So, we don't need a warrant cuz we have your mom's permission to come in the house. I'm going to try to get back. Okay. Will it bite us? Okay. No, no, no. It doesn't mean it's your house if you have power of attorney. Now we move to Illinois where Jamon, a former prison correctional officer, is found trespassing in his mother's house during a major psychotic episode. When officers attempted to arrest him, he violently resisted, attacked officers, and made bizarre claims about cults and multiple personalities. No, no, it doesn't work that way. You have no right to push an officer. You've been You've been an officer. You know how it is. It is not. It's the law. I just told you the law. You know what the law is. I just told you the law. Are we following rules or are we following the law? And what did you just do? We had everybody come in here. What what circumstances have you had? Put your hands behind. We need you to put your hand behind your back. You're not going to put your hands behind your back. You're going to be placed under arrest. You're going to be placed under arrest. You don't really get the right to be a false arrest and that would be okay. Jim, if that's if that's it, you have to go. Okay. If that's what it is, then you then you can tell the judge in the morning. Where was your warrant for coming in? We don't need one cuz it's your mom's house. J and Okay. And you told me that is this is not your mom's house. Correct. But you have nothing in your hands right now to prove that it's your house. This is my that What's your address? So, you were at your mom's house, correct? That is not my mom. Okay. Who is your mom? What's your name? A fact. What's your mom's name? You tell me. You know you're not in the right and you We know the right. You have your own court. No. Fine. I'm legally asking you to leave this res. No, it's not going to work that way. You've already pushed me. Okay. Doesn't work that way. I say we let bygones be bygones. We unfortunately we can't let my guns be no that doesn't happen. So at this point go and place your hands behind your back. I'm not going to Jamon. I don't want to tase you again. I'm trying to work with you. Okay. All right. Please place your hands behind your back. I can't. Why? Because I know that I'm supposed to be here. Okay, but you're not right now. Okay. Okay. Okay. A little bit. Okay. You asked for one officer to go out. He went out. Right. He's stepping out. I stepped out and he wanted to talk. Right. And so now I'm letting you out and then I'm going to come out. We're at this place. We were You were forcing your way in and then you got saved me or whatever and then you know I got up or whatever and now we're here. Yes. So we're in a way better place than we were a couple minutes ago. Yep. This is the escalation, right? Yeah. This is the escalation. But we need to step outside because that's what we just said. Just so you know, there are laws. Mhm. And we've already discussed it. And when you force your way in, when she never she never provided proof. She did. It It doesn't matter. This is her house. She's free to come. It's not her house. It is. It's my mom. She doesn't have the paperwork for it. Okay. I need you to put your hands behind your back. Let's go. J, are we going to go outside and talk or we going to put them behind her back now? I can't do it. I don't want to tase you. I don't want to get tased. Huh? Okay. You're going to get tased again. So, I need I want to tase you, but you're going to get tased. Put your hands behind your back. This is your last chance. So, you're going to have to put your hands behind your back. Okay. He's already caught with me. I me grabbed me. I believe they entered illegally. No, you don't. They have a warrant. Well, they're here. So, behind your back. They didn't have a warrant. You give me one day and it's even karma. What I need to do, please. There's one here. The one the the one I chased him with or this one? Yours up top? No, yours is still here. Okay. I wasn't actively resisting. I couldn't move because of the Oh, you were actively just shoved me and ran. I I was You went on a rage. Just shoved me and ran. You did like a wrestling rage when you went like this. That's a wrestling thing. That's a sign of aggression. So now that's over with. Let's get on to the next chapter. Let's stand you up and let's have you sit in the car. You just told me you're J. And you just said you're in the right your right state of mind, right? I am. So you understand that we need you in the car. Correct. I do, but I I'm refusing all medical treatment and I broke no laws. Okay. So if you're refusing medical treatment, you're going to have to see. It doesn't like we we believe he did. That's why you're under arrest. You're under arrest, though. You know I didn't break any laws. Jam, you got you're under arrest. We told you that multiple times. All right. If you don't like that, then we need you to go to court. Please call the police. We're here. We are. Call another department. It's not going to happen that way. There's another department right here. They will help me. Jam, pull us your different color and everything. How you doing? You're getting in the car. You're getting in the car. Jam, you're getting in the car. You don't have an option. Please don't. Jam, you don't have an option. You're getting in the car. I'm trying to get this out of you. Touch me. I'm trying to get that out of you, man. Okay. All right, let's go. I want to touch me sexually. Let's go. Stand up now. Stand up. Jam, come on. Jam, come on. Let's go. Let go of me now. Let go. Domestic battery, criminal trespass. Come on out, sir. I initially talked to Mr. hours outside the front door and then I walk past them into the house. For the final case, we moved to Idaho where officers arrive at the residence of former state trooper Daniel Howard. But when they went up to investigate his bathroom, they found something beyond shocking. Looked around the living room, didn't see her, and I had I didn't remember exactly where she was supposed to be, so I went back out. Sir, upstairs in the bathroom. She's upstairs in the bathroom. Okay. Upstairs in the bathroom. Let's go. And so then I went back upstairs and found her. And can you describe what we saw in the bathroom? I saw a woman naked in the bathtub with an apparent gunshot wound. Um there was blood around her coming out of her mouth. Anything else you could observe in the bathtub besides her? Uh yes. There was a gun laying to the on to the right of her in the water and there was the the water was tinted red. Once uh her pulse was checked, no pulse was found by deputy n called for medical and then they came in and announced that she was deceased and then we cleared the residence upstairs to make sure no one else was in the house. At some point, did you talk to Mr. Howard after you observed his wife dead upstairs in the bathroom? I did. Where did this take place? Out in the front yard outside the front door.
