On May 10th, 2026, officers responded to a home after neighbors reported a possible domestic incident involving a couple. Prosecutors later declined to handle the malicious mischief and resisting allegations in superior court and routed them to municipal court. The felony assault case remains pending with a mandatory readiness hearing scheduled for September 16th, 2026. No plea, verdict, dismissal, or sentence has been entered.
