let her spit on you okay and then she
got
resisting finger you want to see it I

perfect thank you yeah appreciate that
she's secured in the car after a checks
her out let's make sure we get pictures
of him look like she's bleeding
somewhere there was blood on the clothes
when we came up to her so I don't know
okay it might be old it might be old but
we haven't seen the front of her since
then stuff Britney are you
hurt no I'm not let me go okay so you're
not injured give me your
guns okay you're not injured okay I'm a
free person don't touch me okay
stupid so how she end up in the so
arrest and we were getting ready to take
her down to the ground to she was
resistant right so she bit my hand I
was hey hey hey I'm not going to I
didn't do nothing illegal that wasn't me
how at the camera later but she my arm
my
hand so goddess did too huh no no I was
just say
between tou
me we got Aid coming to check her out
yes we've asked for Aid to come to the
thing he was standing right here the
whole
time did you guys see it from the
beginning has anyone come and talked to
you yet no I saw you guys have her and
then I saw were you the one who said
like I saw her bite you or something
yeah I have it all on video oh you do
perfect okay I'm going to have one of
these officers come talk to you just you
told it to quit whoever got bit three
times I have on video three times
okay she bet both of us so that'll help
uh I'm going to have an officer who
wasn't involved in the rest come talk to
you guys
okay hi have you been how long have you
been here for oh I'm waiting for my
mother did you see anything of what
happened over here all I seen was like
when the cars came up yeah boy or girl
it's a female she was walking through
the cars and two officers went this way
and she started to run and then the
officer that fell she tried to like kick
him and push him out of the away and she
tipped over and pulled you down with her
okay
so just I mean that did you hear us say
anything to
her did you hear us police say anything
to her yeah they told her that or they
told her that she's got a warrant for
her arrest okay and would you be willing
to write a statement regarding what you
saw yeah I you don't have to it's up to
you well if it'll help I will it
probably will help it'll be good just to
help okay we'll get you one
okay don't all right we got to get
up come on let's go get up get up yeah
they're going toay for Hospital stand
up come
on we're going to the car get in the car
no matter what okay
walk come
on
all right so we're running you just got
to
do so basically like do a narrative in a
statement form do I type it uh you can
typ it just type in print and then uh we
have effectively five additional
new put the department address two
counts of theft one from Big Five and
one from Ros Jimmy's got the PC on that
we had two counts of assault third
degree she bit Bratman on the arm lower
left
uh lower yeah right here and she Tyree
Bell in the left pinky drawing blood on
Tyrie the woman was taken into custody
and charged with assault on a police
officer theft and resisting arrest do
