to the screen buckle up and let's get started on Saturday January 11th 2025 Trooper Dylan Evans SP otted a white Nissan Armada recklessly weaving through barrels and barricades to access a closed ramp on Interstate 55 the vehicle sped through a construction zone at 84 mph when the trooper attempted a traffic stop the driver pulled onto the shoulder only to take off southbound towards Memphis Tennessee initiating a high-speed Pursuit w just hit right out right down he's FL and in reverse the driver lost control crashing into concrete barriers before coming to a stop as officers attempted to make contact the vehicle's windshield was obscured by smoke limiting visibility after some hesitation the front passenger door opened and Jerry Walker exited claiming to be the only occupant Walker was taken into custody without incident however he reported that the driver had fled on foot toward Memphis Troopers searched the area and spotted a suspect who jumped 20 ft off a bridge to evade capture despite efforts to secure the perimeter the search was discontinued when Memphis police were unable to assist inside the vehicle officers discovered 28.7 G of marijuana an open bottle of alcohol and a phone left on the driver's seat Walker was transported to the kittan County Detention Center facing charges for possession of a controlled substance and an open container violation meanwhile the search for the fleeing driver continues [Music] right through the r on August 3rd 2021 Michigan state police were called to a disturbance in Buena Vista Township Michigan where reports indicated a man had robbed another individual and discharged a firearm into the air near a local business the first Trooper on the scene quickly spotted the suspect vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the suspect a 54-year-old man initially stopped before suddenly fleeing putting the officers in Pursuit coming3 you notify a [Music] supervisor see supervisor can copy this 319 authed ready to assist in bringing the suspect to a stop the suspect was driving erratically weaving in and out of lanes trying to escape at high speeds but what happened just moments later would leave every Trooper in shock [Music] right through the red get EMS here now in front of Charter Township he just wrecked out into bu Vista right [Music] now watch the [Music] wi we got wires hanging across bav Vista PD the suspect lost control of the GMC Acadia at an intersection launching the SUV directly into a buav Vista Township police cruiser the Collision caused the cruiser to slam into a utility pole and the impact triggered Transformers to blow sending live wires down on top of the squad car Sergeant Tim Patterson was caught in the wreckage and suffered serious injuries thankfully with the help of the fire department he was extricated and rushed to the hospital during the incident there were concerns about the fire department's response time with officers discussing delays due to the National Night Out and the Fire Equipment being tied up on another call the stress of the situation was palpable but the community support was evident as officers work tirelessly to secure the scene 2215 looks like he's crashing out right here at the U-Haul building just crashed out on March 20th 2023 Michigan State Police Troopers attempted to stop stop a white kiaforte traveling at 86 mph on Interstate 696 after confirming the vehicle was reported stolen the driver identified as Jeremiah Neely fled at speeds exceeding 120 mph we are eastbound 20 2 priority 21 priority not stopping we're eastbound 94 we're the right lane this speed is 107 we're at 105 [Music] traic traffic still Eastbound in the right lane he's going 100 light traffic still stay the same Lane as him driving one lane I think they have spiks we got traffic still 109 right now there's traffic 109 after fleeing on the highway at speeds exceeding 120 mph the suspect veered off at an exit continuing his reckless driving through city streets his dangerous actions showed complete disregard for Public Safety weaving in and out of traffic and even Crossing into oncoming Lanes exit at the North River through the light no traffic [Music] off the ramp we are heading towards Mount Clemens here downtown Mount Clemens going north his speed is 70 very light traic CLE heading towards m hold 2215 looks like he's crashing out right here at the U-Haul building just crashed out airbag PL stop the car stop the get up stop running now stay police on the ground get on the get on the ground put gas on you back now the pursuit ended on North River Road when Neely lost control and crashed into a U-Haul sign Neely fled on foot but was apprehended by deputies after a brief Chase upon investigation officers discovered a backpack in the stolen vehicle containing a firearm with no serial number and a loaded magazine Neely claimed ownership of the bag but denied the gun was his he admitted to fleeing because he knew the car was stolen as as a juvenile Neely was transported for medical evaluation before officers informed his family of his arrest what are your thoughts on how this case was handled okay he uh in the section okay he a another on March 20th 2023 Columbus police officers were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area after a quick search they spotted a car matching the description when officers activated their emergency lights and Sirens the driver refused to pull over kicking off a Pursuit during the chase officers discovered the driver was not just in a stolen vehicle but was also a wanted felon things were about to get intense and we going to [Music] take Northbound James at lanfield we're going to go eastbound lanfield from J [Music] [Music] eastbound lanfield from James southbound quickly the suspect sped through several red lights coming dangerously close to causing multiple collisions with the situation escalating the officer quickly requested additional units to assist in stopping this wanted felon but with less driving like this bringing the pursuit to a safe conclusion was shaping up to be no easy task pass up on S yeah there northb we're now Cris and hey is everybody radios West on 670 I just missed a pit Pursuit presented a perfect opportunity for officers to execute a pit maneuver but the attempt was unsuccessful the suspect managed to regain control and continued driving recklessly on Interstate 670 after a few intense minutes the suspect veered off the highway taking an exit with officers hot on his Trail he took 71th getting off a fifth westbound F found broad par VI southbound Dawson southbound Dawson there's a Sil [Music] do going to go East down on Fair eastbound on Fair copy Rocky I'm trying to get down there in case this onson he's down more cars the Chase raged on for another 10 minutes with the suspect managing to create some distance from the pursuing officer however the officer kept him in sight determined not to let him slip away as the suspect approached an intersection at dangerously high speed the officer suddenly spotted a massive cloud of smoke billowing in the distance in that moment he knew exactly what had happened okay he uh in the other section okay he another vehicle heo so keep your hands up keep your hands up okay they got down they got wires down keep your up there's only one driver there's one on the ground [Music] watch these wires The suspect's Reckless actions came to an abrupt end when he collided with another vehicle at the intersection and after the initial impact he struck yet another car officers managed to arrest the suspect but at what cost this entire situation could have been handled better to avoid such extensive damage fortunately the driver involved in the crash Patrick mccardy spotted Dennis guer Jr in the passenger seat of a vehicle at a restaurant drive-thru officer mccardy stopped the car and informed guer he was being arrested for a forgery case out of Illinois when asked to step out guer shoved the female driver out of the way and tried to flee in the car once step another car until we can identify you you got anything on your person man you got Jesus stop the car man the suspect drove erratically with the officer still hanging on top of his car accelerating to speeds of over 60 m per hours [Music] the suspect struck a cul throwing officer mccardy off the vehicle the officer suffered a broken vertebrae in his back but was treated at St Anthony Regional hospital and released the same day guer fled the scene later stealing another vehicle in Chicago Heights Illinois he was apprehended and sentenced to up to 5 years in prison to be served separately from his previous sentence for parole violations related to burglary and fraud on Tuesday January 14th 2025 Trooper Dylan Evans observed a blue Chevrolet Silverado traveling eastbound found on Interstate 40 near the 278 M marker speeding at 87 mph in a 65 m per hour Zone after observing the pickup crossed the fog line and hit the rumble strip Trooper Evans attempted to conduct a traffic stop by activating his emergency lights the driver then signaled and merged into the inside Lane before accelerating and fleeing eastbound toward Memphis I it didn't take long for Trooper Evans to execute a successful pit maneuver bringing the suspect to a stop this Swift and SK upon speaking with him Trooper Evans noted the strong smell of alcohol bloodshot eyes and that street had urinated on himself during a search of the vehicle an open spilled 12o Bud Light was found in the front passenger floorboard but no interlock device was located Street was then asked if he was injured and confirmed he was okay Street acknowledged his Miranda rights but declined to comment on the events leading up to his arrest and refused to perform sfsts he agreed to a BAC test which showed a result of 0.120 and declined a second test at his own expense he was charged with fleeing speeding reckless driving driving while suspended DWI second offense violation of interlock restriction open container of alcohol on January 27th 2023 in mcom Illinois a tense situation unfolded when a woman called 911 to report her abusive ex-boyfriend was following and harassing her responding to the call a mome police officer quickly identified the blue Grand Prix tailing her U-Haul truck as they enter to Casey's lot the officer attempted a traffic stop however instead of complying the suspect jumped a raised median yelling at the officer to arrest her for warrants and leave him alone ignoring repeated commands to stop he sped off onto Jackson Street we're at Columbia Jackson col Jackson [Music] [Music] [Music] I gave for this match it's still the pursuit escalated as mome police eventually terminated the Chase near the city limits handing it over to mcdna County deputies on Rural roads speeds soared Beyond 100 mph on [Music] [Music] the vehicle rolled over into a field and the suspect likely not wearing a seat belt was ejected yards from the wreck the deputy immediately began life-saving efforts detecting a weak pulse before calling for an air ambulance sadly despite the efforts the man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics although the local State's Attorney declined to press charges against the officers involved the suspect's family filed a civil suit which remains ongoing in the aftermath the deputy was terminated from the sheriff's office in January 2024 and has filed his own lawsuit against the sheriff foot mail foot [Music] mail Trooper Niles was patrolling when he observed a Volkswagen Pat traveling at 84 mph in a 65 mph Zone a traffic stop was initiated at the Colonel Glenn exit but the driver later identified as Kayla Logan failed to stop and disregarded a red light while making a right turn for I'm go ahead and sa 37 Colonel Glen passing Target fail [Music] pass shot first Circle Red [Music] Line believe it's occupied one time and it's 2142 pxt 2142 on a white Volkswagen out of Texas the suspect was completely disregarding all road signs and showing a total lack of concern for the safety of other drivers [Music] stre just turn on M [Music] pass 44 4 [Music] second still on Malloy at 37 he's going through red l [Music] stop hey I'm with the suspect's reckless driving at high speeds through the residential area it was only a matter of time before she caused absolute chaos [Music] foot bail foot [Music] bail now put them up who else is in the car my baby it's a threey old get out me get out a nobody put your I can you help bro I swear to God on my life M Logan was charged with a range of offenses including felony endangerment fleeing from law enforcement reckless driving and child welfare violations thankfully the child was unharmed and Arrangements were made for their safe release to a family member this incident serves as a stark reminder of the catastrophic risks that come with evading the law and putting innocent lives In Harm's Way on January 11th 2025 troop L dispatch reported a Pursuit by Springdale police westbound on Sunset Avenue requesting State Police assistance Troopers Brandon Walker and Matt Walker responded and the chase continued Southbound on Interstate 49 the suspect initially traveled at 60 MPH but quickly increased to 100 mph Trooper Walker informed dispatch that that Arkansas State Police would assume primary responsibility for their [Music] Pursuit you [Music] pass I'm not able to patch them at this time they're trying to find a channel you Prim 37 370 speed [Music] [Applause] hands hands out the window put your phone down put your phone down and get out of the car with your hands up you run a police dog's going to bite you you understand me both hands out the door head your hands up get out of the car stop reaching drop whatever's in your hand drop it keep your hands up have go all right keep your hands up the suspect was placed into custody by Springdale police officers ASP units assisted with the vehicle search locating an open container of beer in the passenger seat and an empty Glock 19x gun case in the trunk but no firearm was found after the suspect was taken into custody Springdale officers informed Troopers the vehicle had been linked to a shots fired call in the area damage to the cable barriers was reported and a d o t was notified
