You need to stand up. I'm not going. No. No. Stop. I didn't hurt nobody. Put your hand on your back. You're going to get tased. Ouch. I got a bad Okay, well, stop resisting. Please don't worry. Okay, give me a minute. Stay over. Stay over there. No, I need to talk to her, dude. What will happen? You can't identify me. do this. Okay. My bad for having a hard time like watch as officers tackle shocking thefts in real time, confronting criminals and handling intense situations in this thrilling compilation. Hey, so I called and I know you're going to go over there first, but hers is civil. I just came by. She's selling my stuff. I just drove by on the road to take a video because I'm going to take her to court for it. Okay. Cuz I'm not going to argue with her about it. I started videotaping the whole thing and everything. And she had put her hands on me. And this is the second time she's done it the first time. So this is your stuff that's being sold by her. Right. Right. And I've paid her for it to be here. She broke and she entered in the trailer because her and her her son and I have an agreement for me to rent that trailer for storage and it's been locked both doors and she has broken into it. She has emptied half of the trailer and she has sold it. So you're just using it for storage. Correct. Okay. So like everything that was in the yard I wasn't going to complain about because it is partially her house. I know that's a thing but the trailer has nothing to do with her. She's strictly broken in. I have no agreement and everything. Why can't I be the one spoken? her. I'm going to be with She approached me first. I'm the one that made the phone call. I want her. She also called and then I was just strictly just, you know, I'm trying to avoid the the stuff. She, like I said, she's got my I have the receipt with me. She has my son's bike. I literally bought him for Christmas right there in the front yard and I can't even keep my son away from it cuz he knows it's his. Okay. You know what I'm saying? But you're not living here anymore, right? No. No. Were you evicted or did you just leave? No. I left. It was I was never living living here. It was a storage. I have, you know, I moved out of my place and I had nowhere to put she put her hands right. I have it on video. Yeah. Let me see. The suspect, Tracy Anne Oliver, called 911 to report a woman refusing to leave her property. At the same time, the alleged victim also contacted police, claiming Oliver had assaulted her. When officers arrived, they reviewed video evidence showing Oliver attacking the victim over an unpaid debt. I'm the one that made the phone call. I should be the one that's spoken to first. Okay. What's going on? This is my property. I'm getting rid of their It's been here a year and a half. They haven't come and got it. They owe me $1,200. Okay. I'm getting my money this way. My name is Deputy O'Neal. What was your name? My name is Tracy Oliver. Tracy. Okay. I co-own the home with my sister and my brother. Used to be my parents. What's the problem? The problem is they're been casing the joint because they see all their crap out here. Yeah. I have code enforcement wanting me to unload the shed. The shed is now empty. It was loaded full of most of this right here. Okay. And that's what's out here. There's still a lot of stuff inside the house which they're not getting until I get my money. Okay. And eventually I'm going to sell that too because I want my $1,200 they owe me. Okay. It's been here a year and a half. Um Okay. Her stuff's been here for a year and a half. This is most of her I've got some of my stuff out here, too, but most of it. Does she pay you for storage? Huh? Does she pay you for storage? She hasn't. That's why she owes me $1,200. She made one payment in January of $200 of the $1,400 she owed this. Now it's $1,200 this January. This past January she made one one $200 payment. Okay. Um so why did you call? She owes April, May, June, July, August, September, October. So last January April May, that's why it's 1,400. And then with the $200 she paid in January, now it's $1,200. Okay. Um, $200 a month. Why did you call? For five storage units. They have enough here for five storage units. Okay. And they were complaining of paying $200 a month. They would have paid five times that for five storage units. Okay. All they got evicted out of their five bedroomedroom place and all their came here a year and a half ago. Why did you call the sheriff's office? Huh? Why did you call? Because they've been casing the place and they've been walking on my property trying to get their and I wanted them out of here. She said, "Well, I'm here for the sale." I said, "No, you're not. I know they're not. She said, "Well, you got my stuff." I said, "If you're willing to pay for it, give me the $1,200 and you can take it with you." Okay. You know. Yeah. All right. Um, do you want like me to do like a report or something? I just want them out of here. Okay. I want them out here. Do you have your ID on you, ma'am? My ID is inside the house. Okay. Make sure they don't take nothing. Okay. I will take it. I'll be right back with it. Okay. So, you just want her gone? You said was that you just want her to leave? I just want them to leave. Yeah. Okay. So, you play the whole thing or Oh, yeah. I mean, I don't care if the whole thing so I can see and I'm like the the whole thing. You can tell I'm not on the property. I zoom cuz I knew that was going to be an issue. I'm allowed to be here. No, you're not. No, you're not allowed. Authorized personnel is allowed. It's a yard sale. You're not You're not You're not considered a yard sale. So, no. I'm allowed my property. I need to get a cop here. I'm taking a I need you off my property. I don't have a new trespass. You're having a yard sale. Yeah, but you're not doing anything. You're not here to buy. No, you're not part of the I am here to buy. I am here to buy. No, you're not. Yeah, cuz I'm here to buy my son's toy bag. No, I'll get it out of my face. I need a cop here at 9:20. I'm trying to explain to you and I'm trying to talk to you right now. This is my turn. Explain. I don't need you to explain. I need to talk right now. No, you don't. The agreement with them to clean up and start getting our stuff out of here and start making payments and they haven't done so. Do you have that paperwork as of January, was it January 1st? Do you have that paperwork to say everything you just told me to back that up? No. You have nothing that it's in the courts. And you don't have any of that paper? officer that was here the last time told me as of January 1st I had every right in order to get my money that way. And do you know which officer you spoke to? I've got his card. I don't know his name. I know. Let me go get his card. But also in the paperwork it does say that you also agreed to help her move the stuff out of the property. All right. There's nothing in the court order stating but she was but she's been trespassing on the property when I leave. But with everything with her property, she has every right through the court order to remove her item. That means coming onto your property to res. She's had a couple standbys with cops over there getting some of us up and she has the right to do so. That's I know she's had that, right? I've been working with her, right? But in the court order, there is never an end date when the stuff is supposed to be off the property. So this January first thing you're telling me and I had this vericated well verified through one sergeant and another officer. There's all the cops that have been here. And what's all the other cops? Cuz I spoke to two of them out of the four and they're telling me something totally different then. Did you misunderstand what they told you? I knew there when they had a sale when they came on sitting on the property. I had stuff out there. They didn't tell me to move it back. Here's your card. They told me I can get rid of it. I understand that. All right. But look, if everything with your items as of right now, don't sell another item of her stuff until you get it all back in here. But she's not getting it until I get my money. She has every right to get it back. It's her fault. When I get my money? No. No. She No, she's not getting it until I get my money. We already read the court paperwork. That's not how it's going to work. The court paper says she's able to remove her stuff making payments, but she hasn't lived up to her end of the bargain of the You have the paperwork stating all that stuff. You're It's on the court's record, right? But you came to a mediation hearing over the phone to avoid going to court in September. You told me there wasn't a mediation. You You told me that. There was a mediation. You told me that 10 minutes ago. There was not. All right. Well, this, you know, getting rid of it like this now. Listen to me. But as of Jan, like I said, January 1st, I was told. Listen to me. You're not selling another item. Stealing in the US is illegally taking someone's property. Penalties depend on the value and type, ranging from fines to prison. Theft can be petty or grand with harsher punishment for serious offenses like robbery or burglary. It's got to be demolished. Can you stop yelling? I'm tired of you yelling. I understand you're hard of hearing, but I'm done with you yelling. Okay? I'm yelling cuz I'm frustrated. I've been dealing with them for a year and a half. All right. So, here's the thing. I open my home up. I'm trying to help them out, and this is the [ __ ] I get. Tracy, we're done with the civil stuff now. All right, we're going back to criminal. All right, you need to stand up. I'm not going. No. No. I didn't hurt nobody. Put your head around your back. You're going to get tased. Ouch. I got a bad back. Okay, well, stop resisting. Why are you take my inside the house? I didn't. Give me your arm. I can't. Give me your arm. Give me your arm. I can't get my arm out from under me. All right, there you go. I was waiting on it. I couldn't get up. Now you just got another charge now. I didn't have an over. I couldn't get my arm out. You didn't listen what I just told you. You have another charge. I wasn't resisting. I just couldn't move my arm. No, you tried to pull away. I wasn't. I was trying to get off my arm, but you were laying on my back. I couldn't get off my arm. I wasn't resisting. Yes, you were. Just relax, Tracy. Why? Why'd you pull away? Why? Why? What was What was the purpose of that? I don't understand why it was being arrested. Right. And we already community I already explained it to you. I already explained it. But it was an accident. I wasn't intending to have Even if it was an accident, you're not supposed to be touching anybody. Well, she would touch me, too. It was in incidental. No, she didn't. She didn't. She never touched you. We both made we we made contact with the arms when I [ __ ] my arms up. I can't take the cigarettes on the lighter. You want to keep them? Tracy was taken to jail and charged with battery and resisting arrest. I could have a choice, officer. All right. Sir, I'm sorry. I didn't have a choice. I'll tell you everything. Just your son, a couple other kids don't know who they are. They weren't here when I got here. I know exactly who they are. They came to my house to get me. You know who they are? Yeah, I do. And I can tell you right where they I got him over there in the corner. So, I was just going to walk over there to make sure. You mind just staying next to them? Okay. You do know who the other two kids are? The other two? No, I don't know them. The driver of the car, there was three kids. Okay. That's with him. Came to my house drunk. And the one I is like a child to me because his mom died a few years ago. And I Stay right here. Hold on for one second. Okay. I'll talk to you in a minute. What's What's the other kid's name? The other kid. What's I forget. I don't remember. I don't remember his last name. Okay. Does he live Where does he stay? Right here. The first street in High Park. Okay. Do you know exactly which house it is or do you know the address? You go down. There's three over. We're going to get on the road and we're going to go into the parking lot of the Circle K. Okay. If you have questions, I can get my son's shoes. If you'd like to take them, feel free. What did he take out of the store? Three boxes of Trulies and couple of shots. That's what he told me. Do you know a kid named Dre? Kid named Dre? Yeah. He's not a kid. He's a Whoever it is. Do you know a Dre? Yeah. He's my son's friend. But you know, he's not a kid. He's an adult. Okay. Well, supposedly Dre put him up, too. Do you know who Dre is? Do you have more information on him or no? He's a black male now. 22 years old. You know where he lives? No, I don't. And I doubt Dre did that because they're not with Dre. If Dre was with him, Dre would have bought it. Okay. And gave it to him cuz that's what Dre does. That's how he always gets his liquor. And I don't I told him when he left the house, I don't care if you go hang out. don't come home drinking because I know how the other kids way that's all he does. Okay. And I don't like it. So now he's got other minors with him. They just came to my house and said, "Oh, Matthew went in the store." They put it all on him and said, "Oh, we got to go." And he's freaking out. He don't know what to do. I told him he needs to calm down. And supposedly he went home to your house. No, not where he lives over there. I live over here. All right. Well, meet us meet us back over there and I'll talk with you more. I didn't want to threw all the cans out. I was running. I found these along the the trail. Yeah. Yeah. I'm just off. I I came in for my prank. There's stuff for you. Okay. What is um what's So, you want me to throw away everything else? These two. Yeah. With these two. Six models. So, what is three car three cases? We had about 30 of these. Yeah, just I think there was more than that that he had more. I think he had more than that. And maybe somebody had grabbed someone out. I picked up what I noticed was on the ground. And where was all this? Um, this was like right in front of his vehicle, his truck there. I found one of the cases and I found the little nipper balls that kind of trail. I think there was one that kind of broke open and went all over the ground. And who is the um who's able to get video footage? I didn't even see him. One of the customers actually pointed him out. He said some guy just filled up the track full of liquor at his book. And then when I went out front to see where where he was, he was out front with one of the other customers and and I came. I said, "Hey." And they took off. So then he chased him and they all chased him down and caught him. when he gets to the police station. That way he's going to go to pull shores instead of going to jail. Don't fall for that either. He needs to learn his lesson. I'm sorry that might sound harsh, but I'm done. I just went through a whole year, two years. He was in a program, everything. Has he been in trouble before? Uh, yes. They spun that off of him because he was a minor. Yep. And he went through the Yes. He had to go through he went to data. He's there for 7 months. He was supposed to only be there 3 months. He was there 7 months. He's only been home I'd say maybe a year. I sent him to Alabama. I had to go back to Alabama and get him to cause a problem with Papa. So he needs to learn his lesson. He doesn't tell him for him things, but that still doesn't give an excuse for this type of behavior. and I'm very upset with him. He was taken to jail for stealing and underage possession of alcohol. Do you want to trespass her or you just want to leave for she's mad couple? All right. I know she's so I don't know why she's nervous because she [Music] she all right. So you just want her gone for the night? Yeah. Perfect. Ma'am. Hi. Um, so got a call that you were yelling been cussing at uh customers and and the employee here. Okay. So, yeah, that was I was wrong. I Sorry. I wanted to apologize to him. You can apologize to him. Oh, right here. Yeah. Oh, do you have ID on you by chance? Um, no. No. Okay. No, I don't. And it I did have ID, but it ain't with me no more cuz it's in a different state and I came here with nothing. Completely nothing. So I have nothing. How long have you been here? Number two. I've been here for about almost 3 days with nothing. Okay. Um where what state you come from? I come from North Carolina. North Carolina. Okay. What's your first name? Cameron. How do you spell it? K A M. K A M. You're R O N. R O N. So you want to know where I came from because it seems like you're getting just my date for my first name. Possibly out of North Carolina. Yes, North Carolina. Okay. Well, that's why cuz if we can't find you in a Florida database, we have to search further because you said you've only was at this guy's house in Bureau. Okay. But like still there. Okay. Like I said, if you come from North Carolina, a lot of your information like you have no So my address that is on the driver's license, I got a new one. Would it be anywhere else? Are you sure it's North Carolina? My stuff to get back to North Carolina because I can go back to North Carolina. Yes. I don't know about North Carolina. But here's the thing though. I need all my documents and I can't get back to Charlotte. An officer arrived at the store where a girl was attempting to steal items. When confronted, she responded by kicking one of the officers. So, um, actually, they're not getting anything back on your your name and date of birth. You're from North Carolina? Oh, okay. Have you been anywhere else other than North Carolina? And here other than here as well. I've been to Georgia. You been to Georgia? Have you They don't deal with me that much. Have you know stayed in Georgia? Yes, in Georgia. That's my dad and his girlfriend. I did call them. They're able to answer the phone. I called them, but maybe Georgia. Uhhuh. You're born in Charlotte. That's where I came from. I really came from Charlotte to really like go. Like I told you, I like beaches. I I like the relaxation and Charlotte is just busy. and I'm constantly dealing with job and their time and when they come off work, when they on work, when they got their days off, when they're on their days, you know? So, I'm sitting here like, okay, I need to come somewhere where I can change that. And I feel like if I change my whole self, then maybe I can do it. But now I realize that I'm changing my whole self. And I'm even not connecting with the place that I thought was pretty cool. And I still think it's pretty cool. Do you know anybody by the name Annie? Annie just I know Annie in Charlotte, but that's that's talking to my dispatch so that they can find you and um we can identify dispatch seems to not be I don't hear them but I know they're talking to you. I don't think they're talking to you right now and there I don't hear them either. So the dispatch is still trying to find if it is located here, right? Yeah, we're trying to identify you is they know. So why haven't they told you yet if they know that it's not here and they know all of the social security numbers in Florida by the familiarity by a certain first digit or middle digit? I don't think they know all that. They just run it and it shows, you know, where you're at. Yelling at customers in a store isn't always illegal, but it can lead to legal trouble depending on the situation. If the yelling causes a disturbance, it could be considered disorderly conduct, harassment, or even trespassing if the person refuses to leave when asked. Penalties vary by state and the severity of the incident. Like I said, we're just we're having a hard time identifying you. Nothing's coming back that you gave us. So, if you have a hard time identifying, you just lock me up, right? Didn't say that. No, I mean, because I just I just feel like you're not finding these. So, and then I say I live here, but then it's like, no. And then y'all say y'all don't know about these calls you've got. So, I have this right here. This Indiana River Hospital. Yep. I happen to still have that on my arm and I'm not even at the hospital no more. Okay. So, yeah. Interesting. You You can see that right there. All right. So, I know we can't like identify you or anything. I mean, we tried our best. It's not working. So, they just want you to move along for tonight. Okay. Don't come back here tonight. So, yeah. Just don't come back here ever again. Just for tonight. Um I just don't think, you know, if I'm not getting help here, but I seem to get help from where I was and I had all these things and I can't get there, then [ __ ] I mean, I guess y'all going to have to arrest me cuz y'all keep having these calls and it's going to be annoying. So, y'all might just go ahead me. Nah, we're okay. No, I really think so. Like I mean arrest me and put me in a jail and just go ahead and say that this person has been causing a lot of problems. Like she's been like having her shirt off in public indecency. She's been lying about like certain situations. 7-Eleven doesn't want you here tonight. Okay. So, let's just move along for tonight. Okay. Oh my gosh. I think that's better than an arrest. Oh, so the reason why you're not understanding is because I didn't do anything stupid in your opinion, so I can't see. No, do not walk out of that door. Damn it. Well, I don't know. We You can't identify me. I'll do that. Finally, I got to where I needed. Kicking officers and resisting arrest are serious offenses under US law. Resisting arrest involves any attempt to prevent or delay an officer from making an arrest and can be charged as a misdemeanor or felony depending on the situation. This is crazy. All right, let's go to the cop bar. Yep. Let's go. Yep. We're going. Stand up. We're going. Come on. Let's go. Perfect. This way. You're telling me about walking super far. So weird, right? So weird. You don't have anything on you, do you? Um, you can pat me down. My hands My hands are behind my back, though. But I can do this right here. But Oh, wait. You can pat me down right now. You haven't put me in the car yet. P me down right now. Let me just I could have something in my I don't know. I might have something. Do you have something in there? I don't know. You want to check? Because if you take something into the jail, you will catch another charge. Do you understand? I do. I do have it. So, you might want to check it now. What is it? It's a knife. Some drugs, too. Cuz I mean I mean I seem like I'm not making any sense to you guys. So, I don't know. Like, you might want to check. Might want to check. Maybe because I've been on shrooms and I went to a job on shrooms and you know it's causing my erratic behavior lately. You know, kind of weird y'all didn't check my blood to see what was going on with that. But doesn't really matter cuz I'm in jail. Oh man. And I take a bilifi cuz you know every time the hospital calls it. Yeah. So maybe I'm not taking my medication. All right. Sit down. Well, I'm in jail. Where'd she kick you? Your left leg. Yep. Perfect. Thank you so much. Sorry. Thank you. Uh, you picked it up already. No problem. I was just going to count how many bags she took. She took pro Oh, right there. One, two, three, four, five. And a snicker car. Did she kick you? Uh, she kicked my partner. You won't have to deal with her. Right. All right. There you go. Actually, I'll just put these back for you. Freaking smoke. All right, sir. You guys have a great night. Okay. She was later taken to jail and charged with a misdemeanor, felony, and theft. So, apparently she stole it from over there and then but you got to write a statement, right? We'll file charges from false police court if I can confirm that he stole it from there. He's saying that's his. He says it's his and she stole it from the Circle K and wrote it over here. If I can confirm that cuz I can watch the video, then we'll call her up. What's that? I'm on the phone. You work here? Uh, no, no, no. I'm the one that called. Okay. What? It's my bike. Oh, okay. So, nothing was stolen from the store. Was a bicycle sto Oh, okay. This is right here. That's the picture of him. Yeah. Um, and then when he got it, he threw our stuff to the side and he took off and went that way. But that's what he's wearing. Screenshot and send it to me. How long were you in this? Uh, I don't know, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. I mean, she he he perched. I mean, watching the video, he come this way, stepped in there, looked, and then he come out here, grabbed it, and she was right behind him, but he was already on the bike and heading that way when she come out looking for him. You recognize him? No, no, no. I'm not from here. Okay. Literally, I don't like my head. Got you. Where are you staying? Uh, listen. Literally, I'm from Detroit, Michigan. Okay. I just got down here. I don't know if I'm on the East Coast, West Coast, in the middle of the state. I have no idea. Like, you know what state you're in, though, right? Florida. Yeah. I do know what state I'm in. All right. I know who the president is, all that. I wasn't going to go that far. Make sure you got that part. Um like listen and um so yeah so I'm having a bad day and that wasn't going to happen normally I would not be calling let me get a um I'm going to get a clipboard. Give me a minute. I'll be right back. How long you been down here? Listen just today. I just got dropped. Listen. Didn't they say it was a guy with a funny head and a white shirt? Yeah. That's that's a different color. Oh, is that your bike? No, no, no. That's not the bike. But he could have gone. He's a black dude. He's a black dude. That's a white. Okay. Okay. Okay. They know. No, you're good. Huh? Can you um Can you hook me up? Yep. Thank you. It's just still images. All right. Yeah. I'm photos, the two I showed you. They're still Okay. Yeah. But I mean, it's on the camera if you need to look at it. Okay. Thank you. Officers encountered a bizarre situation when a Florida woman reported a stolen bike only for it to be discovered that she was the one who had actually stolen it. This I just got dropped here. I have no idea where I am. Who dropped you here? Uh Lori McSherry. Lori McSherry. I mean, she's not from here either. She lives in Naples, too. So, how did you guys get here? Um, how do you have your own bike? How did you get dropped here if you have your own bike? She put my bike in her back seat or like her half trunk, half back seat cuz she put the seats on. You know what I mean? Okay. So, why'd she drop you off here? Uh, listen. She She told me to give her a half an hour. She went to a restaurant. Okay. So, I went to a different restaurant, a Hispanic restaurant. I got her a Coke. I got her a taco. I went I put myself on the back of her trunk and then to try to be respectful like I went and I just sat like out of sight because apparently that my half an hour I don't know I don't have a watch like maybe my half an hour wasn't a long enough half an hour so whatever. So I went and I sat and then when I went back the next time listen she had just put this plastic bag with my stuff like she just set it down and she did. I know that's a crazy story to believe, but like that's it's not about believing. It's about it making sense. Okay, that's literally what just happened. All right, so you can try to call her if you want. I'm sorry cuz she's not the suspect. I just want to make sure I Why am I not the suspect? You're not a suspect either. I was going to say, you know, I don't I don't need to talk to her. She's not a suspect. I mean, but it might help you. Do you have a phone number? I Listen, I just bought this phone. Okay. I went to the Dollar General about smoke, but you can't set up a phone without a phone. Okay. So, how how would I contact you if I need to contact her? I mean, normally I would say call her, but I don't know. She's not answering right now. What's her number? All right. So, where were you guys before? Before you were here. Listen, we live in Naples. On the west coast, Naples. Collie. Right. Right. So, um and then um listen, she used to live in Flaggler, which is why she brought us back here. She said to talk to her mechanic, which I didn't really understand that part, but she said that I don't know. She's she's kind of crazy. Anyway, she said that her car was getting like poison through the air conditioning. I don't know. She's a little Any, but she's a nice lady or I thought so. But anyhoo, so like so we went all the way to the other coast, which is an hour away from here, she said, in a car. Okay. And it's um it was like a little bar. It's called like it starts with an A. Angelos's or it it's on the river. Okay. Okay. So, how'd you get here? Okay. She like I said, she said that she wanted to come talk to her mechanic today. And where was where's the mechanic supposed to be? I I have no idea. Like I said, supposed to be around here. Yep. In Palm Post, she said. Okay. So, she wanted she was supposed to go meet the mechanic here. Correct. So, from here. Go ahead. Correct. So, what happened from that? Uh, like I said, she said she said, "Give me a half an hour. Let me go into this restaurant." So, I said, "Okay." So, it the restaurant was like here. So, I went into a panic restaurant. On the other side, I got two tacos, a polio, and um a pork. Where was that? It was called like I don't know like Latinas or something like that. Okay. Okay. So, I went I was trying to give her space. I bought her a taco. I bought her a Coca-Cola. I went and I sat on the back of her car. Okay, she still wasn't out of the restaurant. So, I was like, as you can see, I have no watch. So, I was like, maybe my half an hour wasn't a long enough half an hour. So, I went and I sat out of sight. The next time I came back, she had dropped this plastic bag, this outfit, and that's it. And left me. I don't know where I am. And that's my life in a set. And it's pathetic. I understand. So you so the two of you came here together, correct? Correct. But you don't understand why she just dropped off here because I don't know. She told me to give her half an hour. Apparently I didn't tell them the half an hour correctly. But again, I don't have a watch like and the sun's not out. So my van for having a hard time like calculating a half an hour. Sorry, I'm not. Okay. under 27. Describe the bike to me. It It's a Beach Cruiser. It's pink. You know what make it? No, I actually don't. But it's got black tires with like It's like black tires with white like on the inside. Okay. How much do you think it's worth? I don't know. Maybe I'll say 50 bucks. No, probably say 50 bucks. Okay. Whatever. I'm not looking to get somebody in trouble. Like, it's just that was the only thing I had in my world. So, are you looking to pursue charges? If we can find him and the person in the bike, I just want my bike back. If he'll give the bike back, then I don't want to pursue charges. Well, it's either going to be you want to pursue charges or you don't want to pursue charges. It's not If he gives the bike back, I'll think about it. It's one or the other. In the US, falsely reporting a crime is illegal and can result in charges such as filing a false police report or making a false statement to authorities. If someone reports a stolen item they actually stole, they could face theft charges along with the additional penalty for making a false report. Penalties vary, but they may include fines, community service, and jail time, especially if the false report causes significant disruption or waste of law enforcement resources. There's no way that they can just be like, "Yep, I'll give back." And they don't get in trouble. That's how we handle things. Either we're going to just keep an eye out for your bike or we're going to do the whole nine and put two charges in, put a bolo out and look for the sky and look for the bike. So, you're going to need to either tell us which way you want us to go. Do you want us to keep an eye off your bike or do you want us to start issuing bolos and stuff? If I asked you to just keep an eye out for it, then what would happen? Then that means you don't want to pursue any charges and we document it. We drive around. Would I get my money back? Find it, right? You guys are going to keep an eye out for, right? I trust you. All right. You know how long it took me to get here? We were driving every street in the back looking for your bike. I'm looking for your bike. It's a two wheel or a three-wheel? Two wheel. Depends on what you want to do about it. So, it's really your call. We could either attempt to find and charge and potentially arrest. How long would someone go to jail for something like that? I couldn't tell. That's up to the judge. I was going to do Okay, like what kind of charge would that be? Pretty good. No, it be a lar charge. Lararsson or petty cut? Same with with the value. So, what's that like 30 90 days? It's all about the judge, my dear. I have absolutely no idea. I can't make that answer for you. I get that. May I ask you a question? You said tell me what you want to do. I could just document it and you sign a form that says you're not looking to pursue any charges. You want to charge that? Yes. Okay. So, that's like 30 90 days, right? We don't set those. Right. I get that. But like that's generally what it's a misdemeanor. They'll get a bond. Exactly. Okay. So, yeah. Put put the charger on. Okay. Hold on to that. Okay. I need you to fill out top three rows. Everything across. Give me all your information. What happened here today? And so forth. Looks like I'll go. Um, she already sent me a photo. If you want to just give her your work cell phone, send it to I saw it. Is it light pink or dark pink? Uh, light pink. Light pink. Um, if you can find like a Google photo of it, like a a pink. Okay. You can put underneath it, not an actual photo, and put the person next to it, but send it to Trip to approve and then he'll do it. Correct. Do you need a a template? Follow the template. Okay. I mean, I don't know what else. This was a waste of both our times. I just realized wasting my time. That's I'm here for you. You got to tell me what you want. You know what I mean? I know, but like I'm not going to stay in the place. So, like, it's my bad. I'm sorry. I apologize. The charges she faced later were theft, false reporting to law enforcement, and providing false information to authorities. [Music] [Music]
