You're [ __ ] with me, man. >> You're [ __ ] with me. >> You're [ __ ] with me. >> During the flight, he pulled down his shorts and in the aisle of the aircraft. >> These are the moments when dumb passengers forced the airplane to land. In this case, a passenger's night of drinking Jack and Cokes took a shocking turn when his behavior forced an American Airlines flight to make an emergency landing. What started as a trip to visit family ended with police waiting at the airport, a serious investigation, and consequences he never expected. >> That's the face of somebody that's excited to see us. >> Hi, how are you? >> Good. How are you? >> Okay. >> What's going on today? >> Nothing really. >> No, nothing really. >> Getting off. >> You're getting off? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Let's do that. >> Thank you. Well, stand by all those police officers right there for me. >> Yeah. What's going on? We have no information. >> The curtain closed. I was eating. I heard like a water. >> So, I'm thinking like, you know, Sunday coming down. I hear her say, "Excuse me." Like, really? >> Oh, wow. Okay. >> Everywhere. >> Yeah. Put him in handcuffs. >> Great. Can I have you send that to me? Okay. >> And the gentleman up there came and got me. When I came up here, he was already creeping. >> Okay. >> And he just was acting a little erratic like he was trying to pull up the emergency light thing. So, >> can you just aird drop it to me? >> There you go. >> Half hour ago. >> About half hour shaking. >> He been drinking. >> Yeah, he was drunk at the airport. >> Okay. I gave him a drink, but I hadn't even it was something. >> No, he was screaming on the >> Not on the play though. Not on the >> in the in the >> They would have told me that I would haven't even started the drink. >> Sure. No, no, no. I get I get that. Totally get that. >> Yes, I do. I get the picture. >> I'm trying to rip things up. >> So, I didn't know. I could ask them what happened or >> I show you. You want to see what happened? >> Yeah. >> Oh. Wonderful. >> Watch your head getting in, man. All right. >> Yeah. >> Go low. >> Yeah. That's there. Take him. All right. >> So, do you know where you are right now, Neil? >> Yeah. I met in the Portland airport police station right now. >> So, you're not in Portland, you're in Buffalo, New York. >> The biggest problem wasn't what happened on the plane. It was that he seemed completely unaware of how far things had gone. Yeah, I knew I was flying and I don't know what what what did I do that was >> we're going to talk about that, but I just want you to be aware that the the plane had to land and you're in Buffalo, New York and you're at the police station at the Buffalo airport. >> Yeah. So, what what Okay. >> Where are you trying to go? >> Manchester, New Hampshire. >> From where? >> From Portland, Oregon to Manchester, New Hampshire. Go see my family. >> Okay. So, you left Oregon this morning or last night? >> Or last night? Yeah, last night. Yeah. >> Okay. And you're flying to New Hampshire. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you didn't make it there. >> No, I know. >> You're in Buffalo, New York. >> All right. Because there was an issue on the plane which we're going to talk about. Okay. We have some questions for you. >> Okay. >> Before we ask you questions, we have to read you something. Okay. >> Okay. >> But before I read you that, I want to make sure you you've been drinking. >> Yeah. Some cocktails. >> Okay. I want to So, you're in Buffalo, New York. you. What day of the week is it? >> Today is I got off on I I literally woke up this morning. I'm trying >> How about this? Do you know the month? >> Yeah, we're we're in July. >> All right. Any idea of the date? >> 3rd. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Third. >> Yep. >> Today is 3rd. Yes. Third July. I was supposed was getting in third of July, get home to my family and go to the lake. >> Okay. So, I want you to be comfortable cuz I know you you've had a couple beers. >> Yeah. >> Right. I just want to make sure that you understand that we're ask questions about what happened on the airplane. >> Yeah. >> All right. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> So, you started your flight in Oregon and you're flying to New Hampshire. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And you've had a couple What were you drinking? >> Uh Jack Daniels and a Coke. When did you start drinking? >> Uh, when I got on the plane, I had three. Exactly. >> Okay. >> Do you normally drink alcohol? >> Yes. >> All right. >> And what happened on the plane? >> I I I really could not tell you why this is going on right now. >> Okay. >> Do you have any recollection about what happened or why the plane had to land? I remember getting on the flight and there was a gentleman that was upset about he hit his head and then he was upset the whole flight and then that started that flight the like the night flight and then >> I got off and we land we we landed on there. >> Where did you where did you lay over >> in Chicago? >> So you flew from Morgan to Chicago? Yes. And then you laid over. How long was your layover? It was about two. It was two hours then carried over to more to more. So, >> okay. And when you laid over for two hours, were you drinking? >> I drank I had two drink three cocktails and then I waited and then we got carried. Then we got laid over more >> and seeing the gay and waited. And then >> were you drinking some more then? >> No. No. No. >> No. And I got on the plane and it's fine. Got caught on the flight and then >> any drinks on the plane? >> Yeah, I got Yeah. >> What was that? >> Uh Jack Daniel. >> That's what you like the ads. >> Yeah, you know Jack Daniel and Coke or >> All right, fine. Um so you're flying from Chicago to your last leg to you're going right into New Hampshire. >> What airport do you know? >> Uh Manchester. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> What happened there on the on the plane? I I I can I ain't making commotion, I don't think. Oh, >> okay. Did the flight staff come up to you at all? >> No. No, no one came to me. I I I didn't talk to anybody. >> Okay. >> The whole time. >> All right. >> I I didn't talk to any flight staff or anything from me to you guys right now. >> Did they stop serving you alcohol at any point? >> No. >> Did they say anything to you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Nothing. >> All right. This is where the story starts falling apart because the evidence says one thing and his memory says another. >> That's why I'm so shocked at what's going right now. >> Well, I'm going to show you a picture. Do you recognize anyone in that picture? >> Yeah, me. >> Okay. What are you doing? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't. >> Can you tell me what the picture shows? >> Yeah. Sound. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> What are you doing? >> [ __ ] the >> Yeah, it's not. >> So, that's why we're sitting here cuz it looks like your pants down and you had to go to the bathroom, but you weren't in there. >> I I I I went I didn't go to the bathroom anywhere NYC or anything like that. So, I wasn't doing that. >> Do you remember doing any of that? >> I I remember like standing up and doing that, but I didn't have any altercations with the staff or anything like that. So, >> did they have to restrain you on the plane? You remember anything about that? >> No. >> Okay. >> I didn't have But >> you recognize that you'reing in the middle of the aisle? >> I don't think I was. Okay. Yeah. But yeah, I understand what you're saying. >> I said you're flicking the bean. >> That's what it looks like is what I'm >> You said flicking the bean. So you weren't eating. You were whatever. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> I I don't Yes. I wasn't I I was not I went to the restroom and I was came back and that was it. I wasn't trying to >> So why did your pants come down? >> I just I was trying to just get the last residue off. I I have a I have a bladder control problem. I'm going to tell you honestly, I have that. Yeah. >> So, that's my my issue, but I I wasn't trying to do anything wrongful with that. I understand the picture, but >> So, there's other people on the plane, you know, they were sitting there queuing in front of me and they saw that children, women, all that type of stuff. >> The moment other passengers become part of the equation, excuses start getting a lot harder to defend. So that's why the plane had to land. The aircraft supports they had to restrain you. You became combative at some point. >> Okay. I I I I'm not an aggressive person at all. >> Have you been totally fine with us? We appreciate that very much. >> Okay. So that's why we're here. >> Um have you ever been arrested before? >> No, sir. >> So how many drinks total do you think you had? >> Four. All right. And no one said anything to you on the plane? >> Nothing. >> You don't remember having to be restrained by anyone? >> No. >> All right. How did you pass it back up? Did you pull him up? >> Yeah. I I just I I wasn't trying to do anything wrong with that situation, sir. It wasn't >> What do you mean by flicking the bean? You were trying to cut yourself? >> I was I I have a leaking problem kind of. I'm embarrassed to say it, but >> No, don't be embarrassed. We We want to help you figure out what happened. Okay. I I have a leaking problem. I fl I I was trying to like flick it off like like just like >> Okay. >> And it just came came down like I >> So you're walking out of the bathroom, you shut the door and then you turn and then what drew your attention back to your P. >> I I was just trying. It's probably It was dripping probably. I think maybe. Yeah, it was dripping. I just I didn't think I wasn't thinking about facing towards the the public or anything. about it. And >> so you you you pulled your pants down. Do you remember how far you pulled them down? >> No. No. I was I wasn't I wasn't facing public. >> Right. But just so you but you pulled your pants down after you to use your words and not not after you flipped the mean >> your your attempt as you say to to to clean it. You pulled your pants up and then you sat down? >> Yes. Yes, sir. >> And then as far as you're concerned, the flight carried on. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Did anyone approach you after that? >> No. No one came out to me at all. That's why I'm so surprised about what's going on right now. >> Okay. >> I I I like I just came out of the bathroom. I went to bed like four times and I just came out. And >> when the police officers got on the plane once it landed here, >> I I was in shock. >> But today you were drinking >> Jack Daniels. >> Jack and Coke. >> Okay. >> On the plane. >> On the plane. >> Yeah. >> And you said that this leg of the trip they served you how many? >> Three. >> They served you three. Okay. >> Three. And then from from your first leg of the trip >> from Portland to Chicago, how many did you have there >> on the plane itself? >> Oh, that that was our Portland. I had >> Yeah, three. >> You had three? >> Yeah. >> So, from Portland Chicago, you had three. You stopped in Chicago. It was supposed to be two-hour layover. You had a couple. >> But I I haven't stopped in Chicago yet. >> You actually did? Yeah, you stopped. >> Oh, I did. Yes. But I didn't have like the like the I I didn't drink at all or anything. >> You Okay. You said a minute ago you had three. >> Well, I had three three. Wait. So, wait. We're in >> We're in Chicago now. The plane went from Portland to Chicago. It stopped. You had a layover. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, going from Portland to Chicago, I I had I just had a drink before I on the flight. >> Okay. We all know. >> So, after Portland airport, you had a drink? >> Yes. >> On the flight from Portland to Chicago, you didn't have any. Is that accurate or you had >> No, I I had two drinks on from the flight there. on the flight. Okay. >> And then you landed in Chicago and it's a two-hour layover, but it got extended. You said two more. >> Yeah, it got extended. No, it got extended like >> let's see. >> Just roughly. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Four hours. >> Probably >> something like that. So, you had two and then you went back and had two more. >> No, two. Then I No, I stopped. I I didn't have any drinks like in the layover. Yeah. >> In the Chicago airport, you said you had three. >> That's fine. That's fine. Yeah. No. No. Yeah, that's fine. Yeah. >> Yeah. Then you said you had one more on the plane from Chicago here. >> Yes. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, the FBI has jurisdiction over crimes that occur when the aircraft is in flight. >> What started as a reckless mistake in the air was now a problem waiting for him on the ground. >> Um, does they have juris airspace? Okay. Um, and because of what happened with you pulling your pants down and the aircraft was in the middle of flight, the FBI left jurisdiction on that. Hi. Can I call anyone right now or? >> Yeah, I'm comfortable with having you making a phone call. Um, put on speaker. >> I'm going to call my girlfriend. Okay. And now >> I'm getting detained right now by the detectives on the airplane. >> Hi. Um, so my name's uh Detective Dwey. I'm with the NFA police here in Buffalo, New York. There was an incident on the aircraft during flight. Um, first off, he's he's had a lot to drink today. um he's intoxicated >> and during the flight he um pulled down his shorts and in the aisle of the aircraft. >> Um so he exposed himself to a bunch of passengers. The plane had to be diverted during flight to Buffalo, New York because of this. He's currently at our police station at the Buffalo airport. Um he is in custody. He's going to be charged with exposure in your on an aircraft. >> I hope so. I have no I have no clue. I There's no problems on the flight at all until you tell him something. I don't want to tell my parents at all right now or anything. I will say I'm his girlfriend. So I've lived with him for a couple years and he's done like he's woken up half asleep. Like he's had some like kind of like sleepwalking type things and he has like gotten like gotten half like half a gone to the bathroom like that before. >> Okay. >> So I just want to let you know. >> Okay. >> Um that >> full-blown peed and stuff like that. intentional. >> No. Yeah. Right. So he All right. Okay. >> When he did that, was there drinking involved in that incident? >> Yes, there was one time when we were in college. Um we had like buddy or whatever, went home and it happened like in the middle of the night when he was like half asleep. And I know when I dropped him off at the airport last night, we're from Oregon, so we're like he left at like midnight. He was already super tired. And I don't know if he was like half asleep, had some drinks, and was like half asleep when that happened. >> Okay. So, the previous times he's had, we'll call it accidents, if you will, there was alcohol involved. >> Yes. >> Okay. Was there ever an incident that he had an accident that there wasn't alcohol involved? >> Um, maybe once. Um I yeah maybe once >> okay >> he he does have some like slight bladder issues so >> I told him that already. Yeah. >> Yeah. I fight all the time. I don't >> You drink all the time on the flights. >> I always have a drink. Yeah. But >> Neil, this is just me manto man talking. Yeah, >> sounds like alcohol is the common factor in these episodes with you. >> The pattern was impossible to ignore. The same choice kept leading to the same kind of disaster >> having accident. >> Never had a problem. This >> sounds like what you're saying. Yeah. >> So maybe if you were to remove the alcohol, >> you wouldn't have problems. That's just an observation. >> No, I Yeah. You know what I mean? Not even anything you're saying. >> Yeah. And again, you you're you're you're a grown man. You're free to do whatever you want. I just >> I get what you're saying. I >> just a just just an observation. >> No, I haven't disagree with you at all. >> That's just something to think about. >> You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> Maybe it's uh not right for you, and that's okay. >> The passenger faced federal charges for indecent exposure and inside an aircraft during flight, which caused the plane to be diverted and make an emergency landing. Moving on to the next case where this man's behavior on a flight quickly crossed the line, leaving another passenger uncomfortable and forcing the situation to take a much more serious turn. What started as unwanted attention soon escalated into a confrontation that made sure this flight was never going to end normally. Um, you need >> 22. Thanks for coming. >> All right. So, 22 Charlie, I've got an individual that was started leaning into a passenger, a female passenger, male leaning into a female. Uh, started playing footies with her, started trying to ask her out on dates. It made her feel really uncomfortable. >> What started as unwanted attention quickly became a problem he couldn't talk his way out of. >> Uh, I moved her, okay, put her a couple rows back. Uh, and she did not want to be seen by this guy moving, so I moved her stuff forward. He then proceeded to occupy her seat and then when we had left her there he went and had a intense conversation with her again that made her just burst out into tears. She's feeling a lot of shame right now and like she's at fault for something. Okay. Um I went to address him and I asked him I said I need you just leave that gal alone. What you're doing is not making her feel comfortable. And he immediately stood up in my face and started just cussing. The moment he chose confrontation over accountability, this situation was never going to end quietly. >> Therefore, left and right, you will not leave. You will leave me alone. You will leave me alone. You know, just getting in my face, just making a scene. I mean, yelling at the top of his lungs in front of women and children, families right in front of and back. At that point, I said, you know, this guy's going a little bit crazy. It's like he's on or something. Um, we need him off the plane. One, cuz he made my customer feel uncomfortable by touching her in inappropriate ways. Uh, and now yelling at me, having a verbal education at me. I got him to sit down and get us diverted here. >> Has Mr. served any alcohol? >> No. >> Okay. And what is your name, sir? >> My name is Chris. >> Chris. What? >> Chris Ketchum. >> Ketchum? >> Yes. All right. >> What does he look like? Just in case he's moved since we came up. >> White male. Front hair. There's a middle seat that's open between them. Has >> served any alcohol in the flight? No, >> not on our flight. We don't roughly >> 22. Roughly eight. How old? >> Mid30s probably. How are you folks? >> How are you folks? >> 22. How are you, sir? >> I'm sir. >> My understand is we have a small disturbance that happened on the plane. Um, in order to keep everybody safe and everything calm, I'm going to ask that you come up with us off the plane real quick so we can talk. >> All right, that's fine. >> Okay, go and leave your bags there for now. Let's just go and we'll get them for you. Okay, >> there's no problems though. Also, >> there's absolutely no problem. I understand it better. The plane has already landed. Already been a problem. >> Nobody said it was a problem, but we'd like it to go with us. How you doing? >> What's your name? Can I get my >> What's What's going on, man? You obviously seem upset. Something's bothering you. >> I just want my I don't want to be left alone, man. >> Confusion, frustration, and panic start taking over, but none of it changes how this all began. >> Okay. So, so let me ask you this, Justin. What has caused the plane to have to land here? >> What upset you? >> Do you have Let me ask you this question. Do you have any medical problems, man? >> No. Okay. Do you take medication for anything? No. No. Okay. Where you from? >> I don't even know anymore there. I don't even know anymore. I just want my skateboard. I just want to get up and see it. >> Okay. Well, unfort Unfortunately, it's not going to be able to work that way. Okay. We still have to do somewhat of an investigation because you're coming from LA, correct? [snorts] >> I I don't know. Where' the plane come from? >> Well, where'd you get on the plane? >> They should be able to tell you. >> Okay. But I'm not I'm not asking them. I'm asking you. Look, I just figure out doing 15 years of my life in penitentiary just man. I wasn't doing nothing, man. Can I just do my skateboard and be left alone? That's all I want. That's all I want, man. >> That's all I want. >> Just relax. Relax. Okay, relax. Take a breath. Okay. I'm just trying to figure out why they land. Okay. >> I don't know where we at. Dallas left field. >> We're not New Mexico right now. Okay. But I want to know where you got the plane from. I have to get back on that plane. I have to go to where I'm going. Okay. So, unfortunately, captain, the plane has asked us to remove you from the plane. That's why you've been removed. >> He wants another chance to continue his trip, but that option disappeared the moment the captain made the call. >> You won't be able to get back on. They can maybe get you maybe rescheduled for Southwest flight, but right now, you're not going to be able to get back on this flight. That's why the tenants are going to get your your belongings. We'll get him off the plane and then we'll go from there. >> Okay. >> Luggage checked in luggage. Just your skateboard. >> So, where are you heading to? >> If you're trying to get back on the plane, where are you trying to head to? >> I want to go to my spot, man. I want to go to where I go and get the plane and have everybody leave me the alone. That's it, man. >> Where is that spot? Where is your spot? Where you trying to go? >> Y love. I don't want to have to get off the plane and do all this with me, man. >> You're [ __ ] with me. >> [ __ ] with me. >> Why [screaming] to get off the plane and minds off? >> Relax, man. Okay, relax. It's [ __ ] up with my head. >> Okay, Justin, do you have mental issues, bud? >> [ __ ] you. >> Okay, >> now I do. >> Why? Because they do. >> Look, they're causing disturbance on the plane. They land the plane because you're with me. Afterwards, I yelled at him back and I up and I sat there. I was waiting to get off the plane. That's it. I don't want to talk to nobody. want to get to my spot, [screaming] man. >> That's it. >> Doing this, >> I won't say a single word. You can tie me to the chair. >> Okay, just doing this on a plane. >> Won't happen. Okay, you can't let it happen. That's why you're here right now. Understand? And you're in Al Creek, New Mexico. Okay. So, we're going to take you over to our other part of the area port. Okay. So, we can talk some more. So, go ahead and stand up for me. Go and stand up for me, Justin. >> I need my skateboard, man. >> The skateboard's right there. Okay. But I'm not going to let you have your skateboard the way you're getting super I rate. >> Look, I didn't do anything to you, man. I didn't do anything to you, man. Can I please just be left alone, man? >> Please, I'm going be homeless 10 miles from here. It man, just leave me alone, please. >> So, let me explain to you then, okay? If you want to be left alone, work with me for about 5 minutes and I'll get you to a place where you can do that alone. Does that work? The easiest way out was cooperation. Instead, he turned a bad situation into a worse one. >> It's always your guy. Come here. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Okay. You're asking me if you want to be left alone. Okay. >> Want to be left alone, man? >> Okay. So, then cooperate with me for 5 minutes. >> Cooperate 5 minutes and I'll let you leave you alone. Okay. So, do me a favor. Turn around and flip. Put your hand. >> Guys, you got to arrest me, man. You'reing arrest me. Are youing serious? For what, man? >> For what, man? >> Calm down. Okay, you're getting a little bit excited and it's making us concerned. Okay, relax for us. >> I'm so tired of this live, man. 911. Just separation. So we have a car. >> Yeah. >> This is where the consequences finally catch up and the argument becomes something much bigger than a missed flight. >> What am I being arrested for? Man, >> Justin, hear me out. Okay. You are somebody else going to Okay. Okay. Not in trouble with me and you may not be in trouble at all, but we just got to figure out what's going on. Why you so upset? Okay. I have seen these last 15 years of my life, man. >> Just relax. >> Please, man. Please >> realize we have to do some stuff and then maybe Okay, after the FBI talks to you, we probably need to get you on another plane. Okay, maybe. Just I'm asking you to cooperate with us. Okay, just give me a couple minutes. Ready? >> Just so we figure out what's going on. Okay, Justin. >> I don't know yet, man. I don't think it's going to be like days, but just let us give us some time to figure some stuff out. Okay. >> We need to interview some people. I need to get you into that place that you were talking about. You can be alone. >> Yeah, that's part of the process. >> We can't just take anybody's word. We have >> 1971 9.5 at 1455. cooperate with us and we'll cooperate with you. Okay, >> man. You guys going to try to charge me to federal crime or what? >> No, not us. >> We're not federal. >> Are they going to charge me to federal crime? Uh, I'm not quite sure at this time. That's why we're interviewing stuff, interviewing people. We're going to go to the right here. >> The fear of what happens next starts setting in, but by then the damage is already done. >> It's going to be your next left. >> Man, I've been like this, bro. I've been like this my whole life. [laughter] taking these off. Don't do anything. Okay. >> You good? Go. That's okay. The accused faced charges related to disorderly conduct, harassment/inappropriate behavior toward a passenger, and interfering with the operation of a flight after causing a disturbance that led to his removal from the aircraft. Moving on to the next case where this woman turned a routine flight into a complete nightmare after alcohol and poor decisions caused her behavior to spiral out of control. What started as a disturbance in the air quickly became a confrontation on the ground and this was never going to end without consequences. Where you at? >> 1. [music] That's sir. All right. Is she [music] able to stand up on her own? No. >> Okay. >> All right. You want to try to uh >> get a file? You get a wheelchair? >> Nope. You get a wheelchair. >> [music] >> Yeah. Now bring it. >> Yeah. Bring it in. Parker right here. >> All right. We going to move out of the way. >> All right. Here. >> All right. >> Hey, we got to we got to help you up. Okay. >> Of course. >> So, it's usually who are you? >> I'm her mom. >> Her mom. Okay. So, I don't know how how how the best way to do it is >> so that >> Yeah, this is her mom. So, I'm trying to help her get out of the way. >> By the way, >> I'm going to try to get her up. Okay. >> Yes. >> All right, ma'am. We're going to try to help you up. Okay. >> Come on up. >> Step up. Ow. Maybe. >> All right, we're good. >> So, you stand up. Lift your head up. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. There you go. Put your foot on that foot here. Foot on. Let her go. >> I will. I will. Yeah. >> And you have everything that you need in here. >> I do. >> All right. Y in this corner. You want to the scene area? >> Uh pretty much isolate over here. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Where's her ID? >> Okay, thank you. >> All right. And uh so let me just So you weren't with her the whole time in there, but >> I was I was with her for like the whole time until like for 5 minutes and she went off to the restaurant and then just took a couple shots. >> And you weren't with her when she was driving? >> No. >> Okay. >> I found Thank you. >> Ready? >> Yeah. So, um but yeah, and so apparently I don't know what happened to transpire on the plane. I know she was talking to people and jumping from seat to seat. >> Oh, you weren't sitting with it when >> I was I She was sitting like three seats above me. >> So, I was seeing I saw the thing go there and um so she was getting unruly and um just screaming. A few drinks can change a night, but losing control in the sky is the kind of mistake that follows you back to the ground. >> And so they just >> do you have your legs on? >> I do. >> What do they um what do they do in this situation? >> So right now we're trying to figure out like exactly what happened. >> Can I put my for an instant? >> Yeah, an incident. >> So we're trying to figure out what happened. We want to make sure she's okay obviously first. >> Yeah. Uh, so you weren't, like you said, you weren't with her. You didn't see what she drank. >> Um, well, if this gives you any indication here. >> Yeah. >> She's got bottles upon I don't know how many bottles she's drank. >> Like, >> don't call me. I don't know how many bottles you've drank. >> So, not to mention >> when she started this morning, >> I don't like she start I think when we started driving down from Jacksonville to Orlando, >> we stopped at a gas station for her to go to the bathroom and she started drinking then I think. Do you remember about what time that was? >> Probably around >> 2:00 or something. Maybe. >> Yeah. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> Put your left hand on top. >> Can you let go of my arm? >> No. Let go of my arm. >> Go ahead. Left foot. >> That's him. It's not how it works. Step up. >> Are youing? >> The fight was over long before the handcuffs came out. The only thing left was accepting the consequences. >> Get in the car. >> Are you guys literally in the car, sir? Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> You guys are >> Can you let go? Who's that? That's >> the accused face charges of public intoxication for beingly impaired by alcohol in a public place and causing a disturbance aboard an aircraft. Moving on to the next case where this passenger turned a routine American Airlines flight into a chaotic scene after an argument inside the cabin quickly spiraled out of control. What began as a disagreement soon became a full-blown disturbance. And this was one situation that was never going to end without consequences. Have >> fun. >> Thank you for coming. Good. >> Police are here. So, just comply. It'll work out. All right, my man. >> As long as there's a lawyer for me. >> That's going to be illegal. Legal legal act. >> All right. >> All right. >> Stand up. >> Help me. Bend your knees. >> No. Stand up. >> Get up. Let's go. >> Yeah. Just stay put for a second. >> Do you want to see what happened? I'll take them off. >> I'll defend it. Let's go. >> I'll defend it as long as I have a lawyer. >> Okay, let's go. >> Make sure I have a lawyer. >> Have you watched My K? >> Watch the Have you seen it? You heard about it? >> Go, go, go, >> go. >> Go. Get out of the way. >> Get out of the way. Okay. >> Move. >> Yep. All right. >> Yeah. >> Hold on. Put your shoe on. >> Yeah. >> Fix those. You get the wall. Spread your feet. >> I want a lawyer. I want a lawyer right now. >> I want a lawyer. I have money to back. All right. Other side. All right. You got it. You're good. Okay. A little more. You resist, man. It's going to get worse. >> I'm not even resisting much. >> So, you hurt me. >> Easy, buddy. You hurt yourself. >> No, you No, I'm not. This This human touching me hurt me. >> Turn your turn your wrist. >> This was my parents idea moving me. You know that, right? I told him I would love to and now this is what your airport does. I'm taking you to the Supreme Court. >> What started as an argument quickly turned into a battle he seemed determined to win even when everyone around him was already walking away. >> Face the wall. Face the wall. Spread your feet. >> Spread your feet. >> More. >> I'm spreading it. >> I'm spreading it. >> Let's walk nicely. Okay. >> Right now. I thought I thought this is freedom of speech uh freedom of speech country and I did not I did not violently hit someone before me. I'm just okay in flight. >> Did you say [laughter] you >> don't Sorry, we can't step off. You want to step off? >> No, no, it doesn't matter. What exactly happened? So, we were standing here boarding. We heard people yelling down the driveway. We can't step off the passenger on. So, people were like, "Hey, that guy screamed up there. He's yelling work. He's yelling at some ladies." Blah, blah, blah. On angry. >> Um, they're going on. started talking to her, getting her face, pointing at her just like, you know, what are you saying? You're so disrespectful. And I said, "What?" I mean, like, they treat me differently. They look at me, people skin like you, your tummy skin. And then he goes to your skin. He's going to have your always. It's always you. You look at me and this. And you turn the corner, you go in the tummy. It's the same. This is my father. I think the guy was with him, the guy that's supposedly his father and he walked away from his bed and was feeling up the >> It was the weirdest thing. We got to find out. So now passengers are coming over after him. >> He's not well. Something's wrong with him. >> I don't know how he got past the gate. So, >> so he was causing a ruckus over here, right? >> Yeah. He made it all the way back just kind of screaming and yelling and then I was like, "All right, I'm going to go ask him." >> The moment someone refuses to leave after crossing the line, the situation stops being about proving a point and starts becoming about the consequences. Um, I got back there and she >> So, so basically from what you two said, you got alerted me while boarding. People were boarding saying, "Hey, there's a guy back there." >> You could hear screaming >> and it was in the jet right >> and then he came up here. He started like started with her but then continued down the aisle and asked. >> Okay. And when you followed, what happened? >> I followed. I asked him to get off. He told me no. So I asked probably three or four times and then at that point I was like okay I need help so I went >> okay and then and then that was basically it was pretty much it until other people. >> So then how did he get off the other passengers getting other passengers? I was going to say >> yeah I mean obviously next sometimes a guy just makes it worse. >> Yeah. Now, by the time you got here, he was already getting pulled off by passengers. >> Well, I was there when before the whole fire. >> Okay. So, when I got there, the fire service was already trying our best to get him off. He was complying. So, when I walked out, two guys started having I remember the law enforcement. your back, your big guy. I saw me yesterday. >> Yeah. But not like not not like calming down. >> It triggered him off. Yeah. At that moment already >> and that's when I um >> he believed everyone was against him. But the more he fought the situation, the more he became the reason it was happening. I met him basically the guy that got arrested. He said he was judging him based on how he knew it. He was getting loud and pointing. He sat down. He was still yelling. Uh they asked him leave three or four times. They asked him. Finally, these guys went on board and they said, "You got to leave." The captain said, "You got to leave." And I guess >> so. How do you know him? >> He's my son. >> Okay. Do you know what was going on with him? >> Do you know why he was so angry? >> I have no idea when we entered. >> Were you on the plane with him or not? >> I was together. >> Okay. >> All the way. >> So, can you can you tell me what happened? Just while we inside when we went inside somehow on the back first buddy something they talked about it and then maybe he got little >> talked about what >> uh how can I say maybe something related to racism or something. >> Oh directed toward him >> something like that he must have heard about it and then he just got into argument. >> Okay. And then he went inside and then again he got into argument with somebody on the same issue and then >> California. >> Were you with him when this happened? >> All the time. >> Okay. >> He is being arrested right now >> for battery cuz he did somebody in here. >> A few angry words had already caused chaos. The decision to take it further changed everything. >> Um they're taking his stuff off the plane and they're going to put it in baggage here. Okay. At the airport here. So when he gets out of jail, he can come get his stuff at the baggage office if it's open because I understand this is an international flight. Is that right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. They asked him to leave numerous times on the plane cuz he was dealing with and he wouldn't leave and they asked the captain and the gentleman on the jet went on and asked him to leave as well. He wouldn't leave so they had to escort him off and that's when they got physical. >> Yeah. Other passenger came first. So that's why I think got worse. He's going to go to jail. >> He has to bond out of jail if he wants to get out. >> Um, and somebody has to pay money to make sure that he goes to court in the future to get him released from jail. Okay? >> If he doesn't post bond is what they call it, then he stays in jail. It's up to you. He could post bond himself. He has a probably a wallet, cell phone with him. He could post his own bond or you can do it for him. So the flight attendants find him and he one of them and like something about right I'm with people blah blah blah. So one of the flight attendants continue boarding and the other flight attendant follows him to see like what's going on and he continues to get increasingly aggressive. So they're like okay like now now you need to get off but she's a female and he's obviously being aggressive so she's trying her best to get him off. He's not getting off. So >> did you get this on video? >> Yes. >> So then um I already looking for the video. >> Well, also someone said that he said that I was going to make everyone here. >> Yeah. So he was trying. So then at this point they put law enforcement like this guy's being aggressive and we can't wait for whoever to come get him off like and this is getting bad. and he tries to deescalate and he goes to the back of the guy's back. >> Yeah. >> I got in there's the blonde. >> That's That's him. >> He's our verified gave the last cup. He basically was the one that tried to help deescalate and the guy like and and the even the flight attendant said like at any point this guy was going to get set off and it just happened to be set off on him. >> The biggest mistake was thinking every warning was a challenge instead of a chance to stop the damage. >> So you have a California driver's license, but your address is >> in Florida is in Florida. Is in Florida. >> But you have a California driver's license. >> That's right. And I'm also a USA naturalized citizen. >> And will you add that part? Will you add that part? What did you say? >> Do you live in California or do you >> No, no, no. The address the address says Florida on it. Look, you're right. >> We are right. We get the right way. >> I just want to see if you were in. >> No, no. I'm saying I got hit I got hit by I got hit one of those. I got hit by one of those. One of those. >> Okay. Air >> air guest of the airplane. I pay you that much. >> I want to check his socks. >> I want to check his feet first. Make sure there's nothing in the socks. >> Pull off your uh belt. I want to >> take your shoes off. >> Take your shoes off. >> Yeah. Yeah, I will. If you let it go. >> Take off your shoes. >> I got it. >> And we made sure that he was good on all. >> Yep. >> That's my ticket, too. I'm not I'm not losing that ticket. Get that ticket back to me. Sit in the car. >> I had a flight ticket to my sit in the car. >> Sit down. >> Turn around. >> Louder voices. >> Watch your head. >> All right. >> Olson Olsson. >> All right. Let me call Gina. I don't even know. The accused 29-year-old Sahill faced charges of disorderly intoxication and two counts of battery following the incident on the American Airlines flight.
