So >> when they release us, we'll get all of this back. >> Yeah. Yeah. I don't know why we we actually paid for and all that. Like, where's that going? >> You're going to have to take that up with Walmart. >> They ask about refunds for the items they did buy. And surprisingly, Walmart agrees to refund everything because jail doesn't accept shopping bags as carryons. >> Can we You have money back? >> Um, that's up to y'all if you want to. He could have come back from London. I text his ass. I said, "Baby, I'm going to jail." How do I get here? >> They're placed into the patrol car, still asking questions on repeat, like the world's most stressful FAQ. >> They were charged with retail theft. These women have to take this situation as a learning lesson and never do this again. But with their attitude during the arrest, will they be in another situation like this? Sometimes the cameo characters are just cameos. >> Everybody down. >> Everybody down. >> Who else? Who else? >> It was just him. >> Everybody down. >> Okay. Thank you. my phone. >> All right, you can give up and pat him down. >> My phone. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Stand up, bro. >> I'm trying. What's the card? >> 35 and 25 with all parties. What card do you have? Like why do they think it's >> driver license? They suspect she's coordinating with someone via text because high-end heists apparently require group chat support. >> I think she's working with somebody texting to some maybe she had like a boss on top. >> Okay. Did you give the IDs back to >> I gave it to police officer? >> Okay. Give it to them. Okay. So, what was she How much was she supposed to be purchasing this one? >> 12,300. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questions if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions. You understand that? >> Okay. So, what's going on? >> I'm here to buy a watch. >> Okay. So, you came in to buy the the Rolex watch? >> Yeah, that's it. >> Okay. >> I mean, so what's the process like? Am I Are you guys going to like >> So, you're being detained right now because >> you're not free to leave. >> So, am I going to jail? >> That's That's the process we're going through. That's why I'm asking you questions so I can figure out what's going on because I can't just come into a situation and arrest you. Right. >> Right. >> Okay. So, >> can I see those? >> Okay. So, you came in and you presented these two things to them, correct? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have any documentation that has your right information on it? >> No. >> Okay. I want to see what their system came back with. Okay, >> nothing. >> Much easier if we know exactly who you were >> because this isn't looking good right now. And if you go up to county jail as a Jane Doe, you're going to stay up there a lot longer. >> Okay. So, what if you guys take him to jail? You have to know it. Well, as of right now, that's a fraudulent driver's license. >> So, what's an arrestable offense? >> So, do you say that? I'm sorry. >> It is. >> So, we're getting somebody with a fingerprint scanner to come get your real ID. Unless you want to tell it to me. >> That would make it so much easier on all of us. And you be cooperative, which would be much better for you. Well, can I send a text message? >> Nope. Here. We'll go ahead and take that. >> Actually, no. >> Well, you're being detained and we already asked you don't be on your phone. >> I'm not on my phone. And >> so, let's not pick up your phone. >> Can you send a text message? >> Which one's your Uber outside waiting for you? >> I mean, if I'm not going to take it, then does it really matter? >> Sure does. I'll let him know. I'm pretty sure he's already gone. >> Okay. >> So, is this is that the story you're sticking with that this is your real ID? This is your real name. This is your real date of birth. >> Mhm. >> Yes. >> I actually don't have nothing else to say. >> You don't have nothing else to say? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. Just hold that for a second. Make some more money. >> All right. Thank you. >> Talk to your Uber guy. Do >> you uh I have your information? You want to verify it or you want to play this game? >> You um >> I just said I don't have >> You never use it just cuz this name >> Okay. Just cuz I mean that's her name. >> Lena. >> That's her name on the number. >> Mhm. >> She stops answering questions. And then >> fingerprint results reveal her real identity. Alina A and the last name redacted. Identity crisis resolved. All right, you can see. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke us, stick us, or anything like that that we need to know about? >> No. >> All right, you are under arrest. Stand up for right now. >> Earring, belly button piercing. Stay tuned and comment your guess. >> I don't feel safe. I don't know. DO NOT DO NOT GRAB MY MOTHER. SI. >> On March 23rd, 2024, while on patrol, a deputy observed a vehicle with what appeared to be an expired tag and initiated a traffic stop. A deputy stops a woman for a vehicle with a possibly expired tag. She claims she didn't know her license was suspended. A classic oops moment. Tension ramps up quickly. >> Just cost somebody for my baby, please. I don't care about anything else. >> Hello downstairs. Your license is coming back in. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. When I ran the tag, it comes back to the vehicle, but the issue I'm having is that the license is coming back and expired or not. >> All right. You have the license. Great. >> Not very happy. >> Combative. Okay. So pay attention to your car. You're on a traffic stop. High priority. Okay. Let's have some good officer safety. So let's pull her out of the car. Have her step back to the front of your car so we're not putting her in handcuffs in front of her child if we can avoid that. Okay. >> Oh man. Because >> you mind stepping out for me? >> What's the problem? >> Do you mind stepping out for me? >> Can I know the reason why I'm stepping out with my baby in my arms? >> You can put your baby in the car.
