on the sand. By the time the officers arrived, one woman was on the ground while the paramedics checked her out. But the real problem wasn't in her head. It was in her bloodstream. And it was very annoying. >> Down here screaming at each other. >> Man, do you want to do anything? Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're not going to walk away from us. >> No, that's not how this works. >> You guys are done being scary. >> You guys are done talking. I'm trying to ask you a question. You're a victim, so stop. >> I was hurt. >> Correct. >> I hear I hit my head here. I want to press George's. >> Georgees. Okay. In reference to what? >> In reference to what? >> I was hurt by who? >> By that blind dumb girl. >> It was not her. It was not her. >> She hurt me. She pushed me. >> Take a step back. I'm not going to help you if you're yelling at me. That's how I operate. So if you keep screaming at me, I'm not going to help you. >> So take a deep breath. What do you want to do? >> I want her. >> So if an investigation Okay. She's not the one that struck you. She's not the one that struck you. I just watched the video. >> The video showed how it all started between the very intoxicated victim and the family she was trying to help. The woman, Missy, went to gather some toys that spilled from the family's car. Sadly, nobody wants a drunkard's help, which is why Missy graduated from a good Samaritan into a public enemy. Complete with screaming in a fist fight that ended horribly for her. Instead of letting things go, though, Missy decided the fight wasn't over. >> Then who you the video? >> Yep. So, I want to see what you want to have done. >> Okay. I want that person put in troubles. >> Okay. >> How do you do the troubles? >> So, are you willing to go here? Listen, stop. I >> She's patrol. She doesn't go. >> Stop. Take a deep breath. Again. >> If you want to be sir a victim, you have to complete a statement. You have to go through all the processes and then you have to go to court. Is that something that you want to do? >> I will have my lawyer do all of that. No, that's right here. It's right here. Now you have to go. >> And I will have to have my lawyer just chill out. >> You're the victim. So, are you going to call your lawyer here right now to be your leazison? >> I have to have a lawyer. I don't know why you guys are scaring me. >> You're a victim. I'm trying to help you and you're not helping me. I don't see what you don't understand about this. I'm trying to help you. >> Okay, I'm scared. You scare me. I look at her and I think Lex and I see him and I am so >> What do you want to pursue criminal charges for? >> She's not the one that struck you. >> I heard right here. >> Okay. The medical checked you out. You didn't want to go further from that. So, they just checked you out, right? You don't want to go to the hospital, right? >> Nobody checked me out. >> The fire department just fire department was just standing over you. You >> defied so fast and nobody cared. Missy kept slurring and ranting about lawyers, charges, and imaginary lawsuits, which killed any interest the officer had in her case. Instead, the officers gave her a simple order, which was to sit tight, wait for the investigation to end, then she would be on her way. But the intoxicated, entitled voices in her head wouldn't let her think straight. She decided it was better to keep testing the officer's patience, which was already dangerously low. Okay, he's did the investigation with you. >> I want a copy of that video. >> Okay. Well, you can >> my assault. Ma'am, listen. >> How is it? You guys are so insensitive when I was just trying to pick up toys and I was assaulted and you guys don't care. >> How is that? >> Listen, I just showed up. I don't even know what happened. >> Okay. >> And is she What's >> That's fine. It's nobody that's getting arrested right now. >> Okay. >> That that but I'm not saying charges won't be foul. Do you mind staying until he gets >> Yes, we're not going anywhere. >> Yeah, >> we're not going anywhere until we know that >> Yes. Well, just don't leave. That's why I'm telling you don't leave. >> Walk away. >> Did you just let them godamn >> go? >> Stop saying that. >> I just showed up. I have no idea where >> let them godamn go. >> Don't words. Don't say that word. >> Okay. Okay. >> Let those goddamn go. >> Yes, I did. I did. Everyone let go. Everyone is >> I was hit. I was got to >> getting let go, too. >> No, they hit me. >> They hurt me. I hit my head on goddamn cement. >> Listen up. Listen up. We're all going to go home. >> We're all going to go home. >> I was goddamn ass insulted. And you guys, you you I know you're a tiny little bus. >> It took her friends a while to calm her down until they decided to become a problem, too. Suddenly, the peacekeepers started shouting arguments at the top of their lungs, dragging the whole area like a crazy circus. That's when the cops snapped. >> Ma'am, I'm trying not to take people to jail right now. Y'all being disorderly, >> but you're a hypocrite. >> I That's your last warning. >> Miss that [ __ ] >> Hold on. >> Godamn it. Why don't you >> do not get behind that wheel? Um, >> this is my Listen, I'm tell Let me tell Hold on. Time out. I'm not that officer. Listen. Be quiet. >> Be quiet. >> This is my last you and >> right now you all are being disordered. I would take >> have something to say about the fact that I was picking up some goddamn toys. >> She yell again. If she yell again, somebody we got people. I'mma take her to jail. Grandma, I'mma take, >> you know. Turn. Go over there. >> Gay grandma. >> Relax. It's all right. My boy will never serve now. Thank you so goddamn much. Get in the goddamn car. >> The whole person. >> Listen. >> The whole ma'am. >> I was so goddamn close and it weren't for you. >> This is my last time. >> Get the away from me. >> She need >> Hold on. We going to We're going to detain her right now. Detain her. Detainer. Get her down. I didn't do anything. >> You're being me right now. You see a goddamn thing. You know this. I'm not saying >> you going to calm down till the child's father come or you going to go to jail. You understand that? My patience is done with you. That officer tried to explain to you what was going on. You don't want to listen. You've been drinking. We're trying to give you a chance to sober up, but you're not giving us a chance to do our job. >> I'm not having it. >> Whatever you say. Whatever you say, Mr. Jenkins. >> That's right. I'm not having it. Missy didn't need enemies because she started out as a victim, then suddenly created her own arrest. Now, you would think the outrage shouting or the handcuffs would have gotten her to sober up a bit. You would be wrong. >> Now, we have been patient with you. >> No, you have. >> You've been yelling at us. >> Give us goddamn about what happened over there. I was assaulted. >> All I was doing is trying to pick us up goddamn toys. >> Mommy, just stop. >> The toys got dropped out of the back of the truck. I thought I could pick them up. They got mad and assaulted me. Hit me. I don't even know what happened. I It happened so damn fast. Get in the goddamn car. I don't give a goddamn about >> I'm going to take care of the I'm done. >> Yeah, you're right. >> You're going to >> You're right. Take me to goddamn you. >> Let's go to the other side. Other side. >> Oh, are you going to put the train? >> Yes, we are. >> Oh, goody. Yay. What? What? What? What? >> Stop. Go and suck yourself. >> Oh, when I was trying, you saw the video. >> All right, let's do this. >> Missy was charged with disorderly intoxication, which could cost her up to $500 in fines and 60 days in jail. Missy's drunken meltdown only cost her a misdemeanor, but the next suspect escalated into physical violence that earned her a felony. >> There's one right there. >> On the 5th of August, 2024, officers in Monunroe County, New York, got a call about a domestic incident because one partner had supposedly cheated while on vacation. When the officers arrived, their first stop was to question the husband, thinking he snapped or he lost control. But the truth wasn't that simple. And to make things worse, a baby was caught in the middle of all that fighting. >> I know. >> This is my friend Michael Jino. That's his wife Heidi. They're both my friends. >> They started fighting over. >> Yeah. The baby was in the other room and we're trying to get separate the baby. >> Birmingham 4102. Somebody had been drinking and starting to fight. And >> when they finally got them separated, she came out. She started beating up on my son's fiance and my son is trying to separate the two. >> I got you. >> So, what happened today, sir? >> Yeah, just too much drinking. >> Drinking out of control. I mean, she's just hitting on everybody just trying to get the situation. I don't want anything to happen, but it's got to stop and she won't stop. And now all of a sudden she's being little. >> No, I got you. I got you. So, how how did she end up with her mouth lip all brush? >> I don't know. On me. >> No, I I'm not blaming you for anything. I'm just saying how how punching everybody falling down drunk. >> As the officer turned to the wife, Heidi Gurabino, his first question was simple. Did her busted lip come from her husband's fist or something else? You'd think that was the perfect moment to play the victim card, but nope. Instead, she rambled a disjointed story, completely confusing the officer. >> So, you can't tell me anything. >> My lip is busted. >> No, my lip. >> Yeah, I got like How did all this start? How did all this start? >> Uh, we're just having problems. So, transpired into >> any arguing that started before all this? >> Probably. Yeah. You can't tell me any arguments that started before this. You can't you can't tell me anything. >> Yeah, we argued and then I >> What was the argument about? >> Unifor said, you know, you want to some other girl and >> be my guest. Do that, >> but I don't want to be a part of it. And my lip is busted. >> How How did that happen? >> I don't know. I literally I just know I just felt like swelling and I'm like I don't even know how that happened. You didn't see anybody hit you or no >> wrestling anything like that? >> No. >> Heidi was not the victim and she was about to show it because while the officer was trying to investigate the matter, she suddenly decided to snatch her baby away from her husband for no apparent reason other than to stir the pot. The more the officer tried to calm her down, the more she escalated things. >> It's okay, sweetie. She doesn't see. >> Ma'am, just uh stand back over there for a second. >> Take my baby. >> She's okay. She's okay. >> She needs her mom. >> It's all right. Ma'am, go sit back. Go sit back over there. >> Ma'am, go stand back over there, please. >> We're just talking. >> Ma'am, just go stand back over there, please. >> She's okay. >> Ma'am, just go stand back over there, please. Can we get a good distance away from her? >> Yeah, I just got I'm the only one here, so I just got >> No, you're good. You're good. >> I got you. >> Leave me. >> I got you. Hold on. >> Ma'am, come here. >> Come here. You're not leaving. >> No. No. I'm >> You're not leaving. >> I'm going to get my pod. >> You're not leaving. >> I'm going to get my pod. Please don't touch. Sit back down. You're not leaving. Come on. Stand back up. Stand back up. >> You want to catch You want to catch a charge. Yes or no? All right. So, stand up and listen to me. Stand up and listen to me. Hands behind your back. Come on. >> No, I'm not. I'm not putting my hands behind my back. >> After being ignored over and over again, the officer's patience was visibly draining, which is why he called in for backup. At that point, Heidi made sure the cops really worked hard for the arrest. >> Not doing that. >> Well, you're catching you're catching another charge right now. I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> Come on. Hands behind your back. >> Stop. >> Come on. >> Stop doing that. I don't care. >> Stop. >> Spray. >> No. Stop. >> So roll over on your stomach. >> Roll over on your stomach now. >> Listen. >> No. >> Stop resisting. Roll over on your stomach now. >> I'm not going to jail. I'm on vacation. I'm not going to jail. >> Roll over now. >> Stop. Right now. My baby is right there. Please. Just >> Come on. Listen to me. Look at me. Look at me. You're going to get sprayed. Okay. Stop. >> I don't want to spray you. That [ __ ] burns. Come on. Please stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> No. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. I'm just turning over. Just turn it over. Okay. That's okay. Just grab the Grab the other arm. >> Just grab the other arm. >> Want to do this. Stop. >> Grab the other arm. >> Stop. If people want to be cheating, then they can do that on their own time. Get off of me. >> There you go. >> Get off of me. Get off of me. Okay. >> Stop. Just hold it right there. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Come on. >> Stop it. >> Give me your other hand. Stop. >> Stop. >> It seems Heidi had come for a nice relaxing vacation, but was about to leave with a criminal record. And even with the cuffs, she refused to quit. Inside the cruiser, she screamed, kicked, and thrashed like a toddler who was denied dessert. In the end, all that drama earned her a felony for resisting arrest with violence and three counts of battery, making sure her baby would finally get a peaceful night's sleep. But even though Heidi was very toxic, she was also very truthful with the officers, unlike the next suspect who tried to outsmart the cops with the dumbest lies. >> If you would have just told us that in the first place, you wouldn't be in handcuffs and you'd be able to go with a parent. Okay? But you lied to us. You can't lie to the cops. Okay? On the 31st of March 2024 in Panama City Beach, Florida, officers spotted a girl who was committing two major crimes. They believed she was underage, yet she was enjoying the spring break a little too much with cup after cup of alcohol. When they went in to investigate, though, she tried to play it cool and smart, but she didn't think things through. She was only putting herself into deeper trouble. >> January 27th of 2000. >> 2000. And you're 22. Okay. And what's your name? >> Olivia. >> Olivia West. >> Olivia West. >> All right. He's got he's got to check all of this. So, like we said, >> what's your first name? >> That's another crime. >> Uh-huh. What's your birthday again? >> January 27th. >> Uhhuh. >> Where's your ID out of? >> Georgia. >> Okay. Well, all right. We'll try one more time. >> You're right about your birthday or your name or something. That's first and foremost. So, we're going to add that charge to charge of alcohol and the bead. >> Let me try one more time just to make sure. >> Okay. Just to make sure. >> What's your first name again? >> Okay. Spell it for me. >> O L I A S. >> Okay. What's your birthday again? January 27th. >> What year? >> And you said your driver's license is in Georgia, correct? >> No. Get back here. You don't get to go over there. You're being detained at this point in time. >> Now, drinking on the beach as an adult is usually fine unless it's the month of March. Why? Because spring break turns Panama Beach into a war zone of drunk teenagers, which forced the authorities to ban alcohol down to the very last day of the month. But she wasn't content with just breaking the booze ban. She decided to lie to the cops about her name and age. A genius move that guaranteed things would only get worse for her. Yet, it didn't end there. Because of her smart decision-making skills, she decided to add another crime to her collection. Like she was gathering Pokémon cards. >> All right, come on. Put your hands behind your back for me. [Music] >> Let's not start running. Did he not start running? >> I did not start running. >> It's all on camera. So, she did start running. So, we put her in handcuffs. >> All right. Why am I getting arrested? >> All right. You're being arrested because you lied about your age. >> We don't know. We can't figure out who you are. You lied about your age. You lied about who you were. We've asked you time and time again. Not only that, but you're drunk. You're drunk in public. >> You have alcohol on the beach. >> Once we can figure out alcohol on the beach, >> once we can figure out who you are, >> you're leaning on me. >> The suspect told the cops her name was Olivia, but if she was lying about everything else, she was probably lying about that, too. The real problem was she didn't even think breaking the rules was wrong. Her amateur lies and poor me routine might have worked on drunk frat boys. But these officers weren't impressed. All they wanted was the truth. >> Go. Okay, back up. We don't need any help. We got this. >> Hey, look. You got to calm down, but you got to tell us the truth. Okay. >> Everyone's screaming at me. >> Look, we're not trying to scream at you. You got to tell us the truth. Is your birthday in 2000? Are you 22? >> No, >> you're not. >> How old are you? 18. >> Okay. She told me she's 18. >> Damn. >> Okay. So, listen. >> So, no, she's she's going across. She's going across. >> If you would have just told us that in the first place, you wouldn't be in handcuffs and you'd be able to go with a parent. Okay. >> But you lied to us. You can't lie to the cops. Okay. >> What do I do about my parents? >> Get in contact with your parents. >> My parents are in Florida. >> Watch out. You're stealing stuff. >> All right. We'll deal with that in a second. We'll deal with that in a second. >> I don't care about >> Okay, listen. What do I do about my parents? >> Well, we'll get you in contact with your parents. >> No, start walking. >> All right, we're going to walk this way. Okay, exit. Okay, >> this is dumb. >> Walk that way for me. Okay, >> I'm 18. Can you not let me go? >> No. Walk this way. >> Hey, calm down. Okay, >> I can't. >> I know you're It's in a bad situation. >> You just told us the correct age in the first place, you'd be okay. I know you're a little drunk, but I wouldn't. >> Yes, you would. We would have let you go. Oh, you want me going to jail right now? >> Since her crocodile tears failed, she switched gears, screaming and acting like the drunkest person alive. But she was barking up the wrong tree. That's when the officers really showed her the meaning of consequences. If she was going to behave like a drunk entitled child, she was going to be treated like one. >> After you get booked into jail, >> [ __ ] take me. Take me. >> That's not how this works. >> Take me. You have no one else in your car. >> If you do that, we are going I'm going to I'm going to tie your feet up. You will not like that. You're not going to kick our windows. Okay? It does not matter. I'm telling you right now, you kick the windows again and your feet will be tied down. >> Please let me talk to my dad. >> Do you hear me? If you kick the window again, you will be tied down. >> [ __ ] let me talk to my dad. >> No. No. No. I won't. That's not how this works. Go ahead. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> No. Let go. That's not how this works. >> Go and put your any right. Any right. >> All right. >> I am fine. >> See? So, you're not going to kick our windows? That's a no. No. >> I never kick your windows. >> But you're kicking. >> I never [ __ ] kick. Please take me to jail. >> She was happily taken to jail and with charges like providing false information to the cops, alcohol ordinance violation, resisting arrest, possible underage drinking, and public intoxication. Olivia is looking at up to one year in prison, which means her small spring break mistake was about to destroy her neat criminal record. But Olivia ruined only her vacation. The next suspect made sure he ruined everybody's vacation because he couldn't control his urges. >> What? >> What happened this morning up in your hotel room? >> Nothing at all. >> They want you gone though. You're being >> I haven't done anything. >> They want you trespassed. >> I haven't done anything. >> You have to leave the cop. They want you trespass. On the 8th of June 2024, officers were called to yet another location in Florida because a hotel guest was being very inappropriate with a female employee. When the officers arrived, they met the manager, who was ready to do anything to protect his workers, even if it meant kicking out a guest on the top floors. Naturally, the officers interviewed the victim, hoping to get enough evidence to punish the suspect. >> I was heading for the door. He get up on me, block me. I said, "Sir, get out of my face." Okay, >> sir. Go back on the bed. If you're not feeling well, go and lie down. >> Okay. >> Because there was a tons of alcohol. I mean, tons and tons of alcohol. >> Do you want to press charges? >> No, sir. I just >> Okay. I have to make sure because you you're technically a victim of a crime. So, if you want him just thrown out of the hotel, that's fine. But if you want to press charges arrested, >> I don't want you talking to anybody else because I'm I am like a person like >> right I can defend myself. Maybe there are some younger ones here. Maybe they they can't. >> Right. >> So, I said you have a right to refuse him getting arrested. That's fine. But I wanted to make sure before we just throw him out and you want him arrested. >> So, you do not want him arrested at all. >> That's somebody talking to somebody that was >> Okay. Okay. >> According to the victim, she was in the hallway when the suspect asked her to clean his room. By the time she got to his room, the old pervert was already executing his creepy plan. Although we couldn't get the story directly from the horse's mouths, the officer gave a nearperfect retelling of events. >> Hello, housekeeping. >> Jesus. >> Figure out where he's at. >> He's definitely drinking. So, apparently they had a big fight sometime last night. >> Okay. >> All night. girlfriend leaves at 6:30 this morning. Cleaning service comes around. >> She's out in the hallway. He comes out and sees, "Hey, I want my room cleaned." So, she's like, "Okay, let me finish this room. I'll come back." >> Comes inside. He's sitting. I take it on the couch, I guess, with this thing out, whatever. >> Mhm. >> She says, "Sir, put that up. I'm not here for that." Goes and starts cleaning the bathroom. When she comes back out, he's on the bed. She's like, "Okay, I'm done. I'm out." She goes to leave. He gets up, blocks the door, >> she pretty much tells him, "Hey, let me out." So he does it. Let her out. >> So that part's over and done with. >> Okay. >> Since the suspect wasn't in his room, the officers had to figure out the suspect's location by searching the surveillance video. A little digging showed that his girlfriend was still in the hotel. >> Maybe it's this guy. >> Yeah, cuz she said it was he was muscular. >> That's not him. Sure. For sure. >> Oh, yes, that's him. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Let's see him. >> Let's see. >> Okay. >> Hi there. >> Good morning. >> Hi. >> I'm Officer Reeds. >> Do you know where your boyfriend is right now? >> No. >> You have some way of calling him so I can speak to him? >> It's his phone is turned off. >> His phone's turned off. Okay. Well, thank you. If you happen to see him or anything, let the front desk know or let somebody here know so we can talk to him. >> Yeah. That's my birthday weekend. >> Oh, happy birthday. So, >> yeah, it's great. >> Hopefully, it'll get better. >> Since that was a dead end, the officers went back to the surveillance room. But there was no need for that because their suspect without knowing turned himself over to the authorities. >> He's at the desk. >> He's at the desk. >> He's at the desk. >> Oh, he took off. He's in here though. He's got >> Where'd he go? >> Hey there. >> How's it going? >> Good. >> Just have a talk. What? Let's have a talk for me here out of the way. >> So, what all happened this morning? >> What? >> What happened this morning up in your hotel room? >> Nothing at all. What? >> When a maid come in to clean your room, what happened? >> Oh. Um >> What happened that one? >> I don't know. >> Nothing at all. >> She told me $20. >> $20? >> Are you sure about that? >> Yes. >> Okay. When you were sitting in the chair, is that when she propositioned you or when you were on the bed? There's two certain different stances. >> Tell me $20. >> Okay. Told you $20. Okay. You have your ID on you? >> The suspect insinuated that the victim was actually the one who threw herself at him, requesting a payment of $20 for her services. Unfortunately for the officers, the creep wasn't smart enough not to incriminate himself, meaning the case against him would have ended up as a simple trespass. But as fate would have it, he decided to be difficult, which gave the officers all they needed to bump up his charges. >> Let's go to the elevator over that way. >> What? >> Let's go to the elevator over that way. >> Let's go to the elevator over that way so we can get your stuff back. >> Waiting for this one. >> We're using the other elevator over there. >> No, I'm not going that way. >> Yes, we are. You're being trespassed. We're getting your stuff. >> What? >> Let's go to the service elevator. >> What? >> Let's go to the service elevator. >> Stop. Stop. You understand? Stop. >> Are you back? Stop. Drop your phone in your glasses. Drop your phone in your glasses and stop. >> I'll grab them. I'll grab them. >> Let go. I'll grab your stuff. >> Let go now. >> I'll grab your stuff so you don't have to drop it. Here. >> Don't push me. >> Then don't walk off. I'm not walking off. >> Have seen. >> With one drunk old creep secured, the officers needed to bring his partner up to speed on why they had been looking for him and where he was going to be. As you would expect, she wasn't thrilled to hear what her partner did on her birthday. >> Are you staying in 10006 by chance, ma'am? >> Yep. >> You are. Okay. Um, what's your name? >> Sarah. Sarah. Sarah, can you get out of the pool for me? >> You all right, Sarah? >> You had a little bit to drink? >> No, I'm just not happy. >> Okay. >> They want you gone, though. Or you're being >> I haven't done anything. >> They want you trespassed. >> I haven't done anything. >> You have to leave the car. They want you trespassed >> for what? >> He um he pulls out his private cards to one of our housekeepers in the room. So that's where we >> Okay. Since the victim still refused to press charges, the boyfriend was trespassed and charged with resisting arrest without violence.
