This woman caused such a havoc because of her delayed order. The restaurant staff decided to call the cops. Why would I threaten someone? I'm still sitting in my car waiting on my damn order. That doesn't make any sense. But first, let's look at how this guy got himself arrested over something as basic as cold fries. The fries are they're lukewarm, but they're not hot. Am I right? Yeah. An incident occurred on August 5th, 2022 when this man, later identified as 24year-old Antoine Sims, called the police after receiving cold fries from McDonald's. And that's not actually what makes him crazy, but the fact that he had an active warrant against him. What's up, man? We're the ones they call. Okay. What's up? Uh, basically, we went in there, purchased a booth. Um, I guess it's something wrong with that server before tried to order on the little box thing. She said that wasn't working. He had to stop us from ordering. Go help her. Okay. So, it's he probably frustrated at work. You know what I'm saying? That's the whole scenario what I get. So, why did y'all call? So, like what happened? Because we ordered the food. Um, he couldn't print us a receipt. Okay. Um, so he said the receipt would be printed in the back. So, I said, "Okay." So, we sat down, me and my fiance looking for homes around here. We went back to Progressive Reynolds looking at homes. Uh-huh. Um, I guess our order was called, but we don't even know our order number. Okay. You know what I'm saying? So now our food is sitting there cold. So when I come up, I say, you know, I try to fry. The fries are they're lukewarm, but they're not hot. You know what I'm saying? So I just asked him, "Can we get some fresh fresh fries?" Okay. He said, "Okay, the fries are not hot. Touch the fries." I said, "No, they're not hot." And at this point, you done touched them. So you know, yeah. Can I just get a fresh set? Okay. So he getting the fries and said, "Can I also get the receipt?" That was 5 minutes ago. You know what I'm saying? He Excuse me, sir. 5 minutes ago. I can I can run my store however I want to run my store. This sir, I done paid. He said, "Matter of fact, you can leave my property. You're off my property now." It's astonishing that he called the police just because he was served with cold fries. And on top of that, he keeps exaggerating the situation, ultimately making it worse for himself. This is not my my store. He's telling me this is his business. He own this. Like, it's not. We just the fries and the burger. Okay. Do you have your ID on you? No, sir. Okay. Well, I have to get your information. Okay. What's your last name? Uh, Sims. S I M S. S I M E S. E S. And first name? A N T O I N E. O I A N E. A N T O I A N E. He clearly did not expect the officer to require his information, believing that McDonald's was the only culprit here. But he has no idea that officers only need a few seconds to prove that he is the culprit. Not of this situation, but of Adalisa Maratavic's murder. Let's go inside. Let's talk inside. Outside of here somewhere. I don't want I don't want us to be outside talking. It's fine. We can talk right here. We can go inside. It don't matter. So, what happened? Okay. So, break it down for me. What happened? He insists that he's all his food is cold. Okay. He's burning my hands. So, whatever. That's, you know, not you know, doesn't really matter. Okay. took another discussion me fresh fried like what he was a little old lady and she just came up if you need me to talk to the police like no no I got this starts losing it starts shoving his food at me and I said so he said I said well tell you what you can take your business elsewhere give me a car give me a refund no you're not going to give me an effort refund you're giving me food and my money back okay sir I shoved his food I took his got nothing to show me cuz next thing you know he still is drinking. According to McDonald's employees, the situation is entirely different. Although they admitted that the food was a little cold. They did offer him the option of refunding his money to which Sims began arguing that he needed both the cold food and the refund. And that's when the situation escalated. Cuz next thing you know, he throws his drink at me. Mhm. So I took his food and took a Sprite, put it in the trash. Here's your give me your card refund. Take your business elsewhere. Please don't come back. Okay. Screaming at me. I want CT. You know, did you give him his refund? Like, is that all? He refused to. You're not going to give me a refund. Okay. This is the way he was talking. Okay. The way the guy portrays the situation suggests that Sims murderer instincts kicked in while conversing with him. And you have to have his card to do a refund. Yeah. Yeah. I don't like it. If you want to give me his card, I'll give you his refund. Okay. Well, you're not going to give him any more food. You're not going to like remake. Okay. I mean, that's it's your business. You're right. I'm just asking. I told him it's my business. Okay. All right. I'll be right back. Okay. All right. So, here's the deal. As a business owner, he has the right to not remake your food. He is willing to do a refund. He has no problems doing a refund, but he's not going to remake your food. As a business owner, he can do that. Um, he does not want you coming back in the store. He actually wants us to crimally trespass you so you will not be allowed back at this McDonald's. I don't even stay here. I It doesn't matter. He's requested it. We got to do it. It's not a big deal. It's a piece of You charge me? No, we're not charging you. It's a piece of paper we're going to give you that's going to say, "Hey, you can't come back to this McDonald's." That's all it is. Wow. Like, no. Just like just realistically, did I do anything? I don't know. I I'm not here to even figure that out. I'm here to I'm here to keep the feast. Sims foolishness resulted in a permanent ban from that McDonald's. To your surprise, he still has the audacity to ask himself if he has done anything wrong. And then what happened next is truly mind-blowing. Don't understand what I did wrong with you. No, you're good. Um, do you have CT forms? Okay, I have CT form. That's fine. Um, it's not a big deal. So, look. All right. So, this is civil. Okay. As a business owner, he has the right to refuse service to anyone he chooses to refuse service to. Just like if you owned a business, you have the same right to do the same thing. If you owned a physical business, like you didn't have you can CT. You can CT whoever the hell you want. You can do whatever as long as it's within the law. And that's within the law. Okay. All right. So, hang out with him. I'm going to get that form. It's a simple form that says, "Hey, just don't come back to this McDonald's." Now, I'll tell you, if you do come back to this McDonald's, will you get caught out here? You go. All right. I'm not. He agrees to everything, including getting the refund he had previously refused and throwing his food in the trash can. But then his mood suddenly changes. All right, Mr. Tim, come over here. I'm going have you sign this. I'm not under arrest or anything, am I? No, sir. Come over here. I'm going have you sign this real quick. I said, "I'm not under arrest." No. No, you're not. You're trespassing. Yeah. Just come over here. I'll have you sign this real quick. You have to sign it saying that you're not going to come back to the property. So, you'll fill this part out. Can I see it, sir? Yeah. You come over here, man. No, I'm I'm afraid of y'all, sir. 3 years, sir. I'm afraid. All right. I'm I'm going to walk you through. Why are you doing that? I know how to fill it out. Why are you doing that? I know how to arrest. Yeah. Come on. Don't look me again. Car car. He was aware that he would have to provide his information when signing the acknowledgement paper, which could be very concerning for him because he had current warrants against him. But then 62 Kennos, call cop. Got him. Contact. Contact. Backside. Back side. Taser deployed. Taser deployed. Put your hands out. Put your hands out. Hands out. Do not move. Do not move. Give me contact. [Applause] I got m back. I can't hear anything. These are most likely the screams Adalisa Morotovic would have let out when Sims shot her during an alleged drug deal in 2018. Two other suspects were with Sims when she was shot in the passenger seat of the car, and they then drove to the Lawrenceville subdivision and set fire to the car while Adelisa's body remained inside. Sims did not sign the acknowledgement because he had an active Fulton County warrant for failure to appear in court in this homicide case. And for this situation, he was located a short time later outside of an apartment complex and tasered immediately to prevent any further escape. Authorities found three bags of marijuana in his car totaling 31.2 g. The warrant continues. In addition to his existing warrant, Sims is charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement, criminal trespass, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He is being held at the Cobb County Jail without bond. But the next suspect did even worse by pulling out a weapon over a cheeseburger bundle. Put that gun away. Put it down. On March 16th, 2023, this Florida woman, later identified as 26-year-old Quave Young, threatened a McDonald's drive-thru employee with her gun, which had a 50 round drum magazine, unless she fulfilled her order for a cheeseburger bundle, which was not even on the menu. If she didn't, she claimed that she would push all her [ __ ] back. Put that gun away. Put it down. Get out the car. What you mean? I'm licensed to carry a gun. You're fine. You're fine. Thank you. You're fine. Put your hands back. What they talking about? You have it concealed? Yes, sir. I do. All right. This is just for safety. Okay. You're not under arrest right now. Good. Thank you. You all right? And it's Yes. And there's no guns in my slip anyway. No ammo? No. Okay. Where did you have it? I had it orange back here. You going to take me where? I've got my shoes off. Sorry. The officers took no time in putting her in handcuffs, making sure to prioritize their safety. And when Quabi got out of the car, she insisted there was no ammo in the gun, but she felt the need to use it to threaten the employee. Do you have your ID and your concealed permit? Yes. What is I'm What is the problem? Apparently, they saw your gun and they thought you No, it's in the car. I have it in my car. That's where I have it. Okay, I'm just telling you it's no big deal. She got mad because she she got mad because I asked for my order. That was the problem. I didn't do nothing. All I said was, "I'm still waiting on my number one order because I asked for it. Now I'm trying to go home." She got mad and was on some crazy. I'm like, "What are you talking about?" So, I I'm I'm wait I'm still here waiting. Okay. Look, I got a gun from still waiting. We don't know all that. I don't care. That's the crazy part. She can she can say what she want to say. That's weird. The [ __ ] I'm still here waiting on my damn order. She claims that her gun is in the car for that specific reason, which appears to be threatening other people rather than protecting herself, which should be the ultimate reason for owning a gun in the first place. On top of that, she continues to blame McDonald's staff for not giving her what she wants, a cheeseburger that was not on the menu. What is being stopped from? What is the problem? I just told you. No, you did not, sir. No, you didn't. She saw your gun. Okay. And that you were threatening her with. I did not threaten her with nothing, sir. At all. I did not threaten her with nothing. That's what we're here to do. No. I've been sitting the car. Why would I threaten someone and I'm still sitting in my car waiting on my damn order? That doesn't make any sense. I don't know. She don't She's not making me sense. That's what we're here to figure out. She's weird. Pull this up, please. She pointed at the person that told us she was a buster [ __ ] What? I did not say that. You damn liar. You're going to watch the video. No, she's not going to sit here and [ __ ] lie on me like that. No, she's not going to do that. And I'm going to call my mom right now cuz she That's weird as hell. Get my um No, I'm going to get my I'm going to get my um phone. Thank you. So Quavi got too aggressive and surprised to know that officers got to know she even aimed her gun at the McDonald's staff, which is quite a big offense in Florida itself. And what do you want them to tell her? Tell her to call my phone because I'm having a problem at McDonald's that could possibly send me to jail. Yeah. Do you want to wait to see if you get released first? Cuz if we watch the video, I'm not going I'm not going to jail cuz I didn't do anything. Watch the video then. Yeah. I didn't do anything. I didn't do nothing at all. Listen, if you watch the video and the and the allegations are false. Do nothing. You're not listening to me. Listen to me, please. If you watch the video, it didn't happen. Those handcuffs come off. you go home. Do you understand? Stand over here, please. Do you understand what I'm saying? Whenever officers inform her that the cuffs will be removed once she's seen on the right side of the law and surveillance footage, she vehematly insists that she hasn't done anything wrong. This persistent denial is a strong indication that she may have committed a crime. I just want to make sure that you don't call her and then get released and then she No, I want to call her now cuz it's so it doesn't she's that doesn't make me think she's lying. I didn't do nothing. I didn't pull no gun out on her. Why would I do that, sir? I go to school for criminal justice. I would never do that. That doesn't make any sense. But people do. Of course. People get falsely accused. Of course. But I didn't do that. Nothing. She People get falsely accused all day. You're not listening. Do you want to put her in the car? Yeah. Okay. For what? Under arrest. For what? What? What did I do? H What did I do? Can you tell me why? Assault. Assault of what? Right here. She thought she could manipulate the officers by explaining why she would commit such an act despite having attended criminal justice school, but this didn't work and she was arrested for aggravated assault. Can I get my phone so please? Assault for what? What the heck? I didn't do no assault. Oh, they're saying I You watch the video. So Oh my god, these people are crazy. This is You all right? Yeah, I'm okay. Thank you. Can I get um Can you call my mom, please? I need a phone, please. I call my mom cuz my kids are at home by I don't care who the [ __ ] what they supposed to do. Can't charge me the gun. The [ __ ] is registered? It's licensed. I'm licensed for this [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] Well, the problem is that you have it openly displayed in your vehicle. It has to be securely contained. Yeah, but I ain't try I ain't say that I was going to shoot her or even point it towards her. That in and of itself is a second degree misdemeanor. Justice was served and she was slammed with the charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and open carry of a weapon and knowingly driving with a suspended license. But what happens when juveniles make look like a battlefield? Watch your [ __ ] mouth, [ __ ] You [ __ ] can't touch no one, [ __ ] That's some pet dogs, [ __ ] Suck my [ __ ] dick, [ __ ] On October 18th, 2023, officers with the Far River Police Department received a 911 call from CVS Pharmacy about these eight juveniles who were already banned from entering the McDonald's due to their fighting behavior, but yet trespassed and caused disturbance. Once again, from the manager, if you just walked in, time to leave or you got to be subject to trespass and will be arrested. I gave you the water before you came in. They didn't want you in here. Time to leave, folks. Time to leave. I'm not playing. Time to go. Time to go. 264. I've got any more cards at McDonald's. They want you out, man. So, I'm telling you to go. All right. You don't want to go. You want to give me a hot time? No problem. You are giving me a hot time cuz how many times did I say time to go? I would use the bathroom. How many times? Officers told these juveniles who were pretending to be thugs to leave the McDonald's several times. But they stood their ground and denied everything the officer said. If you don't stop leaving, my handcuffs are coming on. First person grabs going. You already ordered it. Come over here. You have a ticket. What about you? You have a ticket. All right. Just come over here, guys. Okay. No. Time to go. I know you just didn't say what I think you said. It's time to go. I'm not playing around yet. Listen from the manager. He wants everybody up. Okay. So, you need either start leaving. You I'm telling you that. Okay. I already taught the manager. So, you either start leaving or we're going to start locking people up. We have another people here. All right. Time to go. Kudos to the officer for handling the situation alone with composure. But when he realized that these juveniles were not going to follow his orders to leave, he had to lose his cool to set an example. It's time to go. I order for them. Time to go. What? I don't know why. Huh? I don't know why. Cuz he doesn't want anybody in here. So you mean mad people stay here, but I We can't get everybody out. We got more cars coming. There's all these other people here. So get them out. But right now, I'm talking to you. So you're dick riding. Yep. Time to go. Yeah. So you're dick. So you're gay. What is it? So you're gay. All right. That's what it is. Go. Time to go. You're not going back in. Who are you touching, bro? I'm touching you. You're not going back in. Time to go. Yo, that's my little brother's coming with me, too. All right. My little brother's coming. No, he's not. You're about to go. He's not coming in. He's not coming in. The [ __ ] They're not coming in. What the [ __ ] These [ __ ] can't touch [ __ ] while no problem. Several other officers arrived on the scene to despar these unethical juveniles. And as soon as the officers pulled one of the juveniles back while going inside again, he became aggressive, claiming that he knows his rights. What are you going to do, [ __ ] You're going to get locked up. You're going to get locked in the street. You're about to get locked, [ __ ] I can stay here. Get my food, [ __ ] [ __ ] I've been locked up, [ __ ] I know my rights, [ __ ] Watch your [ __ ] mouth, [ __ ] You [ __ ] can't touch no one, [ __ ] That's my dead dogs, [ __ ] Suck my [ __ ] dick, [ __ ] He then proceeded to verbally abuse the officer for several seconds before realizing that he needed to move on or he would be put under arrest. But that realization didn't last any longer. No, you can't arrest me, [ __ ] I can say whatever the [ __ ] I want, [ __ ] You [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm dead dog. You a [ __ ] [ __ ] You just need to keep looking and I'll talk, [ __ ] Suck my [ __ ] dick. Last time all the cruisers in the city are coming. If you're not saying, you're standing. Time to go. You You're under arrest. What? You're under arrest. You're under arrest. 31. 31. Back up. The chaos even fueled up more when the officer was forced to apprehend one of these juveniles who refused to obey his orders and continued to swear at him. But then this happened. Yo, [ __ ] Yo, why you got me by my [ __ ] neck? The [ __ ] is wrong with you, [ __ ] The [ __ ] wrong with you, bro? I don't need to go on the ground. Oh [ __ ] [ __ ] What the [ __ ] [ __ ] What the [ __ ] [ __ ] What the [ __ ] [ __ ] Yo, get up off me, [ __ ] Yo, get up off me, [ __ ] Yo, get off me, [ __ ] Get off me, [ __ ] Yo, get off me, [ __ ] Get the [ __ ] off me, [ __ ] Yo, my [ __ ] neck, [ __ ] The [ __ ] off me, [ __ ] Get the [ __ ] off my neck, [ __ ] The [ __ ] is wrong with you, [ __ ] More of these eight juveniles were in the process of getting arrested for their immoral behavior. But yet they didn't stop swearing at the officers. And when finally officers thought they were done with this situation, a woman stood up believing she could outwit the cops with her words. Hey, what the [ __ ] is wrong with this [ __ ] The [ __ ] is wrong with this [ __ ] Bro, this [ __ ] you up. The [ __ ] is wrong with you, [ __ ] The [ __ ] is wrong with you? [ __ ] [ __ ] Can I stand up? I'm good. Obviously, I got to go over there. For what? Can you sit? For what? What am I going where for? Dude, I told you numerous times. Did I not tell me what my earpods? Where your earpods? Can I walk with you to pick up my earpods? Yeah, you got him. Yeah. And when all of these juveniles got what they literally deserved, it was now time for them to justify their actions. You were told to leave numerous times. I told you to leave. I told you you don't come back in the store. I told you not to come back in and then you came back in. I don't get to eat [ __ ] all day. I'm hungry. I'm going to get food if I need to get food, bro. It's like that. Okay. Have lunch at school. Yeah. I don't eat that lunch, [ __ ] It's not good. Okay. So, that's your fault. Like, [ __ ] All eight juveniles who caused a disturbance and displayed fighting behavior were arrested right away. However, because they were juveniles, police did not reveal the names or ages of any of the group members. But wouldn't you be surprised to know that a 4-year-old pulled the trigger on an officer? my love. Oh my god. On February 21st, 2022, the Unified Police Department received a 911 call reporting an incident at McDonald's about this man who started to argue after his order was messed up and threatened the restaurant staff with a gun. When officers arrived, they discovered the situation had gotten worse as they realized that the man's 4-year-old child had grabbed the gun. Open the door. The door now. With the right hand, open the door. Open your door. Open your door. Come on out. Hold on. Step out. Step out. Get out of the car. Down. The father was immediately dragged out of his car because he refused to comply with the officer's commands to exit the vehicle several times. However, this was only the beginning of this terrifying story. No. Drop the gun. [Applause] kids. [Applause] The four-year-old grabbed the loaded pistol, aimed right at the officers through the car's window, and pulled the trigger. Fortunately, the bullet missed its mark, and hit the side of the building. Gun is all I can. It's all right. Come on. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. Come on. It's all right. It's okay. Come on. Come on. It's okay. It's okay. Little boy pulls out a gun. I look back. There's a fist block right here. Let's take them inside. Okay. Here. Let's go in here. Okay. You okay? Come on. Let's go inside. Hold on. Hold on. It's astonishing to think what kind of father would leave a loaded gun in the car with the safety turned off, especially with children who could use it as a toy. Where's the shell casing at? I don't know. Was the kid inside the car? I guess. How was the kid? I just And he's the one that our freaking heads were all right there. I mean, had it been lower. Now that we've seen this horrific situation from the outside, let's see how terrifying it must have been for those inside the building where the bullet struck. Oh my god. Only if the bullet had struck any of the civilians or officers would there have been a fatal accident. But the father must be relieved that this did not occur. The father was later convicted of child abuse and assault in relation to the incident. But what happens when a female is accused of waving a gun in a McDonald's drive-thru just over a cookie? Oh, you don't have to car. You don't have to. Let me get back. Hey, do not pull away from him. I'm not pulling away from him. On February 2nd, 2023, officers in Florida were alerted about this woman, later identified as Amari Bente Hendris, who was accused by McDonald's employees of waving a gun in the drive-thru after she got upset when McDonald's denied her request for a free cookie, which she thought she owed. Stay right there. Stay right there. gun. Exit the car. Hands. Exit the car. What? Exit the car. How you going to tell me to out of the car? Put it in park. Who you yelling at? Who you yelling at? Right here. Hands on the hood. Yelling at Hands on the hood. Who you have a gun? Hey, but Hands on the Hood. Stop arguing. Hands on the hood. Hands on the hood. My hand is on the hood. Why I have to put my hands on the hood? Am I arrested? being detained. How? Look, see what they doing to me, babe? In front of Zoe's kitchen. Hurry up. You see what they're doing? Because the officer was already aware that she possessed a gun. He quickly drew his weapon and ordered her to exit the vehicle with her hands in the air. To which she reacted as if she really posed a threat to the officer. Why y'all doing all this? Why cause for all these cops? Cuz they said you shot a gun over there. Huh? [Music] She was immediately detained and handcuffed to ensure she did not do anything stupid against the officers which could cost their lives. I'm on the car. You don't have to put her in the car. No, you don't have to put me in the car. You don't have to. Let me get back. Do not pull away from me. I'm not pulling away from him. What is you doing? What are you doing? Why you almost broke my arm? That's a lawsuit. She pretended to be the officer here, telling them what to do when she was told to sit in the squad car. And her drama only ended when she was booked into the Semino County Jail on several charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, improper exhibit of a firearm, battery causing bodily harm, and resisting an officer. But what happens when a woman is caught doing drugs in McDonald's drive-thru? Breaks my damn heart, brother. This is Dude, I I had never seen anything like that, so I have no idea. On April 23rd in Marietta, Georgia, a woman named Kelsey Warren ordered food from McDonald's, but passed out in the drive-thru while still behind the wheel. And the reason she fainted is as shocking as the fact that her one-year-old infant was in the car with her. Ma'am. Ma'am. Hey, Marry the police. Ma'am. Hey. Marry the police. Ma'am. Hey. What's going on? H stop reaching. What's going on? You really tired? Yeah, sir. Can you turn the car off for me? Yeah. Go ahead and turn the car off for me real quick. Turn the car off for me real quick. Looking for my car. Turn the car off first for me. Okay. Can you hand me the keys real quick? Yeah. Can I find my glasses really fast? Give me your keys first. Kelsey claims to be tired, but she still drives to McDonald's for her meal. However, she later tells the officer why she is tired, which will completely blow your mind. Hi. Hey. Smile. You're going to be all right. Okay, buddy. You're going to be all right. Breaks my damn heart, brother. This is Dude, I I had never seen anything like that, so I have no idea. Officers can be seen reassuring the child after discovering a syringe in the car, which Colsey utilized for injecting heroin drugs. And at some point, the officer was also surprised, saying that he has never seen anything like this. She later admitted to using drugs before coming to McDonald's, eventually leading her to face charges of possession of a controlled substance and endangering a child. But the next suspect even tried to kill the officer in McDonald's drive-thru. Get down. Get down on the ground. On top of me, walk crossfire. Walk crossfire. On May 11th, 2023, officers in Fairfax County, Virginia, were alerted to a stolen U-Haul, which was later discovered at a gas station near a McDonald's, where the Fairfax officers responded immediately. But the officer was unaware of the 38-year-old Brandon Lamb, the mastermind behind the theft, who was prepared to kill the officer in order to escape. Can I do something? Drive U-Haul. Yeah. Yeah. If you talk to me real quick over here. All right. We're going to go right over here, man. What did I do? Detained. Okay. This report this report is stolen. Why? Since when? You're under arresting. You're just being detained. Okay. What's reported stolen? 221 Bravo. Hold the channel. Send me a unit to Siko up here by North Walmart. When the officer informed Brandon that he was being detained for driving the stolen U-Haul, he made an unexpected and surprising move. What the Sir, you're good. Get out my gun. Sickle one. Signal one. My gun. Brandon knew he was in serious trouble after being caught with the stolen U-Haul. So, he decided to grab the officer's gun, resulting in a massive fight between the officer and the suspect. Let's report it soon. Get off my gun. Take no one. Just throw it off. Signal what? Sir, you're not going to jail right now, right? Get off my gun. The struggle continued even after the officer told Brandon to put down his gun, which he refused to do until he had it. But then another idea occurred to Brandon which was even more surprising. You guys were going to call this one. Get off my gun. Get off my gun. As the struggle continues, the vehicle is put into gear and begins moving. He's going for my gun. He's going for my gun. Please let Please just get back. Get off my gun. After stealing the U-Haul, he decided to steal the officer's squad car, which he attempted and even reversed, causing it to crash into a nearby McDonald's drive-thru. Just crashed into the Walmart. In the car. In the car. What car? The SUV. McDonald. In the SUV. Get down on your ground. Get down on the ground on top of me. Watch crossfire. Watch crossfire. Two other responding officers immediately drew their weapons and shot the suspect who could have easily killed the first officer if he had grabbed the gun. Is he hit anywhere? Several shots fired. We got an officer. See if he's been hit. Everybody expedite. the location. McDonald, where are you head? The officers then took out the first responding officer who had sustained several injuries and attempted to heal them as much as possible. Brandon Lamont, who may have done everything he could to escape and injure the officer, was fatally shot during the shootout. Brandon was also charged with assaulting officers in addition to allegedly escaping jail in 2015. In addition, Le Man has been charged with numerous fraud and money rellated offenses throughout his career. No officers were seriously injured at this scene, and the responding officer received medical attention immediately to treat any injuries he sustained. But what about a woman who couldn't stop causing chaos just over extra cheese that she wasn't served? Officers were called by McDonald's staff in January 2023 regarding this woman who was later identified as 31-year-old Latika Hancock, who purchased a Big Mac and returned to McDonald's because it did not have the extra cheese she had paid for. The situation quickly escalated as Latika continued to behave like a child. Hi. Did you have a bad day inside? No, sir. I went through the drive-thru earlier. Okay. She refused to take my dollar to give me 30 cents after I paid it for extra cheese. Okay. There was a young lady who was very nice by the way before I introduc got introduced to this lady in the burgundy. Okay. She asked the lady in the burgundy shirt to remake my sandwich. She comes up to the desk wanting me to pay her another 30 cents. So 49 plus 30 plus 30 for what? When there's I'm not even getting enough pieces of cheese. You only put one on here when I already paid the 49 cents for the extra piece of cheese. Well, now you're charging me 60 cents more. So then she got an attitude because I asked her for a refund and called the police because she didn't want to give me back my money and I told them I'm in a black truck and I'm waiting. She finally gave me the refund literally 8 seconds before I got in the car and started it up. The problem was all I wanted was to be remade with an extra piece of cheese. She explained the situation to the officer in a calm and composed manner, stating that she did not receive what she ordered, but did receive a refund, which the McDonald's staff asked her to accept, but she continued to request that they remake the sandwich. I completely She started screaming at me, and I'm just like, well, ma'am, she explained it to you. Why won't you go make it? Well, you need to pay me 30 cents. I said, the lady that just came and got the paper already took the 30 cents on top of the 49. Why would I give another 30 cents which makes it 60 plus49 cents? So they've made you whole? No, they haven't made you whole. Well, I mean, yeah, she gave me my money back, so I'm going to go somewhere else. But okay, the problem was she should have just remade it like the lady asked her. I came all the way back here to get my sandwich. Obviously, I wanted to go home with it. I didn't understand. So, she gave me a refund. I'm leaving. She started screaming at me, telling me to have a good day and not to come back here. And I said, I won't. So, you didn't you you didn't say anything. And you was a complete angel cuz I'm getting information. You're getting disorderly destroyed. Okay. All right. I did. So, here's what's going to happen. You've been made whole, right? You got your money back. Everything you pulled up. I didn't want you to have to chase me. So, here's what we're going to do. They want you trespass. They don't just listen. I know it doesn't mean anything. It's a McDonald's on every corner. Customers are right. Thank you. Okay. I won't come back. Does this car come back to you? No, it does not. Okay. Can I get a driver's license number or something from you or name date of birth? I don't have one. Well, I'm going to issue a trespass notice and I have to fill out a piece of paper. I could care less. I just need some information. No. And that's when all the trouble started. She refuses to provide any information to the officer or sign any trespassing papers despite having agreed not to return to this McDonald's. She gave a description. You can use that, but I know. So, I'm filling out a paper. Go ahead. Fill it out. It's going to have your information on it so that you can't come back on the property. Who wants to? It's a McDonald's. There's one on But I have to serve you a piece of paper. Give you my info. Sorry. You are because it's a crime if you don't. No, it's not. You're trespassing. The crime is her being nasty and won't make my sandwich the way I paid for it. It's my money. Okay. That's nasty. You're going to make it more difficult than it has to be. If you arrest me, I promise you, you're going to have a problem. I I won't have a problem. Yes, you will. No ma'am. I ma'am. We're just trying to identify you to give you a piece of paper. Okay, that's it. You have to identify yourself. How many McDonald's out here? Because we've already explained she was the rude ass [ __ ] Disord another level. Stop. Bring yours down cuz I'm done. Stop. She went from being calm and composed to becoming aggressive as soon as she realized she would not be able to return to this McDonald's. On top of that, she threatens the officer with a massive lawsuit if they arrest her. For what? Over a sandwich that she refused to make. Are you going to stop and listen? Going to go in there and make her remake my sandwich. Nobody. If you don't stop, you're going to end up going to jail. Stop. Hancock hk. Write it down so I can calm down. No, cuz you're not about to act like that over a sandwich. She didn't make right. Stop. You don't need to go to jail over this. Exactly. Okay. So, calm down. Like over a sandwich. You're making us your enemy. I'm ready. I gave you my info. No, you didn't. Yes, I did. I said my last name. Damn. over a burger that she didn't even make, right? That I traveled way for. Are you going to listen to me? What's your first name? The easiest thing to do is just give us your info. We give you a trust. We give you a piece of paper and you don't come back. Then you're free to leave. Trespass, so I'm not coming back. But we have to serve you with a criminal trespass notice. No, you don't. Yes, by law we do. Okay. Then we're going to Then we're going to arrest you to identify. Then identify yourself. She sometimes willingly shares her information, but there are times when she feels no obligation to do so. Her fluctuating moods indicate that she views the interaction as a casual conversation with a civilian rather than acknowledging an officer's authority. For what? Over a sandwich? Stop. She didn't identify identify yourself or we have to arrest you now. Stop. Over a Yes, over a sandwich. So, you're making a bad decision. Missing every day, though. But you coming for me over a burger, y'all? It's too much. You're not leaving until you identify yourself, bro. If you don't get the You better calm down. I'm not giving you nothing. I already said it. Okay. You're under arrest for Put your hands behind your back. No, I'm not. You are under arrest for failure to identify. Put your hands. Okay. My last name is Hancock. I already told you that. Your hands behind your back. No, I don't want to. For real. It's Latica. I'm telling you. Why would you do that? Okay. I'm saying okay, you're going to get paid. Okay. Okay. I'll get down. Can I please turn around again? Turn around. Face the car. Oh my god. Why would you meap? [Music] Look at my face. Why? And as soon as she saw the handcuffs coming out, she quickly complied and gave the officers her name. And just as she was put in those cuffs, tears poured down her face in a display of emotion. Despite this, she appears unwilling to end the chaos. Look at my Oh my god. It's all right. She's stacked. I know. I'm just going to have to go over the car. My leg. I look at my me. I didn't even hit you. I have something for my mouth, please. Why would you punch me like that? Free 11. Why can I just leave you on? No, you're going to jail. Please, can I go home? Okay. Now she apologizes for everything and begs him to release her so she can return home. Yes, you did. No, I didn't. I'm a baby. Look at my face. It's all resisting. It don't matter what sex you are in the car. Stop arguing. This is not a debate. Okay. Okay, I'm going. I'm I'm going to go, sir. Okay, tell him to stop cuz it hurt. I'm going to Why are y'all so like this over a sandwich? Close the door, you [ __ ] She is asking the officer why they would act in this manner over a sandwich. A question which she should ask herself that why she would do such things to be reported to the police over an extra cheese. So, we had one resist and I punched her in the mouth. She busted her mouth open. So, let's just put some gauze on it, wipe it up, and we'll get her to the jail. Works for me. Grab some more. I'll be honest, if it wasn't you, too, I'd probably be angry. But, well, she resisted, pulled away, and I punched her in the mouth. So, she's mad now because I punched in her mouth, but she would rather, you know, could have got tased, but it worked. She calmed down. Well, she not calm down. I'm the bad guy now. All right. You ready? I know because you I don't want to open that door cuz she's she came out on me already. Uh all right. You got a trespass notice for me? I don't have anymore. Yep. The chaos ultimately came to an end when she was taken to jail and charged with resisting arrest among other minor offenses. An AMT treated the bleeding from her mouth caused by the punch and determined that the wound was superficial.
