vehicle clearing debris from the roadway during this time two Escambia County Sheriff's Office units were observed traveling with lights and Sirens activated Trooper Babel requested dispatch to contact the County and inquire if assistance was needed dispatch confirmed the deputies were pursuing a reckless driver traveling the wrong way in tra traffic Trooper Babel activated emergency lights and Sirens to join the pursuit which was heading south on US Highway 29 recognizing Trooper Babel's presence the deputies moved over allowing the trooper to take the lead in The Pursuit [Music] [Music] [Music] that HP h h [Music] Trooper Babel performed a successful pit maneuver causing the vehicle to flip and roll over the driver was arrested after being pulled from the vehicle at the hospital Coleman showed signs of impairment and a blood sample was taken a loaded handgun and an open container of alcohol were found in his vehicle Coleman a convicted was charged with possession of a weapon by a felon fleeing with disregard for safety and driving Under the Influence Pursuit began on August 29th 2024 when Arkansas State Police received reports of a stolen Motorcoach bus taken from Little Rock Troopers located the bus being driven by 29-year-old Elvin Richard of lenov County Richard refused to stop prompting Troopers to pursue him westbound on US Highway 70 un suuccess [Music] I up my now get all right hey okay here Troopers found themselves in a situation unlike anything they'd encountered before the challenge was clear how do you stop a massive stolen motor coach bus Elvin Richard pushed the boundaries even further driving the stolen bus into the Union Pacific Rail Yard terminal in North Little Rock creating an incredibly dangerous and unpredictable situation power of the stolen motor coach made stopping Elvin Richard nearly impossible through standard tactics with the situation growing increasingly dire there was only one viable option left disable the bus by shooting out its tires one Trooper took decisive action exiting his patrol car and positioning himself to deflate the bus's tires determined to bring this dangerous pursuit to an end hey let me hands now finally the suspect's Wild Ride came to an end as Trooper Monroe successfully disabled the stolen bus by shooting out its tires Elven Richard was taken into custody without injury marking the conclusion of a Pursuit that was as dangerous as it was unusual the the Little Rock Police Department is now leading the investigation into the initial theft of the Motorcoach bus while Richard faces a long list of charges including theft of property theft by receiving fleeing felony Mina burglary criminal mischief 5,000 to $25,000 criminal mischief $1,000 to $5,000 breaking or entering leaving the scene of an accident registered offender with an ID card showing an incorrect address 31 31 we [Music] [Music] 31 on December 8th 2022 in Erie County Ohio a trooper initiated a traffic stop after spotting a Jeep Wrangler speeding over 100 mph outside of sanduski upon approaching the vehicle the trooper detected the smell of cannabis and began questioning the driver a New York man suspect then fled the scene with the trooper attempting to give Chase 101 it was a good hit on mine the suspect fled at speeds over 100 mph dangerously weaving through traffic and narrowly avoiding collisions with other drivers and truckers Troopers deployed spike strips multiple times and blocked exits in an attempt to contain the suspect to limited access roads however the man remained defiant crashing through a toll plaza like a battering ram and continuing his Reckless drive into [Music] Toledo m l [Music] 84 okay there somebody with good spikes on the golf ahead we spikes again before spike strips the suspect's luck began to run out as troopers tried to block him from an exit the man forced his way through and attempted to pass a patrol car on a narrow ramp in a desperate move he rammed the patrol car in an effort to continue his Escape going northbound [Music] North 31 31 we are 31 left shoulder 76 we are 31 left shoulder the stomach the man was tackled into a ravine then launched into an epic rant that alternated between heart break over not seeeing his son for a long time and baseless accusations of police brutality despite no evidence to support such claims booked for drug possession trafficking identity theft obstruction failure to comply assault and felonious assault the man had a bond set at $25,000 with full payment required he later agreed to a plea deal in 20124 receiving two years each for two felonious assault charges and another two years for failure to comply after adding 11 months for vandalism he's scheduled for release in November 2027 stop right there right now these officers were actually on route to another call when they noticed a man walking straight down the center of the road from their perspective it looked like he might be trying to get hit by a car they initially used their air horn to Signal him to move out of the road but when he didn't respond appropriately they decided to turn turn around and have a word with him vehicle when officers pulled it over they found 20-year-old Karina Armando behind the wheel who admitted to drinking 3 hours earlier how much does you have to drink today I I had nothing you're the passenger in the vehicle so I'm not too concerned I'm concerned with yeah have you had anything to drink to any illegal drugs any just alcohol yes I had two drinks two drinks okay how's your license Olivia marrow continued to interrupt the officers during the investigation forcing another officer to step in and talk to her as the situation unfolded Olivia's Behavior became increasingly erratic meanwhile Karina was still in the middle of her sobriety test but the officers were now shifting their focus to handling the escalating situation with Olivia back into that vehicle so let me get my belonging to get into this vehicle or you need to get into that vehicle but those are your two options you cannot stand outside the car am I being arrested am I being arrested if you keep interfering I can't arrest you I don't want to do that so please get into the vehic can I not get my belong the vehicle and we will get your belonging for you I cannot have you running back and forth across this highway here I am arrest you you don't get into this car no no get in the car listen to your boyfriend and get into the car you're going to get it we going to get it just sit down lock the doors please keep in there the situation reached a Breaking Point when Olivia's boyfriend had to step out of his car and physically guide her into his vehicle to get her away from the scene surprisingly criminals with a long history of victimizing society the suspects failing to yield to emergency lights and Sirens prompted officer stacus to give Chase as the pursuit unfolded officer stacus quickly notified other officers to assist we're going be to the green light at Southfield coming up to heavy traffic speed 70 we're at the red light at OK coner heavy heavy traffic he me leaving through traffic at the red light all cars are stopped stop me taking back off through counter at the green [Music] light you hly hit a couple cars at the red light of a car be going through the construction zone speed 50 he's going to be in the turn L he's going to continue Green Light Outer Drive heavy traffic he may be blocked in here got Drive the chase almost came to an end twice during the pursuit first the suspects slowed down at a traffic light then again in a construction zone where heavy traffic seemed to have them boxed in the officer saw these as critical opportunities to bring the chase to a halt but the suspects managed to weave through narrowly escaping each time the officer frustrated but determined knew the longer this went on the more dangerous it became as they finally cleared the construction zone the suspects ramped up their reckless driving speeding at high velocities once again after 10 long minutes officer stacus was right on their tail once again trb Clark through the red light we're going to be Northbound on I think a 75 service Drive we're going be 75 North uh speed 50 on the entrance D 75 North graphic's going to be decent decent on on the freeway he's been cting over all the way to the left hand lane left shoulder he not the left C on the sidewalk as the suspects continued their Reckless flight through downtown the streets became saturated with Law Enforcement Officers with so many units now in position it was clear that this was the best chance to bring the pursuit to an end once and for all officers coordinated their movements and the moment had come to put an end to the dangerous Chase ensuring these suspects would not escape again 30 on freeway coming up looks like we're going to be near division one on the side street right outside division one 8 72 8 car the chase stretched across three cities before finally coming to a stop on mome Street near Greek toown the suspects realizing the end was near locked themselves inside the vehicle officers quickly responded by Smashing the window to gain access it was soon revealed that the driver was a wanted fugitive with six active warrants while the passenger was a parole absconder having been previously released from prison for armed robbery to make matters worse the vehicle was stolen and both suspects were in possession of a dangerous stash crack cocaine crystal meth and heroin thanks to the tireless efforts of the officers this dangerous Duo was brought to Justice we got him crashed out we got him crashed out here on August 17th 2024 concerned Witnesses alerted police about a white Toyota Tacoma swerving all over the road and running red lights on t Road near Lone Pine Road officers quickly located the truck speeding along Telegraph near Square Lake roads as soon as the officers activated their lights and Sirens to stop the vehicle the suspected drunk driver made a dangerous decision he sped away the pursuit was on he also ran the he's slowing down oh he just hopped the whole oh jeez he's about to wipe out he just to hit the turn around he's going we're at humph we're on hum for now ran off the world he's still going he's going to crash we got him crashed out we got him crashed out here man hands on your back hands on your back the suspect lost control hitting a curb crossing the center median into southbound lanes and crashing into a ditch before slamming into a tree officers approached the wrecked vehicle and ordered the driver to surrender but he bolted on foot officers successfully apprehended the suspect identified as 31-year-old Justin luark from Bloomfield Hills a search of Lark's pickup revealed a small bag containing pills believed to be oxycodone at the police station luark registered a blood alcohol content of 0.53% nearly double the legal limit Larch now faces multiple charges including second degree fleeing and eluding resisting and obstructing operating while intoxicated and driving without a license held on an $8,000 Bond luark could face further charges pending analysis of the pills discovered in his vehicle pit pit pit start 52 on April 6th 2024 troop DC Communications issued a bolo for a black Nissan ala wanted for felony shoplifting out of Locust Grove a black Nissan ala matching the description was spotted in the number two lane upon closer observation Trooper Williams noticed damage to the front passenger bumper consistent with details provided which was later confirmed by Corporal James Trooper Williams held back waiting for another unit to arrive before initiating a traffic stop however the driver began changing lanes erratically and increasing speed Williams activated emergency lights and Sirens to conduct a traffic stop but the suspect fled initiating a [Music] Pursuit headed up towards the 228 down the left Lank [Music] [Music] 28 now going in left lane it's a lot of cars for me to I'm not to P A lot of cars around [Music] a left lane now passing to 228 contact Troop C Clinton [Music] County Troopers attempted a pit maneuver immediately after the pursuit began but it was unsuccessful the suspect now aware of the tactic began break checking and accelerating each time a trooper approached his vehicle to attempt another maneuver [Music] attempt the pit uh they still over we in coming up on the 231 they going towards the right [Music] lane left lane passing the 233 they going over towards the right lane to the right lane 2 three [Music] despite the suspect's erratic driving the trooper managed to stay close ensuring the vehicle never left sight however due to heavy traffic executing a pit maneuver was not a viable option attempting such a tactic in these conditions could have escalated an already dangerous Pursuit posing an even greater risk to other [Music] motorists get off at the 237 excuse me continuing on 237 on the right shoulder Contin on 2374 they they left shoulder left [Music] [Music] just forced the officer the shoulder once the efforts to remove her from the vehicle deputies coordinated to secure bot who was later handed over to medical personnel due to her condition while charges awaited her release the investigation revealed the vehicle's false Tennessee tag further uncovering bot as the registered owner under a different plate the car was towed and King was transferred into custody after medical clearance on June 20th 2024 a California highway patrol officer on a motorcycle spotted a Toyota Corolla speed at 75 mph in a 50 mph Zone on the Bay Bridge heading west into San Francisco the officer followed the locked in his sights and saw right through the attempt Glover's Escape Plan a foolish decision that only made things worse for himself the situation was already escalating fast but his failed attempt
