He's very manipulative and controlling and I don't feel safe with him. He puts on a front like he's normal and he's not. He's very very MENTALLY [screaming] the door. You are in huge trouble. I have a almost 50,000 Tik Tok following. >> You're staying on the grounding. >> Something feels wrong the second cops step [music] inside. Fear hangs in the air. Emotions are boiling over and what the body cam captures reveals an extremely unstable family on the edge. >> Keep climbing through the window. Baby scared of sleep. I was going to keep her. You're on my property. I know my rights. >> This is when when hero cops sense an extremely unstable family environment. Here is law zone where features real police body cam footage documenting how officers handle tents and unpredictable situations as they happen. The first incident is that police save family from their mother's relentless toxic rage. >> Psychologically abusive. He convinced her that I was delusional and paranoid. I don't know. It happened really fast, but he claims that I did it in >> August 30th, 29. 24 officers responded to a residence after a woman reported her husband assaulted her weeks earlier and stated she wanted to leave due to ongoing marital conflict during the divorce process. >> Hello. >> What's going on? >> Um, we are going through a divorce. My husband hit me two weeks ago, but it it didn't leave a mark. And I have text messages proving that he's admitting to the incident and he's downplaying it. And I told him I was cuz we're going through a divorce and I'm just afraid he's very manipulative. I've been controlling and so I'm just putting up with this stuff. But I told him I'm going to I'm just going to call the police because my therapist encouraged me to like a week ago, but I didn't. He also won't allow me to get. >> She explains the alleged earlier incident involving household items and describes a separate dispute where water ended up on her husband which she says he blamed >> my mail and I had to get a PO box cuz he said he didn't trust me and he looks very normal but there's something wrong. >> Is he inside right now? >> He is with our son. I want to fileult charges against him. He threw water on himself and took a picture of it and said he's going to file charges against me cuz he said that I did it when I told him I was just going to go and tell them what happened. >> Do you have the text messages right now? >> What happened was we were in the kitchen and he was blaming me for come in front of the vehicle so we're not standing in front of the door. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. Tell me tell me what happened that day. I didn't do the dishes and he I'm expected to do that stuff because I don't make as much money. It's really messed up and that's why we're getting divorced. And he was the one that took the sippy cups, these dirty ones, and there were fruit flies, and he brought them downstairs and they were like attracting fruit flies, too. So, I took them and I dropped them right in front of his face and he turned around. Officers ask about custody, prior police responses, and any weapons. The woman reports prior welfare checks and ongoing verbal disputes. >> And he hit me and then he's claiming that he just pushed me and that I got in the way. So that's all that I have, him admitting to the incident. And I don't feel safe with him and I want him away from me inside. >> Yeah, he's inside with our son. >> Is there any weapons in the home? No, but he's absolutely nuts. He's saying that I threw water on him and took a picture and said he's in a file on me first and that he was going to take our son and I said, "You're not taking our son anywhere. I don't feel safe with you." Now, the police have been here um a few months ago when this whole divorce thing started, but we hadn't filed yet. And >> what were they here for? >> Because we were fighting. >> Okay. and my parents were sending wellness checks, but it's just gotten to the point where like I can't live with him any longer. He's just really He just puts on a front like he's normal and he's not. >> Yeah, >> he puts on a front like he's normal and he's not. He's very very mentally and psychologically. >> Officers clarify timelines and dates, noting the reported physical contact occurred weeks earlier and was not immediately reported. reallyive. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> If it's inside, it's fine. >> Yeah, it's in my car. My whole family is in support of my divorce and they It's too I didn't want to have to call the police and I didn't want to have to go to them cuz I know I'm just I'm going to lease a house soon in like a month and I just have been like putting up with it. >> You don't have to apologize for calling us. That's why we >> It's not what it's not what I wanted to do. like on your Friday. >> No, I get that. >> I just can't believe he did that and then took a picture of himself and said he was going to file a charges against me. >> So, about the incident last week >> in the kitchen. Yeah. A couple weeks ago. >> Was it a couple weeks ago? Okay. So, >> what happened? And I even like looked at it like that. I thought maybe that would leave a mark because if it did, I thought that then you would report it, but it didn't. And I was like, "That hurt. Like, you hit me." And he said, "That was just a reaction to throwing them at me." And I did. >> The woman provides text messages and continues describing financial and household conflicts. Officers focus their questioning on the current day incident. >> And I lifted three up and I went like this, dropped it in front of his face. And I did that because it's like, "Look at what you brought down." >> So he was in >> reaction. He like he says it's in reaction but in normal situation he wouldn't have it's because it was me. He wouldn't have done that around anybody else. Would I have dropped them in front of him? Yeah. Cuz I'm going to stick up for myself. I'm not just >> And then what date was this? >> He um uses my mental health against me and I have my two psychiatrists and a therapist to back me that I my mental health is fine. He uses it against me. He's here. Let me find this. Can he seriously do charges against me for something that for throwing water at himself? >> We don't know what we've got right now. So, >> okay. >> I'm just trying to gather as much information as I can so we can figure this out. See, you guys got cameras up here. Do you have cameras on the inside? >> No. He has one pointed at the computer which is pin protected and he won't allow me in it and it's my things. And my lawyer told me I could take it down. >> Okay. And he claims that I said I was going to up the computer, but I never said that. It's just his excuse for he he was out of town and he didn't want me to be on the computer cuz I don't know what he has on there or why it's pin protected. He's just trying to he put like a hold on my on our money and the divorce and I just found out today and I was like really? So I can't spend any of my money? I'm restricted. Officers review statements and audio/v video references related to the water incident and identify inconsistencies in how the event occurred, which is what he wanted to do cuz he's controlling. And so I told him that came up about like I'm tired of being controlled. I'm tired of being quiet. Like I'm just controlled. Okay. Where was it? It was on a Saturday. So, three weeks a three weeks from next two weeks from tomorrow. That's Saturday. But I can find it just to be sure because in it I think I said something. How do I go over? >> So, would that have been the 17th? >> Go up a little bit. Just >> Yeah. How does it say the date? >> It' be at the top of the day. So, the 19th, that's a Monday. >> Okay. So, it was the >> So, that's the same day. Monday the 19th. >> Yeah, it was the Yeah, it wasn't on Monday. It was on the Saturday. >> So, the 17th. >> Yeah, cuz I said pushing me across the kitchen on Saturday. I mean, it sounds petty to file a >> uh what was the result of the call we had here that one time, a few months ago that you called you were telling me about? >> So, you guys were arguing. >> The guy said just get a divorce already cuz they had come out like twice for welfare checks >> from your parents. Yeah, my parents twice. Once was my dad and he was staying out of it and he didn't know what was going on so he just sent one. >> Mhm. >> And then my mom came because he manipulated her which she would admit to cuz she's writing an affidavit for me about how manipulative he is. And I was so like worked up that he convinced her that I was delusional and paranoid and was having a manic episode when it was marital problems. >> Officers questioned the mechanics of the water bottle incident, asking how contact occurred and whether either party perceived a threat. >> Lean against you. Go hang tight. I'll be back. Okay. >> Okay. So, we recorded everything. So you can hear right there for you know >> she threw the water at him out of the house now. >> I'm going to call him. Call him cuz I threw water at you. >> And then and then she goes back and says you threw water at yourself like a minute later. >> Oh, you're ridiculous. >> You won't out of the house. >> Call my dad out of the house >> or I'll call your dad. >> You threw water at yourself. That's how nuts you are. >> So tell me about the incident today again. He I told him that I'm going to He got in a fight over my fiber because he said I can't be trusted to call them because that's always what he says is that I can't be trusted. And I told him that I'm just I don't know tired of being controlled, manipulated, told I can't do things. I don't know what I'm doing. And then you called us >> cuz he said he's going to file charges against me when I said you're the one that hit me the other week and you downplay your like your um your abuse and you try to tell me that um it was in reaction to me throwing sippy cups. >> After clarifying both versions and focusing on the immediate incident, officers determine there is sufficient cause to proceed with charges related to the current event. ups at you when I went like this in front of his face and I told him why. I just think he's nuts and I want him to leave. I should have I should have um like called and filed ass charges after the sippy cup incident. I just thought it was maybe like there was no mark on me. So I I haven't heard your side of things. Can you explain what happened today after the router situation? >> Um that's been going on for 3 weeks. >> Okay. >> And he won't let me. I said a after the router situation >> today. >> Yep. >> Sorry. I just can't believe this is >> Okay. So, after the router situation and I said, "Why can't I call them?" And he said, "Because um because I don't trust you. You'll mess it up." And that's something that he always says, just like how he doesn't trust me to get my own mail. I had to get a PO box, which is a felony to not allow someone to get their own mail. And um he took a picture of himself with water on himself, said that I did it and he was going to file charges because I said, "You know what? I should have called the cops when you hit me the other weekend, which was an accident, but he acknowledged to doing it in text message." >> Yeah. >> Well, justifying it. So, he told me he was going to call the police. So, I just called you guys first cuz I want you to know we're going through a divorce. He threatens me with calling the police >> and he uses my mental health against me. >> Okay. >> I'm sure he said bipolar. >> So again with the water situation, can you tell me what happened? Cuz you just said he threw water on you or you're you're sorry. You're saying that he threw water on himself, but that's all you. >> Yeah, there was a water bottle and it like it got on him and he said that I did it and he's going to file charges. Takes his phone out and starts taking pictures of himself. How would the water gotten on him? >> Because I picked it up off the counter and he like grabbed it and then um like it got on him because we were like, "So, should I leave? Should he leave?" >> Did you both reach for the water bottle at the same time? >> Was that a plastic bottle or something? >> It was a plastic bottle. I reached for it. He like tried to stop it. It like went in the air. He claims that I did it. I didn't freaking >> So, if you got a if you had a grip on the bottle, how did the bottle end up in the air? >> I don't know. It happened really fast. I don't know. He like blocked it, but by blocking it, it like went on him. I don't know what I was like trying to I was like picking it up. >> Why would he have had to block it? >> Because I like lifted it up and we like both I don't know. It happened really fast, but he claims that I did it and it was assault. Were you threatening him with the bottle? >> No. Is he saying I'm threatening him with the bottle? >> No. I'm trying to figure out why he felt that he needed to put his arms to avoid the bottle if the bottle was not in play. >> Cuz I was like I think I picked it up just because I was upset because once again I'm told that I can't be trusted. >> Okay. >> He's the one that freaking it ended up on himself because he hid it. >> So he hit the bottle off of your hand. >> I don't know. I didn't. >> We're just trying to figure out how it all went down. >> He claims that I did it and immediately starts taking pictures of himself of his wet shirt because I said, "I'm tired of being controlled and I should have called the cops before." He's like in the kitchen and there's at least like the island, not quite between them, but like that distance between them and he's he's like, "I've been doing something at the fridge or whatever." and she's ranting about getting whatever and then I just turn around and she's water on there and there's a plastic water bottle on the side. >> So there was no distance for him to reach for the bottle. >> No, he's like no didn't touch it. So I mean it it's definitely just generic simple but >> All right, man. So based on what we have so far, are you listening to me right now? >> Yeah. What I first told you was, "But I'm just kind of like, I can't believe this is happening again, and I just want to be separated from him, but my lease doesn't start for a month." >> Officers arrest the woman, secure her property, explain jail and medication procedures, and transport her for booking while addressing logistical concerns. >> Okay. >> And he acts like I throw fits, and I do because I'm being controlled. >> Okay. Well, we're only here about today's incident. >> I know. I know. >> So, >> okay. So, >> based on what we have right now, we have enough for the charges. So, whenever you get No, it's for you. So, I need you to turn around. Put your hands behind your back >> for me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> But I didn't even >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't even throw I didn't even Please listen to me. I have medication I need to take. Can you get my medication? >> They won't let you have it at the jail. They will give you the medication there. You'll be able to bring the medications that you need. >> Hit me. He slammed the baby. >> I'm going to double lock these. Make sure they don't get any tighter than that. Okay. >> Can you call my parents? >> No. I asked them to, but my lawyer said that they need to stay out of it. >> I got you. >> Can you call them? My dad will come over. He'll tell you about him. >> Okay. >> All right. Is that your phone? You want to take your phone with you? >> Yeah. I would like to >> and go back to the back of my vehicle. >> I'm really getting arrested. Am I going to lose my job cuz I got arrested? >> I don't know about that, ma'am. >> Can we call my dad before? Cuz my dad will talk to you. >> It won't change the facts. So, she's going to charge you real quick. >> But what about him? >> Ma'am, do you have anything on purpose? Anything illegal? >> No, I was afraid. That's why I didn't do it. And I threatened to do it. Why can't I file them on him? Will you talk to me? I can I file the wrong thing? >> All right, take a seat. >> So, you're not going to talk? Will you have Tyler bring it out and at least send them out with me? >> The jail will still not let you have it, ma'am. >> When will I get out? >> Well, you'll see the judge in the morning, but right now, we need you to put your foot inside. >> I have to have my MS. >> The woman was charged with domestic violence, first offense, and endangerment. These charges were applied based on officers assessment of the water-related physical contact incident reported that day statements from both parties and the determination that sufficient probable cause existed related to the immediate interaction rather than prior unreported events. Remember police responses focus on specific recent incidents and available evidence rather than ongoing relationship disputes. Inconsistent or unclear accounts can influence how officers determine probable cause during domestic calls. This is the reaction of netzens to this situation. This situation seemed complicated and [music] emotionally charged. It shows how officers narrow things down to what happened that day. Divorce situations can make calls like this very difficult. Think this situation was already intense. The body cam catches a split-second decision that changes everything. Comment if you saw it coming. The next incident is when police rescue family living under a mother's constant rage. >> Here's your clothes. You can get out. You can off. I HAVE A CHILD. >> ON June 20th, 2023, officers responded to a reported domestic dispute between a man and his partner at a residence where children are present. >> What's going on today, man? >> Domestic dispute between me and my other half. >> All right. In what way? She wants me out of the house because my kids were helping me do dishes. I mean, it's just a mess of crap. I mean, my auto says it went out of date and she's mad that I can't get that anymore and I offered to pay for her own, you know, and she's mad that I won't do it and this is what kind of started the whole thing. But anyway, it doing dishes and she left this morning. I went to kids went and got feed at the feed store. I left the whole morning and I came back and she's in her on bed with her phone doing whatever and uh had kids doing dishes while I'm making them grilled cheese sandwiches and uh you know she got mad and yelled and told them to leave and then I told her I needed the dishes cuz >> macaroni and cheese next so I can feed them later that and then from there I get kicked out and we're having a argument over here for me please. >> Ma'am, are you the other half of this? >> Officers separate the parties. The woman becomes verbally aggressive and refuses repeated commands while holding a young child. >> Yes. >> All right. If you would stay up there, I don't need y'all around each other right now. >> You can off. Here's your clothes. You can get out. You can off. >> I DID NOT CALL YOU. YOU'RE ON MY PROPERTY. I KNOW MY RIGHTS. You I have a child under three. You will go. You will [ __ ] get charred. >> You need to relax. No, ma'am. Stand over here and talk with me. >> What is your problem? This is not going TO WORK. THAT'S ALL RIGHT. >> So do I, ma'am. >> Stay away from me. >> I'm out here for a reason. >> AND I DID NOT CALL. STAY OUT OF MY HOUSE. >> You put your hand. [screaming] >> I mean, do you understand? >> Baby, he can't stop. >> The woman moves back toward the house despite instructions leading officers to place her under arrest and attempt to secure her safely. Baby, >> I haven't been there anymore. >> We want OUR BABY NOW. >> COME OVER HERE. >> NO. >> YES, MA'AM. >> NO. I AM IN MY HOUSE. >> YOU'RE GETTING >> GET OUT. I >> RIGHT NOW. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> NO, I'M NOT. >> YES, you are. >> I did not call you. >> I don't know if you're going to strike me. Do you understand? >> YOU WERE COMING INTO MY HOUSE. >> I'M HERE FOR a reason. >> You're not allowed in my house. >> Yes, I am. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANT? >> I don't need a warrant. >> Ma'am, you're going to stop right now. Understand now. Quit it. about 91. >> Roll over on your stomach now. >> Now, put your hands behind your back. >> Ma'am, I really don't want to hurt you. I'm trying to be as nice as I can. Doesn't matter. >> I did not invite you into my house. I was in the middle of something. You got in the middle of that. You could have waited >> and I would have come back out and talk to you. I would have had my phone. I know my rights. I want a supervisor out here now. >> He's on his way right now. It's still issue. Leave me alone. You're still getting cuffed. Yes, ma'am. You're getting cuffed. No, I'm fine. [laughter] You can leave me alone. I will wait for your supervisor. >> Roll over. >> Put your other hand behind your back. Do you understand me? >> Now, >> I'm waiting FOR YOUR SUPERVISOR. GET OFF OF ME. >> NO, MA'AM. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> IT'S NOT GOING TO WORK THAT WAY. Put your other hand behind your back. >> You kind of got me on it. I can't. >> There you go. >> Stay still. >> You're in trouble. >> You just armed my baby coming into my house uninvited. YES, YOU DID. YOU SHOVED HER INTO THE DOOR. I shoved you into the >> AND I WAS HOLDING MY CHILD. YOU ARE IN HUGE TROUBLE. I have a almost 50,000 Tik Tok following. THIS IS GOING RIGHT ON THERE. >> You tried to come into my house. >> Officers complete the detention as the woman continues verbal resistance and declines to enter the patrol vehicle voluntarily. >> And you harmed my child. >> Come on. >> I'm going to stand right here for your supervisor. I'm not getting in your vehicle. I'm not >> getting in the vehicle. Ouch. >> You son of a >> Stop resisting. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. I SAID I would wait here. >> You need to calm down. This is absolutely insane. >> My house. I want a supervisor here now. >> That's fine. He's right down the road. Right down the road. Coming up here. >> Ants down here. I'm not staying down here. >> You're staying on the ground. I'm not asking. I'm telling >> ants down here. I don't WANT TO BE ON THE ANTS. >> Get in my car. >> I don't want to be in your car. I want to stand on my own. Go ahead. >> You got a power trip out of this. Beating up a little. >> They want to be out here. >> You got a power trip about this [ __ ] turning you on, beating me up. You're disgusting. >> Okay, >> pervert. [clears throat] I hope you enjoy beating up little women. I hope I don't want to be out here. I didn't want to deal with you at all. >> You're disgusting. >> Nasty. >> Okay. >> Bile trash on a power trip. >> You're going to jail. >> The woman alleges officers entered without permission. Officers maintain the arrest and wait for a supervisor. No, I'm not. >> You [ __ ] are AGAINST YOUR I KNOW MY RIGHTS. You infringed on my personal rights trying to go inside my house. >> I have a reason to be here. >> You had NO REASON TO DETAIN ME. >> I gave you a lawful. >> You had no reason to detain me. >> Yes, ma'am. I did. >> What? >> I'm here for a call for dispute. >> That's not a reason to detain me. Yes, it is. >> I did not commit a crime. >> A domestic dispute is not a crime. >> So that's why I know that you're in trouble. >> Resisting with battery on Leo. >> No. Yes. >> I came out to bring my husband his bag of clothes so he could leave. He grabbed my arm and told me to stop. I told him I came back into my house to grab my phone so I could record this. He followed me into my house. Came into my house. Shoved me and my child into the door while threatening to tase us. That is against my right. I was not being detained for a crime. A domestic dispute is not a crime. I want his badge number. I want his name. >> You'll get it. >> Sit up. >> I have handcuffs. >> All right. Officers speak with the children and the father who describes a pattern of verbal arguments and physical pushing earlier in the incident. >> Everything's videoed and recorded. >> My glasses are on the porch. You knocked them off. >> It's fine. I'll stay up there. Get in here. >> We have been here multiple times. >> I know. We're looking for your dad, buddy. >> Oh, >> hey Paul. Sheriff's office. It was only me having the baby and my dad and my mom. >> What's up, guys? What's been going on? >> My mom was speaking out at my dad. >> Why were they nothing? >> Um, see me and them were putting the dishes away and my mom's going to hear me. >> No, cuz you're putting dishes up or doing it the way she want? >> Turn that down for me. They start arguing about you guys. Something simple. >> Yeah. >> Okay. My mom's mad. >> The father reports prior similar incidents, confirms the presence of a firearm secured in the home and agrees to provide a statement. >> Putting dishes away and she was in her room and back. >> Oh, she heard the noises. >> Is she on something today, man? I have no idea. I've been gone all morning because we got into it this morning. So, I left with the kids cuz she wanted she was not she was just like you seen her. So, I left and I took the kids to go get feed and um this is the stuff we're donating. >> Does she take medication? >> Uh she has been to Meridian before and she does go see the doctor, but I'm not in the loop on what she does. >> But you guys are okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> On and off it's, you know, bright and sunny, bright and sunny, bright and sunny. Then there's a bad day and then I just try to, you know, leave, take the kids and leave and and do what I can. And >> she flipped out for sure. >> There's a firearm in the house, so you know it's in the closet in a bag hanging up. >> Thank you for telling me, sir. >> You're welcome. >> Has she ever been violent like this before? >> Yeah. I'm sorry. I did ask you a minute ago. Are you married or is that your girlfriend? I'm sorry. I probably >> We're not married. It's common law. We've been together a long time. >> Okay. All right. So, who are you the father of the children? >> I'm the father of the children. Um, two of them have my last name. One of them doesn't. >> Okay. >> One of them has her last name. My oldest has her last name. And the two youngest have my last name. >> I've been here before a couple times about custody >> and things and everything else. >> I know. I've seen you. >> Yeah. Yeah, we've been here. >> Is she Has she been violent in the past? >> Yes. >> Yes, she can be. >> She can be. I mean, it's >> Well, I saw that today. >> One thing I want you to do for me uh is you're stay right here with the your children. >> I live here. Yeah, I'm staying. I mean, all my stuff. >> Get rid of the dope stuff. I don't know whose it is. The And >> well, it was mine. And I had a pot license and all that stuff. >> I'm not I'm not just so the kids were looking at picking up all that. >> Officers document the incident, provide domestic violence information to the father, and confirm the woman will be held pending court review. >> All right, appreciate it. >> I said, "Oh, just two seconds. I'm grabbing the last few dishes and pushing me out of the room." And um then it just manifested into the kitchen that I don't do anything that she asks me to do. And at that point, um, she started getting physical a little bit and I got on the phone and called you guys told you I need a deputy out here and then I got pushed out the door and um, >> so there was physical earlier and this time here >> earlier as earlier today. No, just this last time here. >> Okay. >> Earlier when you call the sheriff's office, >> when I called the sheriff's department, it had started to get visible. So then I called >> What did she do? >> Just pushing. Okay. >> Can you provide a sworn statement based on what you're telling me? >> Sure. >> Okay. How does she push? just pushing and pushing. And um Did >> you continue pushing you out? >> Yeah. Until I got the door. I held on to the door for a second and then spun around her so I could grab my cell phone so I could finish going out cuz that's what I wanted to get my phone so I could exit and leave. And then once I had got the phone, kind of stood between me and the door and then she did let me out. >> All right. This is a domestic packet. All right. And if you sign this, it's just a receipt that you got it. You have to have these. This is part of our thing. And I'll read it. I'll tell you. This is a victim's rights brochure. This is going to be your case number. This explains what a victim is. You know about criminal process. These are things you give everybody. Your rights. And if you had want to go up and pursue this anymore, like an injunction if you do don't make up and all. >> All right. What is my statute of limitations on it? >> That I couldn't tell. You could call up and find out though. >> Do you have any questions, concerns, comments? >> Um, you have to see the judge. She's still here. >> No, she's gone. Okay. >> All right. So, >> the woman was charged with simple battery against a specified person resisting arrest and child neglect. These charges were based on officer observations of physical pushing during the dispute, continued resistance during detention, and concerns about the child's safety, while the woman was actively aggressive and non-compliant. Remember, domestic dispute calls often focus on immediate safety, especially when children are present. Failure to follow lawful commands during police response, can escalate an otherwise verbal incident. This is the reaction of netzens to this situation. That situation escalated very [music] quickly once officers arrived. It's tough to watch when kids are caught in the middle of adult arguments. This shows how officers try to separate people to calm things down. You think the officers were out of options here? Watch what happens next on the body cam and tell us if you would have done the same. The next incident is when mom's poor decision to leave child with drunk friend ends in police visit. >> No, don't take her. I have to bring her back to her mom. >> I'm guessing you're highly intoxicated. >> I'm not for child neglect. How about what the is wrong with you? >> That's nice. 5-year-old stroll is losing. >> On April 19th, 2024, officers responded around 1:00 a.m. to a report of an intoxicated woman pushing a young child in a stroller near a motel area. >> What's going on? >> JD just kicked me out.
