On July 9th, 2025, what begins as a routine disturbance call quickly takes a dark and unexpected turn as a suspect's refusal to cooperate pushes the situation into something far more serious. >> What's going on? So, at this point she's under arrest for battery. So, she's going to have to stay overnight. >> Is Is the emergency room an option that she can be taken to the emergency room for a psychiatric evaluation and >> That would be something in the world >> Probably for the judge or something like that since we can't we can't make those medical decisions. >> Okay, that won't work. >> So, right. I mean that could be something that I can pass up to the supervisor but we've never made that exception before unless they're already going to the hospital for some type of Cuz we've had situations like that where they're or even like medical situations where they're seizing or something like that and then they lash out or come out of that state and then they lash out. That we can kind of go more since there's already a medical reason from the beginning. I I dealt with her many times as you know. I mean and so I know that her mental state is not what it's supposed to be since she's off her medications. >> No choice whatsoever. I have no choice. I have to drive 8 hours north to northern Wisconsin on pick up my daughter by 9:00 on Saturday morning. >> Saturday morning, okay. Are you leaving Saturday morning? >> in 500 camp. That's where we were supposed to be but I We were supposed to leave today and my daughter's still in camp through Friday and then they all get picked up between 9 and 10 on Saturday morning so I mean our daughter her mom and I is all she's got so obviously she's not going to pick her up cuz she don't drive anyway. So I have to I have to there's no option I have to pick up my daughter Saturday morning and bring her back. >> We can only keep someone at our police department for 48 hours. That's as long as they can stay which already by that that's going to be what Friday quite Friday night. So I mean no matter what she has to be out Friday night for from our police department. Now if the judge for whatever reason decides to say that she has to stay or something in like St. Clair County then she could potentially get taken over there. But realistically she's either just going to get a new court date of when she has to show up for it or something to that effect. I mean she doesn't have any criminal record. I mean I mean no she got arrested for like the domestic battery or whatever it was years was that years and years ago? >> Like 12 years ago. >> Yeah a long time ago. I think that was the only thing. Oh it's gone she okay so then that would even show up anyway. So So I mean at this point she's got no record she has one thing that came from a bout of mental health issues. So again I can't speak on behalf of the judge it's just that's just kind of you know so Um Yeah.
