No, turn around now. Bro, you need here. Let me videotape this real quick. I want this on video. What are you doing to my school? Today, we're diving into real life cases where bad decisions, bold lies, and straightup chaos led to arrests that were messy, bizarre, and at times downright unbelievable. He pulls into the driveway with some chick, and I I've never seen her before in my life. She says that she's lived here for years and years and years. She's got a badge. She's a military cop. All kinds of She's been in my stuff. She's ramped my room. Like all kinds of crap. I've never met this before. Uh Paul, the guy that owns the house is out back. That is in the house right now. Okay. This is someone that helped me a long time ago. I get back from like before I had like literally attacked again on another call and stuff. Imagine being caught and instead of owning up, you double down by pretending to be a police officer. That's exactly what happened here. This woman, armed with a knockoff badge and a laundry list of imaginary credentials, tried to bluff her way past real officers. But when the questions started piling up, so did her lies. Let me see that badge. Look, I don't know what to give you. They still have someone to tell you. Please call them instead of like thinging that you who do you work for? Other countries, too. Call. I'm telling you names. Please contact them. I'm telling you, what agency are you claiming to work for? That's not answering my question. What are you kidding me? Forensics medications, technology, cars. Yes. Police officers. Yes. Okay. What a We work We work for Pwell Police Department. What agency do you work for? Middletown Hamilton. CIA. Yes. Call them. That's different agencies. Yes, they know. I work for all of them. I've done a lot of work. I really have. Call them. So, call them please. My phone is Stop yelling. We're done. Okay. Can you slow down and just tell me what agency you said you're working for? I'm top tier intelligence. Oh my [ __ ] top tier intelligence. Okay, I'm freaking out because I deserve to be treated better than this. I've been so much right here. I took bullets and stuff. I was waiting everything stolen from me. Where did you take bullets at? So many places. Oh my god. Military. How did you get I've saved kids. Oh my god. Please call. Please call. the war. She should back up. Take a deep breath. What's the phone number? I don't I know because I just got a phone finally. Oh my god. So, you don't have any proof other than this fake freaking police office of the Monroe in Middletown. Please, they know me. They know me in Middletown. They know me. Yes. Call them now. Please. Don't treat me like this. I've done so much. In this case, the woman didn't just resist cooperating. She tried to claim she was one of them. What unfolded is a textbook example of how quickly the law catches up when someone crosses into serious criminal territory. You presented this to me. It said you are a special police officer. I'm asking you to call. Is that backpack yours? Yes, it is. Do you mind if we look in your backpack? Yes. Go ahead. Okay. Can you please call him first before you even tell? No. I'm not trying to hurt you. I'm not trying to sit the bag down for me. Can you please call them? Sit the bag down like this. Because you're not You're not listening. How do you know you didn't call him check? Okay, let's just I can tell you right now that you're not a real police officer. Okay, I don't know what that is. It's the last thing I can tell you to what? Please defend and call my Monroe Police Department. They know me there. Chief, why aren't you calling them? Stop. Why aren't you calling? You're being warned for disorderly. If you yell one more time, you're going to be charged with help to stop. Just take a deep breath and stop talking. We're going to have to stop talking. So, Don't worry. I worked so hard to come back from some Just take a deep breath. We're trying to figure everything out. You're not even calling to defend. Stop. What did I say about yelling? Stop. You're just You're only making this worse for yourself. Take a deep breath and calm down. I have my whole life taking. Take a deep breath. I can do what I want. I can breathe. And calm down. I can breathe. Call them. Why aren't you doing that? Because we're trying to figure out what's going on. I call police department. Okay. You're being charged with disorderly. So, if you want to keep going, I'll add more charges. Call them now. Stop. Call them. Okay, sir. We're going to detain her and put her in the car. No. Call Monro, please. Please. And do not [ __ ] hurt at me cuz I did not do it. You guys are being detained. So scared of me. You can't even call. Stop yelling. Just take a deep breath. No, you disrespect me as a human being. And so and you're being so respectful. Yes, I am actually. I have to call her that know me and you would kindly respect me as who the I am a good person. Then you want me to call them cuz that's how disgusting you I train. [ __ ] should come back and go pull. I don't deserve this. [Applause] I hate my life because of this. I would seriously came back from the crazy sex all sick [ __ ] Oh my god. We're going to go up to this white car. You don't even see who I am. It's illegal. I would never do anything to hurt you. I'm just trying to freaking get help for one cuz I came up with some thick [ __ ] Take a seat for me. I don't even care anymore. Under Ohio law, impersonating a peace officer is a felony. It's not just about wearing a fake badge or dropping agency names. If you claim to act with police authority when you're not authorized, you're breaking serious law. Ohio courts treat this harshly because it undermines public trust in legitimate law enforcement. In this case, the woman's erratic stories legally met the elements for impersonation of a peace officer. Once she presented herself as law enforcement to avoid accountability right now or else you are going to be charged with call to know who I am. I'm charged her with disorderly at the very least. So good person. Did you check the bag? No, not I mean like it's just your name. Random stuff. What's your last name? She's an officer with me. police department. We want you to protect me and have some random stuff digging my driveway. Don't take my stuff I worked for before. Are you able to have a supervisor from Marine get my work to call? Sorry. Sorry. Contact your name and he's still calling you. We're trying to have them call us right now. Calm down. Calm down. When you up anymore to you and I'm a great person like we're going to confirm it. I just don't even jump up in hell. We're getting ready to get a hold of me. So they'll tell us. I don't know anyone. I said Monroe. Middletown Hamilton. Yes. Oh my god. Monroe. Yes. Please call me for one. My whole life taking out. I did say he Oh my god. He said he met her. She's homeless. This is one of my homes. Yeah, it is. Actually, you live at Speedway? No, this house you just at. Please grab my backpack. I don't want to lose that last dick. Well, I have worked for that. Please grab it. It's right here. Yes. I don't want it stolen. Everything's been stolen from me. It's on the ground right here. Okay. Well, bring it in here. All right. I'm going to have you step out real quick. I need to search you. Okay. No, please. I will star that. Get out of the car so I can search you. You can yell at me, but I can't just like talk to you. I'm begging you. Face the car for me. Good process. My god. Face the car for me. I can't call you. Face the car. Thank you. Stop [ __ ] [Music] Sit back in the car for me. You are getting in the car. You're under arrest for theft. Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car. Regardless of her pleases, she sealed her trip to jail and the rest was just icing on a disastrous cake. She was charged with two accounts of theft and a hefty fine. How are you? I'm good. How are you doing? Good. All right. What question? What are you doing? Trying to trap some cats. Okay. All right. We got a call that somebody was out here feeding the cats and stuff like that. So, I'm trying to trap them. Okay. Do you have your driver's license putting him in? Yeah. Where do you take them once you travel? Okay. Wait a minute. I got three. Y'all have three cops because I'm feeding cats. No, we always we always do this. It's fine. It's unbelievable. All right. Thank you, ma'am. Mhm. All right. Give me just a second, Miss Al. Feeding and trapping feral cats sounds harmless, right? Well, not when you're warned by city officials to stop and keep coming back anyway. These two women thought they were helping, but their repeated trespasses turn them into defendants. You're formerly trespass from this area right here. So, if you come back and we catch you out here, you go to jail for criminal trespass. No, ma'am. Yeah, there. This is public property, city property. There's no public, which makes it public property. Yeah. And the city does not want anybody feeding the animals around here because they're becoming a nuisance. I'm trying to help that nuisance by catching them. I mean, you should they should be thanking me. I've got a trap set right there trying to help catch them and get them out of here. We have an animal control officer that's certified for that. I know that. And Terrence knows that I try to help him catch them. We're telling you no. Okay, the trespass stands. Just don't be around here trapping them anymore. Okay. All right, you go. What are we doing for 939? To see if I was okay 928. Delta Victor 57701. Well, ma'am, we we told you to leave this area. Return to Beverly Robert and color 29. I'm teetering on going to jail for feeding pants. Well, for trespassing. We told you to leave and you haven't left. I could take you to jail now. I'm not trying to do that. Ma'am, do you have your driver's license with you? Uh, yeah. I mean, we're trying to do it different. Thank you, ma'am. I don't I don't We're trying to kill, but we're not negative to nothing. Under Alabama code, criminal trespass in the third degree, is a misdemeanor. When you're formally banned from property, public or private, and you return without permission, it's no longer a misunderstanding. It's a crime. Even doing the city a favor by trapping cats, isn't a defense once a trespass warning has been issued. You want to handle her? I mean, she's still not leaving. If you want to take her to jail, too, go for it. All right, M. Roberts. Mhm. Okay. Apparently, they've had an issue with you out here before with the cats. Not here. Feeding the cats out here, right? Well, I feed them. We've been trying to trap them and we get them neutered and then get them homeless. Okay. So, we're trying to do the city a favor. Okay. Well, the city has asked you multiple times. The city? Yes, ma'am. Not to do this. Uh-huh. Okay. And they have trespassed you. Okay. And now you're trespassing. I'm sitting in my car. I'm not Well, you're on the You're ma'am. You're on the property. You've got cat food. Okay. It's pretty I mean, all in the back seat. It's pretty It's pretty clear what your intent is. Okay. Uh-huh. All right. So, because you've been trespassed and you have returned yet again, we're going to have to take you to jail. Okay. Jesus Christ. No. No. No. You can go, too. I'm just No. So, I'm not allowed to talk. No, that doesn't involve you. You've been told at least 25 minutes ago that you were trespasser here. I will call a lawyer tonight. Yes, ma'am. That's that's fine. You can call You can call a lawyer as soon as you get to the jail. Okay. Go ahead and get in your car. Yes, ma'am. Go ahead and get in your car. Go ahead and get in your car. Ma'am, go to your car before you get arrested. I guess you wanted to. No, I just wanted to say something. Okay, get in your car. Go ahead and get in your car. Get in your car. [Applause] All right, Miss Robin, I'm going to have to get you to step out. Okay. I'd be trespassing if I did. Well, ma'am, you're already trespassing. You all are unbelievable. This is what you're wasting city gas on. Okay. Jesus Christ. Step over here for me. Okay. Now, wait a minute. I'm not going to listen to me. Listen. Hold on. Where are you going? Stay. I'm going to give her my car keys so she can get my car to my house. Here. Give it to that officer right there. He'll hand them. I want to say one thing to you. It's going to get ugly if you don't stop. Can I please Okay, now you just got another Get out. Help him. You Hey, that hurt real fast. Can I get my car off? No, ma'am. You just threw those keys. Come on. Officer, you are not getting anything. Ma'am, stop. Come on now. You're 84 year old. You are way too old to be acting like this. Come on now. acting like a child. Listen, I want my purse. I want I want my purse, my identification. You can't take me without my purse. You understand? You cannot take me without my purse. Go ahead and step in for me. Go ahead and step in. Come on. Close my close my car. Don't worry, ma'am. We're going to get all your stuff. Just step in for me. Well, I I can't without you know, I'm almost 85 years old. Yes, ma'am. I had every intention of putting those handcuffs in the front for you until you started acting like that. Oh, I I fine. I'm sorry. I can't get in. Step back out real quick. Let me put you in the lower car so you can get in better. Jesus. Ow. They were arrested for criminal trespass and obstruction of justice. You're going to be arrested. I'm trying to help you out here. You're going to be arrested. Yeah, you're going to be arrested. Hm. I'm going to be arrested. I'm going to go police. Are you go police? Do [Music] you want her in here? I want you to go county. She doesn't want you in here. Leave right now. We got to go. You're You're trespassing. Sorry. Can I use your phone? No. We don't have a problem. Folks, I'm going to give you an opportunity to leave and you can walk away or I'm going to arrest you. You already arrested my family and you're under charge for I have no idea who your family are. I have no idea who you are. I don't You don't know me either. Why would you got to me? Are you going to leave? Yes or no? I want his but No, I want his phone number to the police. I'll call the police on you. Where'd you come from? What's your match? What's your number? Write it down. Write it down. I'm under. Just put your hands on me. Assault. Assault. I have your number. You can't push. You can't You can't push law enforcement up here. Ma'am, that [Music] you're not. You are under arrest. And I'm trying to be nice. You're about to be prosecuted because I was already ma'am. Did you [ __ ] prosecute him? No. Look at my mother. How you doing, man? Did you get my back? 14, man. I'm taking her into custody. You don't touch my touch. Oh, you 14 custody. Quit throwing me around. Yeah, I'm taking custody. No, stop. Stop. Copy. Any of you can bring him. Ma'am, please don't [Music] go. Please, ma'am. No, you arrested already. Ma'am 41 or 20. You know 14. Stop. I want you to send a squad up here. This may be a condition. You okay? Ma'am, stop pulling on. Okay. I'm going to have a squad check you out. You're going to jail, [ __ ] I'm going to jail. You're going to jail. You're going to arrest me? Yep. Okay. You Okay. My god. You're what? You're about to go to jail. Okay. Get me up. No. No. You're going to stay here. No, you're not pushing me down. 63 radio. Oh, you're not pushing me down. I'm not pushing you down, but you're going to stay here. Truck that was supposed to be here half an hour ago just called me another hour. Send Riches. She's getting to her residence. Is she waiting? Okay. Okay. You just hang tight. Okay. There's resisting arrest. And then there's this. After being told to leave a property, this woman refused, fought with officers, hurled profanity, and at one point even lost control of her bodily functions. It's the kind of arrest that officers dread. Chaotic, messy, and difficult from every angle. Will you stop? I'll be out here. Trespassing is a misdemeanor under most state laws, but it becomes serious when paired with resistance or aggression. Under Tennessee Code, intentionally pushing or making aggressive contact with an officer is considered assault on a law enforcement officer, a felony. Even minor physical resistance elevates the situation fast. And once that line is crossed, no amount of yelling about badge numbers can save you. This ma'am, I want you just ma'am, please. Would you arrest? She just she just crapped herself too. So if she's got no panties on she's crapped herself that did what? Remember from she got arrested one day at where? Planet Fitness one day. Oh, I never been to Planet Fitness. Okay. Yeah. I' I' I've never dealt with her before. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. But but she's she you lose your job. I know. I know. You got to be on welfare. Okay, [ __ ] That's fine. Find out who she is or I have no idea. Yeah, you can look at her. But like I say, just she she's crapping herself. Yeah, I see. This is her ammo. This is her ammo. She gets drunk and comes to show is okay. You're Yes. Yes. Yes. I know. I know. I know. And you're in handcuffs. You're Yes. Not a way. You're a You don't respect that. I'm You are too. Yes. I'm 21. I think we several times there a couple times. She She may just I just got information. She She just crapped herself. She's got no He's got no panties on. So, bathroom. It's uh Hi. [Music] Yeah. What's going on? She's Well, she was laying down on sidewalk came up and tried to get into somebody's car. She goes in here demanding to use their phone. They said no. They want her to leave. She won't leave. Then she started pushing me. So I put her in cuffs. Brought her out here and she crapped herself and laid down. What's your name? What happened? I want to know his dad's number. No. No. Ma'am, you're going to end up getting in that crap. I want It's not my crap. It's your Okay, that's It's not my crap. I want a bad number. I want his bad number. What's his bad number? We'll get it to you. What's going on? I'm not talking to you. Tell her it's 14. Tell her it's 14. It's 14. I don't give a [ __ ] about my [ __ ] [Music] That came back to the 35year-old male. [Music] That all that stuff was hers. No, we we didn't go through that. [Music] Have Have you guys ever dealt with her before? Alliance 47y old female. She is women. You didn't get his badge number. It's 14. No, if this is why first I want you [Music] to already get if you don't get All right, I'm gone now. Really? Hey, check our systems, please. I think we've had several dealings with her at our Planet Fitness in our city. I make sure it's the same person. That's fine. All right. All right. Here we go. Arrest me. Arrest me. Arrest me. Oh, she's not showing her history. Funny. He has arrest me, please. Oh, can you please arrest me? Sorry. Hey, let's not say that. How about that? I mean, her BMD kind of looks like her, but 33 dispatch. I don't know if it's the years of alcoholism or what? She don't look like her. Do you guys have anything? Pardon me. Do you guys have anything about her? No, I mean that I think that we just we're just going to do a uh I don't think we're going we're not going to charge. She's something. We're going to go to Southwest. Okay. You know what I see is no. What? All right. We're going to stand up. No. Stop. Can you stand up? Stop touching me. We're standing up. [Music] I guess that's her. Her refusal to comply, use of profanities, and disruption of official duties falls squarely under behavior that threatens public peace or endangers others and should never be protected. She was eventually charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. Hey, what's going on, guys? Actually, it go ahead. Technically, not really, but I mean, it is pretty early in the morning. Just wondering what was going on. That's what we do. We walk get up early in the morning. You got your ID on you? What do I need ID for? Cuz I just asked you for it. I don't need to show my ID. Okay. If you don't give me your ID, I'm going to take you to jail for failure to identify because I've identified that you've been walking around down here at 5:30 in the morning. Yeah, we do that. No, you're not. Give me your ID. I don't have my ID on me cuz it's at the house. Okay. What's your name and date of birth? Huh? What's your name and date? I don't know. But you can't run. I don't have This is a state where I don't have to show my ID. Turn around. You're going to do this in front of my son? Yeah. Turn around. Are you serious? Yeah. Turn around. My son. Let me bring my son home first. No. Turn around now. Bro, you need Here, let me videotape this real quick. I want this on video. What are you doing to my son? Up, son. It's okay. Okay, bro. I promise you you're going to pay for this. You think? Yeah, I promise you that. We're walking around. There's nothing suspicious. Nothing criminal. I don't have my ID on me. I told you that. And what did I tell you? And you just slam me on the ground cuz I was trying to record. What you keep on What are you rolling me on the ground for? Dude, this is ridiculous. Look what you're doing to my son. There's my phone right there, too. You're a punk ass. You know that, man. I can't even believe you're doing this to my son cuz he was walking around on 4th of July. Have a seat and I'll talk to you. In this case, a simple early morning walk with a child escalated when the adult refused to provide identification after repeated police requests. Although nothing inherently illegal about walking exists, the context suspicious behavior in an area with known criminal activity gave officers grounds to detain and question. Hey buddy, come here. You're okay. Listen to me. You're okay. Hey, big cry. People that don't want to identify typically are involved in criminal activity. I've known this individual to be involved in thefts in the city of camp. There has been no criminal activity. Okay, listen to me, bro. But we were just walking and when you came up, can you can you listen? You didn't hear what he said. Shut up and listen, did you? No. Shut up and listen. So, I saw y'all walk down the alley behind I saw y'all when I was headed into the office. Walk down, walk across the street. Yes, sir. Then I got my unit ready. While getting my unit ready, man, I see y'all back in the alley you left from. Okay. We will always walk from that alley around. That's our house is around that. Is that why we do that? I promise. We do it every morning. I'm sorry. Here. So, here's the thing. That's fine and dandy, man. But listen, we have people that are going down up and down these alleys spray painting and tearing up. Yes, sir. I understand that. Okay. It's the 4th of July, man. But he would have came up and hey, but he just goes, "I've been called for what do you say? Uh, investigation of something." I was like, "What?" Yeah. Okay. So, here's the deal, though. Listen. When I got there, I didn't play games with you. I asked you what y'all were doing. You said, "Okay, I've worked here." Yeah. then that's fine, dude. I love it that you're out with your kid, but it is a little odd. Okay, so when I ask you for your ID, you say, "I don't have any ID." So, what's your name and date of birth? That's all you have to give me. Give me your name and date of birth. What is your name and date of birth? I know, but this is because No, no, this is your last stop. This You're asking me right now? I thought my my name is John Sexton 12:3086. Okay, set time. Under Texas Penal Code, failure to identify can be a misdemeanor or escalate if other criminal elements are suspected. When officers have reasonable suspicion and you refuse to provide your name or date of birth, it becomes a chargeable offense, not an optional conversation. While the optics, an officer taking down a man in front of his son, are harsh once you resist lawful detention. Officers are authorized to use reasonable force to secure compliance. Okay, listen, man. As long as you don't have like a bad warrant, I don't want to take you to jail. I don't like taking people to jail. I don't like doing what I had to do to you in front of you. But you caused it. All you had to do was provide the information asked. We had we had re No, no, listen. Shut up and listen just a minute. We had reasonable enough suspicion to identify you. That's all that matters. But if I do criminal activity. Yeah. But I didn't do no criminal activity. No, I didn't. I do nothing criminal walking with my son. Okay. It's not criminal, but we still have reasonable enough suspicion to identify you. And if I want to give the ID, I can. No, it's not a if the state is not a if you want to state. It's not a It's a state that you they can ID at any time. It's not a This is not a shall I state, but once you're being detained and What was I being detained for? Criminal like we don't know what's going on, but we can call it criminal activity. That's not But I didn't do criminal activity for that thrown down like that in front of my son. I didn't even throw you down if you want to know the truth. You did. And you rolled me on the ground, sir. I rolled you on the ground to I just making sure you don't have any weapons in there, bro. Well, that was just a little overdue and it when a kid right there is all I'm saying. Well, don't you think maybe next time a cop says, "Hey, what's your name?" I have my ID, though. That's what I was telling you. I don't have it on. But I did ask you what your name and date of birth is. I'm not going to sit here and argue with you about it, Mr. Sexon. See, and that's what I was saying, man. I've been doing this. You got warrants out of Woods County. They don't pick me up. I was just Okay, but here's the thing, man. It's a It's a ticket. That unpaid ticket. Okay, but here's the thing, man. Typically, when a cop's out with somebody and they don't want to identify, it leads us to believe that you are involved in more criminal activity than we need to. So, that's why you heard me saying what I was saying because I'm narrating for the camera. I'm not This is not my first day on the job, okay? And I'm going to tell you right now, man, I'm straight up with people. If I tell you to do something, you better be doing it. Does that make sense? Yeah, it makes sense. But hey, you know what? Maybe maybe teach about to do. You know what I'm saying? Like I just my son being there, it wasn't a right time to do all this. Yeah. Well, you know what, man? At 5:30 in the morning, bro. I get up 4:00 every morning. No, that's cool, man. At night, I get up at 4:00. But but put yourself in our position. We have a We our job is to make certain that not going on down here. We see all the spray painting. So, I literally saw y'all cross right here at Indians around here running around doing that [ __ ] I got you, bro. How you getting along over there, boss? Huh? Yeah. He's got possible warrant. So, when I when I was headed in, I saw him walk down the alley. Mhm. And then when I moved my truck around to the covered stuff, you know, you can park back there if you want, right? No, I didn't. Yeah, you can, man. When I moved my truck back around there, like I turned So this is prrowdy. They were already walking out of the alley of Noble. Mhm. They walked and then they just turned around and he went right back into the same alley he came from and he was hanging around on the Oh, it'd be like 101 102 or something like that. I have to go back and look at the address. He's hanging around back there where they cook all that barbecue and stuff. So that's why we're making contact with him. Yeah. When people don't want to identify, typically there's something else going on. You know what I mean? Yeah. Too early for this like 10, huh? Only one. He's down like 10. Yeah. He didn't want to identify. He got his tripped up, put on the ground. What he doing? So when I came in, you know, I come from the north. I see him cross this street. Prowy in the alley way. It's walking down. When I turn to go put my stuff up, they don't come out at Noble. I get my stuff to go and I move my pickup around back and they're hanging around like the back over there, you know, where the bar like where TGC is and stuff. They're hanging around over there. I don't know what they're doing. So, walk finds him. Walks to him. He's like, "I don't have to tell y'all anything." I said, "Dude, like you're being detained, you know, hold on." I said, "What is you give me your ID?" He's like, "I ain't giving you my ID. I ain't giving you I don't have it." I said, "Okay, what's your name and date of birth?" And he said, "I don't have to tell you or something like that." So I said, "All right, go ahead. Turn up and put your hands behind your back. I'll take him for failure to identify like you're being detained." He's like, "I we're just out walking, man. We just we walk every day." Okay, that's cool. But how much crap goes on in these alleys, Jared? No, right. So, uh, he wouldn't turn around, put his hands behind his back, so he got the old jerk kick kick your feet out from underneath you right in front of his kid. I hate to be that way. Fourth of July, you know what I mean? I mean, why is he out this fight more with his kid? [ __ ] He gets up every morning at 4 and walks around. You ever seen him? No. Me neither. No. I call out I call out. Yeah. I purposely drive out. I don't think I'm out of scope for my job, do you? No. I mean, we've literally we've been told to extroll because of issues in the alleys and now we're checking out somebody. Yeah, exactly. We've had breakin. We've got graffiti reports of drug stuff. See, I'm not dumb, am I? People usually have orange that don't want to I know, but they've been on there for 10 years. Like, literally, they're just for tickets. That's all they own. Well, well, here's the thing, though. Are you aware then what they're doing now to to So, now that I've advised you, they're all supposed to put a check mark on them or whatever. So, the next time somebody checks out with you, guess what? There's a good chance you might go to jail for them. So, you might want to start getting a hold of them counties to take care of them. Yeah, you got to get a hold of them now. They say they used to just put warrants out, but they said if you get a hold of them and you can't pay it, they'll work with you. Not put one out. But yeah, but here's this was from 10 years ago. A lot of you a lot of Yeah, a lot of you guys have strung them out so long now that they're saying, "Hey, guess what? Sit them out." Nope. Yep. You can come sit them out. Yeah. All right, ma'am. Mr. Saxon, if you're going to be walking around, that's fine. But we've we've literally been put on extra patrol in the alleyways. So that's why you got checked out with. And if one if me or one of my officers check out with you, at least give them your information. Okay. All right. You guys have a good day. Um, you got my phone? Yeah, I do. Glad you asked. I had to try to come find you. Where you working at? Um, Apple Market. Okay, man. Hey, buddy. See, this is what we don't. Come on, son. Hey, you're supposed to be in there, son. Come on. You can't play in there. That's not ours. Okay, we'll go home and pay. All right, so listen, you guys. We don't mind you getting out walking around, but when the police officers ask you who you are, you better tell them. Okay, come on. Let's go. I'll put these up for you. Good policing isn't just about enforcing laws. It's about using judgment, compassion, and a sense of proportion. Here, the man's refusal to immediately give his information wasn't criminal. It was his constitutional right. The officer's aggressive tactics not only escalated an unnecessary situation, but also opened the door to potential civil liability for unlawful detention. Ultimately, the man was released without formal charges, reinforcing the principle that you cannot be forced to identify yourself during an unlawful detention. [Music] [Music]
