One or the other. >> This fan's liquid courage made him threaten the cops. Little did he know that he was about to get totally humiliated right in front of everyone. On November 2nd, 2024, Jacksonville Sheriff officers responded to an incident at the Florida vs. Georgia University football game in Everbank Stadium after fan Walter Brown resisted being ejected for disorderly conduct. The trouble began when Walters tried sneaking his five kids without tickets into a seating section. However, what came out of his mouth made his daughter so shy that she tried to shut him down before it got worse. >> Private property. They want you to leave. You have to leave. >> It's her private property. >> Listen, I told you I'm either going to kill a cop or not leave. One or the other. T49 a couple more units. >> I didn't do anything against the law. >> So, tell me what my crime was right now. It's trespassing. Come on. Come on. Do not touch. Do not touch me. >> She tried to kidnap my kids. She can There's a good way to do >> There is a good way to go downstairs and talk. But there's a good way. There's There's a right way. I'm still sitting in my seat. >> The way you're doing right now is wrong. >> No, I'm still sitting in my seat >> right now. >> I'm still sitting in my seat. You have to go. >> The right way is for me to tell you what happened cuz I'm not leaving with all five of my kids here. I'm not leaving. >> You can go with you or you can go to jail. >> They're not doing that. I'll go to jail. I don't give I'm supposed to beat your ass. DJ B. >> Dude, you're not gonna do that. I promise. >> I will do that. >> I'm trying to go to jail. >> She tried to kidnap my kid. >> Understand what you're saying? >> She tried to kidnap what you're doing. >> His courage was growing bigger and bigger, which ultimately made the cops lose their patience and serve him a humiliating experience he would never forget. Now you don't do that, dude. Don't do that. Pull >> the gun out, [ __ ] Pull the gun out, [ __ ] Going to jail. Going to jail. >> I'm not going to jail. You stop me. [Applause] [Applause] >> Put your hands down. Hey, that was a problem. Y'all fixed to get rich. >> I'm fixing to get rich. >> You're not fighting anybody. I've been fighting. Come on, dude. You did it yourself. [Music] >> Put your [ __ ] hand behind your back. >> [ __ ] off. >> I haven't done anything, bro. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I'm trying to help you on this, but you're not helping yourself. anything. >> Put your hands right there. >> I haven't done it. There are I'm trying, but I haven't done anything. DJ, you may lose your job. >> You going to lose your job. >> Please film it. >> Come on. Yes, sir. >> Come on. Get him off. [Music] >> I'm trying to hold them pants out the door. >> After the incident, the sheriff's office stated that the force used was excessive, but within policy. Walter was charged with battery on an officer, resisting with violence, disorderly intoxication, and trespassing. His $19,000 bond probably cost more than the seats he was trying to sneak into. While Walter stretched the cops patience thin, the next group blew right past it. You're not going. >> During the same football match, a second major incident of the night occurred when three fans, Michael Long, Alexander Long, and Brandon Bully, turned their attention from the field to harassing others in the stand. But like every other person fueled by cheap beer bravery, let's just say they weren't interested in being told what to do. Stadium uh 232. >> I have three objections here in section 131. This 131 [Music] >> Are you kidding? Hey section 13 guys. [Music] >> Hey, come here. >> We got two behind us, too. Hey man, you're about to go to jail. Come on. >> We got two behind us, too. All right, let's go. >> We got him. We got him. We got him. >> How many people did you [Music] >> tell me why? [Music] >> Can we talk about it? No, don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> I'm asking you to talk about >> Why are you asking me? >> Deputies gave them the easy way out. Leave with dignity. However, it didn't exactly feel like a wise choice to them. Instead, they opted for chaos. >> I'm not going. >> You're not going. >> Hey. [Applause] [Music] We need [Applause] to get down to you. [Applause] [Applause] Three of them. >> Hey, >> you're not going. >> You're judging me. [Applause] Don't swing. [Applause] Don't swing. I'm not swinging on your body. >> Turn around. Put your hands back. Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. >> Do it now. >> Put your hand behind your back. Do it now. >> Hey, back up. Shut up. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Give me your hand right now. >> If he's going to chase you, you better get your hand back. >> I'm not moving. I'm not moving. >> Give me this hand. Put this hand. >> I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. I didn't do anything. I can't move. I can't move. In the end, all three were arrested and charged with battery on an officer, resisting with violence, disorderly conduct, and disturbance. But the next case took a darker turn when a disturbance call quickly exposed something far worse. >> He touched me first. Can you hold it over and tell me to come with them and stuff? >> On August 23rd, 2024, Artezia cops got a call about some guy harassing teens at a high school football game, but they had no idea that this simple disturbance was about to escalate into a fullblown scene. >> Hey sir. Sir, can you talk to me for a second? Yeah. And so we had some complaints about you. Is there any incidents that happened over here? No. No worries. No, no gestures made to anybody. >> Hey, man. Well, I can also [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Sir, did you drive here? >> Huh? >> Did you drive here? >> No. Did you drive here? >> You drive here. Okay. Well, >> I can smell alcohol coming from you, man. Okay. So, there's a problem there, right? I know we had some complaints about you making some gestures towards people. So, But no problem. No, we're just trying to make sure you're not driving. >> We just don't want you to hurt him or yourself. >> You have someone that can come pick you up. >> I'm just trying to see my daughter. My daughter. Your daughter. I know how to drive. >> I don't know where your daughter's at, man. >> At first, he denied everything, but his behavior, the smell of alcohol, and the accounts from his victims told officers a completely different story. >> He was touching like touching the touch. >> He touched me first. He hovered over and told me to come with him and stuff. >> Bulldog touched me and I liked grabbed him to move away. >> He almost touched me. >> I went away. He was like hing over her >> and then he went to get my attention. He like kind of elbowed me. Not hard, but he like he tried to touch where where did he try to touch you at? Well, so he was standing right there. We didn't know anything. So we were standing right there and Okay. So first I noticed it was him staring at her. She was looking both. I saw him staring at her. And I looked at him. I was like, "What the heck?" And then we just like the dog sat down and then like say like 5 minutes later he went looked at us looked at me and went like he like should have been down cuz he went over her and he was like come here like I was like girl way. He's like come here. I was like bro and I got up and left. >> As officers tried to piece things together. The more he talked the less sense it made. Even the experienced cops were left in confusion which ultimately made them lose their patience. And when patience ran out, so did the talking. >> Hey sir, do you have an ID? Yeah, I know I know, but do you have an ID on you? Cuz you're investigating something that's sir. I'm going to have the ID, man. So you got some ID on you or name. I know, but we we have to investigate. So, >> yeah, I know. I get what you're saying, but I don't want this stuff. >> Yeah. No, I know. Look, this looks crazy. [Music] >> Wait, that was crazy. >> Okay, look. You're going to have to try with your ID. You're not in trouble at this point, but right now it's crazy over there. Look, this is cool. No, don't get pushing away. >> Hey. Hey, sir. Hey, you're not free to leave. >> No, you're not free to go. Look, you're going to get detained. Relax. >> Detained for what? >> You're being detained for an investigation. >> A for what? >> We're got an investigation. >> Oh, my daughter's right. Are you kidding? Can you come upstairs? >> I'm not fine. >> I'm not. >> The man told the officers that he had a daughter attending the school, but there was no evidence to support this claim. By the end of the night, he was charged with battery and resisting arrest. And honestly, who knows how ugly this could have gotten if the police hadn't shown up when they did. Unlike the previous cases, the cops played peacemakers, resolving a dispute between two liquid courage warriors. >> Just leave. >> I'm not worried about that. >> Yeah, >> on January 14th, 2024, Sturgeon Bay police officers responded to a report of co-workers fighting. The caller told dispatchers that one of the individuals had threatened to get a weapon. But when officers showed up, the truth turned out to be far stranger than the initial call. >> Oh, I'm going to open the door. Okay. >> You can open the door. >> I'm going to open the door up. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Everyone put their hands up on the dash for me. >> So, what were you you guys over at on >> spruce? All right. >> We got into a little argument, good discussion. You can call them. >> Okay. >> There's nobody business. >> Okay. We're going to keep this door open. Okay. Yes, sir. >> All right. I'm going to stay wing on the other side. All right. >> All right. You're all good, man. I just got to pat you down real quick. There is a mention of a gun. >> No, no, no, no, no. No weapons. >> All right. I just need to make sure that >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Here. Let me >> You're good, man. You can step out and I just can double check you. >> Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely not. No weapons. No. >> You don't need any medical or anything? >> No, not at all. >> Okay. We ain't got no weapons. You can search the car for anything. >> Just going to pop this open just to make sure. Okay. Cuz there is a mention of a firearm. >> No firearms whatsoever. >> Okay. All right. You can go ahead and you can grab a seat again. >> Okay. >> You're good. >> I can call >> just so you guys can stay warm. >> Thank you. >> 206. This is going to be related. >> All right. >> So, what what's this whole thing about? >> It just it's just a quarrel from work and and that's this that and the other. man. He'll tell you. I can call the guy that we got in tour with. I'm home. He's at the house here. >> He'll tell you. >> You guys live here? >> Yes, sir. Yeah. And then the guy that the guy that we got, I ain't going to lie. We got in the quarry with, he's he's just my friend. He's leaving to go home. It's It's >> Yeah. Hold on. He'll tell you. He'll tell you. The same people that call. I'm fine. Don't need no medical attention. He's He's That's him. >> Hello. Hey, Logan. >> Yo. >> Hey. The police is at my house, man. He's He's talking to mention of gun. I just told him we're friends. I'm mad that you was just texting you. Just giving you heads up. I figured they come here first. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. It a It ain't It's nothing like that, man. I love >> Well, just tell them to come talk to me, you know. There they are. >> Yeah. He That's That's him. The officer. >> Is he on Spruce? >> Yeah. >> I'm good. You're good. Don't worry. Damn it. >> I'm good. You're good. Yeah, that's my friend, man. I'm going in the house. I'm >> Yeah, we're good. You're good. We're good. It's fine. >> Upon arrival, officers interviewed both parties to piece together what had really happened. >> I truly think it just got out of hand. He's fine. I'm fine. >> So, what what else happened? >> Okay. So, I just came back here. You know, I got some text messages and he's like kind of like, "You can pack your up. You're you're fired." So, it's like, >> is he your boss? >> Yes. Sales manager. >> Big deal. I'm not worried about that right now. I did let our regional manager know what was going on. >> Okay. >> You know, he's on a plane right now on his way to Green Bay, >> but you know, they got the truck, made sure nobody, you know, >> was going to get in it drunk and kill anybody. I mean, they were just way over the line. If it been close, I probably >> They were guys arguing about while we were there. >> The Cowboys getting their ass whipped. >> Yeah, cuz I think he bet like a,000 bucks on the game or something. >> He didn't bet with me, but >> Yeah. All right. So, where's this? So what happened? You guys come back here >> after the game? >> After the game or? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So I live >> he left and left us there by ourselves. So I started walking home and then I called one of our other roommates to come get me, which he did. >> Mhm. >> And then we were here and then I guess he walked here from Kitties and knocked on the door and they started. >> So I mean what was the argument between you guys? I mean, it's like most most drunken arguments. I mean, literally nothing. >> Who who is the main person that he was arguing with? >> Me. >> You? Okay, let's talk to you then. >> Okay. I'm the one that made him bloody. >> Do you want to talk to him? And I'm going to start questioning people. >> Yep. Okay. >> So, >> you guys are at Kitties? >> Everybody here? Was at Kitties? >> No, just me, him, and just me and him at the time. >> Okay. So, then you guys were arguing about the Packers and the Cowboys. Well, you probably want my >> I literally don't even know what what it was really. >> Okay. So, you don't even know what you were arguing about. You just got into an argument >> and then can you walk me through what happened after that? >> Well, he he jumped in my face and >> at kitties he did this >> at kitties and his lips touched my lips. So, I chunked him into the ground and jumped on him. >> Bartender broke it up. >> I I walked I I started walking actually at that point >> to pay the county for that. So, not me. So, a non-mandatory court uh date you have um February 19th is when it's due. Otherwise, you can set up a payment plan with the county. >> How much you think it is that's going to be? >> It's 263 bucks. >> So, your buddy's going to get one, too. I'll let you guys work that out. Okay. Just >> you guys got to get along because if you guys have another get into it again, say tomorrow, >> you guys would probably get >> arrested. Yeah. Hey, man. Just uh radio back to him that I'll take care of it and just let him know that he can just go home tomorrow. Well, I tell him at breakfast in the morning that I'll take care of it and everything will be fine. So, just shoot them. My other officer's there um giving you the same spiel. You want pictures and stuff? >> No, no, no, no, no, no problem. I need pictures. >> So, just stay separated tonight. Uh I'm not going to >> Oh, that's him right there. See, I told you he's coming over here. So, I'm I'mma pick some food. >> All right. >> I'm going to chat with him real quick then, too. All right. >> All right. You the other gentleman from this? >> I am the other gentleman. Yes, sir. >> All right. All right. You already talked to my partner. >> Uh, yes. Young kid with a younger guy with a mustache. Yeah. >> All right. You guys obviously are >> We're good, man. >> I don't know. >> We're good. >> Yeah, we're good, man. >> Um, but based off everything, though, um, both you guys are getting disorderly conduct tickets. Okay. >> Uh, just like a traffic ticket. All right. >> Ain't going to need a ticket. Just Hey, >> you're fine, man. You're good, man. >> I'm not worried about that. >> I don't I just don't I we don't neither one of trouble from that. >> We don't need none now. I know neither of you guys wanted charges done, but we still have to do an ordinance. >> You're fine. We're good. He's good. I'm good. Everybody's good, man. >> You're fine, man. No worry about >> So, obviously, you guys are good though. >> Yeah. Let him go. Let Let him go inside. We're good. I'm good. >> You're good, too. >> Yeah. All right. Um, do you want your ticket now or do you just want it tomorrow? >> Uh, yeah, tomorrow. >> Despite the threat of violence, it turned out to be nothing more than two buddies who lost a bet and had too much to drink. But it didn't stop them from catching a charge for disorderly conduct.
