It's a crime straight out of a Hollywood movie. High-speed chase involving that stolen Ferrari on I95. Lowjack systems can locate stolen vehicles with incredible precision, often within a few meters, even in dense urban areas. On June 3rd, 2022, a LowJack alert went out for a stolen Ford Mustang in Hateville, Georgia. An officer quickly located the Mustang as it turned onto Harden Avenue from Madison Street. When he hit the lights, the driver took off, kicking off a high-speed pursuit. [Music] [Music] 135 continuing eastbound [Music] Bobby [Music] inter. When the suspect ran a red light, he pushed the Mustang to over 120 mph, briefly gaining some distance, but he couldn't keep up that speed without risking a crash, forcing him to slow down, giving the trooper a chance to close the gap once again. [Music] My runway is working out. [Music] [Music] out in front of the runway now the airport out the wrong way on air drive. The trooper moved in and executed a pit making contact with the right rear of the Mustang. The Mustang spun out, but the driver tried to recover and keep fleeing. So, Trooper George moved in and executed a second pit, finally bringing the pursuit to an end. Officers conducted a felony stop, and the driver, Dexter Lamar Williams, was taken into custody. This chase is the closest thing to a Hollywood action movie I've seen in a long time. But before we dive into the madness, make sure to hit that subscribe button because 95% of you watching right now still aren't subscribed. At 112 mph, a vehicle covers the length of a football field in just under 2 seconds, making every moment in a pursuit at those speeds dangerously critical. On June 3rd, 2024, trooper Brandon Kano with the Florida Highway Patrol clocked a burgundy sedan flying down I4 westbound at 112 mph in a 70 zone. When trooper Kano attempted a traffic stop, the driver refused to pull over and began weaving recklessly through lanes at high speed, forcing the trooper to call in the pursuit. And this chase, it's like something straight out of an action movie because what this suspect did next, we haven't seen in a very long time. 1828. Can you provide an updated 20 and what are the traffic conditions? Moderate traffic. [Music] Stanford 276 for you on the 1031. Traffic. As soon as I get a chance, I want to get to him. Hi. [Music] Copy. Slow down. Right now we're at 95. I will not do it other passing the 117. Passing the 116. I'm right on 1100. Where you at? 115. Bike traffic is county sheriff's office. [Music] I believe so. The suspect drove with extreme recklessness and the chase spiraled out of control almost immediately. With heavy traffic on the road, the danger multiplied. This driver came inches from crashing into dozens of vehicles. And the craziest part is that this was only the beginning. But I'm right on the ocean down [Music] here for 119. It comes back on a red Chryser four [Music] dec. Can we get errors? That has been requested. [Music] And last unit that you said ready was 604. You're coming up with an alien. [Music] Copy. 109 100 miles hour. I'm just 14. Not sure if it's the RO or not. Do show that he's on the 108. [Music] Copy. Approaching the 108. [Music] The real question here is how do you even stop a suspect like this? With backup still far away, the trooper's only real option was to stay close and keep eyes on him, waiting for the right opportunity. But what would you do if you were in the trooper's shoes? 105 95 mph. Traffic is still moderate but not not heavy. [Music] Temple 95 miles per hour. Moderate traffic. I'll be there in a minute. Temple, he's still on. We're going over the St. right now at 370 county 41 exit 113 mph. We still have white traffic. You get off. We're still I4 westbound 13 to [Music] 100. Copy right. Traffic still pushing like [Music] Mary for light traffic on the outside for heavy traffic on the outside. Finally, assistance arrived and the momentum started to shift in the trooper's favor. Even though the suspect kept driving like a maniac, it was clear his time was running out. With multiple units closing in, things were definitely not looking good for him anymore. [Music] That's the request on that. [Music] I copy 203 83. The suspect was identified as Wilfried Ruiz, who, as it turns out, doesn't even have a valid driver's license in the US. He's also currently on probation for aggravated assault and has multiple failures to appear in court. After being medically cleared at Advent Health Orlando, Ruiz was transported to the Orange County Jail. But here's where things got worse for him. During the vehicle search, troopers found a black purse in the center console containing several ID and credit cards belonging to other people. A bag of white powder, plastic baggies, and a digital scale. The powder tested positive for cocaine. And based on the packaging and tools found, it was clear this wasn't for personal use. It was packaged for sale. With multiple felonies stacked against him and two heavily damaged patrol cars, Wilfred Ruiz is now facing serious time behind bars. Parking lot takeovers, often used as meetup spots for illegal street racing, are becoming a growing issue in urban areas, leading to increased patrols and crackdowns by law enforcement. And on March 6th, 2022, while patrolling Fulton County, a trooper spotted several vehicles driving recklessly in the Greenbryer Mall parking lot. As multiple units arrived, cars scattered in every direction. One black BMW stood out, speeding through the lot. When the trooper hit the lights, the driver took off, kicking off a high-speed pursuit. back up. [Music] 943. What you got? What's chasing? Looks like he's on a green card. [Music] Still on green brow coming up to the bar road. [Music] Green Road. Looks like he's been into a tree. Got two units on my looks like you come back. We're getting 20 watt. Come back. [Music] You come back. We're 102. Come back. As soon as the trooper locked onto the fleeing BMW, he performed a precise pit, making contact with the left rear of the vehicle and sending it spinning counterclockwise. The BMW struck a curb and came to a stop, successfully ending the pursuit. The trooper immediately exited his patrol car and arrested the occupants. Get out. Get out. Get down. Get out. Get down. Get down. Get down. Get on the ground. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. [ __ ] get on the ground. Face down. Face down. What they tell you? [ __ ] What they tell you? They said don't do that. Now you [Music] know. Sit down. The trooper exited the patrol car and ordered the occupants out of the vehicle. They were taken into custody without further incident. South Metro removed the BMW from the scene and the passenger was released. The driver, however, was transported to Atlanta City Jail and handed over to intake personnel. Improperly displayed paper tags are one of the easiest ways to get pulled over and often signal a stolen or unregistered vehicle. And on April 29th, 2025, Corporal Dustin Arnold spotted a black SUV on I30 eastbound with paper tags that weren't properly affixed. When he activated his emergency lights near the 96 milei marker, the driver refused to stop, forcing Corporal Arnold to hit the siren and call in the pursuit. We got triple killer now. Public service on that spring county. passing the 102. The suspect vehicle took off at over 130 mph, recklessly using the shoulder to pass other drivers, sending a clear message to troopers that he wasn't planning to go down without a fight. But at those speeds, in that kind of traffic, he was putting everyone on the road in serious danger. taking the 106. 3436. You got anybody with you yet? Uh, looks like Troop Bay may be with me now. The suspect kept driving recklessly, maintaining dangerously high speeds while weaving through traffic on a narrow two-lane highway. With the situation escalating fast, Troop A was called in to assist because this chase had gotten out of control a long time ago. P are you direct on K4? Come direct on true K. Adam 32 1097 or Christian 1037. Pass 124. As the trooper entered the highway to intercept, the suspect, still flying down the shoulder, couldn't react in time and slammed straight into the patrol car, resulting in a crash. Crash into 33. He's right over 106. 1016. 33, you black male on foot east into the wood line. Following the crash, the suspect fled on foot into the dense brush south of the roadway. He was later tracked down and apprehended by Arkansas's state troopers. During the arrest, one trooper sustained a hand injury as the suspect violently resisted. Back at the crash site, a search of the suspect's vehicle revealed a red backpack containing a stolen revolver. The suspect identified as Milton Ellis Jr. was treated for facial and arm injuries at the Hart Hospital, then transported to the Saline County Jail. He now faces a long list of charges, including felony fleeing in a vehicle, felony fleeing on foot with injury, possession of a firearm by certain persons, felony resisting arrest, battery in the second degree, and theft by receiving a stolen firearm. On the morning of August 24th, 2024, a quiet neighborhood in Cranston, Rhode Island, was shaken by a bold home invasion. Matt suspects broke into a home through an unlocked door and confronted the owners at gunpoint, demanding the keys to their luxury vehicles, a Corvette, and a blue Ferrari. Strangely, the thieves only chose to steal the Ferrari. What followed was a multi-state manhunt. Police departments across Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York attempted to stop the high-powered vehicle, but the Ferrari's speed proved too much, evading every pursuit along the way. Then, 3 days later, on August 27th, officers in Palm Coast, Florida, spotted the stolen Ferrari and launched their own high-speed pursuit. [Music] [Music] safely. [Music] there. The chase came to a sudden halt when the Ferrari vanished after speeding recklessly through a school zone, forcing officers to back off for public safety. With no eyes on the vehicle, investigators had to switch gears. Digging into the suspect's background, they discovered that 19-year-old Jonathan Costa had ties to someone living on Royal Palm Lane in Palm Coast. Acting on that lead, officers quietly set up a perimeter around the neighborhood. And sure enough, the stolen Ferrari was soon found tucked away behind the friend's house. [Music] [Music] [Music] With options running out and the net closing in, Jonathan Costa surrendered peacefully to authorities in Florida. He was later extradited back to Rhode Island where he faced a stack of serious charges, including breaking and entering with criminal intent, armed robbery, and multiple counts of fleeing law enforcement. Investigators in Cranston uncovered a curious detail. Costa and his alleged accomplice, 18-year-old Logan Sleac, appeared to know exactly where the car keys were located, despite pretending to demand them during the robbery. The strange twist led detectives to suspect that one or both suspects may have previously been inside the home. As of now, the exact connection between the suspects and the victims remains a mystery. Randall Willilifford managed to rob the bank in broad daylight and flee with nearly $7,000 all in under five minutes. It was May 8th, 2025. Ocala police responded to a robbery at TD Bank where Willilifford brandished a firearm and made off with the cash. He fled in a black pickup truck driven by Amanda Bishop with Andre Baker riding along. Officers quickly spotted the getaway vehicle and initiated a high-speed pursuit that hit 90 mph, turning a bold daylight robbery into a chaotic chase through Ocala. That unit going past fire department. They cannot let us go through to get that gas. Coming up to baseline speed 70 light traffic. He's having to pass other eastbound cars. So, Falcom light traffic speeds 90 version westbound. Just pass Forest High School inside lane. Speed's about 90. Just went through the red light going northbound southeast 44th Avenue Road. westbound 38th Street heading back out towards rollover. Get on the ground. Get off the ground. [Applause] The suspect's truck crashed into a retention pond. Then Randall Willilifford jumped out armed and fled on foot. He tripped, then turned toward officers while still holding his weapon. Despite repeated commands to drop it, he refused and was shot in the wrist. Officers immediately rendered aid, applying a tourniquet before transporting him to the hospital, where he's expected to recover. Willford now faces multiple charges, including armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and assault on law enforcement. Amanda Bishop and Andre Baker were also charged for their roles in the robbery and attempted escape. U-Haul vans are some of the most commonly stolen rental vehicles in the US thanks to their simple ignition systems and high resale value for parts. On February 2nd, 2025, officers with the Habville Police Department in Georgia got an alert about a stolen U-Haul van entering the city. Officers ODM and Smith quickly located the van, but of course, the driver didn't just pull over and surrender. Instead, he tried to escape, high out of his mind and about to make a bad situation even worse. 83. Be [Music] careful. Back up. Right now we're taking the uh smoke 140. [Music] [Music] [Music] Stand by making a line. [Music] [Music] After the suspect took an exit and made a right turn at an intersection, an officer attempted a pit, but the hit wasn't hard enough to stop the U-Haul. The suspect kept going, escalating the danger in an already reckless pursuit. Radio, we're either going to get on 14. [Music] Take one. Take one. For some reason, the suspect tried to cross the median and jumped to the other side of the road, but ended up smashing into a fence, disabling the truck. Officers quickly moved in, exited their vehicles, and arrested the suspect. [Music] Open the door now. Open the door. Get the Get on the [Music] ground. Get up. Get up. Get your Y'all have to put him in my car. Your man searching good. Let's go and get a four out here. You okay after? What's wrong with you, dude? Huh? Tristan Stewart was taken to a local hospital where it was discovered that he had ingested a large quantity of liquid ecstasy. He was admitted to the trauma section for treatment. Once stabilized, Stuart was hit with a stack of charges, including felony theft by receiving felony fleeing, reckless driving, and hit and run. But it didn't end there. On February 19th, 2025, he was captured again by the Sandy Springs Police Department, adding more charges for drug possession, obstructing an officer, and two outstanding warrants from other departments. A Fulton County judge set his bond at $25,500. But thanks to those extra warrants, he's still behind bars at the Fulton County Jail.
