Hey, do not bite. >> I didn't. >> Do not. >> I need you to stop. >> I need you to stop. >> Relax. >> Stop. >> All right. Now you touching me. >> Some entitled women think attitude gives them control. Even when officers are giving clear commands, they keep pushing, keep resisting, and turn simple encounters into a fight they were never going to win. Here's what happens when entitled women try to fight cops, and it backfires. Starting with this insufferable Karen who flew into a rage and spat on a police officer while being arrested. On June 6th, 2022, officers responded to a disturbance at a Florida resort after a woman reported that her friend had just assaulted her. And before long, the call was already moving towards something more serious than a simple statement at the scene. Gathered information, the victim and a witness gave matching accounts of what had happened. And within moments, their attention shifted to Josie, who had just returned to the area and was already making it difficult for the officers to even begin sorting things out. Even after being read her rights, she responded by claiming she was an attorney, and the encounter quickly stopped, adding entirely new problems to a case that had already started with an alleged assault at the resort. Josie was charged with trescharged with trespass after warning. Simple battery. Battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence and threats to law enforcement. Next, meet an entitled woman who was convinced she knew the law better than the officers standing right in front of her on September 22nd, 2024. >> You ain't got no warrant, so let me stop. >> Okay. Why are you acting out? >> Cuz I know my law. I know my law cuz I >> On September 22nd, 2024, deputies in Fairfield conducted a traffic stop after a driver made a dangerous lane change that nearly caused a crash. And what began as a routine stop quickly became more complicated once they asked for her license. >> Stop. When I cut across, it was no use your sign. I cut across, it was legal to go. >> Okay, I got you. It was right in front of the car without turn. Do >> you have your driver's license with you? >> Listen to me. You cut in front of that car. You had to hit his brakes to keep >> cutting what car? >> The car in the left lane. You didn't even see him when you went across that lane to go in the med. >> Tell me when I stopped. >> You didn't stop. >> I did. >> You cut in front of you. >> I did stop. >> It's on video. People heard you in our 49. Start me another. >> First thing I'm going to be and I know I stopped because I had to look to make sure traffic coming both ways now. And I promise we going to argue in court anymore. >> At first, it looked like she might cooperate when she handed over a card, but a closer look showed it was not a driver's license at all. And from there, the conversation began shifting away from the lane change and toward whether she was lawfully driving in the first place. Does that say driver's license on it? >> It's educated by license. >> Where? >> It's educated by It's in the system cuz I don't have to give you a copy. >> Where is it? >> It's on It's off driver's license. >> I do. >> Where is it? >> Put it in the system. >> Where is it? >> That pin and pad on your shirt. >> Mhm. >> Let me get out. Hm. >> Come on. No. >> Stay right there. >> Let me get out. You ain't got no warrant, so let me stop. >> Okay. Why are you acting on the phone? >> Cuz I know my law. I know I cuz I stopped. I stopped. I know I stopped before I crossed over the traffic. I stopped. >> Why are you making this more difficult? >> Because I'm not making this difficult. I'm telling you my law. >> But I'm willing to get out the car. Please. >> Here. No. Stay in the car. >> You want me to stay? >> Stay in the car. >> Please calm down. >> Shut the up. >> Mhm. I'm sitting right here waiting number on the text Lancer Lancaster >> Lancaster. >> Lancaster. >> Mhm. >> If you don't shut the [ __ ] up, bro. You still But I don't want you to shut up. >> They don't give a about you when they came up to the house doing it. I want you. >> They don't give a about you. Why don't you? >> They don't give a about you driver's license. >> Because I do, valid. I don't have to give you my ID. I can tell you my number and I can show you the picture on my license and you got accepted cuz the Florida law says you have to. >> Oh, okay. >> As deputies tried to clarify that, she insisted she knew the law. Argued that what she had provided should be enough and kept pushing the encounter further away from a simple citation and into something harder to control. >> Your driver's license at >> Am I under arrest? >> You're you're saying you got a driver's license? >> I'm under arrest. >> Are you going to answer my question? I promise I'm going to get out the car, please. >> Okay, >> mama. Under arrest, please. >> You are right now. >> Why are you doing this? >> Cuz if I'm under arrest, I'm going to be under arrest. No, bro. No, bro. No. If I'm under arrest, what is my charge? Please. No. >> You are detained based on your get. Okay. I am >> I am. Get the key. Get the key. Get the car. >> Come over here. >> I am. Please. Cuz I'm I'm under arrest. I promise I'm going to be jail. I've been waiting to go jail. That [ __ ] going to drop before I get there. There's no reason why you have to detain me. And if the car is a no nothing wrong with nothing wrong. I ain't did nothing wrong. I stopped at the red light. I ain't do nothing wrong. I ain't do nothing wrong. Nothing. Y'all know this charge going to be dropped. No. Come right here. Give him the key. >> I'll give him the key. Stand right here. >> Stand right here. >> Give them the key. Give them the key. >> Do you have anything on you? >> No. Give them the key. Sir, >> I'm going to give them the key. >> Give them the key. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Give them the key. No. Give them the key. >> Right now, >> I want a sergeant. Give him the key. I'm not moving. Give him the key, please. >> Turn around. >> Give him the key. >> Turn around. >> Give me a sergeant. There. Turn around. >> Lancer, give me a key. >> Turn around. >> Give me a key. Give me a key. Stay right up here. Get in the key. >> Get through the key. >> Damn. >> Once deputies moved to detain her, the resistance started almost immediately. And even after she was out of the vehicle, the situation kept escalating instead of settling down. >> Sergeant. Sergeant. >> I'm going to push this car if you don't get in. >> Quit. Nope. Nope. Do you all day cuz you ain't got no rights to lock me up. >> No rights. No rights. No rights. No [ __ ] rights. >> You ain't got no right to push me in here. None. >> Oh my god. >> N. Call the L. Call the start. I'm down. Out. Out. My wrist. Oh, Emily. Oh, Emily. Oh, you cut my wrist. Into your sit up on your knees. >> Oh, you cut my wrist. Oh, you cut my wrist. You cut my wrist. You cut my wrist. You cut my wrist. Yeah. Hold your wrist together like that. >> You better have I never I never I never go [ __ ] ass cracker. I never go. [ __ ] ass cracker. I never go. [ __ ] ass cracker. You ain't got no wish to lock me up. I never go. [ __ ] ass cracker. Go your side. Go. Go your side. >> You a husband. >> Go your side. >> That continued when she refused to get into the patrol car, dropping to the pavement and forcing deputies to deal with resistance that had now moved well beyond the original traffic stop until a sergeant stepped in and tried to calm the scene. >> I'm not going nowhere, boy. I swear to God, I ain't going nowhere. Can I pull my dress down? They want my >> Yo, can y'all pull my panana down? >> Thank you for actually doing something. >> Are you hot? I told you what's up. I'm asking you I'm hot. >> No, but I still don't do no illegal stuff. I need my rights. >> Okay. All right. I'm going to need you to stay calm. We going to try to figure out what's going on. >> Oh, I swear to God cuz I I stopped. >> Okay. They were with you. >> I swear to God. I >> stay right there. I'm going to go ask him. I'll be right back. Okay. Just Just chill out for me. All right. Be right back. What's his name? You know his name? >> Dale and Glenn. >> Damn. Okay. I'm right back. All right. >> I stopped the knock. I stopped or not. >> You taking a whole another level. >> How are you feeling? How you feeling? >> I'm wonderful. I'm doing good. Just giving them a ride to their destination. >> Okay. You're not going to get in trouble. >> No, cuz that to No, listen. That Tito shot that 189. I chose not to drink and drive. F. So everything I know is what's going on right now. >> Hey, look. I'm have EMS come check you out. And then when they check you out >> and I promise I can already test and rock straight line. >> Hey hey hey no EMS. >> No I don't want to sit none of that folk. >> Okay >> cuz they was no reason why I should have been stopped. >> I ain't do nothing to them. >> Till EMS get here. You going to just stand there or you want to sit down? >> I sit right here. >> Sit down and sit in the truck for >> No, I don't want no sit on the ground. If you want to sit on the ground that's fine. But if you want to sit in this you want to sit here. >> I never want to sit. I never get in your car. Okay. >> It's not my car, but I'm just asking. >> Have a seat. >> Never get in your car. >> You want to sit on the front bumper? You can sit there. Hey, y'all can come. >> Let me go. >> Let me go, please. >> Let her go, man. >> Let me go. Where I'm going? Let me go. >> By then, her behavior had become increasingly erratic, shifting from anger to please and then back again. And with deputies now balancing the arrest itself against concerns about her condition, the scene eventually turned into a medical transport as well. Do you want to go home? >> I'm trying to get you to the house. See kids, you want to go home? Please sit up here so they can check you out. Make sure you good and we'll get you up out of here quickly. >> Well, come up. >> I know I don't need your help. Walk away. >> Hey, >> walk away. Are we walk away? Walk away. >> I don't need your help. Walk away. Are we just checking? >> I don't need your help. Walk away. Y'all cannot violate my order. Walk away. the alter. >> Um, so I don't know if it's narcotics if it's alcohol, but she's been acting erratic, trying to bite us. Trying to put her in the Tahoe. Oh, that's why right now I'm not >> I said I'm Not going, [ __ ] That's what I say. You fight. Not going. >> I'm not going. I got tight. What? You got >> You ain't got that [ __ ] life. Hold my head. Never [ __ ] You pull my hair again. I promise there's going to be a charge you going for the rest of the [ __ ] >> She was ultimately charged with five counts of battery on a specified person, resisting with violence and several additional drugrelated charges. The drama didn't stop there. This aggressive young woman was about to make things even worse. >> Give me your hand. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Relax. >> I didn't do anything. >> Give me your hand. >> Give me your other hand now. >> On August 28th, 2025, police received a report of a disturbance in a parking lot involving a tow truck driver. Upon arrival, officers observed two women confronting the tow truck driver over a vehicle being towed away from the area. The daughter started behaving like a hooligan. I'm ready for that from me. Back up from me. >> I need you to listen. I need to take one. I need you. You're going to let him. >> I need you to listen. Relax. Back up. He's doing a job. I need I need you to stop. I need you. Stop. Relax. Stop right now. You're touching me. Get the ground. Get the off the ground. >> Don't touch me. What's wrong with you? >> Look at this. Look at >> Give me your hand. >> Look at this. Look at >> the one fighting one. Look at this. >> Give me your hand. Just give me your hand. Give me your hand. >> Yeah, you're going to arrest. You don't touch me. What's wrong with you, little girl? >> What is wrong with you? >> Because you don't get to touch me like that. What is wrong with you? No, you just smacked my hand, girl. What's wrong with you? No. Now you're going to jail for something stupid. >> Now you're going to jail for something stupid. Give me your hand. >> Give me your hand. >> Give me your hand. >> I'm not going to say it again. You're going to get tased. It's not going to go in. It's not going to go nice for you. You need to give me your hand now. >> The daughter started behaving like a hooligan. Not only defying police orders, but also physically assaulting the police. The situation has officially become non-negotiable. >> You can record everything. Everyone's being recorded. >> All right. Give me your other hand now. >> Give me your other hand now. >> I'm not doing it. >> Relax. >> Give me your other hand now. >> Relax. >> You stop [ __ ] [ __ ] You doesn't matter. Stop touching [ __ ] You ain't get to touch anything. >> Give me your hand now. Relax. Stop. >> You back the up because you about to get tased. >> All right. You're going to go to jail, too. You're going to go to jail, too. Hey, secure her. Hey. Hey. Secure her. No. Keep playing. Run your mouth. Put your hands behind your back. Out. Stop resisting. Put your hands behind your back. Got you. I got you. You're good. Secure. >> Put your mouth, bro. Put on hand. No, you don't need to touch your equipment. >> Give me your hand. >> This is resisting. Look. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Resisting on the floor when you told me. >> Doesn't matter. It doesn't work that way. >> How does it not matter? I got on the floor when you said get on the floor. >> Like you guys said get on the floor and I got on the floor. How is that resistance? >> 44. We got two to 10. >> Why am I incorrect? Even while pinned to the ground and handcuffed, she kept screaming at the top of her lungs, insisting she was innocent. Her mother also joined in, further escalating the interference. Officers then turned their attention to securing the situation and gathering statements from the tow truck driver. >> There's no parking. She's blocking a dumpster. I looked it up. She came running down. Okay. I offered her the 6250 John. Okay. She started talking hella [ __ ] That [ __ ] ass this, that, and the third. I'm like, "Look, if you continue, I'm going to tow the car." >> She kept on. I started to set my dollies up. She would grab them and throw them into the grass. >> I went to set my bars up. >> Tell them how you push. >> I didn't push her. I don't have a body camera. >> Everything's all important. >> I'm walking with my dollies and she's trying to like like push me out the way. >> Which one hit you? >> No, >> any of them hit you. They just pulled up. >> See, they just pushed. >> Whoever was grabbing the tow truck's stuff. >> I saw her grab it. The mom. Okay. >> That's why she's in handcuffs. >> The daughter. The daughter. Every time I was setting my dollies up, she would grab them and toss them into the grass. >> Okay. >> The daughter. The one that >> she's going to jail for smacking my hand while I was trying to push her away. So that's resisting the She's going to jail something else. Anything happened to you besides her trying to block. >> I'm not hurt. I'm not worried. I'm not hurt. >> Perfect. >> I'm not hurt. >> So I was I was trying. So besides her just trying to stop you from equipment. >> I was I'm grabbing my dollies. I'm just use as an example real quick. Like she would like try to like like push me out the way. >> I didn't physically touch her. I didn't put my hands on her. Nothing. My hands were on my equipment the whole time. >> Okay. So, so when you started h towing up the truck or the car, when did they what apartment did they come out of? They were upstairs. They were coming like by the time I started to to like lift, she was at the bottom the bottom steps. I didn't know it was her car. There's plenty of other cars. She didn't say, "Hey." No, she didn't say none of that. >> Okay. >> So, I I lifted the car. She came up. She actually opened my door. >> Okay. >> She yanked my door open. The daughter, >> the one in the bank. >> Yeah. She She actually pulled my door. I was like, "Right there. We're going to stop right there cuz you're not going to sit there and yank my door open." >> Okay. >> That's a big no no. >> All right. And then you have authority to take over. >> Beautiful. All right. I'll just need you need to produce that. >> The crane driver's calmness, nonviolent response, and the availability of video evidence completely protected him from the two women's false accusations of police and drivers assaulting civilians. The officer returned to his patrol car and spoke with his calmer daughter. >> Calm enough. Okay. So, right now you're being you're going to jail for battering a law enforcement officer. You don't get to touch me. And on top of that resistance, all that could have been avoided. All I was doing was pushing you away so we can talk about it. At the end of the day, he has a job to do. He has a contract from here to tell any vehicles that block that parking lot or that parking space. You chose to park there. That's no one's fault but yours. And all you had to do was just talk to me. But because you were such at a high elevated state, you didn't you didn't want a reason. Putting your hands on me is unacceptable. So that's what you're going to jail for. >> I didn't put my hand on. >> Yes, you did. It's caught on camera. It's caught on camera. I did >> You don't get the smack. No, no, no, no, no. All I did was remove your hand from my >> Listen, you will get you will get that's your that's your argument. That's what you want to stick with. You will get that in court. At the end of the day, you're still going to jail. Now, do you have a medical marijuana card? >> No. >> Okay. So, you have weed in your in your in your in your possession. Okay. So, your mom is probably going to take a ride, too, because she wanted to interfere and resist the officers over there. So, all of this could have been avoided had you just would have listened to me for a second, and you chose not to. Your mom didn't make it any better because she thought I was violating your rights. At the end of the day, you guys have to listen. And nobody was listening at the moment of time I came to make contact with you. You already riled up up in his grill before he was trying to do his job. You cannot do that. You cannot obstruct a tow truck driver. That's the problem here. You think you had that motion. You didn't have that. You have to relax. Breathe. Let me talk to you. This probably could have figured out. You probably would be having your car right now if you would have just listened because he was going to say she would have to pay a a fee to for me to drop it and then you you take the car back. Ma'am, you were not trying to do you were upset to the point that I couldn't even reason with you. And because you you couldn't I couldn't reason with you at that time, you decided to smack me and I'm taking you back. >> I did not I did not That's fine. That that's that's on body camera. >> I did I definitely did was going to give him the money that he asked for. >> The police revealed the truth. The matter could have initially been resolved simply by paying the toll fee on the spot, but her arrogance turned a few dozen dollars into a direct ticket to jail along with her mother. resisting now. Do you have anybody here that can take care of [music] your child? If not, I'm calling DCF. >> Yeah. >> Who? >> The person who has him right now. >> Who is he? >> She's like an aunt to him. She's been here since we >> Okay. I can ask her, see if she wants to take them. If she doesn't, then like I said, you'll have to we'll have to call DCF. Do you have anything on your persons? >> All right, step out. You have your camera. Turn around. >> I mean, my phone's probably in the grass somewhere. >> Y I'll see if I can find it. Well, I'll see if I can find it. If you don't find it, I'm not going to leave my phone. >> That's not my problem. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> You became the problem. >> No, I didn't. I listened when I was Okay. >> So, I'm not going to speak. I got down and you guys am all over. >> Take a seat. Following the investigation, the daughter was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest with violence, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and obstructing an officer in the performance of his duties with a vehicle or trailer. The mother was arrested and charged with obstructing an officer in the performance of his duties with a vehicle or trailer and resisting arrest without violence. But if you think that was bad, wait until you see what happens when this girl takes their delusions to a whole new level. >> What's wrong with you? You're not going to see my youth. >> On June 22nd, 2025, Mayfield Heights police received a report of a group of about a dozen teenagers suddenly arriving, shouting, swearing, and taking over the indoor swimming pool of a private apartment complex. >> Be arrested. >> You will be arrested if you do that. I got to go >> immediately. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> Get out or you will be arrested. >> If you do not live here, you will be arrested. Get out now. >> Get out. >> You will be arrested. >> Do you live here? >> You will be arrested. If you do not vacate the premises, we leave you. >> Do you live here? >> You want to go to jail? No, I was just >> Are you the ones who brought him here? >> Did you bring him here? >> No. >> No, I just got >> Let's go. >> All right. Well, this is [ __ ] >> If you live here, you're going to be responsible for Where's your What's your name and address? >> I don't live here. >> You don't? So, why did you tell me you did? >> I just got here. >> So, you're lying. >> I just You said, "Do you want to go to jail? >> Do you want to go to jail?" See, >> done start moving now then. Now, >> the group was told to leave immediately. Apparently, cleaning up after themselves wasn't part of their plan. And once everyone reached the parking lot, the night became even more complicated. >> In the cars, let's go. >> You don't belong on the premises. You'll be the first one here cuz I've been telling you, >> start moving like you have a purpose. Move like you have a purpose. I don't want you sitting here congregating and talking. Go somewhere else. This is private property. >> Let's go, guys. Get in the cars. Let's go. >> Thank you. >> And we will arrest people all summer long. I'm telling you this now. This is your one warning. Do not come back here. You will be arrested. You will be arrested. If you come back to any of these pools, >> you guys stay here. >> That was the problem is that like it was like I don't think anybody stayed here. Sure. Sure. I appreciate you guys. >> I mean, I get it. It's hot. You know what I mean? But >> get in the car and go. You're not moving fast enough. >> I'll help you. >> Hey. Hey. Come on, man. Don't Don't Don't >> You don't belong here. Go. >> You're not. You're standing here with your hands up. Go. >> I can't believe this. >> I know. >> They just showed up thinking they could just swim. >> Yeah. Just like we did over at Copper Tree. I go, I'm not doing this all summer. >> Go away. They don't. >> Oh, she is pretty. Absolutely. >> Let her go. You're holding her up. Go. No. I'm going to go. You're interfering with us. >> I'm going to go. I'm going to go. I'm going to go. I'm going to go. I just want to talk to her. She looks >> You have an ID. >> Why do you need my ID? >> You say you live here? >> Yeah. Yeah. You want a good ID? >> My ID. >> Give me Give me your name and social. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Play that game. >> Go. Go ahead. >> Do you live here? >> I do live here. >> Stop the car. Stop. >> God damn it. >> God damn it. As the crowd began making its way back to the parking lot, a vehicle driven by a woman named Myara suddenly accelerated, striking officer Kudo, who was directing traffic before fleeing the scene. In an instant, this was no longer just a disorderly gathering. >> You didn't have to hit somebody and run away. >> It was burning. You don't have to do all the exerc. >> My hands is relaxed. If you can't get the club, that's not my problem. >> 6467. >> Can you get them? >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Go to here. >> You want to go to the hospital? >> No. It's going to be sore later or more. Got me with the window or whatever. >> I'm knocking the Listen. Listen. You're not the one. You're not driving aggressive. >> You're not going to tell me what to do. >> Get in. Hello. Wrong with you. You're not going to get my aggressive. You weak. Scary as hell. I don't care. Hit-and- run accidents can never be justified as inadvertent accidents. Her arrogance in criticizing the police as aggressive reflects a serious lack of moral and legal awareness. But she doesn't want to end the fight here, especially while sitting in the car. [music] >> [music] >> Why are you calling? Can they call my mom so she can get my daughter? >> Where's your daughter? >> Not with my mom obviously. So that's why your daughter's not in the car. Yeah. >> He trying to get traffic. >> I I'll get the >> Okay, that's our phone. Okay. [music] >> Can you uh recognize your female? She was kicking and screaming in the back of the car. Not do that. [music] >> All right. Do me a favor. Stop kicking the door. You told your sister. All right. [music] Okay. All right. You want to be in my >> cuz you put all of my arm aggressive. You must have been offended. That's why I don't like female cops anyway. >> That's fine. You don't have to look at me. >> Yeah. I don't like you anyway. >> That's fine. >> Yep. I know it's fine. >> Despite the woman's continuous, provocative kicking at the police car, the officers maintained a calm and professional demeanor. They then shifted their focus to safely escorting the suspect to the detention center. >> Come up here. >> Come up here. I'm going to chuck you. Come up here. You know, having an attitude not >> pull it down. >> Me for real. I have a baby suit on. >> Pull it down. You can pull it down more. >> You can I'm going to take off the cup. You pull it down. Come on. Give me your phone. I'm going to cook you. Come on. >> Hold on. There we go. >> Hold on. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. >> Don't grab my arm like you. I'm fine. Stand against the wall, please. That's going to be you can stay here. >> Hit nine. >> Okay. >> When you make when you dial out. >> Okay. >> If you need something that white button, hit that white button. >> Okay. >> Those are the jail rules. Read them. Get familiar with them. Um don't destroy anything. Don't beat anybody else up with, you know. >> Am I the only one in here? >> You're the only one here for now. >> So yeah, TV's there. >> I'm sorry. How long do I know before if I'm staying or not? >> So, we'll let you know once we once I find out. I'll I'll let you know. >> That's why I was asking like what the charge was. >> So, the charge should be assault unless there's something else that we have to charge you with. Okay. >> Myara, 22, is charged with firstdegree reckless driving on private property and one count of aggravated assault. Next, this dumb woman believed that having the police call her grandma would somehow get her out of trouble. >> Call my Hey, call my grandma. On June 17th, 2023, Ohio police were called to a bar parking lot after reports of a woman attempting to drive home while heavily intoxicated. >> Me, Leave me alone. I hear your dog. I know who the you are. >> Okay, well, >> who am I then? >> Then you I've dealt with you and your partner when you >> stop screaming right now. >> Okay, then tell him to leave me the alone. >> I will talk to him in just a minute, but you I'll stand right over here. >> Okay, you can hold him. That's fine. >> Where's your ID at? right here. >> Cuz this is about to go where you're going to end up going to jail. >> No, because I don't want to go to jail. >> Because you're being disorderly. >> I'm not because he's literally screaming at me. I literally have seen you. >> Am I screaming at you? >> No, you're not. And I'm sorry, but you have literally have seen me and you're like, you have dealt with this. >> I've been sitting over there listening to you scream. You have dealt with me. >> You have dealt with me. >> Well, these people over here are complaining. >> I don't care. >> Okay, let's see your ID. Like I don't care. Get your dog on me. I don't care. I'm not doing anything >> disorderly in a public place while you're intoxicated. >> Well, I'm I'm very sorry. I'm not trying to be disorderly condict out of all that. >> So, I want you to stop so we don't have to arrest >> myself. >> You're not going to drive. >> So, who's going to drive me?
