On May 23rd, 2024, police responded to a report of a disturbance involving a serious escalation between several neighbors in a residential area. What initially began as a dispute over blocking a sidewalk quickly developed into a heated confrontation including mutual accusations and alleged threats involving a firearm. What's right in here? I purchased it right from Walmart. Okay. All So, what's uh what was going on? Uh the same handicap man he saw he saw I know he saw the bikes. He decides to come down through here and start yelling and carrying on. I I told him he could have he could have went over here and went down this sidewalk and then go across the street. And then he said he was going to come back and shoot and start shooting. >> at? He He went back to his house. Okay. So, there's a dude on a uh electric scooter. He's really not handicapped. I don't know why he's on it. And when he said that, I went and got mine. That's the only reason why I have mine on me. Okay. Cuz it it normally sits here. Where do you live? Uh at 3 3 60 East Main. Okay. What are you doing over here? Uh that's my wife. Okay. What is she doing over here? She lives right here. Okay. So, you guys don't live together? No. Okay. You guys are married? Yeah. All right. We're slowly working on it. So, dude rolled down here said, you know, about the bikes. Yep. And then, so what prompted him to be like, "Well, I'm going to go get my gun." Cuz I told him not to touch the bike cuz he touched it and moved it. So, he said, So, walk me walk me through it. So, he came down through the alley over here. He came down through the alley over here. Yeah. And then, came started coming out through here. He started yelling and cussing at us saying, "Why are you blocking the sidewalk?" And stuff like that. >> [clears throat] >> And then, um he goes to move this black bike that's all the way by the street. I tell him don't touch it. And that's when it all That's after that after I told him not to touch it. He said, "Give me a reason to come back." So, what was your response to that? I told him come back. And he said, "I will when I with gun." Okay. You didn't pull your gun or anything? Nope. It's been in my holster the whole time. How do you know he doesn't live over here? He doesn't live over here? No, I'm working my way moving in. I We just recently got married. You didn't have a gun on you at the time? No. He He said he had to go get it. And after he said that, that's when I came over here and got mine. That didn't come out of the holster at all? >> No. No, cuz I I just put it on. Okay. And instead he came he wanted to come down that side. Yeah. So that he was over he ran over the bikes or something? I did not run over a bicycle. I picked it up in the grass, moved it to the sidewalk so I could get around, and then they started cat- cussing me and come back and we'll shoot you. And And they said he was coming over to get a gun and come going back and shooting them. Yeah, he got a gun. I didn't say that. I did not ever say that. I said you don't want me to come back. That's what I said. And she said, "Amanda, the fat ass one, be be nice. Said, "I'll shoot you if you come back down this sidewalk." That's what she said. Yeah, there you go. 1973 Disability Act. I asked them to move their bikes. And they said, "No, you already called the cops on us for riding the motorcycles in the alley." WELL, THERE YOU GO. They're in violation of 1973 Disability Act.
