I've been illegally detained multiple times when I'm a Greek citizen with NATO clearance. >> Step out a car, dude. We get tas if people don't listen. All right. >> Want to be tough guys love pretending they're in charge. They push boundaries, challenge authority, and act as if the rules simply don't apply to them. But when they bring that attitude to the nononsense officers, the fantasy usually doesn't last very long. These are some of the most delusional, wannabe tough guys you'll ever witness. But first, meet the delusional international citizen who believe the rules applied to everyone except him. >> I have FBI clearance, so >> I'm an international citizen. You can't arrest me repeatedly. >> On the morning of September 1st, a deputy sheriff in Florida spotted a Kia Sportage speeding in the wrong lane. The initial exchange foreshadowed a potentially unstable shift for the officer. And here's what happened next. >> Hello, the sheriff's office. The reason for stopping you were going 72 back then plus 55. >> Oh, really? I've been tailed the whole way with people going 100. How does that sound? >> I know when I pass you at 100, >> right? Sure. >> Am I free to go? >> No. >> I have FBI clearance. So, >> you have driver's license? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. Well, I need some type of >> No, you don't. >> Yes, I do. >> No, you don't. You don't have the right. What am I being stalled for? >> 72 and opposed to 55. >> My license. Wait. >> I'm a Greek citizen. >> You're a who? >> A Greek citizen. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Try that. >> Try. >> Here's the Florida license. >> No. Go ahead. Which one do you want? >> I need a Florida driver's license. >> Why? Why not this? This is an international driving license. >> Okay. And you have a Florida one. >> All right. Take it. Can have it. Am I free to go? >> No, you're not. I need registration insurance. >> I don't have it. It's a rental. >> Okay. The [ __ ] has some type of registration for the vehicle. >> I don't know where it is. >> I don't know why you're so upset with me. >> Think about it for a little bit. >> There's nothing to think about, new bull here. Is that good? >> No. Hang tight. Find your registration. I'll go run your stuff. >> I don't have a registration for a car I don't own. >> Okay. >> He identified himself as a Greek citizen and presented an international driving permit. But seeing the strict attitude of the police, he had to show his legal Florida state driver's license. Then noticing his unusual behavior, the police immediately asked him to get out of the car. >> Do a fair. Step out the vehicle. >> No. >> Step out. >> No. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> No. No. This is illegal searching. >> Yes, it is. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> No, it's not. I'm going to give you one more to go to jail. >> Do you have a warrant? >> I'm letting you know now. >> Go ahead. >> Search me. Step. >> Search me. >> No. Tas. I will tase you. I have an internet. >> Wait, give me >> I promise I can. >> All right, I'm good right now. >> Appreciate it. on the FBI DCF clearance. >> Not illegal. Not illegal. >> Good luck this time. >> Have a seat. >> Oh, now you're getting right. Now you're getting knives. >> Have a seat. >> New bold number 160. >> The suspect's aggressive resistance forced Deputy Nubold to issue a firm warning that a taser would be deployed. One look at the crackling device, and his attitude changed instantly as he climbed into the patrol car. But the surprises weren't over yet. Seated in the back, he quickly switched roles and began playing the victim. >> What's going on? >> What's going on? Yeah, >> I've been illegally detained multiple times when I'm a Greek citizen with NATO clearance >> and and FBI and DCF [clears throat] clearance. >> FBI clearance. So, what has that got anything to do with you speeding? >> 72 and a 45 when your officers were going 100 past me. I'm an international citizen. You can't arrest me repeatedly. I'm a US and a Greek citizen. >> Okay. So, what's that got to do with you doing 72 and a 45? >> I'm sorry. He hit me with a speeding ticket. Huh? >> Well, we will be doing that. >> All right, go ahead. >> He told you he was with the FBI. >> Yeah, >> I didn't say that. I said I have FBI DCF clearance. >> What does that mean to us? >> I apparently none of you know. >> That means nothing. >> All right. >> No, you're not free to go anywhere. >> What are you talking about? You're resistant, >> right? Because you threw me against the cruiser. Yeah, we're the world. Gone where? >> Hey, put your leg in there. Don't you dare do that. or you'll be tied UP LIKE A PRETZEL. YOU ALREADY DID THAT. >> YOU ALREADY DID THAT. And closed van transfers. >> So, there you have it. No matter what country you're from or how impressive your credentials may seem, once you're driving on American roads, the local traffic laws still apply. In the end, he was charged with nonviolent resistance and later released on a $1,000 bond. Now, let's shift our attention to a stubborn driver who's about to be dragged back to reality by law enforcement. about to get [ __ ] You want to get I'm not lose my job. >> Get out of the [ __ ] car. I'm not lose my job, man. I'm not >> On April 25th, 2024, police stopped a car with expired license plates. The situation escalated into a tent standoff simply because of the driver's stubborn and unreasonably uncooperative behavior. >> Hi there, Deputy R Sheriff's Office. You have a driver's license, proof of insurance. Any weapons or anything in the car? >> Any weapons or anything in the car? Any weapons in the car? >> Okay. So, the reason why I pulled you over is that your plate >> is supposed to be on the back of the car. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I would do that right now. Yep. >> Okay. Just Well, just hang tight for me. Okay. Where you said you're leaving for work? >> You're getting just getting off work. >> You're just getting off work. >> Yeah, I get off work. Yep. >> Okay. Well, just hang tight for me. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right, boss man. Whose tag is that? >> Whose license plate is that? Whose license plate is that? >> The plate. Yeah, that's me. >> That's you. >> Yeah, I was over there. >> Turn the car off. >> That's not who that tag comes back to. >> I'm going to take a picture of the van. >> Hey, boss man, do me a favor. Hey, >> hey, hey. >> Stop reaching. >> Stop. Hey, stop reaching. Don't reach for anything. >> Oh, no moving. >> No, don't move. You see what we can see? >> No. >> He's going to take a picture. >> I got a whole Yeah, he's going to take a picture of the vin when people get to reaching for stuff. Yeah, we get to we get a little antsy. >> I'm not like that, though. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> You're fine. >> Just chill. All right. >> I said just chill. >> From the very first moments, the man appeared unusually flustered by the officer's simple questions, even pretending not to hear them in an obvious attempt to avoid answering. The officers, however, saw straight through the act almost immediately. >> I see you. Do >> you have the keys? >> Do I got a key? >> Yeah. Do you have the keys? >> You have the keys to the car? You have the keys to the car? >> Yeah. >> Where they at? >> West for uh >> this is the key. >> The plates are coming back to one person. The car is coming back to another. I'm sorry. >> The plates >> are coming back to one person. >> Okay. >> The car is coming back to somebody completely different. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, I'm going to impound the car. >> Yeah. When I had I sit down, I went to waiting for the uh the lawyer. They should get a car. >> This is the key to the car. >> That's the only one here. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Because when I had an accident to the lawyer, so they they take time. So, >> yeah. And I lose my apartment and I try getting another job and they see slow and I'm driving but they say they going to take time. >> Unfortunately buddy, I can't let this car drive around on these streets with those plates. >> Okay. Cuz I don't know who they belong to. >> Yeah. I work with a guy with a uh I work with a guy the owner. You say whatever you get the car and then you whatever you tell them back and I have to go to BMP. Yeah. >> Um >> so and I was waiting on them. So they say it's going to take time. They going to send to my man. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And I'll try to get a job. So >> So you know the owner of those plates? >> You know who he is? >> Yeah. No. No. >> You don't know who the owner is? Okay. Do you know who the owner of the car is? >> The owner killer. And he said keep it and he go and he >> Yeah. It don't work like that. >> I know. But that's why I got it. I was I was a lawyer. That's why I was waiting for them. >> Yeah. >> And they say give me time. But they work on it. But they take me give me time. >> Yeah. Fortunately, >> I don't have no so and I work for like 1 hour from here. >> The man remained barricaded inside his vehicle, repeatedly claiming to be a lawyer as if that alone could shield him from the consequences. When a sergeant arrived on scene, he delivered a crystal clear ultimatum, leaving the man with a very simple choice. >> Listen, you're not listening. >> Mississippi, get out of the car. >> I'm sorry. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm about to pop it. You get a little >> Hey, I'm the sergeant. >> I'm the sergeant. >> So, your problem is with a car dealership or a person that owned this car before you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And I go with the DMV. I go to DMV. >> But you understand the plates that you had on this car were not yours. >> Yeah. >> And so if that's the case, then we have to impound the plates and we have to impound the car, >> right? >> Okay. >> So that's why we have to impound the car. So you're you're going to have to >> I can't lose my car like that. >> Well, you're you're not going to drive this car away. >> No, I'm not going to drive it. I'm not going to drive. It's be like it's be like a mud. >> You're not going to lose the car. It's going to go to the impound. >> Go to work and then come back. >> Listen. Listen. The car is going to go to impound. >> It's my car. >> Yes. >> It's going to be impounded. >> Yes. Why? >> Because you don't have proper registration of the vehicle. >> Listen listen. That doesn't matter. That that doesn't matter. So, so, so listen listen for listen for a second. >> Listen, this is going to go two ways from this point forward. >> One, you're going to get out of the car. Somebody can drive you home and you can go home. >> No, I'm going to take my car. Option two, I'm going to drive. I'm not >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Listen, listen. I'm not >> You're not listening to me. Please. >> I will lose everything right now. I cannot >> You're going to lose your car tonight. >> I know. >> But listen, option two is we're going to break the window. We're going to drag you out of the car. You're going to get charged with obstruction and probably resisting and you're going to go to jail tonight. >> But I'm just saying >> I'm Listen, that's the option. >> Those are the options. Option one, listen. No, no, listen. Option one, step out of the car. >> We'll take the car. It gets impounded. Option two, we're going to break the window of your car, drag you out, >> and then you're going to go to jail. >> That's it. So, I'm going to give you 30 seconds to make a choice. >> You got 30 seconds. >> Lose my car, right? >> You're losing. It was an incredibly simple decision with an obvious outcome. But the man chose the harder path, stubbornly challenging the officers at every turn. Not wasting another second, the officers moved in, breached the vehicle, unlocked the door, and removed the defiant driver to secure the scene. >> Out of the car now or not? >> Jail or go home. >> Okay, >> I'm not losing my job. >> Break it. >> Step out of the car, dude. We'll get tased if people don't listen. All right. >> Get out of car. I'm not car. You're about to get [ __ ] >> You want to get tased? >> I'm not lose my job. >> Get out of the [ __ ] car. >> I'm not lose my job, man. I'm not listen. We're good. We're good. We're good. We're good. Slow down. Slow down. There you go. Relax. Relax. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> Okay. I didn't lose my job. I couldn't lose my apartment. I can't move every day. >> Well, they going to jail. >> Now you're going to jail. >> Try to help you out, but you want to listen to me. >> All right. >> They told me to wait. They told me to wait. >> They told me to wait. That's why it's not my job. >> Yeah, cuz we got one. That's why I put >> pat him down real quick. >> We'll get him up. >> Roll over to your butt, man. >> Help you up. >> Bring your knees up. Just make sure we're watching traffic. >> It's not my fault. >> We're not listening, man. But it's not me, my loot, my >> I knew that, but it's not my fault. That's not my no it's over with. I'm not going to lose. It's over with everything you want. But you know you know you accident we pay everything but I'm not going to take care of my car like that. I'm not do it like that. The moment the handcuffs went on, he switched into full victim mode, acting as if he were the one being wronged. But he wasn't going to get his way. No one keeps getting endless chances for that kind of stubborn behavior. >> Wrong, man. I leave you by myself. I just got apost they say they tell you my trying. If you would have got out the car, I would explain everything for uh help you out, but you weren't listening, dude. You trying to be play hard ball. That's never going to work. >> No, it's not about that. It's not about that. It's about what what it's about what they going to pay me all my time. You already told me that. That's why I got a new I got a new apartment. I had a new apartment and now it's been like a month. It's not been too long. >> Hey, my man. Do you know this guy over here? >> He wants to know, do you want him to call somebody for you? >> I'm not I don't I don't know nobody, man. You don't know anybody? >> I cannot everything. I I need my car. I don't need nobody. I don't >> Well, unfortunately, like your car. >> Unfortunately, like I told you. >> Unfortunately, like I told you, >> do that. But I'm not going to lose everything. This is >> That's between you and where you bought the car, man. >> No, it's not me. It's not my fault. I'm telling you, it's not my fault. They told me I've been doing that. >> Well, not my fault. >> Well, that's why you wrong. That's it. >> He doesn't want He said no. He doesn't want to give you a phone number. >> I'm not I'm not going to go nowhere. I don't know. It's not like that. It's not like I'm beautiful. I'm not feeling wood. I get old wood. It's not right. If I'm You can right now. You can. I'm not going to leave. I don't care. You can't get You can I'm not going to lose my stuff. I'M NOT I'm not I'm not nobody. I'm doing right, man. Look. I'm going to do the right thing. I'm doing the right thing. >> After being placed in the patrol car, Mr. Cibby kept rambling inconsistently, insisting he had done nothing wrong. He even went as far as accusing the officers of racial bias against him. >> You know, I'm I know I was not doing wrong. I know. I know. God, I believe it's Allah. You listen, I believe Allah. Whatever you do is you. But, you know, they make me wait. I'm not doing I'm doing my job to do the right thing. That's what I do. Did nothing wrong with me and they make me do away and the job is slow and I got apartment. I got everything go down. Now I got car when I get a car they still not pay me. I got insurance but they still not pay me yet. I don't know why they wait me for me. Why they won't make me wait? Because I'm black. I'm black. That's what it is. I'm by man. I'm not going no way man. >> Hey CCP over here wants to know. CCP >> CP CCP >> CCP. >> Yeah. You what about it? >> He wants to know can he call somebody for you? >> I want somebody take my car home. >> Well, I told you your car is going to impound. I got the >> car's going to impound. >> Yeah, but I get my car back in the shoe after two week and I pay them back. Then I can go to BMP. >> Well, like I said, yeah, I'm trying to pay my rent. I'm trying to pay my rent. I'm trying to pay my rent. >> My car is going to impound. >> Yeah, I can I can I be working for 1 hours away. I cannot lose everything. I'm not going to go. Nobody need to put to put apartment alert in this is my second one. I had a new apartment. This is the second apartment. >> So, do you want him to call somebody for you? >> Yeah. I don't know people around here, man. I know. I know these people. They They know me. I'm good. We got, you know, I'm trying to do my best. I'm trying to do my best. >> No. Yeah. >> I'm not going nowhere, man. I'm not good for nobody. I'm doing my I work myself, man. I'm >> This is wrong, man. This is wrong. I'm No, man. This is wrong. >> The man was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of official duties. Next, meet a smug man who genuinely believed he was untouchable. >> DO NOT TELL ME THAT YOU WILL BEAT MY ASS. >> You don't touch me. >> I will MAKE THE RULES HERE. >> On January 7th, 2025, officers arrive at a DMV after a frustrated man calls police over a dispute about renewing his ID. >> What's going on, man? All right. So, the situation is this. I got all my information. I was coming to renew my uh ID. >> Excuse me. I'm in the state of I was coming to renew my ID. My birthday was on Christmas, right? So, I can't do nothing. I got to check. I can't cash because I got to re do my what's on. I came to get my uh new ID, but I asked for my real ID, right? And she told me that I needed my social security card. I said, "Ma'am, you got it on file. I don't have my social security card, but I have my your social security card with my name, my birth certificate, my address. I'm renewing my address again." And she told me I need my physical uh what's his name? So, I say, "Okay." But I came here when I first moved out here to get It might sound like I'm yelling, but my voice. So, uh, I told her I came and got a ID, showed her the previous ID I got from this facility, which I would have needed what? >> My birth certificate and social security card. >> So, that's on file. So, I say I'm already on file. All I want is my real ID. >> She say she can't do that. That's not their rules. Now I told her like look I'm kind of Chevron says that three digit what's nice can't enforce they own rules on a civilian bro and they can't you know that you know that chevron you can't just because you the DMV don't mean that your DMV rules go over legislative rules bro so I told her are you the legislator if that's the law I will abide by the law oh that's our rules and your rules is not the law I called the police on her ass and that's what we that right now. >> The moment the officer approached, the man launched into a lengthy rant. He argued that the DMV already had his information on file and insisted there was no reason to present the physical document again. Then, as if that wasn't enough, he doubled down with even more of his own questionable legal theories. >> Like the list of what stuff you can use, cuz I know I try to do the same thing here, too, where I needed my actual physical social security card cuz they won't do they won't take anything else even if it's on file cuz they want to verify that it's you and you have control of your social security. My ID is my ID, right? >> So when I come up here, my picture on there, right? >> Yeah. >> So they can't say it's not me. If you looking physically in my face, see the same person typically the same name. >> But what they do is beyond us, too. >> I get that, too. But that's not the law, my man. That's all I'm saying. It's not the law, bro. >> It's not the law. I'm only The only reason I call to law is to enforce the law because that's not the law. Do I need to Can you You You got your phone just so it don't think that I'm manipulating. Pull up Chevron versus America and it's going to tell you >> we're not going to stand here and debate. All I'm saying, you have to go. >> That's what I'm saying. Like I paid for my ID. Where's my ID? >> Come on, bro. So now I'm going to get robbed, bro. This my receipt. This what they gave me. They want, >> bro. Like, you know what? Just lower, man. Come on, babe. Like, bro, like all I want to know, can I have both Can I have both of you guys's car, please? >> I don't have cards. >> No, you got you have to have cards, bro. >> Okay. What's your What's your Huh? 11:48. >> 11:48, can you write this down, babe? Oh, I'll just record it. Oh, yeah. I'm recording. It's all good. It's all good. It's all good. Say 1148 Allen. Correct. >> Yep. >> 1148 Allen. What's your name, sir? >> Romero. 1335. My >> number 1335. >> Okay, y'all have a good night. >> You do not want me to go and see if I can get your money back. >> Sounds good. All right. Thank you. >> The argument continues as the man insists he is being treated unfairly and effectively robbed after paying fees without receiving the ID he wanted. Realizing there was no point arguing with a self-proclaimed halfbaked legal expert, the officers ordered him to leave the building. >> Did you just threaten me? >> Did you just threaten me? >> I suggest you get in that car before I get up. I will send you to jail. >> DO NOT TELL ME THAT YOU WILL BEAT MY ASS. YOU DO NOT TELL ME THAT YOU WILL BEAT MY ASS. >> TELL YOU don't touch me. >> I'm going make THE RULES HERE IN THE CAR. >> You don't make no rules. >> Really? You don't make no rules. >> Don't touch me. Turn around. >> Don't touch me, bro. Turn around. Don't touch me. Don't turn around. No. Hold on. Turn around. >> [ __ ] 3331 early. Thinking he was safe in the parking lot, he threatened the police, claiming they weren't the ones making the laws. Realizing they needed to be stricter, the police decisively used their taser to subdue him. He immediately turned pale with fear and ran away. >> I don't want no smoke. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car right now. >> Y'all with me. >> Get out of the car right now. I like that enough. Yep. Come on. Okay. >> Y'all some [ __ ] That's why [ __ ] be y'all. You feel I came up here for a prop and y'all rest in peace cuz you got a ego prop. He got an ego problem. >> I ain't got nothing on me. Good though. Good pressure though. You got a good >> You not that much. But you >> was respectful though. Him, not so much. >> But since I don't call blue, it is what it is. You feel me? I'll be out. I'll be out. You'll see me again. Put your money back in your pocket. It's >> all good, big bro. This [ __ ] a hoe. You a hoe. I wanted to whoop your ass. Straight up. Through decisive [snorts] police procedures, officers managed to get the suspect into the patrol car. The outcome, he was charged with aggravated assault, a felony offense. Next, a young man with more confidence than wisdom decides to challenge the police and quickly learns a harsh lesson. >> Take it off in your seat. >> Whoa. What you laughing for? I'm right in your Take it off. On April 5th, 2022 in Florida, police received a call to an apartment complex reporting a disturbance in the parking lot. The caller stated that a group of teenagers were drinking and gathering in the area. >> What's up, man? >> What's up? >> What's up? >> What's up? >> What car you in? >> I ain't in any of these cars. >> Let's go then. You got to get out. Let's go. >> No, I don't got to go nowhere. I mean, live here. >> I don't got Yeah, live here. You don't got What you walking up on me like that for? What's up? >> What's your address? >> Take Take that vest off. Come on. >> Take that vest off for me. Come on, take that vest off, you know. Come on, take that [ __ ] off. Let's get it. >> Let's get it, bro. What's up? What's up? Do me a favor. Take that [ __ ] off. >> Take that [ __ ] off like you're not a [ __ ] Do me a favor. >> Like you're not a [ __ ] Take that [ __ ] off. Come on now. Take that [ __ ] off. Let's get it. >> Where do you live? >> Your partner here like he's going to do something. You ain't going to do [ __ ] >> Where do you live, man? >> I live right here. That ain't nothing about it. What's your address? Do something about it. >> How about that? Take your off and do something about it. >> You like I won't >> like you what? Like you won't what? >> I ain't going to say nothing on that camera. So take that off. Take it off and we'll see. Let me see. Yeah. Let me get your ID. >> You ain't going to get >> Okay. >> A young man kept escalating the situation with a hostile, confrontational attitude, even challenging officers to take off their protective gear. Officers immediately moved in to secure the scene for their own safety. >> Whoa. What you laughing for? I'm right in your >> Take it off. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Stop resisting. Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Put your hand behind on your back. >> Put your hand behind on your back. >> I'm a miner. >> So why'd you get in my face? Were you going to hit me? >> No, I'm serious. >> Huh? >> So why'd you get in my face then? I told you to stop balling up your fist, right? >> I did. >> Okay. So why'd you get in my face? >> All right, stand up. >> Not me, too. >> You doing? >> Hey, BACK UP. HEY, BACK UP. >> Back up. BACK YOU BACK UP right now. >> The you do, bro. >> Back up. It's no big deal. >> It's no big deal. >> Roll up on your side. Stand up. What are you doing, bro? >> Get back right now. Back up. >> I got wrong with y'all, bro. >> Wrong with y'all. >> Back up. >> Hey, back up. Back up now. >> HELP. WHERE YOU GOING? >> IT'S ALL GOOD. I didn't do nothing. >> No, it's no big deal. >> It's no big deal. It's no big deal. Sit down. >> Do it. >> It's no big deal. >> Do it. It's no big deal. >> I ain't do nothing. >> It's not helping. >> What the You let the man go to jail? >> I do not have touch screen. >> Within seconds, his aggressive posture was shut down completely. Officers swiftly took him to the ground to gain control of the situation. The parking lot quickly descended into chaos as several relatives rushed in shouting, attempting to intervene before being firmly ordered back by police. >> I told you several times. And I said, "Hey, stop balling your fist. Chill out." >> I apologize. >> All right. I accept your apology, but you we didn't have to take it to this level, man. >> I know. I'm sorry. I was just hyped up. >> There's like There's like 15 of you guys going to let you punch me in the face. Punch back. >> Well, you look like you were going to hit me. >> I know. And I apologize. I swear to God. >> All right. Why' you have what? What's all the balling up your fist? >> Sorry. I'm just hyped up. >> There's a situation going on, sir. Honestly, I apologize. >> Yeah, but listen, man. Listen, man. Listen me. Any anytime you come across police, you ball up your fist and get in somebody's face. I'm not you know what do you think? I'm I'mma punch you back. I'm going let you punch me in the face. >> I know, sir. Trust me. If you were to taste me, I'd understand. Truthfully, like that. You got me in my ribs a couple times. It's fair, >> dude. Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't know. I don't know what what your dig is, but I appreciate you coming down. >> Truthfully, like I man, I'm sorry. You got me right. >> Okay. Over here. >> Yeah, that that's all right. >> I'm right here. >> We'll we'll call or do whatever needs to be done. >> Okay. After being restrained, the man quickly changed his tone, becoming apologetic and stating he was just hyped up and did not actually intend to fight the officers. The police then approached the suspect's father to explain the situation. >> We don't need this other one, do we? >> No. No. >> Just keep him over there. >> Yeah, just keep him away. He was 2 seconds away from joining him. >> Sorry about that. >> No, no, you good, man. >> Is this your house number or your cell phone? >> Cell phone. Okay. So, here's your stuff back. Like I explained to you, unfortunat right now is going to be arrested for what he just did. >> All right. They're going to >> What's the charge? They're going to process him and then uh why juvenile? >> How old is he? 20. >> He's 20 years old. Yeah. >> Uh, someone over there said he was 16. If he's 20, then he's going down to County Jail. All right. >> Yeah. >> So, all right. >> It is what it is, right? >> Are you good with keeping him calm? He's not >> No, I got him. I got him. But I'm >> tell um >> if we can find out a charge for him maybe to cool him down a little bit. >> He's good. >> I think it's probably resisting arrest or something like that. >> They've been together cuz I wasn't around for a while. >> It's probably a misdemeanor. It's probably a misdemeanor resisting arrest charge. He was wanting to know. He's fired up about it. >> No, I want to be No, I don't care. I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm not doing anything. >> The suspect's family later revealed he was actually 20 years old, not 16, as initially believed. As an adult, he would not be taken to a juvenile facility, but processed directly into county jail. Any regret came too late to change the outcome. >> No, I know. I'm not getting out. I just want Can I stand up and at least say goodbye? Like, >> no, no, no. You can't get out of the car, man. You want to stay there? >> Are you arrested? >> Yeah, you're you're arrested right now. >> For what? What do I do? >> For assault on a law enforcement officer. >> It's not assault. I never touched it. >> Okay. Well, you were about to. That's why it's assault. >> I wasn't about to. Honey, that's the thing. Okay. Well, I'm not going to argue with you, man. >> Listen, it can go to court and they can throw it out. That's >> Well, obviously this guy kicked me in his rib. He's He's actually halfway. >> No, I know. He He is halfway. >> Dude, I gave you more than I gave you so much respect. And you know what, man? I gave you respect so much. >> Like, I had like two seconds. I honestly You see how you get older? >> How many Yeah. Listen, man. Okay. Okay. Traffic stop in Arkansas was initiated after officers spotted a speeding vehicle. What began as a routine check quickly escalated because of the driver's noticeably uncooperative attitude. >> I want to figure out I was going to work. >> Okay. I was a passenger. >> Okay. So, >> I'm just going to work right here. I'm trying to go. >> You hopped out from the scene of the traffic stop trying to take off. No, I wasn't trying to take off. I didn't know we was being pulled over. She stopped here and I was getting out to go to work. I wasn't trying to take off. >> I didn't even know you was behind us until I stepped out and looked and I was like, "Oh." >> And then you said, "I'm running up here." >> No, I said you're not running up here. You're going to stay here. >> I said I go to work. I said, "I work right here." I didn't say I was running up here. >> I said, "I work here." >> Okay. Do you have an ID, though? >> No. >> Uh, this is a rental as well. I totaled my car out. Okay. >> And so, you have the rental agreement with you? Uh, it's in my email, too. I was pulling up my insurance for my other car. >> The officer explained the reason for the stop and began separating the occupants of the vehicle. Tension escalated further the moment the driver stepped out of the car. >> Hey, man. You care. Step out here with him real quick. Okay. What are you on probation for? Uh, >> drugs. >> Drugs. Okay. your probation yard on everything back. Come up front window to take off. >> Honestly, I did not know we were being pulled over. What's his name? >> Uh Buddy is what we go by. >> What's his name? His name is Buddy. >> Buddy what? >> I have no idea what I just met him. I was just giving him a ride. >> The officer discovered the driver was currently on probation for a drug-related offense, instantly raising concerns. Attention then shifted to the male passenger, Buddy, who appeared increasingly intent on fleeing the scene. arrested. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa. Why are you trying to pull away from me? >> Officers placed both individuals in handcuffs due to highly conflicting statements. While the female driver complied calmly, the male passenger remained defiant, even claiming the entire arrest was a setup. >> I don't have any weapons. I don't have any drugs. >> Well, until I can confirm you don't have any weapons. Time to go to work, man. >> You're detained right now. >> You're fixing me under arrest. Like I said, I'd like to turn [ __ ] up. >> Yeah, me too. But you want to freaking do this [ __ ] Come on. Can I breathe with my phone? >> No. Come on, buddy. >> The man was later charged with failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia. But if you thought that was bad, the next individual takes over confidence to an entirely different level. >> My rights. >> Give my rights. >> Give my rights. >> You committed offense in our presence. On February 12th, 2023, police responded to a disturbance at a bar after a man who had previously been removed returned and began causing trouble once again. What's theing charge? >> Put your head in. >> What's the trespassing? >> Who said trespassing? and assault on us. >> You guys are getting fired. You're getting fired. >> Instead of cooperating, the man repeatedly shouted at the camera, insulted the officer's competence, and demanded the return of his white tail jacket from security. What made it even more absurd was what police later uncovered about his true identity. >> Do you guys want to pursue charges for uh trespassing? >> He's not the one that wouldn't leave. Uh I don't know what his problem was. He was cool like 15 20 minutes ago. >> I came in to see maybe if the guy that we were dealing with I figured that's why they were here. >> Yeah. >> We just walked into that all four of us. >> Yeah. Someone in there was saying he was trying to fight one of the other literally. He had his shirt off and everything. He was rebonded by the time we got back in there. >> I'm planning on releasing you if they don't want to pursue charges before. What's your name? >> I'll book you in. >> Ask my lawyer. Ask my lawyer. >> Here's the thing. If he goes and gets in a car, what would I need to tell you for you guys to take him to the drunk tank? We So, it would be like he has to he would have to charge charges. >> Yeah. >> Is he >> I got to get back inside cuz I got you talking. >> No, he won't tell me. He was taking his shirt off. >> I mean, all right, we'll get him out of here. Appreciate it. >> You guys have a good night. >> Yep. Thank you. The absurd part, police later discovered he wasn't even the original troublemaker, just a random bystander who inserted himself into the situation. Instead of backing off, he became even more belligerent, pushing the encounter into an even tenser confrontation. >> What the >> Are you going to give us your your name? >> You I haven't done nothing wrong. >> You talk me. >> I a hit nobody. I can't. >> You just did it. You're fine. >> Yeah. >> There you go. >> Oh my god. You heard me. You heard me. Oh my god. >> As he was escorted to the patrol car, the man launched into a smug rant about how much money he made, even throwing out blatantly racist remarks toward the officers. In the end, all that arrogance accomplished was earning him a much faster ride to jail. Stop. >> Really? Come on now. >> Sit up. Sit up. >> Ow. >> Sit up. >> Ow. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Come on. Sit up. >> Be an adult, man. >> Y'all, y'alling want to be this piece of All right, cool. >> Hey, >> I didn't do nothing wrong. All right. But since you're refusing to, we're going to put you in a rap system. Wrap you up like a burrito. >> I'm a disabled veteran. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Look, dude. Okay, >> I'm sitting up. >> I'm by myself. Huh? >> Close the door. >> I can't wait. He continued acting like a spoiled child, forcing officers to use protective equipment while transporting him to the hospital for a medical evaluation. But once there, the man's outrageous behavior reached an entirely new level. >> Help me. Please. I didn't do nothing. >> Please. Please. I didn't feel nothing. Come on, officer. Nothing. I have not been violent. Officer, >> I'll check your cuff. Do you want me to check your cuff? >> Yes. >> Sit up and roll that way. >> Can you roll? >> Really? >> Well, that's a serious question. >> I can fit a full finger. They're gauged properly. >> No. >> Sorry. They're not meant to be comfy. >> Well, for what charge? >> I'm sure they already told you. >> Uh, no, they didn't. >> They told you like 10 times. Seeing this, officers moved in decisively to take control of the situation. Let me see right now. >> Hey, behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Put your hand behind your back. After failing to settle court fines and other traffic related penalties, she was placed on a structured payment plan and her driving privileges were suspended. The camera remembers everything. Court is the only place debate matters. Next, watch as the woman's delusions of authority spiral into something almost absurd. >> I have 11 attorneys and I'll let you know willing to donate money for an appeal because and I was actually meeting. On March 17th, 2025, an officer in Washington spotted a white SUV driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
