sit [music] here lighting my face one more time. I'll sue you with the rest of the stupid ass. >> Yeah, >> I am not. >> You're what? >> You're going to court. >> Some drivers act like the road belongs to them and every rule is just a suggestion. They argue simple instructions, challenge officers, and turn routine stops into full-blown confrontations. All while body cams capture every second of their arrogance. These are the most entitled drivers ever caught on body cam. But first, it all started with a heavily intoxicated woman standing face to face with police in nothing but her underwear. >> Hang on me. I've done anything. You I've done it. Police were called about a woman believed to be driving under the influence. But from the moment officers made contact, it was clear the stop was already moving beyond a simple check on an impaired driver. Just stay right here. You're fine. Can I see your license? Just put your car in park for me if it's not already. Okay. Put your car in park for me. Thank you very much. Do you have a driver's license? Can I please see your driver's license? You all right? >> Yeah. I mean, I don't have a driver's license. >> You what? >> My My driver's suspended. >> Your license is suspended? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you don't have a driver's license? Whose car is this? >> This is mine. >> This is your car. What's your name? >> Tammy. >> Tammy. What? >> Where's your license from? Florida. Arkansas. >> Arkansas. >> Yes. >> Okay. And you said it's suspended? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Any reason why it's suspended or what's the reason? >> Um because it was suspended for suspended uh tags. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Stay inside your car and hang out here for me. Okay. Do you know this gentleman over here or? >> No, I don't know. >> You don't know that guy? Okay. He's not a friend of yours or nothing like that. Okay. Just make sure the car stays in park and stay right here. Let me uh From the first exchange, Tammy appeared confused and admitted her license was suspended. But once officers had her step out of the vehicle, the focus shifted quickly from the stop itself to the condition she was in and the way she was behaving in front of them. >> How are you doing? >> Good. >> Getting everything. >> Oh, man. Do me a favor. Step out of the car. >> Why you dressed like that? >> I was changing. >> Okay. Put a skirt on you. Whatever you wearing, put it on you, please. >> No, I'm done. I'm changing. I was changing clothes. I'm done. >> You have a pair of pants or anything? >> This is it. >> Where are the rest of your clothes? >> They're in the back of the car. >> Do you want to put your pants on? That way you're not done out here in >> This is it. >> Just make her dress. >> Yeah. Can you please put your pair of Can you please put a pair of pants on for me? Or a pair of shorts? Do you have a pair of shorts or pants? >> Well, you said your clothes are in the back of the car, right? >> What do you mean this is it? >> Sick. >> This is what? >> So, >> okay. You said you were changing. So, is that a pair of shorts or a pair of pants sitting on the seat? >> No. >> What's that right there? That that gray. Is that a pair of like sweatpants or something? >> No, it's a shirt. >> It's a shirt. A shirt? >> Yeah, a shirt. >> Oh, a shirt. >> Yeah, I'm good. How What do you need? >> Okay. What? Where are you coming from this evening? >> What do you need? I I live here. What do you need? >> Live where do you need? >> I'm a summer. What do you need? What do you want? >> I'm a nurse here. What do you need from me? >> Okay, I'm just asking. What do you want? >> I'm asking where you were coming from. >> What do you want? >> I was asking where you were coming from. >> I'm coming for summer. What do you want? >> Where are you trying to get back to tonight, Cammy? >> Summerland. What do you want? >> Okay. And you don't have any pants or anything like that. So, you're driving around in your underwear. >> All my is at home. What do you want? >> Okay. Well, you said you were changing, so I just was trying to make you feel more comfortable. That way, you're not standing out here in your underwear. >> Don't patronize me. What do you want? Arrest me. Let's go. Let's go. Let's do this. Go. >> Tell me, what's the problem? >> Don't patronize me. Let's go. Do this. Let's go. >> Do what? >> Here we go. Let arrest me. Stop patronizing me. Let's go. >> I'm not patronizing you. I'm trying to have a conversation with you. Just trying to talk to you. >> You're patronizing me. Let's go. >> Hey, where are you? A nurse at >> I'm at the pool. Let's go. >> Standing outside and only her underwear was unusual enough on its own. And when she began telling officers she was a nurse, it only added another layer to a situation that was already becoming harder to sort out calmly. Yeah, >> let the bushi pull her over, take took her driving license while you drive. You know, you have suspended driving license. Okay, >> you or me. I was going to do signal one if you don't want, but we're just going to suspend it. >> Well, you want to take it? >> I I No, you can take it. I don't care. >> So, come on. >> You or me. >> You need to decide it. >> I'll take it. >> I'll do it. Just suspend it. >> Suspended on signal one all day long. [ __ ] You suck. You know, you suck. You suck. You suck. You suck. relax. No, I'm not getting I got to pull up. >> Pull up. >> Can you walk with me? >> Tammy, walk with me. Tammy, get in the car for me. >> In the back of the patrol car, Tammy questioned nearly everything the officers did from how they were handling her to how they were driving. And by the time they arrived, it was obvious the confrontation was not slowing down on its own. I'm not going to make sure you're not going to fall. Okay. You all right? We're going to go in this door. I'll get you out of handcuffs. Okay. Can you walk with me, Tammy? Tammy, come on. Can you walk with me, please? That way I can get you out of handcuffs. Okay. All right. Let's go this way. Okay. >> Camera. You got You got a camera. You got You got the camera. >> It is. There's a camera. >> You got a camera. >> And there's cameras all up here. Let me see the camera. Camera's right here, Tammy. >> Okay. Let's go this way. Come on. Go back, baby. >> Come on. Handcuffs off and get your pair of pants. Be a little bit more comfortable. All right. Come on. >> You did you did your job tonight, right? You did your job tonight, right? You did your job tonight, right? You did your job tonight, right? That's right. You did your job tonight, right? You did your job tonight. No, you did your job tonight. Right. Right. You Yeah, you did you did your job tonight. Oh, you you did your job tonight, right? You did your job tonight. Look at you. Look at you arrested. No. These people these >> No you in this way. >> Oh no. >> They want to try to change her or what do they want to do? >> No. No. No. You're not You're not taking off of me. >> Relax. We're going to put pants on you. Cammy. You're not putting anything on me. >> Put pants on. That way you're not walk underwear. >> You You're not putting anything on me. Not >> relaxing. >> You You're not putting ANYTHING ON ME. I done anything. You I haven't done anything. You I did nothing. I did nothing. >> Huh? >> You I didn't do anything. >> Come on. Let's put pants on. >> Anything. So you >> put a pair of pants on. you. No. >> Sit. >> All right. There you go. At least you have pants on now, Tammy. See, now you're not in your underwear. All right. Ain't that more comfortable? >> All right. Stand up for me. >> Stand up for me. Tammy. >> Really? This is the fight we're going to have? >> Tammy, you're not going to win. You realize you're not going to win this fight, Tammy. So that's fine. >> At the station, even officers efforts to help her get dressed became another point of conflict. And as the process grew more physical and chaotic, her attitude kept shifting between defiance, accusations, and sudden appeals to whoever might be watching. He's got the video going. He's got the video. I know. Somebody's got the video going. Hopefully somebody's got the video going. >> Somebody's got the video going. Somebody's got the video going. I hope. I hope. I hope. Oh my god. Oh my god. Please. Babies. My Twitter babies. All right. Get the belly strap next to the boot. Good. Here. Here. Belly. >> Sit up. Sit up. >> Sit up. >> Get the belly. Get the belly. >> My babies. Help me. >> Hey, help me get these. My babies. Please help me. My babies. Help me. Help me. Baby baby baby. Baby >> [crying] [crying] >> Stop. Stop. >> Why you stop? [crying] [screaming] >> Finally, she was charged with DUI, obstruction, driving with a suspended license, and threatening a law enforcement officer. Now, attention shifts to the arrogant woman who demanded to call a judge to deal with the police. >> All right, pull a judge out here. Come with >> On March 1st, 2024, officer stopped a vehicle after seeing it cross into oncoming traffic and go up over a curb. And from the start, the stop was already pointing toward a driver who was not safely in control of the vehicle. When asked why she had pulled over the way she did, Rachel gave an explanation about trying to find the most suitable place because of what her mother had told her. but it did little to answer the bigger question of how she had ended up driving like that in the first place. Talking with her, Rachel's focus shifted toward one of the younger deputies. And instead of helping clear up what had happened, she began turning the conversation into a back and forth about who was questioning her determining whether she was safe to drive. Rachel kept returning to what had not happened that night, saying no one had been hurt and no crash had occurred. while they stayed focused on the part that still had to be resolved, whether she was impaired. When the HGN test began, she challenged nearly every part of it from where she was standing to the lighting around her. And after several more minutes of arguing over the process itself, and the investigation continued at the station, where the same resistance gave way to a breath test that finally answered what officers had been trying to determine all arriving under the influence, resisting arrest, and possession of a schedule 2 narcotic after officers found THC oil on her. Her total bond was set at $5,500. And reports indicate she was released on bail the following day. But if you think that was bad, this uncooperative passenger would take the situation to an even more intense level. >> Stupid ass. >> On February 24th, 2024, officers observed a black Chevy Malibu idling in the middle of the roadway. As they approached, the passenger quickly became uncooperative, refusing commands and escalating the situation. No. >> Do you need something for me? >> Yeah. Turn the car. >> I'm not rolling it down. >> We're leaving. We're leaving. >> Yeah. >> Can you roll that window down, PLEASE? >> NO. DON'T roll it down. You ain't got to roll it down. >> I'm telling you. You know what I want to do? >> It's okay. >> You ain't got to roll it down. >> I need you to talk. >> You ain't got to roll it down. >> I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO HIM, so there's no point in rolling it down. You have a driver's license on you. >> What? >> ME? Y WHAT? WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. CALL >> and I need your ID. >> Call what? I'm a pass you. You don't need my ID. >> Well, you don't have your seat. But look, I need your ID right now. >> TAKE HIM OUT OF THE CAR. TAKE HIM OUT of the car. Take him out of the car. >> Unlock the car right now. >> Unlock this door. >> Chill out. Open this door. >> Unlock all the doors. >> Open the door. 32. >> What is going on? >> He's getting out of the car. >> Open your door. >> Everybody's about to get pepper sprayed in here. >> All right. All right. >> From the moment officers approached, the passenger made it clear he wasn't interested in cooperating. What could have been a routine interaction quickly turned into a test of patience for everyone involved. Stupid ass. I'm on TOP OF YOU. WHY NOW? HEY, STUPID. >> Stop and watch this, baby. >> One hand. >> Got him. I got his legs. I got his legs. >> Hey, to my right is soft as you couldn't do nothing. You saw his It took eight to take me down. You solist. >> I'm not resisting. Stupid. Get the off my feet. >> I GOT $200 SHOES ON. GET OFF MY FEET. >> You're going to get tased. >> Get off my feet. >> Stupid ass. >> I don't care about you. Maintaining the tense situation, he chose to continue insulting the police, calling them weak and boasting about his $200 shoes, which had nothing to do with his case. The officers, meanwhile, stayed focused on the task at hand. >> 76y road. It's a USC. I don't really beat out of all of you. >> Look, he's tightening the cuffs on my wrist. He's tightening the cuffs on my wrist. He's tightening the cuffs on my wrist. Bend your knees. Bend your knees. >> No, he t my wrist. >> I'm not bending my knees. >> Bend your legs. >> All I had to do was get away from the car. >> That's all y'all had to do. >> What time? Hey, wait, wait, wait. What time am I listen? [ __ ] it, bro. >> I'm I'm beat it. I have a lawyer. I'm a beaten. I'm a beaten. I have a lawyer. That's why I don't give about stupid OP is stupid. I know I didn't commit a crime. OP is stupid. OP is stupid. >> Don't be touching. Cops. >> Don't be touching cops. >> You see my face. Get a good look at it. Look at it. >> I would really beat the out. You don't. >> You had that opportunity already. >> I promise I'll stone you. >> You had that opportunity already. >> I heard you. Hey, 96. I need I need I need another responder. I heard you. >> I heard you. >> I I don't need medical. I promise I don't need medical. >> I promise I don't need medical. >> I don't need medical. >> I don't Hey, girlfriend. How many are going to be who's getting 10 15? Obviously him. >> I think it's just him. >> He the He's the only one I swipe out of the fight. >> He repeatedly insulted the officers, calling them idiots while completely failing to reflect on his own behavior or the consequences of what he was doing. While he insisted he was fine and didn't need any medical attention, the officers weren't ready to take that chance. >> Y'all are stupid. >> Y'all are stupid. Y'all are stupid. >> Y'all are stupid. Keep my phone up, stupid. my phone up. Hit my phone up, stupid. >> You guys check this dumb ass >> kick again. That's another charge. I know. >> I got literally let anybody in the forest ain't let anybody in the forest. >> All right, buddy. What's going to happen is we're going to flip you so you're not on your stomach. There you go. Do your job. That's not mine. That's That's my vest. Flip. Leave. >> There you go. Good job. Good job. Thanks, buddy. >> They turned you a little bit. There you go. I do the rest. I got the rest. Set. >> Getting him into the patrol vehicle proved to be another challenge. As tensions continued to linger, a supervising sergeant arrived to review the use of force incident and help bring some structure back to the scene. >> Is February 24th. >> February 24th. Uh, actually, hold on. It's almost February 24th. >> All right. >> All right. February 23rd. >> So, it's February 23rd. >> 0059 hours. >> I am here to do a response to resistance cuz I see you have a lip. >> I don't have a lip. >> You literally I'm looking at it. >> Take a picture and show me. >> I'm going I'm not going to show you. I am going to take a picture. >> Show me. >> You don't run this. >> Well, take a picture so I can see. >> I'm not showing you anything. >> Nobody hit me. So, why would I have >> So, nobody hit you. >> No. So you're not injured. >> So why would I have if I have I'm injured. >> So you said I have a lift. So I'm injured. Yes. >> Okay. >> OPD injured me. >> I am doing a response to resistance investigation. >> All right. >> Because I am the sergeant on duty. >> All right. >> I see you have on and around your lips. >> All right. >> So now I'm here to ask you about what happened today. >> All right. >> Here's your chance to tell me. >> I'm going to tell you because you weren't here. Like you said, you here to ask me. So you weren't here. Cool. I ain't got no problem with you. >> They walked up to the car. They told my girlfriend to drive off. There's traffic, so she can't drive off. So like, hey, you need to drive off. I said, hey, you are about to drive off, so y'all can leave. They said, hey. I said, no, you set up. I don't know in what world are people scared of the police, but I don't have a record. When you run me, you'll see I don't have a record. Cool. I don't have a record, so I'm not afraid to talk back to the police. I said, "Lord, you shut the up. Don't talk to her like that." He said, "Hey, we can arrest you." I said, "For what?" He said, "For disorderly conduct." I said, "No, we're getting ready to leave and they're not even driving." He came to the passenger side. He said, "Hey, unlock the door." Talking to my girlfriend. I said, "You ain't got to unlock it. I'll keep locking it." Eventually, it got unlocked and they pulled me out of the car. But the moral of the story, they was telling her to leave and she can't leave because there's traffic. >> Okay. So, >> what do they want HER TO DO? RUN INTO SOMEBODY? I'm not here to talk about the criminal aspect of it. I know it's not your >> With the sergeant now involved, the atmosphere seemed to settle somewhat. The suspect appeared calmer than before, though he still saw himself as the victim of the encounter rather than someone who had played a role in how it unfolded. He demanded to see the body cam footage. >> So, do you want to tell me about how you became injured? >> I mean, I can't see myself. You literally have literally like I said so y'all did it. If there is Orlando police department you have no idea how it happened. >> Orlando police department. >> Do you know how it happened? >> I'm telling you right now if there is Orlando police department was roughousing me abusing the authority and they bust my lip. >> Okay. >> I wasn't resisting. >> How did that happen? >> I just told you I wasn't resisting. So, >> so every time while the officers were giving you commands, you weren't kicking, punching, and screaming. >> Nobody gave me commands. >> I literally was there while they were giving. >> But tell me the commands they gave me. So that way they can replay both clips. So what were the commands they gave me? >> Stop resisting. Stop kicking me. Stop pulling away. Stop. >> Okay, great. I never was kicking. >> You kicked me. YOU KICKED ME. >> WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. I NEVER WAS KICKING. >> YOU KICKED ME. That's why you have this ON YOUR LEG. >> IF YOU GOT IT ON VIDEO, that's fine. Y'all will have it. I never was. Don't tap the button cuz >> No, I'm tapping where the camera is. >> Okay. Google. I never was kicking. So, nobody told me stop kicking cuz I wasn't with kicking. Nobody told me stop resisting cuz I put my hands behind my back myself. >> They didn't have to do it. I did it. >> I mean, I work out. You got some soft ass obvious. And then when the dude that was pressing down on my head came, that's when I pulled my hand out and I was like, "No, he's not going to force my hand to the ground cuz my my arms are already behind my back." And that's when they said you were resisting, >> but no, nobody was resisting. I put my hands behind my back myself. >> I did. I know the role. I'm not new to that. >> He demanded to see the body cam footage, convinced it would support his version of events. He also began mentioning personal connections and influence, hoping they might carry more weight than the facts already documented by the cameras. >> Get off, but like I said, it's cool. Whatever y'all want to do, that's fine, too. But I didn't kick nobody. I wasn't resisting. I've already had a resisting arrest and I got that [ __ ] kicked out cuz I wasn't resisting. I'm cool. I work for the county. I'm cool. >> Okay. >> I'm cool. I don't care. Other than the visual I see on your lip, do you have any other injuries or do you feel pain in any location? >> Not that I can feel. If there's any other injuries, the Orlando Police Department did it and I don't feel it. And I probably don't feel it because I work out. That's the end. There you go. You can walk away now. >> I'm going to take a picture of your lips before I leave. >> Take a picture of me. >> Well, I have to load up the system. We don't take just random >> pictures. I'm just saying I'll sit up on you. I'm not saying hurry up. I'm just saying I'll sit up for you. I didn't do nothing. There's no reason for me to be BACK HERE. THERE'S REAL PEOPLE OUT here that's probably going to up downtown and y'all are taking all this time to arrest me. That's stupid. Not only that, I got money. That's even more stupid. >> All right. If you wouldn't mind sitting up so I can take a picture of your face, please. >> I do mine. So, take a picture where you at. >> Okay. There you go. Good job, brother. I like you. I like you. I like you a lot. >> I like you a lot, brother. >> I like you a lot. Thank you. I like you a lot. >> Anything else you'd like to tell me before I >> Yeah. Can I send you a seat? >> Uh, we can try to If you're going to be compliant with this, >> I comply. Yeah. >> I wasn't THIS COMPLIANT. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. I would never >> Give me a second and we'll work that out. >> He is charged with aggravated assault of a police officer, assault of a police officer, threatening and intimidating an officer, and resisting arrest. Next, witness the aunt stepping in, threatening the officers and demanding justice for her niece, who had just been firmly dealt with by the police. >> This officer EXPLAINED TO ME, YOU'RE IN TROUBLE. GET IT OUT OF MY POCKET. >> NO. >> On December 16th, 2025, police officers in Washington discovered a wanted man sitting in the parking lot of a Walmart. >> Uh, so you have a couple warrants. >> Just when? >> Since last month. What? >> Yeah. So, are you going to cooperate with us or uh if you can get my aunt out here? >> Well, can you go in this store and call my aunt out here? >> We're not going to do any of that. Okay. >> We use our car for one. >> Three. Sam, three lobby. Can you go and confirm those warrants, please? >> Huh? Please call my aunt. >> No. >> Why? >> I'm not the one dealing with you. My partner is. Hey, will he please go ahead? >> All right, boss. Yeah. So, you have you have two warrants for possession of drugs. I've dealt with you, my man. Come on. Like, I'm not trying to give you hard time, but you've had those warrants for a little while. >> I know when I got these um warrants because I've been going to court. I was just in court. >> I told you like a month ago. I got to make sure they're still valid. >> You just want to keep your other hand where I can see it. >> Make sure they're still valid and you just go in there and ask for my aunt to come out here, please. cuz I got my dog in here and I don't want to just leave the car unlocked and >> we'll we'll figure that out. Okay. But I'm not going to go in there and then until if the warrants are confirmed till you're detained. Okay. >> Instead of getting out of the car and cooperating to receive leniency. The driver insisted on calling his aunt for help. This action seemed more like an attempt to stall for time than a plea for assistance. The police didn't want to give this man any more chances. >> Here at this point, you don't have a choice. you are under arrest and if you don't cooperate with us then you could get new charges if you're going to basically resist it. Okay. >> Right. >> I'm trying to I'm trying to be reasonable with you. Okay. >> Do you have your aunt's phone number? >> Yes. >> Once you're in handcuffs, I can call your aunt. >> That's the normal procedure of things. You know how it goes. Just keep your hands where I can see him. All right. No, keep your head hands out of there. Okay. >> Can your handcuffs go in the back or >> No. >> No. Okay. STAND UP THEN. I'LL >> I'll work with you. All right. [laughter] >> My hand's car. >> Huh? >> Please shut my ass car. >> Why you Why are you so worried about the car? You're making me >> Because it's her car and it's been >> I know. I know. I know. I know. >> My man works hard for all her. >> Okay. Well, you're being overly concerned about it. >> Not really. I should let me She She She don't like her guard left being unlocked. She don't like freaking >> Okay. Well, um Do you got anything under your belly >> in your waistband? >> How am I going to check that? I don't want like belly up. Okay. You ever store anything under there? >> Yeah. My fat. >> Well, I'm saying like anything else. I don't want to reach under there. Okay. Do anything on you? >> No. >> Okay. All right. Once he was secured, he didn't seem angry or upset. If anything, he looked like someone still working on his next move. And somehow that next move involved dragging his aunt into a situation that had never been hers to begin with. I'm trying to get to that point. Okay, so Jeffrey has a history of dealing drugs. I've arrested him multiple times for the same thing. Okay, he has warrants, so he's going to jail. Well, he threw a sweatshirt in the back seat before he went into handcuffs. I believe there's drugs in his sweatshirt based on his past history and us. >> No drugs in his sweatshirt. >> Okay. Well, that's my observation. That's what I'm observing. And the backpack on the front seats, probably his. >> Uh, >> like right there, that black backpack. >> Okay. So, >> you guys will have no right to go through his stuff here. You're picking him up on a warrant. You have no right to go through my car. >> I don't know what's in there, but it's not drugs. >> Okay, then I'll tow it. We're good. We're good. I'm going to tow it. Thank you. >> No, you are not towing my car. It's my car, and I haven't done anything wrong. >> So, my car is going nowhere. No, you're not. Don't touch me. >> My sisters right here if you want to talk to him. >> Let's go over here and talk. >> No, we're going to talk right here. Get out of my way. >> You either stop or arrest you, too. Let's go. >> You know what? I'll get your ass in trouble. >> Let's go over here conversation. >> You don't move away and I will touch you. >> Here we go. >> Turn around. You're under. >> No, I am not. >> You're what? >> YOU'RE GOING TO COURT. I AM NOT INSTRUCTING ANYBODY. I SAID I WAS >> You were told multiple times to move away. You wouldn't do it. >> Shut your mouth, you >> Vicki. I want you to know you're being audio and visually recorded. Okay. >> OKAY, GOOD. YOU ARE TOO. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. YOU'RE >> NOT LISTENING to us. >> Well, if you had listened, >> I don't have to listen to you. >> We would be doing anything wrong AND YOU'RE GETTING YOUR ASS IN TROUBLE, BUDDY. It didn't take long for the deputies to stop her aggressive advance, but being on the ground and in handcuffs didn't seem to change much. If anything, she appeared even more determined to keep the confrontation going. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I did not. >> Yes, you did. Backwards on your butt like A 10-YEAR-OLD. >> ARE WE ON CAMERA? >> YES. >> GOOD. >> And the camera has you throwing YOURSELF ON YOUR BUTT. >> NOW, >> excuse me. What? I said I HOPE YOU'RE NOT LYING. >> OH, I'M NOT. >> YEAH, you're full of >> somebody catches at you. You know what? You're in trouble. >> Especially you. >> Really? Why? >> Hey, Hunter. >> KEEP BACK IN MY POCKET. >> You're under arrest. >> You are stealing from me. >> No. >> Yes, you are. >> We tried to explain. Stop. >> Stop kicking. You're going to add >> I'm not kicking. I'M TRYING TO TURN OVER SO MY HANDS WON'T HURT. GET OFF ME. >> YEAH. Get off me. Stop kicking the other side. I'm not kicking this. >> We're going to roll you onto your other side. >> GET OUT OF MY STUFF. I'M A STRAIGHT UP A1 CITIZEN. >> You made a bad decision. You're probably a good person. Somebody made a bad decision. >> YOU'RE IN TROUBLE. YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. I want a picture of all of your badges. You are in trouble. Don't look at me LIKE THAT. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> SHE'S GOING TO TOUCH YOU AND YOU'RE GETTING HURT. >> Then stop. YOU'RE I'M NOT >> YES, you are. >> MY LEGS. >> Sit up. >> You guys ARE ALL IN TROUBLE. >> YEAH, >> THIS BETTER BE ON CAMERA. >> I want it on camera. My I called my husband. >> It'll go on your property. >> No, I need to call my husband. Take a seat. It'll go on your property. I hope you get what you deserve. Take a seat, please. Take these off me, please. They're hurting me. I have never been in TROUBLE IN MY LIFE. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY OF THESE ON ME. Please take them off. >> Between the tears, Vicki kept repeating that she'd never been arrested before. To some people, a clean record feels like a shield against consequences. Unfortunately, that's not how the law works. And despite several explanations from the deputies, she remained convinced that she hadn't resisted in any way. >> Tell you what, if you if you don't give us a problem, we'll put a second set on. That way, they're a little bit more either >> less painful. Can are you able to sit up? >> Okay. We can put on a second set as long as you cooperate. Okay. >> My own um chain. >> Yeah. That's okay. I mean, it's not going to be perfect, but it should be better. Okay, sit back. There you go. >> Will you guys please just go through my car? I don't care. I don't want >> I'm sorry, but we're beyond that. We're We're too far from that. That was the conversation you and I were going to have. I swear to God. >> I just swear to God. >> I just figured you guys it's my car that you had no right to get in my car. >> That was the conversation we were about to have. But when you dang near assaulted this officer by trying to put Listen to me. >> I did not assault anybody. >> Came damn close to it. >> I can't. I've never done that. I'm not going to. >> Okay. When you try to walk through her, unwanted physical contact is an assault. >> She going which is Yes. Because she wasn't going to let you get in your car. >> I wasn't getting in. I just wanted to lean on my car. >> No, no, no, no. >> Positively. I swear to you. The problem is you were pretty worked up and not listening to reason. Otherwise, we'd had this conversation off to the side. The result is here we are and we're not going to back down from this. We tried to do it reasonably. We tried to have a conversation. We were going to ask for consent and you started the conversation by going you. You're not going to get in my car. That's how you started the conversation. >> Well, I'm sorry now. >> I've never been in this position before. >> I'm sorry, but we're past that. Okay. So, Officer Walcott will get you to the jail. It won't be long. Okay. >> See you. >> Jeffrey was arrested on two warrants for drug possession. Both warrants were issued for failing to appear in court. Each warrant had a $5,000 bail totaling $10,000. He was also charged with drug possession after methamphetamine was found during a search of his vehicle. Following her arrest, Vicki was detained at Cowitz County Jail. She was charged with obstructing law enforcement and resisting arrest. But it didn't stop there. This dumb woman decided today was the perfect day to go to jail. >> I'm not doing anything wrong today. >> Congrats. Now you're gonna go to jail just for resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> On June 7th, 2025, police stopped Jennifer's SUV at 10:09 a.m. for a completely malfunctioning tail light. Upon approaching, the police found the driver to be largely uncooperative. He's >> got no tail lights on. Can I see your driver's license, registration insurance? >> Yeah, absolutely. Do you have ID on you, ma'am? >> Um, my purse is in my trunk. >> Okay. >> My ID for my wife. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Jennifer. >> You're the owner of the car? >> I am. >> Okay. What about the proof of insurance for the car? >> Um, it's on my phone. >> It's on your phone? Yeah. Can you pull up? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Throw down the back window for me, too, please. You want that one? >> Yep. >> Um my phone is back there with >> Okay. Who's your insurance, sir? >> Uh it's through um all things. >> Maybe I'll give you a piece of paper for that. >> No, it's on my phone. Digital just like everybody else's on my phone. >> Mostly digital. >> Okay. Where are you all headed to? She seemed to have an answer for everything except one simple question. Where were her documents? Every delay bought her a few more seconds, but it also gave the officers more time to notice something wasn't quite right. >> No, ma'am. I'm not talking to you. Sir, got to step out of the car for me. >> Chop out for me. Okay. Turn around. Back to get rid of that for you. Oh god. ain't going to be comfortable. But you got a war, Bubba. All right, >> just step out of the car. I need to talk to you. Okay, >> cuz I'm telling you to step out of the car for me. Okay, >> it's I'm not going to go through this, ma'am. I need you to step out of the vehicle. >> Ma'am, you're either going to step out of the car or you're going to physically take physically because I'm not doing anything wrong today. >> Congrats. Now you're going to go to jail just for resisting. >> I'm not resisting. Not >> stand up. >> I'm not resisting >> because I said I didn't want to get out my car. I'm resisting. >> Well, do you want to stop? I want to talk to you about it. >> No. >> So the issue ma'am is you appear to be impaired under influence of alcohol and narcotics tonight. >> Driving under. >> Hey Zach, we got to get her on the flip. >> Oh, okay. I'll get it for her. As the driver was taken into custody, the stop should have been winding down. Instead, one passenger decided to stay exactly where she was, turning a routine next step into an unnecessary confrontation. >> I would talk to you. >> Oh, I mean, she she I mean, it'd be 100% different, but she said no. >> That's what happens if you say no to the police. Well, I care about her and >> I don't know. >> Obviously, she's a really good friend to me. >> Just cancel. Hey, Piccado, just bring your car back over. >> Sorry. >> Can I try to calm down? >> How can you get home? >> I will get home. >> Well, here's deal. We're going to tow the car. >> I'm towing the car. Okay. You can't drive cuz you're drunk. >> No, I'm not. I'm not drunk. But I'm I would I would never say that I would drive. I know drive. I know. >> Nothing against you being intoxicated. You're passing her car. >> No, put her in the back of your car. We're We're going to do FSDs, but >> she's trying to slip cuffs and stuff. >> Can I please calm down? Can I have the moment? Can I step out? >> Just please calm down. >> I am right here with you. >> All right. All right. So, and now I need you to say about the car for me. Okay. You're not in trouble. Understand that. I just need you to step by the car because >> I don't know. >> You know, what's your name? Courtney. Another female. >> Okay. >> Courtney, do you want to go stand in front of my car for Courtney? >> Sure. That's >> No, that's Jennifer. A female passenger named Courtney seated in the back refused to provide her ID, insisting she was just a passenger. A classic sign of sovereign citizen style misconceptions. After that, the police proceeded to search the vehicle, completing the remaining procedures. >> Open the fireball. Cinnamon whiskey. >> Oh, by the driver. >> Yeah, he's got a whole bottle of that. >> The subject in the car. Can you run her out of Virginia? >> I didn't put a Courtney subject in the car, did you? >> I'm sorry. She said she gave you her 14. No, she gave me first and last name and didn't want to give her date of birth. >> No, I did give my date of birth. >> Oh, you didn't clearly stop. Won't do FSTs due to resisting and trying to get her handcuffs. Told her stuff out. You said now >> 47. Can you write it all the way out of Virginia? >> Courtney put her hand back here whenever. I'd uh pull him over like up against the uh right there. >> Provided anything at all. >> Okay. It's a yes or no question, ma'am. >> No, I I understand that. I'm just >> I'm not going. Ma'am, listen. Let's I'm not here to debate. Okay. Is a yes or no question. Are you willing? You said no. Okay. Listen to what I'm saying this. Okay. If you fail to submit to the test I requested of you, your privilege to operate a motor vehicle will be suspended for a period of one year for first refusal or for a period of 18 months if your privilege has previously been suspended. That being in mind, do you still wish to not provide a sample of your breath? >> Yeah. So, what's the point? I'm already arrested. So, >> so you do not you will not provide a sample? >> No. >> Okay. All right. You're going jail. Your car is being >> Thanks to body camera footage capturing her complete lack of cooperation and evidence of the alcohol bottle, prosecutors were able to build a solid indictment. Jennifer was subsequently charged with DUI and obstruction of police. Next, the woman was found in possession of 16 gram of nitrous oxide, seemingly believing she could easily get past the officers unnoticed. >> See, it was a member of self-realization fellowship in California SRO. >> On February 10th, 2026, police discovered a driver parked behind a gas station holding a massive gas cylinder inside his car. A site that immediately raised red flags. >> I know. You sure? Turn your car off. >> Oh, okay. >> Thank you. Do you have your ID? >> ID about what? >> Your driver's license. >> Oh, yeah. Oh, that's right. I get it. We're in 2025. >> We are. >> Okay. >> Thank you. What are you doing? >> Oh, what am I doing? >> Mhm. >> Translating. You're what? >> Translating. >> Translating for >> I'm a translator. >> Okay. What are you doing back here? >> Thinking. >> Okay. What is this big bottle of stuff that I seen you? >> Oh, it's courage. >> Courage? >> Yes. I saw the Wizard of Oz movie. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Would you do me a favor? Step out for me. >> Here we go again. >> Yeah. Here we go. Can you step out for me? >> I don't need that. It's your bank card. >> I don't need your credit card. Step out. >> You mana. >> Step out of the car. >> Come back here. Come back here. >> According to the woman, the giant tank in her lap wasn't a problem at all. It was simply called courage. The deputies saw something a little less magical. A large nitrous oxide tank labeled exotic whip. Naturally, they had a few more questions. >> Extremely out of it. When I pulled up next to you, you said you were struggling to breathe as you were sucking on that. Why'd you come park back here to use that thing? >> I'm just a translator waiting for real police come. >> Mhm. Pull up next to her. She's sucking on that ball. nitrous oxide. >> Yeah. >> Anybody who's really a medical professional here? >> Why do you need medical attention? >> No. >> Okay. So, why do you >> just need someone who speaks that language? >> For what reason? >> I don't know. I'm thinking. >> All right. Keep thinking. >> I'm not drunk and I'm not smoking. Well, I'm pretty sure this wasn't the intended use for you to be sucking all this nitrous oxide out of it. >> That is crazy. >> How does it make you feel? >> It makes me feel a little freer. >> Freerier. And you think you should be driving that way? >> No. >> Okay. So, why are we doing this then? >> Because I was scared. I was afraid of my own husband. >> For what reason? >> He was abusive at times. >> Okay. So, you come park behind a gas station, suck on this bottle of nitrous oxide to free yourself cuz you're afraid of your husband. That doesn't make you safe to drive. That's what you're talking. >> I know it doesn't make sense. I know it doesn't make sense. >> So, tell me something that's going to make sense here. Cuz it sounds like you're doing this makes you incapable of driving. >> I'm stalling you right now. >> Why you don't stall me? Why you stalling me? Cuz what you're telling me is you know this makes >> not won the war yet. >> All right. It's never going to end. >> All right, >> thus the expression the translator. >> She called herself a translator, claimed she was waiting for the real police, and then mentioned a battle no one else seemed to be fighting. Whatever was going through her mind, she didn't appear to be living in the same reality as everyone around her. >> I pulled next to her. >> There's a lot of confusion. >> Clear as day. She's in the driver's seat hitting on that aspect. She was okay. I didn't know what it was. She said, "I'm struggling to breathe." I get out. That's that's what I see in her ears. She's doing it. >> We need people that are qualified to make that assessment. Medical people. >> Make what assessment? Do you have any other stuff in there? >> No. >> You have any marijuana or any other in there? >> Oh, yeah. Marijuana. I got it prescribed by Dr. >> Prescription. >> You got quite a few there. >> Yeah, I needed it. >> Do you have You have a car? I do, but it got taken away last time they locked me up. >> Oh, well, it sounds like you're not going to get it back today. >> No, I'm not going to get it back today. >> How do you How do you have that if your card was taken away? How are you buying that? >> You only need a driver's license. >> You only need a driver's license to buy marijuana. >> Yes. >> No, you need a medical marijuana card to buy marijuana. >> Medical marijuana card. That's what I mean. But >> Right. But you don't have one. >> They accept a driver's license now. The rules have changed. That's something new I don't know about. >> I know. Most people don't know it either. >> So, I can walk into a medical marijuana store and buy marijuana without a medical marijuana card cuz I have a driver's license is what you're telling me? >> In Florida? >> Yeah. I don't think so. >> In California? Yes. >> Well, this is Florida. Florida. >> I know. And you got >> I know we're in Florida New York. >> You got like three or four of them in your pocket. >> Her story kept changing, bouncing between grand historical references and everyday uses like baking. The deputies listened, but the explanations only seemed to make the situation more confusing. Eventually, the officer decided it was time to stop debating. >> You could put your hands behind your back. >> First three letters, J A N >> J A N O J A N O. >> Put your hands together like that. >> J A N O. >> Claire, you're being placed under arrest. Okay. >> Being placed under arrest for the unlawful use of Vegas. Okay. 16 rim in the state of Florida is a third degree felony. >> Correct. >> Come over here. >> Chunk in a second. >> Where' you Where'd you get that can from? >> Call it what? >> A convenience store. >> Do you know which one? >> No. >> I'm trying to figure out where they sold it to you at. >> I know. Was like a food selling place or like >> I don't know. I'm just a messenger. >> You're just a messenger. >> Okay. >> My husband only tried to strangle me once. >> But the thing is it only takes once. I just want to be their anesthesiologist for one day. Let him know how it feels. Have time go slowly. >> Nick police successfully restrained her before things could escalate further. However, she didn't seem ready to stop there. continuing her behavior in the patrol car and deepening officer's doubts about her sobriety. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. No, they'll come off there. >> Are we going to the jail house? >> Yep. >> I thought afraid for a second we were headed towards Daytona. Daytona is bad news. >> Why you say that? >> It's a Democratic Democrat. They're Democrats over there and they are arresting nurses, pulling nurses off the street, home care nurses, putting them in a 72-hour hold. I was there with them, some of them. >> You ever baker, >> huh? >> Were you ever a baker? >> Yes. I hate to have to admit it cuz now I'm going to be stuck there for 72 hours again. >> That's not where we're going now. >> Where are we going now? >> Jail. >> Jail. Even more fun. Well, at least it's not jail in Daytona. They'd be mixing me with male inmate inmates like they did in California. >> Not me, but other people. Mixing them right with male inmates. Sick. >> Yeah. I'm pretty sure they don't do that here. No, I don't think so. But they might in Daytona. What happens is the husband attacks the wife and then the wife gets taken for the hold or to jail, whatever. The wife gets taken, the battered wife. My husband is totally unqualified to make any kind of medical assessment on me, but he was doing it. She was found in possession of over 16 g of nitrous oxide for inhalation and was ultimately convicted of a thirdderee criminal offense. The next driver had a different problem altogether. He seemed far more interested in challenging the officers than cooperating with them. >> Y'all doing all this for >> on March 2nd, 2026, police stopped the driver after discovering he had an expired temporary license plate. The situation quickly became unpleasant when he began displaying excessive arrogance. >> Police Department. Reason I stopped you, your tip tag expired. What's going on there? >> My tip tag expired. >> Yeah, the uh >> Hasn't even been a month yet. >> I'm sorry. >> Hasn't been a month yet. I just got this car. >> Yeah, there that's a common misconception. There is no 30-day grace period. The expiration date on the tag. >> I'm from Missouri. >> Yeah, there's no 30-day grace period. >> Well, Missouri it is. >> Okay. Well, in Illinois, you're running on an expired license plate. So, do you have your driver's license proof of insurance? with you. >> Sorry. >> Yep. >> May I have your driver's license, please? >> Pull out of I don't have to give it to you. >> Yes, you do. >> I do not. >> All right. Step out of the car. Brian, >> leave your bag. >> The driver attempted to deflect responsibility by invoking laws from the state he was familiar with and trying to apply them to a different jurisdiction. A critical mistake. That misplaced confidence at the wrong time and in the wrong place quickly turned into a costly consequence. >> Face the car right there. >> Place your hands behind your back. Turn around. Place your hands behind your back. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. What are y'all doing? >> What are you doing? >> Stop it, >> bro. What are y'all doing? >> What are y'all doing, bro? What the man? What the >> man? They Hello. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. You're going to get a war. I don't get in the car. >> Even while being restrained, he continued asking why he was under arrest. The officers tried to explain, but the discussion wasn't getting much further than it had a few minutes earlier. >> Either way, tell me right now. No. For what? >> You're going to jail either way. >> That's fine. You can tell me for what? You want to catch another charge? Remember, you can tell me for what? >> 126 and confirmed for what? >> For an arrest warrant. >> For what? What you get a warrant for? >> For what? Brian. >> Brian, like don't move. >> You're going to jail. Stop. Stop making it difficult. >> Closer. Don't even Brian. >> No. Y'all made this harder for y'all said we could have talked about all he did was pull me out. >> We're talking about it now. >> No, I ain't talking >> because you were being a jerk ahead of time. No, y'all was from the >> So, you have a warrant for your arrest on your back. You want to make it difficult. That's fine. You have a warrant for your arrest. Sorry, Brian. >> Brian, listen to me. You have a a failure to appear warrant on Madison County. >> Yeah. >> You're also going to be charged with resisting arrest >> and obstructing. Yep. >> Right. >> Yep. The dynamic of the stop changed completely when dispatch came back with a hit. An active warrant for failure to appear. Suddenly, his refusal to provide an ID earlier made perfect sense. Acceptance seemed to be the one thing still missing from the conversation. >> You already searched it. >> Lean forward. >> You already searched it. This none of this needs to be done. I can understand yan, >> man. Shut the [ __ ] up talking to me. You >> lean forward. Take your ass home. Take your ass home, pal. >> Take your ass home. I don't care the [ __ ] >> Yeah, I can tell. The ground is wet. No. No. No. act. Move. Close the door. >> Damn. No. Move. If you going to put the seat belt on, put it on. >> I don't understand why y'all being so aggressive, bro. >> He was charged with driving on an expired registration, resisting arrest, and was also booked on the outstanding warrant that had turned the stop upside down in THE FIRST PLACE. >> [screaming] >> ON FEBRUARY 15TH, 2024, police responded to the Four Seasons Hotel after reports of two female guests acting aggressively and striking staff while heavily intoxicated. >> All right. Okay. Relax. Okay. I got this. Okay. Chill out. I'll take care of it. >> I'm gone. >> I know. But let me I know. I got the story already. Let me do my job. Hold on, hun. I don't want to disturb anybody. >> The mother and daughter argued loudly, denied any wrongdoing, and insisted they didn't drink despite the obvious signs of intoxication. >> Listen. And she's with me, my daughter, and I was knocked down. And but listen, I didn't care about that. And then um she and then she was over there. Um >> when you when were you checking out? The officers tried to calm the situation and explain the hotel's rules, but their stubbornness made it clear they had no intention of accepting any of it. Is the hotel does not want you here. >> Okay. >> The hotel does not want you in their hotel. This is their property. It's like someone in your house and you don't want them to stay. They can't stay.
