from the neighbor con vandalizing other neighbors property. Why am I handcuffed? So you are in handcuffs because someone spray painted the neighbor's property. I did it for investigating to another neighbor who forced the cop to take extra measures. To the property damaging neighbor who the cop had to put in her place. Come here. You're under arrest. Why? You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. on your back because I'm going inside. Move, sir. You're under arrest. For what? Here are cases when annoying neighbors took their terrible behavior too far. Starting with the notorious thieving neighbors. On October 16th, 2023, Ohio officers responded to a woman's call regarding her missing $400 Victoria Secret lingerie order, which had been mistakenly delivered to her neighbors, who denied having seen anything. Despite delivery pictures confirming the package was at their doors stop. However, watch how these inconsiderate neighbors get themselves in a very big mess. Hello. How are you? I'm all right. Um, so she has a package that got delivered here and she went back. Um, so she has pictures that the package was in fact delivered here and it was sitting right on your porch. That's what she said. Okay. I was in bed till 12:00 this afternoon with my dogs and as you can see they're very vocal and they were in bed with me and my husband was not here. So I believe if the picture shows that the package was here I believe her the picture shows that it was here but I don't do not know anything else. All right. Who all who all lives here? My daughter. Me and my husband. Okay. Would you mind bringing them out also? My husband. Would you mind bringing them out also? Pardon? Would you mind bringing them out also so I can explain the situation to them also? They were in Rocky River. He went to get her. Oh, perfect. There's a Ring doorbell right over there. Perfect. The vigilant officer spotted a doorbell camera across from the suspected neighbor's home. And persistently lying about not picking up the package will only lead them into deeper trouble. Hello. Hi. So, does anybody have any idea about this package that got delivered here? Cuz the package 100% got delivered here. We have p She has pictures of it. We know it got delivered here at some point. No, when we got home, there was nothing here and she I don't know. Were you answering this question? No, I was in bed. Okay. So, what's going to happen is I'm giving you guys the opportunity if you guys did take it to just give it back because if you don't, I'm going to do a theft report and all three of you are going to be listed as suspects. So, what's going to happen? There's a Ring doorbell right over there. So, I'm going to go knock on that door and figure out who came out and picked up that package and whoever did that is going to get charged with a theft. Okay? And that's $400 worth of stuff. So, either we give it back now, nobody gets in trouble, or I figure out who stole it, and they're going to get charged. That's what we're doing. Okay. Okay. That's how we're going to handle this. If we find it and we know who took it, it will be returned. That's not how we're handling this. We find out who took it, they're being charged with theft. Okay? We're not doing this. Oh, you got me. I'm on camera. I took it. I'm going to give it back now. They're going to be charged with theft. I'm I will arrest them for theft. I'm not playing around. Okay. So, either give it back now or we're doing I'm listing all three of you as suspects. Okay. Okay. Driver's license. All three of them. The cop requested their IDs. However, this family brought out something even better. Kind of waiting to see if they come out with the object and be like, "Oh, you know, here it is. Your package is on the way out. All right. Did you hear that? Yes. Thank you. Perfect. We had nothing to do with this. All right. Thank you. She's going to make sure that all the stuff is in here. Yeah. I'm going to go sort of in my car. I'll just I'll stand by just in case. Who took the package? Who took it? Yeah. Like it was on your porch and you just grabbed it or like a mistake or something. Well, grabbed by a mistake by my husband and I'm the one who had it on the floor and I never even noticed the name. I thought it was my daughter. I didn't even look because she does a lot of stuff I don't know about. Okay. So, we did not do anything shady. I just said here without looking because I know I didn't order it and I just threw it at her because I didn't look. It's ironic how the mother, who adamantly denied seeing any package initially, suddenly had a completely different story. However, that wasn't even the most alarming aspect of this incident. She's missing about five things. What is she missing? I can ask her. They're all different itemized things, so I'll have to she tell me. I think you need to go ask. I suspect whoever has them knows what fire they are. Yeah. Okay. Because they're all different things. Okay. So, I would I would have to verify with her exactly what things are missing cuz they're all different. If she could tell me, just go check. She said that she has nothing else. You need to call Victoria's Secret on that one. And I believe her because I used to order from Victoria's Secret all the time and the whole order did not come because Okay, Patty. Somebody else. She needs to check with them. I used to order from Google and he would give this off. So that's what you think is most reasonable. Yeah. Most sense to you right now? Yeah, it does. Because she was scared that she she didn't she didn't steal it. No. Going through all this. Yeah. Yeah. She's got the the itemized receipt on her phone and in the package. Okay. She's got the itemized receipt on her phone and from the actual inside the package and there should be 15 things in there. I understand that. But I have actually been sent it doesn't matter. What? They're going by what? Okay, I know that Megan said that she didn't have them. Yeah, let's talk to Megan. Where is Megan at? Why? Why are we even talking to you? Is Megan at all? What the hell? Get Megan out here. It was understandable why the police would question whether the mixup originated from Victoria's secret rather than the neighbor stealing the item given that the mother had been dishonest since the beginning of the interaction when her daughter Megan eventually came out. The officer could immediately tell she could not be trusted. That's all. Oh, come on. She said that was all that was in there. Victoria said missed seven items in my saw. All right. What's your name? Megan. All right, Megan. You have one chance to get the stuff. You have five items still missing or they're missing the stuff. Ma'am, what do I do? What about Victoria's Secret? I go to jail for a year and package having missing items for Doria's Secret. That's why you don't take in packages that don't belong to you. I didn't. I threw it down to her and I didn't look at the name because I had order too. I didn't look at your name. I really didn't. And now because Victoria's Secrets going to miss it. I mean, I had seven items. That's fine. Basically deny taking it all together. Calm down. So you denied the whole I wasn't even here when it was made the bag and I made sure and only No, wait a minute. David threw it on the floor. I had just my living area and she wasn't even here yet and I threw it downstairs. I didn't even look at the name and she I had ordered Victoria too. Wait a minute. They didn't even cooperate until you threatened to arrest him. Is that what it looked like? That's exactly what happened. I didn't want my husband going to jail for something I didn't want. Well, somebody's going to go to jail cuz you guys obviously aren't fessing up and giving all the items back. I'm giving all the items back. Everything that No, hang on. Everything We've got five more that are missing. Okay, I'm telling you, Victoria's Secret is missing that. Not me. They've done that for me. You can check my underwear. You can check everywhere. I have nothing but Victoria's Secret. I get it if it was like one thing, but five. Realizing the officers weren't buying their madeup story, they decided to get more creative with their lies. She's got a daughter and I have a new job. Has nothing to do with this? Yes, IT DOES. I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK to jail. I'll go to prison. Wait, did you understand from Victoria Secret? Go downstairs and make sure I did. I stay. Wait a second. Can I say something? Tired of saying stuff. This is [ __ ] I would go and I was being here. Megan. Hey, stay out here. We're still talking to you. You're stay No, she's not giving you I'm giving you instructions to stay right here. Do you understand why people are I mean there's Stop. I'm talking. Would you all shut the separate come down? No, I'm not going down with cops. No, you are. What? What am I GOING TO DO? STOP. COME ON. NO. WHAT? Don't touch me. Don't touch me. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO? Come on. Shut up. What am I doing? What am I doing right now? No. What are you doing? That's your mom. Get inside. You were yelling at Why didn't you say taking me to jail? We're not taking you to jail. We're detaining you right now until we figure this all out. Oh my god. Stop yelling. Stop. Here's the rest of the I don't have them. I don't believe you. Can I? Okay. Thanks a lot, Mom. No. No. Go check my drawer, Mom. Go check my drawer. Take any underwear. Did you open them up and look through them or something? Yeah, she told me to open cuz she I guess she thought it was my order. I didn't even I was literally not even paying attention. I just opened it and I threw it in the bag. That's it. What bag? After the mom went to check for their missing items once more and unsurprisingly claimed she didn't find them, the officer threatened with prison time, prompting an immediate change of heart from the mother and daughter. What? Mom. Mom. Mom, go check my drawer. Go check my drawer. No. Can I go check my drawer? I can I promise you I can probably find him. Oh, you remember where it's at now? No. I promise you. I probably I said they're deep. Let's go look. Can you take this out? Let's go. No, you're staying in the cuffs. Let's go look. Go with her. Mom, can she go with me? Let's go. W go. How about that? It'll be a big family party. Come on. Stop yelling. Please. Please. No. I asked him if I could go in there. Same volume. She's talking. Okay. Calm down. He wants to take Can you let go of me? They want to take me in for a Can you let go of my arm, please, so I can look? Can you open the rear of Yeah. Is it antique? That's not mine. Mom, you didn't look cuz there's not. There's stuff in here that's not mine. Right here. That one not mine. This one's not mine. I didn't know that. Yeah. You didn't look all the way. This is not mine. Wait, hang on. I have I have a pair like this. That's No, that's brand new. Mom, you didn't look at this. No, I didn't see them. Sorry. She didn't look at that. And hang on. Open this drawer. I threw some in here. This one. Oh, you got to open both hands. They're antique. It's antique. How does this pop one? Is this your? Yeah. That's mine. Mom, I got that. That's a um from a thrift store. Sorry. Mom, I told you I threw them in between shirts. Look. Wait a minute. Right there. They surrendered only four of the five remaining missing items, insisting that was all they had taken. The cops then approached the victim, asking if she would let go of the last item. She refused and opted to press charges. And something miraculous happened as the officer moved forward with the arrest. He still wants to desire prosecution for the one item that's missing. Are you kidding me? I don't have pain. The thing is we had to go through all of this just to even get the package back. I told her where to check. No, I told her where to check. No, don't take me in. No, wait. No, don't let go. I love Well, we're passing. What if I Help. You're hurting. What if I paid for? Mom. Mom. No. Hang on. Let go. Okay. What is going to happen? Is this the underwear you gave me? Mom, for how long? Ma'am, is it? Ask her if it's a pink pair. I don't Ask her if it's a pink pair of underwear. Ask her. I'M WEARING THEM. OH MY. Ask her if it's a pink pair of underwear. I'll take them off. She just Mom. No. Mom, you gave me a pink pair of underwear. Does that come out of the package? Did it? Yeah. Yeah, ma'am. I have them. Can you please tell her? Liam, I have them. Can you please my I don't have any shoes on my mom. Mom, I don't Can you please tell me? Yeah. Bring some damn shoes. It was clear this was a motheraughter thieving duo. The daughter Megan was charged with theft. While these officers arrested this thieving neighbor with minimal resistance, the next case was entirely different as multiple cops and a wrapping device was deployed as the offending neighbor displayed extreme behavior. On July 2nd, 2023, officers swiftly responded to a call from a woman whose neighbor had crashed a car into her house and then fled. She's the one that hit my house. She's right there. Yeah. Okay. Where did she hit your house? It's over there in the corner. In the corner? Okay. Yeah. Hello. How's it going, ma'am? Good. What? Are you okay? Yeah. Are are are you okay? I am. Yeah. You you you can ask him. No, I haven't. The woman responsible for the crash was completely intoxicated and appeared oblivious to her surroundings. However, as the officer continued to ask questions, the suspect did something unexpected that landed her in immediate trouble. Judith, can you tell me what happened here? That lady saw it. You know what? I'll just be trying to get a statement from her if I'm able to. You know what? I was outside when the accident happened to somebody. It wasn't here and I was outside reporting the license when she came and get 511 central. Do we have a patrol unit? Um 76 to my truck 104. Driver is 47 being real. Our house is our house. Yeah, I understand. No, I'm taking Yes, I am. You know what? I'm You really You are really going to arrest me. She was arrested and dragged to the police vehicle. Due to her intoxicated state and recent involvement in the crash, she was initially taken to the hospital. However, this was just the beginning of the officer's challenges as the intoxicated suspect hadn't fully displayed her crazy tendencies yet. Come on, you guys. Hey, you know what? You You have a kid. Come on outside. Come on outside. You know what? Let's not do this. You know what? Get a felony. Okay. You know what? Just Just leave me here in the trash. I hope someday that they bring your kid in like this. You know what? I hope that they bring your kid in like this. So, we can get a register out of the bed. You know what? You know what? On September 14th, 2023, officers responded to reports of a heated altercation between two neighbors. You know what's going on? Huh? I don't know. Somebody over here. Hey, you're sign and stuff. Your son, bro. Hey. Hey. Hey. Come here. What's going on? Nothing's going on. We're good. I'm just I'm just talking, bro. Okay. You're talking, but you're mad and angry and yelling. I'm not mad. Having not fully understood the situation, the officer proceeded to speak with the relatively calm neighbor. How do you know her? Is she just a neighbor? This is my The [ __ ] is crazy. I swear to God, y'all don't even know this person like that. I don't know her like that. This is my sister friend. I never talked to her. She don't have no business out here. What's his name? I don't even know them. Like I said, the officer returned to speak with the still angry woman who alleged that the entire confrontation began when her neighbor threw a bottle at her, prompting her physical retaliation. She further claimed being on probation, stating that an arrest could result in over 15 years of jail time and pleaded not to be taken into custody. However, after consulting with supervisors on the scene and assessing the entire incident, the arresting officer made the decision to transport the arrested woman to jail, and the arrested woman was clearly not happy with this decision. I'm I cannot believe I'm in the back of a car and I did not The reason you see this right here? That's because you pulled. I did not mean to hurt you. I understand you didn't mean to hurt. She was charged with resisting arrest with violence and disorderly conduct. In the next case, the officers encountered a property destroying neighbor unwilling to LISTEN TO REASON. GET THE OFF. ON July 29th, 2023, officers responded to reports of a disturbance stemming from a neighbor's destruction of another neighbor's property during a dispute over property lines. It's the police. Can you go inside? Go inside. I'll be with you in a minute. Me? Yeah, you. I live here. Cool. Can you go inside for me? My home is being intruded upon. Okay, I'll be with you in a moment. I just want to separate you guys so there's no further disturbance from who? You You're screaming as I'm walking up. Me and who? You are screaming as I walked up here. My home is being intruded upon and you're telling me to go inside. I'm I'm asking you to request a different officer, please. Sure. You can talk to Officer Valpone here if you don't like the way I'm treating you. I think I was here last time. You were? Yeah, absolutely. Okay, that's fine. What's going on? So you built this metal thing, right? I the the whole thing. Okay. She complained because the that the fence port is on her property. Okay. It's supposed to be on her property. She say like that, but I don't know. That's why I made my own. She says it's like too far over on her side. Their dogs pee [ __ ] All I do is just pour water on it and it only goes onto our side. So my dad put like something here to block it like a like this gutter thing. Yeah. Okay. Oh, so you put the concrete thing here to block it and then she broke it. Broke the water. Yeah. And she broke it. The neighbors on the lefthand side erected a fence to stop animal excrement, which they alleged their neighbor frequently dumped on their property. And their troublesome neighbors then destroyed this fence. Meanwhile, another officer approached the neighbors on the right hand side. Wife. Your wife. Okay. Yeah. So, I'm trying to figure out what's going on. That's awesome. A lot of this started off with these people being very rude to my wife. I told them, "Hey, they built a fence back up onto my property and destroyed it." elves contacting the city to get it taken care of. Okay. Um and then this curb is on my she's rolled her ankle multiple times. I know it's on my property. We're taking it off my property. And don't please do not look at the line cuz they drew the line. The line is based on the property. Here's the thing. Property line disputes not a police matter. I know we're not that's also not a police matter. But if you destro Well, here's the thing is if you destroy it and it turns out it's their property, then Well, until then, it's not your matter either. Then you shaking your head and have an attitude towards me. I'm trying to figure out what's going on and you go like this and talking to me in that way. I am a very respectful person. Well, then speak in a respectful tone. I am. No, you weren't earlier. And I'm trying to say that. We're trying to keep this because the second I got out, I was told to go back inside. Okay. And yes, for someone different. And now I'm talking to you and you're throwing attitude my way when I'm speaking with your husband and he's explained this. You chime in with some snotty remark as we're trying to figure out what's going on. Correct. I'm not trying to be snotty. Well, you're acting that way and you're speaking in a snotty way. Well, if you've lived here long enough to have to put it put up with this. I'm not trying to be snotty. Do you think when we're trying to figure out what's going on that making snark comments and speaking in a manner like that helps? Even this officer seemed unable to make headway with this woman. We destroying this today because like I said, if you come over here, this line was not laid by the HOA. Okay, who was a laid buyer? Damn, that ain't going to be here. Okay, but then you can be that is if it is their property that they built and you destroy it, right? The Hold on a second. The property line thing is it? We don't know. So now you're destroying someone else's property. Nope. It's on my property. You're being unreasonable at this point. Yes, I am not. Can I finish talking? Yes, sir. Okay. They poured concrete there because you guys were urinating and defecating your yard there. That is not the case. Okay. They put Anyways, they put that there. Correct. That's what you told me. They put that cement barrier there. Correct. Well, they did. Yes, I did. So, then that is the cement part is not your property. Correct. Correct. Someone has the right to put it on my property. Is it your property though? Do you know for sure? Do you have a legal legal document? Do you have a legal document that says that it's your property? My deed will more than definitely tell you this is the line. Here's the thing. Don't you You've taken a day. You emailed a day ago, right? These things take time. Just because you decide you're whatever goes on and you're going to destroy this. That's not how adults behave, is it? Neither does a husband, right? Okay, hold on. Well, what law did I break? In the next case, the officers encountered perhaps the most honest criminal ever. Why am I handcuffed? So you are in handcuffs because someone spray painted the neighbor's property. I did investigate. I did. Okay. Well, let's go. I did. On April 12th, 2021, New Mexico police officers responded to a call reporting a woman vandalizing homes and vehicles with spray paint. Hi there. Hi. Hey, John. Doing all right. She's hammer drunk. Okay. Is anybody hurt? Nobody's hurt, but she So, she was she was on a call and I was in the bedroom. So, where does she live? Right here. No, but she ran in there. Okay. They they she ran knocked on the door and they let her in and they're hiding her. They keep opening like the door and peeping out to see. Is there anything like this ever happened before? No. No. You know her? No. We've never seen her in here before. She's a realtor. She said that lives on the other side. And so she says we're white trash. We have stuff in our yard. And so I mean she barricaded our front walkway. She spray painted our door. So I was sitting in the bedroom. My son was on the couch and we heard a knock on the door and we thought it was him coming home. My son went to look out the people and I said, "Do you want to unlock it?" He said, "No, it's all red." So, we thought he was holding something. We opened the door and saw the spray paint and came out here and saw all this. And then I was over there talking to this neighbor in the van because he's got a rain camera. And we saw this neighbor come out for a bike ride, but didn't see anybody here. And she comes walking by and what happened? I was out walking my dog and she's carrying a can of spray paint and her hand is completely red. I got her on video. So, she's in there trying to wash her hands and stuff. And so then she ran over to them and she knows them and she's like, "Joe, Joe, Joe." That's the guy that lives there. And I forgot what name he called her and told her, "Calm down. Calm down." And so now he's keeping her in there and my other son's watching the back to make sure she doesn't try to get out of the backyard. The culprit attempting to evade the cops sought refuge in another neighbor's home. A futile effort as the officers had the authority to pursue her even within the residence. After assessing the damage caused at the neighbor's house, the officers went after the culprit. Hello. Police department. Police department. Can we come inside? Yeah, sure. Is that okay? Thank you. Hi, ma'am. How are you? Good. How are you? This is I'm sorry. What is your name? Alicia. Alicia. Okay. Okay. Alicia, can you go ahead and stand up and come outside with us for a second, please? Okay. After discovering her with red paint all over her hands, the officers proceeded to detain her, placing her in cuffs and escorting her to the police vehicle. As they began questioning the woman, something unexpected occurred. Why am I handcuffed? So, you are in handcuffs because someone spray painted the neighbor's property. I did investigate. I did. Okay. Well, I did it. Okay. Well, let let me let me read you some stuff first. Okay. Let me know. Let me Hold on. Hold on. Let me read you something. Okay. The suspect was completely intoxicated. And given her previous utterances, the officer had to confirm if she wasn't a danger to herself. Here, I got a question for you. With those statements you were making, are you suicidal? Do you want to kill yourself? No. No. Okay. Well, you were just saying that we should kill you. Do you feel like you want to die? Is that That's kind of what I was getting from the statements you were making. Her confession was the easy part. She gave the arresting officer a hard time throughout the ride to the station. During a breathalyzer test to check her level of intoxication, she presented the officer with an almost irresistible offer. Alicia. Yeah. I also in addition to this to see if your alcohol content is above where I'm allowed to accept it, I also need to do a pregnancy test. So that's why you're doing this. Okay. Oh yeah. Pray. You're sliding. Slide your butt back. There you go. My mommy. I hear you. I get that way when I'm in trouble. I get that way when I'm sick. I get that way. I just want my mom. I just want my mom. She was charged with criminal destruction of property. While this suspect confessed without hesitation, the situation took a different turn in the next case with the suspect claiming innocence despite being caught red-handed. Are you ready to be honest with me now? Yeah. Okay. So, what happened? What do you mean? What happened with the crash? What crash? On October 21st, 2022, officers responded to a call regarding an intoxicated woman who had crashed her vehicle at a neighbor's residence. The driver fled the scene immediately after speaking with several eyewitnesses and finding her ID in the wrecked vehicle. The officers identified the suspect. Shortly after, they spotted her in another car attempting to flee the neighborhood. And the events that followed were extremely shocking. How you doing? Not too bad. Are you guys? The reason I ended up pulling you guys over, um, you guys were coming from that area over there. Did you end up just getting in a crash? No. No. Not me. Okay. Did you? No. We live around there, but Yep. Yeah. What's your name? My name? Yep. Stacy. Stacy. Yeah. So, if I run that black car, the registered owner is not going to come back to you or him. The black car that hit the tree. What do you mean? I've got her over here. It is Stacy. Okay. So, Stacy, can I have you come out of the car so I can talk to you a little bit more? We'll head back over here. Okay. With her ID and other belongings found at the crime scene, the officers were certain they had their man, or in this case, woman. So, no problem. Are you ready to be honest with me now? Yeah. Okay. So, what happened? What do you mean? What happened with the crash? What crash? You ended up hitting a tree. Do you remember that? No. No. No, I don't. You're not going to be honest with me right now? Well, I mean, I'm neighbor said said they saw you get picked up, huh? A neighbor said they saw you get picked up. Oh, the neighbor did. Mhm. Okay. Well, I mean, that's fine. Stacy, I I want you to be honest with me. You were in a crash. Okay. So, I wasn't, but Okay. You got in a crash. You ended up getting picked up. So, I'm giving you a chance to kind of give me your side of the story. What's going on right now? I mean, there's really no side of the story to give. I don't understand what you're wanting me to give. to give you. Okay. Well, I want you to be honest with me. That's what I want you to give me. Well, I there's nothing to be honest about. I mean Okay. So, where were you coming from? What do you mean? Where were you just coming from? Right now with my dad. That's your dad? Yeah. Got from my home. From my home. Tempor. Yeah. So, okay. So, you were at your at your home? I was at my house. Yeah. Good. Okay. Yeah. Despite the seriousness of her actions, she maintained a straight face and lied effortlessly. However, the officer continued questioning, hoping to find a crack in her web of lies. Okay. So, you were at your house and then your dad came over to pick you up then? Yeah. Okay. Okay. Um, and then your car. Where should that be right now? Probably close to my house. Close to your house. Yeah. What do you mean? Close to your house. Well, we're already at my house. I mean, won't you know you know where your car is? Why are you asking me that, right, Stacy? Won't you know where your car is? If if I if somebody asked me where my car was, I'd be like, if I'm home, it's at home. Well, my car should be at my house, though. Okay, that's not what you said. You said it should be close to home. Well, why are you questioning that home? Because I want you to tell me the truth, Stacy. That's what I That's why I And I'm going to tell you the truth. I'm going to tell you right now. Okay. The truth is like my car is like probably at my house. [Music] She continued denying involvement in the crash, prompting another officer to join in, employing the good cop, bad cop technique in an attempt to get the truth from her. Well, the house that you crashed into, they talked to you and tried to get you to stay there. Well, I didn't crash into anybody's neighbors. Your car is stuck in their house. Well, that's hearsay. It's not hearsay. It's actually not hearsay. I just talked to them. Well, it is cuz where's my car? I just told you it's it's like rammed into the side of a house about a half a block from your house right before you got picked up. Well, it is. I'm just going to tell you like or maybe it's not. Just what's your first name? Stacy. Yeah. Stacy. Like at this point, the best thing that you can do because I know that you said already that you like respect police and and stuff like that is just be honest with us because it's all we're already way past the stage of like where is your car and how did you get here and where did you just come from? We're way past that. It's not helping your cause any. So if you are honest with Noah down the road it might help you because I mean I don't know. I'm not I can't make any promises there but just be honest with us about this. There's nothing to hide anymore. We already know what happened. Okay, we've been doing this a long time. This isn't our first day on the job. Oh, I know it's not your first job on the rodeo. So, why don't you just tell us what happened so we can move along with this? The good cop, bad cop approach seemed to be effective as the suspect began to ask serious questions. No, I I just honestly am I going to go to jail? Let's just worry about job one here, which is explain to us. But I honestly want to know, am I going to go to jail? We are not there yet. We haven't decided any of that. Please don't want to go to jail. Okay. I really don't want to. Okay. Um I have a good lawyer. That's totally fine. She was arrested for refusing to cooperate and take a field sobriety test, made worse by the discovery that this was her fourth DUI, constituting a felony under Montana state law. However, during transport to jail, the officer permitted her to make a phone call to her dad, which was an eyeopener to why she behaves this poorly. Hello, Dad. Oh, Stacy. Dad, please come and get me. Come and get you. Yeah, but I'm being charged with a felony. Oh my god. Yeah. Yeah. Is this your force? Yep. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. It's a mess. Oh [ __ ] Yeah. Well done. Nobody has a drink. Oh god. That's okay. I'll don't worry. I will. Couldn't mean to have any of this [ __ ] happen. I I know you never do. I know. I know. Stacy.
