September 7th, 2025. What began as a couple's argument quickly escalated into a domestic violence investigation after a woman reported being choked and assaulted while driving. Officers soon located the suspect who had fled the scene and began investigating both sides of the incident. >> What's going on? >> He pulled over and we was in my car and he just choked me out while I was driving.
