Donald Trump has many haters, but what happens when they take their hate too far and get arrested? And I said, I'm trying to understand why you're supporting Trump. Okay. And then I said, you're brown skinned. What do you think's going to happen to you? What are you doing? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I get it. I get it. We're not here to hurt you. It's all right. or I never said I was mad at him. I mean, I have I threw I threw a flag, too, and it said Trump's a traitor. Okay. I mean, he's a felon. You guys are cops. I mean, you guys are cops. And he's a felon. Here are seven times Trump haters realized they weren't above the law. Starting with an online hero who broke down in tears when faced with the consequences of his actions. I'm not going. I'm sorry. Listen. Listen. Nobody. In November 2024, 32-year-old Nicholas Gallow went on Tik Tok and Facebook threatening to unal alive Donald Trump. The video Nick posted was so severe, Facebook had to take it down. This prompted officers from the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office to pay him a visit to figure out how much of a threat he really was. Hey, are you Nick? Are you Nick? That's Nick. Hey Nick, can you come over there real quick? You don't mess with me? I want to talk to you real quick. Can we come talk over there so nobody's in the way? Why? Cuz we got to talk about some stuff, buddy. Come on. Well, you don't mess with me. I want to mess with you. Are you going to arrest me and put me in jail? I don't know. Should we? Did you do something? All right, so let's go talk. Come on. Let's have a talk, man. We're both at the sheriff's office. Okay. We're detectives at the sheriff's office. We'll just have a conversation, but I just want I don't want people in your business. So, let's go over there. Keep it private. We don't want Let's go into that all night over there. What do you guys do here during the daytime? Yeah. What's it you all do in there? Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Not nothing. Just hang out. Yeah. So, why do you come here? Just to hang out with friends or people? Yeah. Okay. How many of you are in there? It's all us. I mean, how many? I don't know. A lot. A lot. Yeah. At the time of the post, Donald Trump was the president-elect of the United States. And under the federal crime code, threatening the presidency or its successors attracted fines and a 5-year prison sentence. To make things worse, Nick lived in the same county as Trump, meaning he could easily carry out his threat. After two failed assassination attempts by Matthew Krooks in Pennsylvania and Ryan Ruth in Florida, the officers had to take Nick's post seriously. You're probably going to be coming with us. I'm not going nowhere. I don't want to. Yeah, I'm not going. I ain't do nothing. Hey, you did, buddy. I ain't do nothing. I ain't doing nothing. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I get it. I get it. We're not here to hurt you. We're not here to hurt you. [Music] I can't do nothing. I can't do nothing. Just tell them, please. I'm sorry. We know again. We're going to take you to see a doctor, too, though, buddy. I don't want to go. I'm sorry. We're We're going to have to, buddy. I don't want to go. I get it. Nobody does. But I don't want to go. You can't be doing the stuff that you were doing, buddy. Told him. I'm sorry. We will. Give me my Give me one more chance. I'm sorry. I won't do it again. I'm not going. I'm sorry. Listen. Listen. Nobody. Nick. Come on, Nicholas. You're making this worse. Nick's reaction was expected since he had the mind of an impressionable child. His medical record showed he was autistic, a mental condition that benched his IQ at 49, which is the same as a 6 to 8-year-old. But the officers still had to do their job. And no amount of apologizing or tantrum throwing was going to protect him from the consequences of his actions. I don't want to spend the night. You don't want to get hurt. I don't want to spend the night. Did you hear what I said? You don't want to get hurt, right? You don't want to get in more trouble. Right now, get up. Let's do this. Come on. Here. I'll help you with your backpack. Okay. Take your backpack off. Take your backpack off. We're going to do it nice and slow. Okay. I don't want you to get hurt. I don't want you any turn around real quick. Thank you. We don't want you turn around. Okay. You did a good job. You did a good job. All right. Thanks, Mom. You did really good. Look. Look. We're going to have We're going to bring your stuff. Your mom's going to come get you. Okay. You understand? Your mom's going to come get you. Do you want to be able to take a shower? Hold up. No. I have a tooth. You have a toothache? Yeah. Well, we have people that can help you with that. Okay. Is this all your stuff? I got you. We're going to let your mom know that. That was not supposed to happen. I was like, that was pretty slick. Is it okay if I take this off your neck? Okay. Wow. That's awesome. Is it your favorite? You don't like Oh, I'm really sorry. It won't happen again. I know. And I don't ever want it to happen again. But listen, have a seat. We'll talk still. I'm not leaving yet. Have a seat. We're not leaving. I promise. I'm going to talk to you for a minute. Yeah, I'm driving. So, we're not going. Listen, at the end of the day, Uh-huh. things that you do have consequences, right? When someone doesn't listen and they do something bad, they have to get punished, right? I'm going to be punished. I sell. But you have to learn your lesson. But I can't beat him up. He has gods. You still did what you did. Yeah, but I'm telling you, he has gods. How do you know he has guards? Because he has gods to detect him. I get it. But you can't do what you did. I was wrong. I know. So, you'll have to take your consequences and we're going to get you some help cuz clearly you need help. You shouldn't be thinking like that or talking like that. Okay. Nick was charged with writing or making an electronic threat and is looking to 15 years in prison for his Tik Tok post. The defense tried to gather some sympathy by claiming he couldn't possibly pull off the threat, but that wasn't flying with the prosecution who believed Nick is an adult. This means he could still be a threat, autistic or not. At the time of writing, his case is still ongoing in court. While Nick was all talk on social media, the next suspect went in to get the job done. On the 15th of September, 2024 in West Palm Beach, Florida, 58-year-old Ryan Ruth left his house with a semi-automatic rifle for a special self assigned mission in Trump's International Golf Club. This would be assassin hid in a bush for 12 hours straight, waiting for Trump to show up. But before he could actually do anything, a secret agent noticed the nuzzle of his gun, forcing him to flee the scene. He was about to escape when someone spotted his car all the way in Martin County and called it in. Take two steps to your right. Take two steps to your right. Driver, walk straight back. Keep walking. After his arrest, the officer found out this wasn't his first brush with the law. Ryan had a very long criminal record, ranging from possessing a weapon of mass destruction to hit and runs, stolen property possession, and traffic violations. And now he's added attempting to assassinate a presidential candidate to his bucket list. Added to all that, he has also been charged with possession of a firearm and possessing a gun with an obliterated serial number. At the time of producing this video, Ryan is being held in a federal detention center in Miami, and he could be looking at life if he is sentenced. Even with his rap sheet, Ryan only risked Trump's life. But the next suspect was a threat to the whole neighborhood. There's a a PTR 308 up there in that closet suit. In November 2024, a resident of Claremont, Oklahoma, identified as Tommy Goodman, was going around threatening his neighbors. He strongly believed that Trump was a felon, which meant anybody supporting the Republican party candidate was also a national threat. After a whole month of investigating, the cops found out that Tommy was homicidal and suicidal, and he had sniper equipment in his home. To avoid every possibility of a shootout, the officers decided to ambush him in the grocery store, where he would be surprised and unarmed. I'm not moving. What the [ __ ] What the [ __ ] We're good. What the [ __ ] You got him. What the [ __ ] Police, calm down. You're under arrest. Why? We have got you. Stand up. Tell anymore. Stand up. You're under arrest. No more. Police. We're good. You got these. Hang on your partner. I got a pocketk knife. Don't reach. You're all right. You're all right. Everything's all right. That's my rip knife. Okay. And it's going to go right back in your pocket. Who the man that broke my [Music] do pull up my pants? Yes, sir. There you go. Where you at? Right here. Not liking Trump isn't a crime, but harassing his neighbors by dropping dead animals in their pools and leaving threatening letters in the mail definitely is. It became so unbearable they had to file complaints, giving the cops the green light to bring him in for questioning. Yeah. Well, this comes down to some people concerned about you making some pretty threatening statements. I would like to know you know what I'm talking about. I have no idea what you're talking about. You You know the rule. You've been arrested before? Never before. Never in your life. Never in my life. I mean, harbor some hatred for Trump people. I have never threatened anybody. But I don't threaten. I'm not going to threaten. Well, hope not cuz it's Now, that would be cute because I haven't threatened anybody. What uh what's the what's the beef between you and the neighbor guy that moved? He um I don't like Trump, you know, and he doesn't like I didn't say anything to him. The last time I said anything to Jeremy was back in the springtime when there was some real there were some suspicious people walking around the street and I said, "Hey man, there's you have a family to protect. There's some people keeps doors locked. That's all I said to him. According to his neighbor, Tommy said so much more than that, going so far as to claim that he was tasked with the unaliving every Republican supporter in the neighborhood if Trump won the election. He vehemently denied everything until the officers told him they were at his house for a brief search. That's when the color drained from his face because what the cops were about to find would land him in a whole new world of trouble. Somebody's using your address uh to try to mail letters that have to do with Trump stuff. Not me, dude. Anybody else using your PO box that you're aware of? Mailing Jeremy. Oh, come on. My wife is My wife is really in bad health and really worried about her sitting here. Okay. Did you did you mail some of the same stuff to uh Greer and the other an attorney tried to hire an attorney? Um well and Carvin there are attorneys for uh our wheels. Okay. Did you mail them the same Trump stuff? No. Okay. They're are they're my lawyers. They're working with me. They've already done the work for you. Yeah, they've already Yeah, we've been working with Okay. Um, do you know about uh and that the stuff they received in the mail was from Veterans Protecting America. You heard of that? Okay. That's the the letter. That's what veterans are supposed to do. I hope so. That's that's the job of a veteran. But this these these specific envelopes were printed from Veterans Protecting America. And they all believe that that mail came from you. Okay. Not you. Not me. You're not. You don't I mean in your house are there going to be envelopes that are stamped this Veterans Protecting America? Are you all searching my house? I intend to. Oh [ __ ] The officers had a similar reaction when they got to his house. Hidden in his basement was a literal armory full of stockpiled weapons. Yet all that wasn't close to the most shocking item they found in his possession. I'm just making sure. I'm just going to look behind the door here. Springfield saint. Is there a closet? Yeah. To the right. Here. Let me go first. My kids are old. Get back. You got young kids at [Music] home. Yeah. I'm just I'm just making sure that I'm hitting no wires or nothing or something. God damn. Thousands and thousands of rounds of ammunition. That's as far as I'm opening it. Yeah. Yeah. Coming out. Coming out. Back of this house is loaded with guns. Okay. Just give me a heads up. All right. Armored up, guys. Yep. All right. I got a door to the left. Okay. If you go left, I will immediately button hook into the right. There we go. I got I got rooms down here. So, all right. Yeah. Place. Yeah, we need more. Yep. There's that swiper flag we were looking for. Here. Okay. I'm going this way. Okay. Me and uh Isaac, please. I got Where did you see? This is creepy. Yeah. Where did you see the uh uh canon fuse at? I didn't see Canon. What' you say? Did you say you said 550 cord? Oh, 550 cord. Parachute cord. Yeah. Right there. A big old roll of it. Okay. Yeah. There was a a PTR 308 up there in that closet. Yeah, that's exactly like the one that was up at Westside School. The officers also found more threatening letters and illegal substances in his residence. Because of all that, he was charged with possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute felony possessions of firearms and terrorism. Tommy's defense attorney argued he had the right to freedom of speech and expression, but he didn't go beyond his words to act on the threats. The court still saw him as a danger, choosing to hold him without bail till his sentencing. The case is still ongoing. While Tommy simply scared his neighbors, the next suspect actually vandalized their properties. Okay. The green Toyota Tundra pickup truck that you walked up to. You don't remember what you did? This is 62-year-old Richard Brothers, who left New York to visit his vacation house in Monroe County, Florida. As a serious supporter of the Democratic Party, there are certain things he couldn't stand. Upon walking past a parked vehicle, he noticed the sticker mocking Joe Biden, which triggered him so much that he keyed the stranger's car. Believing no one saw him, Richard was just able to return to New York when an officer knocked on his door. How are you? Good. Um, stop. So, I'm guessing you probably know what this is about, right? Victor alpha. No, I just checked my truck to see if I hit anything. Okay. Um, so what I'm going to do, I'm I'm investigating a criminal. It's a criminal investigation. Okay? So before I ask you anything, I'm going to read you your rights real quick. Okay? And then I'm going to show you a video and you can tell me if you remember what it's about after that. I'm going to show you a video real quick and I'm just going to see if it jogs your memory about what happened in Windixie on Sunday night. Oh, was it Windixie to pick up some coffee and keyine pie? Okay. Do you remember what you did when you walked out of Windixie? Uh, to the green Toyota Tundra. It was not raining. Okay. I don't recall. Yeah. I thought it was random, but Okay. The green Toyota Tundra pickup truck that you walked up to. You don't remember what you did? I walked by a truck. Yeah. Okay. What did you do to it? I scratched it. Why? Um was it the bumper sticker? Cuz when you I They've got a ton of security footage there, man. Okay. So So I see you walking behind it and you look over at it and she's got a sticker that says, "Let's go Brandon" or something. Yeah. I guess it infuriated me. Okay. Yep. Okay. Was that it? That that's the only reason you did it? You don't know who owns the truck or anything? Uh, yeah, that's the only reason I did it. Okay. Let's go. Brandon statement started in the October 2022 NASCAR race in Alabama. That day, an anti-Biden slogan got so confusing, it turned into a chant supporting a driver called Brandon Brown. Afterward, it became a code used to insult Joe Biden, which is why Richard didn't just scratch the vehicle once. He made sure every side of the vehicle got a taste. Okay. So, you went on the P I could see you going on the passenger side and you uh left a big scrape on that side and then I saw you do a circle in the parking lot and come back to it and then go to the That's the only only side I did. Okay. She's She's already got a few dents and stuff on it, but she somehow knew that those were new scratches. And I can see like something black in your in your left hand. Yeah, I want that. Was it a key or did it Was it a key? No, it's my keypad. Yeah. Okay. Do you have that with you? It's in the truck. Yeah. Do you have your ID with you as well? I'm guessing you know it's expensive to repaint the truck. Going to have to repaint the truck. Stupid idiotic. I'm going to get stick truck. I'm guessing you knew why I called you. Well, do you even at first? I I I didn't recall. Um, I couldn't even There was no date. 324. Yes, there was. Since the cost of fixing the damages to the victim's Toyota Tundra was above $1,000, the officer had to arrest Richard for felony criminal mischief, which also meant at least a night in prison. All because he didn't agree with a stranger's political views. Mr. Brothers, here's the unfortunate news. She wants to press charges. So, I have to take it to jail, sir. Turn around. Put your hands behind the back. Take my watch off. Yeah, I'll take it. Okay. Uh, do you want her to take anything from you? Well, she needs to get the individual to the airport. So, okay. Do you want her to take your car keys? Yes. [Music] I mean, dude, it costs about 6,000. It's a It's a felony. When you damage someone's property over $1,000, it's a felony. So, normally I would get a warrant for you, but since it's a felony, and it just happened two days ago, I don't need a warranty and for a felony criminal mischief. That's a felony. Over $1,000 of damage is a felony. It's about $6,000 to rape paint a truck. [Music] So, what does he have to do? What do we have to do? He has to go to jail. And tomorrow morning, he'll have first appearance in front of a judge. Tomorrow morning, first appearance for today is already over 31 in custody. Of course, you just face the truck. Um, I wonder if I should have him bring me some shoes if that's okay. As opposed to flip-flops. It's all right. You'll get those when you get out. They'll give you it back. They give you shoes when you're in there. Great. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Hey, man. It happens. How old are you? 62. All right. Well, when I watched the video, I was like, there's no way it's that guy. Hey, you should know better. Yeah, I should know better. Okay, go and take a seat. I'm going to put the seat belt on over top. Watch your head. You're tall, so just be careful. It's not the most comfiest I know. Yeah. Okay. Should have waited till after I got it to the airport. Oh, well. Sorry, man. I didn't know I knew you were from uh Syracuse, so I didn't want to I didn't know if you were getting on the plane or what. Yeah. Richard spent the night in jail and was released the next day with no bond. The case is still ongoing. While Richard's rage stopped at scratching a car, the next suspect turned their anger into a full-blown assault case. So, she was right there and then she said, "You should know better." I said, "Why? Cuz my skin color." I said, "You're a racist." And then she came up and she pushed me. Okay. And then she hit me in my freaking chin. On the 4th of November 2024, a day before the general election, the Snameish County Police Department received a call about an 82-year-old woman who was attacking female Trump supporters. When the officers arrived, they met the condescending old woman who believed she had done absolutely nothing wrong. So, what's going on? Let's stay on this sidewalk so we don't get here's what happened. I approached her and I said, "I'm trying to understand why you're supporting Trump." Okay. Okay. And then I said, "You're brown skinned. What do you think's going to happen to you?" Why would you say something like that? Because she is brown skinned. And that's what the racists are. Okay. I'm not talking politics with you. I want to know. Did you put your hands on somebody? I put my hand up on her chin like that just like I did to you. You can't do that. I I realize that. Okay. If somebody Do you know her? Are you okay by yourself? The way like you're not taking that in. I am taking in, but that doesn't give somebody an excuse to put their hands on somebody else. But I was behind him and her face and it provoked like she got If somebody comes up nose to nose with you and starts screaming at you, what do you do? But basically I my response was to push her away. The old woman claimed she was simply reacting since the Trump supporters violated her personal space. The Trump supporters though had a completely different version of events. Okay, just hang tight. Who's the other person? That's the you. I'm retired law. She's a former retired and yeah and she's real level here. I can her back was turned talking to me back here. So you didn't even see when she stepped up. I've told you like five times. Please stop. Okay, just hang tight here. We're going to talk to the other person and figure out what's going on. No, you cannot leave. You need to stay here. Okay. Over there. Okay. I want to hang with her. Let me talk to her. She admitted she put her hand on her chin. Somebody else punched her. We kind of think it was a setup. The lady came up to us crying and told us about her abortion story. The old lady? No, the young girl with red hair. Okay. she came up from the backside and started accusing her of being a person of color and should not be supporting uh Trump and I mean she stepped in the face. Um she came to get me and she actually stepped up on the on the podium and and grabbed me. I turned around to acknowledge her and that lady was right right up. So she got up in your guys's feet. Yes. So she initiated. That's what it did. I saw it happen, too. I was Okay, I'll talk to you in a second. Hi. Um, so she came up to me and she read my shirt and she says, "You know that God doesn't like guns." And I said, "Well, you know, I'm not voting for Trump to be my my pastor." And then she says, "And you, you should know better." She like get up in your face like how close. So, she was right there and then she said, "You should know better." I said, "Why? Cuz I'm my skin color." I said, "You're a racist." And then she came up and she pushed me. Okay. And then she hit me in my freaking shin. She can't really go back throw back too hard. She is older. But it's like So you can't put your hand. Well, she demonstrated on me. She punched me with a diagram. He came over. Did she actually make contact with you? Yes, she did. She punched me. So she punched both of you. I didn't I didn't know. I just said she was demonstrating. She goes, "This is what I did." But then after and I grabbed her after Yeah. But she still And I And it was pretty forceful. Forceful, but it's like, "Do you want to press charges?" Yeah. She cannot. That makes me nervous. Contrary to what she told the officers, this was a simple case of racist Karen getting triggered by opinions different from her own. And when things didn't go her way, she lashed out. But this time around, Karma wasn't going to let it slide. Man, face the car. Okay. Grab his car. You are under arrest for assault. Face the car. Although no official charges have been filed yet, the Snameish judge found probable cause to convict her of hate crimes and two counts of assault. Her case is still ongoing. While the previous suspect assaulted a couple of supporters, the next suspect had a complete mental breakdown in a Trump rally. Hey, cut it out. Steve, shut him up. You have two seconds getting locked up. All right, you go. Get out of here. Yes, sir. On the 2nd of November in Amisbury, Massachusetts, officers were called to a Trump rally to restrain a 59-year-old man who was yelling at vehicles carrying the Republican banner. When the officers arrived, they were shocked to see that the person who was screaming at Trump supporters and losing his mind was Amsbury's atlarge city councelor, Steve Stanganelli. This guy has literally jumped on three of our vehicles and he's gone postal. He was like, "Hey, cut it out. Sit down now." No reason for that whatsoever. None whatsoever. Nope. We were just driving through. Okay. He jumped on ours and there was two other ones that he had jumped on. Okay. Who Whose car did he jump on? He got He hit ours first. So he came I I was I par According to the eyewitnesses the city councelor who's supposed to represent all the residents was jumping on voters cars telling them they don't belong there. Stanganelli said his actions weren't politically driven as the accusations were claiming. But the excuses he gave to back his actions were so ridiculous it's mindboggling. Yeah. So they're coming through in a parade. He comes out into the wall, gets in front of the truck, and then throws himself. Hey, cut it out. Steve, shut him up. You have two seconds. You're getting locked up. All right, you go. Get out of here. Yes, sir. All right. I'm not dealing with this [ __ ] No. Get out of here. Go. So, he came out and he says that they weren't stopping at the stop sign. So, he 34, you and Ruth down here. One's uh Steve Stageno. He's cousin issues here. Proud of him. He's screaming at them. One, two, three. They're telling him to get out of the way. He throws himself into the truck and then screams at them. No, the first one was a gray truck down in the parade. So, the first one was a different person. This is the third one he did it to. So, he then did it to another one and then he screamed at them that they're hitting him. And are you involved in the parade? No, I just coming here for a coffee. You have no involvement whatsoever. You're not a Trump. Okay. No, he's he's standing here screaming at them. 1 2 3 I saying that they don't belong here, that this is stop sign. My kids get run over. But he's standing here in front antagonizing, screaming at each one. I don't know if it's political or whether it's the stop sign issue, okay, but he's in their face and throwing himself on the vehicles and then accusing them. Staganelli might have tried to talk his way out of this, but then another evidence surfaced as one of the bystanders caught everything on camera. Yeah, he was this early when I got here. It was rough. I wish I got the first part of the snippet in the video. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry about that. But they're doing the regular Trump thing and just going through. Yeah. [Music] I wish that I got the first [ __ ] B cuz that's when there was a dude in the red truck with the drum stuff lading it out of the car. Yeah. Started punching the hood. Then the the driver of the red truck got out started slamming on everything. Can I Are you willing to do? Yeah. Okay. You okay with 15? Stagenelli claimed a truck driver physically attacked him, but the video told a different story. Since he messed around, the officers made sure he found out. Disorderly contact take. Let's go. I'm looking at check in with people on scene. 31. Yeah, I will. Thank you. Try to face the emergency 91 traffic westbound coming into town. Yeah, when I um when I pulled up he was just totally freaking he was screaming and yelling. Um, although Stanganelli was charged with disorderly conduct, he pleaded not guilty, claiming he lost a close friend to a lawless driver who ignored the stop sign. Therefore, his intention was to protect others from the careless motorist at the Trump rally. His case is still ongoing. While Stanganelli tried to bend the law for his benefit, the next suspect had zero regard for the law. Kind of snapped and I tried to pull that one out, the women for Trump. Uhhuh. I don't believe like if you're a woman for Trump play he's a misogynist. He doesn't respect women in my opinion. So like that's on the 31st of October 2020 deputies of Flagger County were patrolling the Palm Coast Parkway when they saw a 42-year-old Tanya destroying Trump election signs. The officers confronted her. She selfidentified as an anarchist who is tired of lies. In her opinion, the Trump posters were so triggering that she couldn't ignore them. How you doing, ma'am? I could be doing better. What's going on today? I was stressed out. I'm an anarchist. I call women for Trump. I pulled that out. Trying to pull that Trump fence out. But what? Your partner here caught me. So I I I replaced it though. I mean the the the one behind it for Trump, it was in front, right? Okay. one behind it. I kind of like screwed it up. Okay. I told him I'd try to replace it, you know? So, I don't know. I don't know what he's doing, but I'm just kind of sitting here like, you know, trying to see what's up, you know? I got you. Never been in trouble before. You're an anarchist. You've never been in trouble before? No. Isn't that like what anarchy is? Yes, I do. I've studied it. No, I said, isn't that what anarchy is? No. No, it's not. Not necessarily. There's many definitions of error, but anyway. Okay, I'm just saying. So, I had trouble. I I didn't like what I saw. So, I I acted out of impuls, you know, impulsivity if you and I, you know, I kind of snapped and I tried to pull got that one out, the women for Trump, cuz I don't believe like if you're a woman for Trump, like he's a misogynist. He doesn't respect women in my opinion. stopped my gospel. So I pulled that out and the one behind it, I think it said Trump 2020. I was trying to pull that out, but he saw me and he was just like, you know, stop. Attempting to steal and destroy a political campaign sign is the same as trying to steal and destroy someone's private property. At least that's what the officer in the law said. But the suspect didn't agree. I gotcha. I gotcha. Yeah, you can't really do that. Yeah. Me and I kind of had a little difference and opinion on that because I feel like as a like as a re like when we were going to school, right? We were taught about the forefathers and they were re revolutionaries, right? Yeah. They were fighting against the British crown, right? Yeah. And that was against the law, right? No. Are we not revolution? Am I I feel like I'm acting as a revolutionary at this point, you know? What are you trying against um an unjust system? though. But anyway, okay. What are you What are you fighting for? I'm fighting for equality for everybody and I feel that Trump and not just Trump because he's Republican, I don't trust the Democrats either. Okay. And that's why, you know, like I said, when I throw out anarchist, it means like I want a system where all of us have a more direct say so and how we're governed. And I think that our current two-party system doesn't afford that to us. So, you think destroying a sign is going to change politics? Well, not necessarily, but I mean, it's just something that I I was impul, you know, impulse, you know. I got you. Maybe next time instead of destroying a sign, you try to write to our politicians, our senators, uh, representatives. Yeah. Try to fight for change that way. That seems like a little more productive than taking down a sign that says something on it. And that's how life's going to continue on. Whether or not you destroy the sign, all you're really doing is inconveniencing us and destroying property. I don't think so. But that's why he and I diverge in our relief system. As an anarchist who is tired of lies, the suspect wasn't very good at telling the truth. But if she was as passionate about the law as she was for her political opinion, she might have known that giving cops a fake identity is also a crime. I got you. So, you don't have any ID on you? Anything like that? I might have a something with your name on it. Identification card would be great. I don't I don't think so. No, sir. Okay. I usually carry like a little red purse with my ID, but I didn't bring it with me. Okay. So, it's not in here. All right. So, the name you gave him was your correct legal name. I just wanted to let you know like if you provide false information while you're detained, that's a it's it's an offense. like what like a misdemeanor or something. Uh yeah. Okay. Yeah, it's I mean it might not be my honestly it might not be my legal legal name, but it's like the name that I would like to prefer to be called. Oh, well, we need your legal name. Oh, okay. She's like she she said that she didn't give you her legal name. She gave you the name that she likes to go by. No, that's fine. I prefer to be called Hunger. All right. What's your legal name? Um it's Tanya. Tanya. Yeah. G O N A N A Y A. Uhhuh. And then MC R A E. That's what's on your driver's license or ID card. My driver's license. And would that be out of Florida or another state? Here in Florida. Here in Florida. All right. Yeah. I just don't have it on me. Otherwise, I would have presented it to you. Like I said, I prefer her to be called middle initial still M as in Mike. Actually, it's Y. Is the date of birth the same? Uh, no. It's actually November 20th of 1977. Giving an officer a false identity attracts up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $500, which means any hopes of getting off with a warning was out the window. Tanya had to visit the jail house. Okay. Hello, brother. What's up? Stand up for me real quick. You got it. Why don't you put a lid on that? I'll put you in handcuffs for now. Okay. All right. Just detain right now. You're not under arrest yet. All right. That's cool. That's cool. Thank you for letting me have some chicken. Yeah. No worries. You haven't been any troubles with me. That's why I was I didn't just throw you in handcuffs or anything. All right. All right. Let go of this hand. Oh, this hand. That way I can put them tight. So, please don't try to pull out them or anything. All right. That's cool, man. You said you haven't fault me or anything. So, nah, I might tap your ear off though. Talk your partner's ear off. Probably silence awkward, right? It can be. Have a seat back for now. You got it. Okay. Thank you. AC. All right. You got it. Thanks. Kind of hit my head there. Since damage on the signs was worth only $200, she received a criminal mischief charge. But her ignorance of the law earned her another charge for providing a false identity to enforcement officers. After her trip to the Flaggler County Jail, Tanya was held on a $500 bond, which was paid in full by Natasha Cloud, an American professional basketball player for the Connecticut Done.
