Get on the ground right now. >> Get on the ground right now. Get on the ground right now. >> Get on the ground now. Back on the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> I didn't do anything. >> Let's go. Move up. >> I live here. >> Well, we'll [ __ ] it up and we'll talk about >> No, you know I live here. >> Listen, you know, step you step the back of me. >> Step back, >> sir. The difference between a genuine tough guy and a fake tough guy is that fake tough guys are all bark and no bite. Thankfully, cops are there to give fake tough guys a lesson they won't forget. >> We're all fighting people, dude. Put them in cops. >> Quit throwing the taser. He's not throwing the taser. On April 27th, 2023, police officers responded to the scene of a vehicular accident. However, when they arrived, they spotted the driver fleeing the scene. So, the officers gave chase. >> How you doing, sir? Need you to stop right there. Don't Don't stop running. You're running. Hey, get on the ground right now. >> Get on the ground. You're going to get pain. >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. That's >> Get on the ground. >> Help. >> Get on the ground now. Get on the ground. >> You're in your haze. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. >> There you go. >> Get on the ground. >> Huh? >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground now. On the ground. >> You're going to get taped. >> The suspect Josh was playing a dangerous game. While running through traffic like that, he wasn't only risking his own life, but also that of the officers. Furthermore, he was increasing the adrenaline of everyone involved. And when that happens, more force typically follows. >> Get up, bro. >> You're going to get on your stomach. You're under arrest. Resisting. You are under arrest. >> You're going to get You're going to hate. >> We got a call that the real suspect is hanging. I'm not biting me. >> Look out. He's biting me. He's biting me. Taser. Move. Move. Tas. Taser. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. He's >> still buddy. >> Still buddy. Really? You leave? You better believe mother. >> As predicted, more force was definitely required. Wrestling around on the ground with multiple police officers while biting their arms and ankles is a surefire way to meet the business end of a taser. However, Josh must have liked the feeling of 1500 volts coursing through his veins because he begged for more. >> Taser deployed twice. >> Put him under Put him in cuffs. Under Put him in cuffs on my left. Hey, let go the taser. Let go of the taser. Oh, put him in cuffs. We understand. Let go the taser. >> Fighting people, dude. Put him in cuffs. Quit throwing the taser. >> Stop throwing the taser. Put your hands behind your back. >> I got one hand. Get the other hand out. >> I got the right hand. >> Your hand behind your pants. >> We got We're good. We're good. Despite multiple taser shots, the officer still didn't have complete control of Josh. However, with more and more units quickly arriving on the scene, they were eventually able to overpower him with sheer force. >> Pull the left hand down. >> Go. Go around. Go. >> Hey, it's okay. >> Arrest. You didn't know that already. Got ambulance coming. >> No, >> we've got >> Is he under? Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> We got him. >> Lie is real. >> One in custody. >> Is real. >> Hey, bro. The family. >> Shut up. >> Hey, what's up? >> Check in your pockets. You're fine. The officers secured Josh in cuffs and radioed for EMS as both the officers and Josh required treatment for their injuries. Josh seemed to be under the influence of some type of substance as he wasn't making any sense and didn't seem to understand what was going on. >> I can hear you breathing. >> What's going on? >> Stay down. Don't move. >> You ran from the scene of a crash and you've been tasered once and punched in the face. >> They shot me. >> He didn't get shot. He got shot with a taser. He shot me. He shot me. No taser. Sir, you shot me. >> You under the influence of something? >> No, I promise you. >> Hey, stop me. >> Just stay like this. The ambulance is coming. You're not shot. >> Help me out. >> Hey, you still get mine. >> Don't do anything stupid. >> I'm not. But you shouldn't do this. >> You're in custody. You're under arrest. >> Not over. >> Fleeing the scene of an accident. Resisting. And uh that's all officers. >> I guess I'll be double locking those again. >> No. Cut it out. Cut it out. >> The fire department arrived on the scene to provide temporary aid while ambulances were on the way. Needless to say, they were just as shocked as the cops to hear about the intense scuffle. Shortly after, a supervising officer pulled up and was informed about what had transpired. >> Let me let me brief them real quick. We hear about the rollover. Me and Juan start coming this way. We see a male black running. We're like, "Oh, that like is he on a jog? He's shirtless." Then we hear the suspects running. We U-turn on him. >> We get out. He starts running from Juan. We run this way across the street. He's like, "I'm gone." He's like, "Give me your gun." Starts looking at me. >> We kind of corner him, circle him. He starts like pulling away, resisting. >> He bites Juan, like latches onto his forearm. So, we all get away. I tase him, doesn't do anything. Tase him again a second time. He locks up trying to get him under control. >> While everything's closed, right? I end up doing like another like while I'm latched onto him another cuz that's the only time we could get him under control. We tried to get him under control under power. I mean that was it. Everybody started showing up. But apparently he's coming from like a shooting range or something. We're going to go back track >> this way. All right. >> What extent? >> He's tased twice. Juan's bit on the forearm. >> Two 5 seconds. >> I shot one. Shot the second one. He locked up and then he was still fighting. So while I was on it, I pulled the trigger again >> to re-engage it because they were still fighting. Correct. All right. You good? >> I'm good. I'm good. >> All right. I just >> Take a breath. >> No, I just want to go find whatever he threw. He's He's high on something. >> We don't know. We're gonna go backtrack. As long as you guys don't need me here from a gun range. >> Julio, he just said something about that. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> So, all right. If you need me, hit me. >> The officers questioned Josh about the crash that he was involved in, but he wasn't very helpful. Whether he was trying to cover himself or simply too high to know what happened was anyone's guess. How bad how bad were you hurt in the crash? >> How were you hurt in the crash? >> Yeah, crash. >> Where the car? Car crash. >> We got to be checked out by the paramedic. >> Hey, Josh. What's your last name? >> Josh Wolf. >> Yeah, >> Joshu. >> My recollection right now, >> he got he ended up getting punched cuz he was still like going at people. Yeah. I mean, >> um charges battery charges against >> Oh, he bit one for sure. He didn't He didn't really It was maybe an assault. Just tell me he was going to He's God and he's going to do this and do that. But I mean, I was No, it's fine. >> We're going to get him. >> Thankfully, emergency services arrived on the scene. And although he managed not to bite any of the EMS personnel, that didn't mean he was going to make their job easy for them. >> Right. for the paramedics. >> You want us to pick you up? Yeah. Pick you up. >> Josh, paramedics. Remember, we were talking. >> It's okay. We're >> going to the hospital. All right. >> What's your name? >> Sarah. >> I'm helping. I'm having a sucking my phone. >> You got to help breaking me. >> I'm helping you. I'm getting you out of here to go see >> it. Yeah. >> Josh was charged with hit and run, driving with a suspended license, improper lane use, aggravated DUI, and two counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer. His bond was set at $150,000. On April 14th, 2024, a police officer was dispatched to a residence following reports of domestic abuse. >> Stop. >> Get on the ground right now. >> Get on the ground right now. Get on the ground right now. >> Get on the ground right now. Back on the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> I didn't do anything. Hang on. Back right now. He's behind your back right now. >> The officer didn't hesitate to jump into the fray. At first, it seemed like the suspect, Cody, was going to cooperate as he followed the officer's orders to lie down on his stomach. But it wasn't long before his temper got the best of him. >> Get back on the ground. >> Stop and quit talking to him. >> You're under the ground. >> Rescue on the ground. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. >> Deployed. >> Ouch. Ouch. >> Hands behind your back. On the ground. >> On the ground right now. >> You get it again. >> Hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't do this. >> Your hands behind your back right now. Put it back. Watch it. You got it off. >> It was a classic fake tough guy move. Screaming and shouting and doing his best to intimidate everyone around him. Then the moment he got hit with the taser, he cried like a little baby. It wasn't tough. It was pathetic and embarrassing. And once he was in cuffs, he went right back to being a fake tough guy. How are you? Cody, shut the up. >> That's enough. >> I pull up and he off him. He won't listen on the ground. >> How do you go to get down? Get back up. Still listening to commands. >> Put me in man. >> Your kids are listening. You can beat your relax. What's his name again? >> I not do anything, dude. Oh, I messed your dad and your sister. >> I did not do anything funny. >> While the officers fiddled around with the taser probes lodged in Cody's back, he began arguing with the two other individuals on the scene. The officers eventually had to intervene to deescalate the situation. >> Shut the me face to face, boy. I'll beat your >> Yeah. Relax, man. >> That's why you didn't do nothing. You >> about to go piece of >> Listen, you're about to go, too. We're not doing this. >> You're not making any better. >> Keep her out from me. >> Who is that to you? >> Can you keep her out of the way just until we get him out of here? >> Mover. Relax. It's over. >> Over. What? >> It's over. Relax. You, >> dude. What did I do? I didn't do anything. >> Chill. >> Cody told the officers that he didn't do anything wrong. The officer informed Cody why he was face down on the lawn in handcuffs with two taser probes sticking out of his back. >> I put you start trying to physically assault him with that ball. I throw it at him as hard as you can. Not get get out until you get on the ground. You don't do so. All right. I put my taser out till you get on the ground. >> I was trying to assault anybody with a bottle. What do you mean? >> Yeah, you did. You threw that freaking plastic bottle right there with that blue liquid in it. >> Uh, show me the B cam. Show me the body cam. >> The B cam. >> Show me the body cam. >> Don't hatch. I want something else. >> No. No. You're going to show me the body cam in court. >> That's fine. >> Okay. Show me the body cam. >> Settle down. >> You're going to show me the body cam in court for what you got to say because you're saying wrong. >> So yeah, >> because So I seen wrong, right? >> Okay. Show me the body cam. >> I seen wrong. >> Show me the body cam right now. >> Okay. Tough guy. Body cam. Tough guy. >> Show me the body cam in court. You're going to show me the body cam. a tough guy, aren't you? >> No, you're body cam. >> You need to show me the body cam in court. >> You know you're a fake tough guy when the officers sarcastically call you a tough guy right to your face with Cody face down in handcuffs. The officers started to search him. Afterward, they questioned the other people involved in the altercation. >> Let me get this straight. He don't He don't live here. >> Mhm. >> He Yeah. About 3 months ago. >> Let's get this straight. I'm not trying to be mean and yell at you. Okay. I'm not trying to yell at you. >> I came here. >> When he's flipping and you're screaming, it's not help. >> I know. And I'm sorry. I'm not used to this. >> I've been sober for a year and a half. >> Is he on anything? >> No, we're not that you know. Not that you know of. >> Right. He's working somewhere up town. This is my house. I'm >> Does he live with you? >> Yes. >> He liv staying here. >> But the call we got was he's not supposed to be here. >> Nope. That's in the lease. >> Yeah. They allowed it because I begged because, you know, he's my husband. >> He has war once. >> One here in Ohio and one in Michigan, you know, >> uh in townish county, I don't know. We got pulled over some kind to visit kids. >> Okay. >> He doesn't have a driver's license. Refused to grow up. >> So, has he been living here >> for about 3 months? >> Okay. And he was getting ready to throw something at you. >> He threw something at me like a Gatorade bottle or >> I stand over there. So, yeah. He was just getting really hostile trying to push him. He just had heart surgery. He had four five implants in his heart. >> Oh heart attack. >> Yeah. Hey. Yeah. >> You don't need to be fighting. That's for sure. Yeah. >> So, you know, >> Well, he's going to be going obviously going to jail tonight. >> I don't care. >> I mean, I'm Congratulations on being clean. >> Thank you very much. >> EMS arrived on the scene to treat Cody. Although he wasn't seriously injured, when a taser is deployed, it's protocol to call EMS. >> Now, I don't understand why social media is so crazy about police like you. >> I'm a paramedic or whatever. >> Me, I'm behind you. >> Hey, the me you you leave my friend down. You You should be here with the family in charge. Okay. Make sure you're driving away from anybody. >> I'm just saying be careful. That's all. >> I know what the f in charge is. I didn't do anything. That's why I'm so >> That's why I'm freaking out, dude. I did not do anything. >> Okay. >> What did I do? >> I already told you. >> What? >> Let me tell you again. I already told you. >> No, you tell me again. No, >> I don't have to. >> No, you tell me again. What did I do? >> Disorderly obstruction. >> Uh, how's that? How did I disorderly obstruction anything? >> Nobody told you. >> No, show me your body cam. >> Guess what? >> Show me your body cam. >> Guess what? What? >> I'll argue somebody's high or intoxicated. Okay. >> I'm not high or intoxicated. >> Okay. >> I've been drinking a little bit. >> He was transported to a nearby hospital to be medically cleared before being taken to jail throughout the entire interaction with officers and EMS. He could not keep his mouth shut. >> Don't get me out of these cuffs, dude. I'm not >> threatening charge. >> He video cam me. You dumb. You're just caught charge of threat with me. You >> We're going to see the body cam in the court. You piece of That's >> okay. >> You good? >> What the did you do? >> It's on. >> What did you do? >> No. What' you do? >> What did you do? You shot me with a >> What? Body taser. When I did anything wrong. >> I resisted arrest. Watch for I resist an arrest. Actually, >> you did? Yes, >> I did. Yep. >> Okay, we'll see it. >> I told you we'll see. You will see it now. >> Real loud, dude. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Pretty tough guy for talking with handcuffs. >> Yeah. You're a pretty tough guy for put me in handcuffs and you were talking before handcuffs. >> Well, it's pretty handcuffs. Now you want to talk. >> Yeah. >> Now you want to talk. >> Cody was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business. The officers cut him a break and decided not to charge him for making threats toward them. On July 17th, 2024, a police officer responded to a gas station where a man was accused of retail theft. When the officer arrived on the scene, he approached the suspect who was standing outside the store. >> I tried paying for a sandwich, sir. >> You drive a jet. Don't grab me, man. >> I didn't touch it. Don't put your hands on it. >> Hey, chill out. >> Please, sir. Stay right there. >> No, sir. No, I'm Sir. >> Sir, >> put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Hey, I'm trying to eat. I got to say, you don't want to listen to me. >> Put your hands behind your back. ankle on your back. Put your paper on your back. >> In case you didn't catch that, the suspect, Frank, headbutted the officer right before he was aggressively taken to the ground. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind. >> Hands behind your back. >> All right. Yes, sir. Leave. Hands behind your back. >> Very poor. >> Give me my >> hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> Help me. Please >> put your hands behind your back. >> I'm inside. >> Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. Stop resisting. >> All he had to do was put his hands behind his back and his struggle would be all over. Thankfully, another officer arrived on the scene and assisted the police in gaining control over Frank. >> You're going to get tased again. Hand by your back. Hand by your back. >> Help me. >> Grant some more. >> Let go. Release your arm. Help. [Music] >> Got one cup on that hand. >> Help me. Please help me. Please. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. We got to move that way. >> Please. >> Hands on your back. >> Please, sir. Help me. I am not good. You are. Breathe, sir. Please. >> Bring it around here. Bring that one right. Bring up. Bring it up. Bring it up. Bring it up. Oh, we got >> two cups. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. >> There's no doubt that he would be in serious pain, but it was all completely avoidable. Next, with Frank secured in cuffs, it was time to search his belongings. >> I came up here. >> I hope that wasn't a syringe. You just stuffed me. >> I don't shoot enough. I swear. or >> don't bottom of the backpack stuck me right gloves here. Yeah, I did. Uh we're all >> Please help me. You I'm pretty sure it is. So you got to tell me. >> Please. Yeah. >> Please. >> I mean, yeah. You guys good? >> How's that? >> It's not terrible. Not good. But >> a [ __ ] out of me. >> Just dump that out right there. >> I just want to make sure it's not a syringe. >> Glass. >> Oh, broken glass. >> Although getting cut by broken glass is never a good time. After searching Frank's belongings, an officer went inside the store to speak to the employees and get their side of the story. >> What was going on? I kept telling him to leave because he came up like a half an hour ago and got two buffalo bites and a pack of cigarettes and a lighter and then he didn't have a way to pay for them so he left. Well, then he comes back in and he's like, "I'm going to get a burger." And I'm like, "You don't have any money. Why would you come back in here? Like, get out." So he leaves, calls me a walks over to Jack in the Box. Then like 20 minutes later comes back and grabs two cheeseburgers. I'm like, "You told me you didn't have money. Get out of my store." And he's like, "Call the cops. >> You clean yourself up first. We can get our statement later. >> Call the cops." And I'm like, "I don't want to call the cops. I just want you to go away. Like this doesn't need to be a thing." And he said, "No, call the cop. Call the cops." Okay. So I finally told you guys. The clerk informed the officer that they wanted Frank trespassed from the property, but the law is the law. And just because he didn't have any money, it didn't give him the rights to walk into a store and steal. >> You met the officer, dude. Well, you headbutted him, too. >> Over a sandwich. >> Ding me, man. But it sounds like I'm getting >> Yeah, cuz that's what happens when you're resisting, bud. >> You got to do >> I was I'm >> No, you weren't. I can't do when I'm handcuffed. I can't move, man. I had to bite them. >> Hey, Frank, future reference. If you don't have the money to buy a sandwich, come down the station. I'll make my link. >> Listen to me. Don't just grab a sandwich off the shelf and start eating though. Come down the station. I'll make you a meal. All right, Lieutenant Rail. When I'm working, you come down there, you're hungry, I'll make you a meal. You ain't got to steal a All right. >> I But never steal anything. >> Okay. back in there. Have a seat and then pull your leg. >> All right. >> It's covered in ch. >> Yeah. I'm trying to get it off. >> Please, please. >> We're good now. Okay. >> That hurts. >> There we go. All right, have a seat for me. Okay, Frank, are you hungry? I know you just ate, but I'll get you something else if you want it. You do you want you want something to eat, something to drink? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Frank was charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer and one felony count of resisting arrest. On May 17th, 2024, airport staff alerted Ohio police that an entitled New Yorker was highly intoxicated and refusing to leave the airport after being told he wouldn't be able to fly to Las Vegas. >> How you doing, sir? How's it going tonight? >> Good. Uh, >> what's going on? >> I'm a New Yorker and I'm going to EDC. >> Where? >> EDC? Las Vegas. Okay. And what's going on? Why were you yelling at them down there at the Hudson? >> Sorry. >> Why were you having an issue with the employees at Hudson? >> I don't know where I don't know what you were talking about. >> Why were you Why did you have an issue with the employees at Hudson? >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> Okay. Well, where where's your flight at? Where you >> There. >> Where? Okay. There. All right. Where's there? What airline? >> Uh Frontier. >> Frontier. Okay. And you're going to fly with Frontier. What time's your flight lane? Sorry. >> What time does your flight leave? >> What time do you go bye-bye? Do you understand that? >> No, I don't understand. What time do I go bye-bye? >> Yeah. Where when do you leave? When's your flight leave? Departure. >> I'll tell you in a second. I'll tell you my my confirmation. >> Okay, very good. >> While the suspect, Johnny, searched for his airline ticket, he continued to make small talk with the officer. He had just arrived on a plane from New York where he said he was served drinks by the airline but denied being drunk and getting into an altercation with anyone. >> Department. What's your name, sir? >> Sorry. >> My name is Detective Dietrich. I'm with the Queen Police Department. Okay. I just want to know what your name is so I know who I'm addressing right now. >> I don't I don't want to be addressed. >> You don't want to be addressed? >> Not by you. >> Who do you want to be addressed by? Cuz right now they're saying they didn't want you to fly with them. >> Who? The airlines, they also approach me. >> What? I don't >> I don't I don't I don't know what to say. >> You're saying they don't want you to fly with them cuz you're intoxicated. >> I can't speak any more clear English. >> Work. >> Okay. So, what are you going to do now? Just chill out? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Johnny said he was on his way to a party in Vegas. The officer told him multiple times that he wouldn't be flying to Vegas that day, but Johnny just didn't seem to understand the seriousness of his situation. >> All I'm saying is uh it's EDC. It's EDC. >> Okay. EDC. Okay. EDC. I got >> EDC. It's EDC. >> Okay. I got it. EDC. >> Electric Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas, Nevada. >> All right. Awesome. >> America. >> All right. USA all the way. Right. >> Home of the brave. Right. End of the free. All right, I got you. But but there, like I'm explaining to you, there's an issue with you intoxicated or disturbing, they can refuse you to fly with them tonight. >> Frontier. Yes. Okay. >> Worry. Worry. >> All right. That's what I'm saying. >> Say less. I I Okay. Great. >> Great. Where? I'm in Cleveland, Ohio. >> Yes, sir. >> Jesus Christ. Tell me better news. Johnny was so drunk that he seemed to think that because he had a ticket, the airline couldn't refuse him. But that's not the way it works. If the staff deem you too inebriated to fly, they have every right to refuse you on board. >> What time's your flight to Vegas? >> I don't know. I I >> All right. All right. >> They served me on the flight on the way here, though. >> What? They said, and they served you and I think you got a little too intoxicated. They said you were so hungry. >> You might you might want to grab a bite to eat. Sober up a little drinks. >> No more drinks for you tonight. >> You want a drink? You want a drink? >> No. No more drinks for you tonight. All right, Johnny. >> So, >> you're good? >> Yeah, we're good. Johnny, >> you going to leave me alone? >> I'm going to leave you alone unless there's a problem. Okay. Now, if I get a call, then I'll have to deal with it. All right. >> Okay. >> Work with you. Work with you. Well, you have a good night, Johnny. All right. You want you want to bump this? All right. Behave. >> As Johnny wasn't under arrest or trespassed from the airport. The officer's job was done. However, he left him a warning that if he got himself into trouble again, he would have some explaining to do, and it wasn't long before the officer crossed paths with Johnny again. You >> got this. You >> serious? Like, why are y'all trying to Why y'all playing me right now? Why Why are y'all playing me right now? Hey, Johnny. >> What are you talking about, >> Johnny? >> Why can't I go to Las Vegas right now? >> Because they deemed you too intoxicated or under the influence. And I told you that before. Then they're probably going to refuse you. >> Say less. Say less. All y'all say less. All y'all say less. All right. Very nice. >> How do I get to Las Vegas? Cuz I'm stranded in Cleveland, Ohio from New York City. >> You'll have to go up front and reschedule at the ticket. >> Are youing serious? >> They're not letting you fly. >> This is illegal. This is illegal. >> No, it isn't. >> Come on now. Like just take me to where I got. >> If they deem you impaired, too impaired to fly, cause a disturbance, they can refuse you your service. >> You will get punched in the face. >> Are you Are you threatening? >> Okay, >> you're going. Go on. You're threatening about punching people in the face. You can leave in the face. >> You're leaving now. >> The officer who originally encountered Johnny escorted him towards the exit. After everything, the officer was still trying to maintain a good rapport with Johnny, telling him that his best bet was to return tomorrow and get a new ticket. >> Stop talking to me. >> Frontier Airlines frontier. Oh word, you guys have no clue who I take my glasses off so y'all can see in my face. No threats. Stop. I'm going to sit down. I have to fix. Where's the rapper? >> Where the heck? >> I hope y I hope y'all better. I'm not y though. Like for real. For real. >> Johnny kept delaying leaving the airport at every opportunity he got. Instead of leaving, he felt it was a better idea to stand his ground and argue with the officers. >> How do I get to Vegas right now? How do I get to Las Vegas right now? >> We're not going to get there tonight cuz the lab is the last flight out. >> So, y'all stranded me in Las Vegas. That's illegal. I'm not it. Come. Are you serious? Are you serious? >> Get a hotel. You can get a hotel room and come back here in the morning and go fly. They said you could do it online yourself. Your yourself for you to tell me that I'm trans. I'm going to Las Vegas and y'all stopping me. You guys are stopping me because of my voice. Because of my voice. This is my voice. I can't help it. I'm handicapped. No one knows that. Okay, great. And they serve you on the airplane. Y'all, yo, y'all. Yo, seriously. Like, just text. I'm trying to get to Las Vegas. I I I'm going to I'm not I'm not a come to my voice. Just come to my voice. Come to my voice. I'm too loud. I'm too loud. >> I'm too loud. I'm I'm an opera singer. I'm an opera singer. I sing opera. >> You guys know opera. Opera. Opera. Opera. >> New York. >> Cathedral. >> You know New York. You know >> Yeah. >> I I just have a voice. That's it. Regardless of his profession, they'd given him multiple chances to leave the airport. And eventually, they just got tired of the attitude. >> Come on now. You ain't helping me. You're not helping me. >> Hola. >> You know what? What are you doing today? >> We gave you every option. You're causing a disturbance. Not >> I didn't know that. You didn't inform me that. >> Oh, no. You've been >> No one informed me that. >> Threatened people. >> Jesus. I'm done with here. >> I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. >> Now you're not going to make it to Vegas at all this gave you every chance. >> I'll be I'll be glad. I'll be >> Where do you want me to go? Where do you want me to go? Where do you want me to go? >> They're sitting right here. >> Okay. >> Yeah. My >> I have ID on me. My aunt's a member of SE service for >> my aunt. I'm so sorry. I did not mean to. I I'm just I'm frustrated. I'm so sorry, guys. >> Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, guys. Like I'm not a threat. >> Where's your ID that I don't know somewhere else? Yeah, >> I'm so sorry, guys. >> Guys, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. >> While it was refreshing to hear him apologize for his behavior, it was too late. The officers would have liked to seen that side of him hours ago. >> We don't need you to keep telling us to suck your after we're given every option to leave. Bring your arm around. >> Okay, you got to take that off. >> Strap your stuff over there. Set it down. >> Set your stuff down. Set your stuff down. >> Okay. Okay. >> Are you serious? Well, we gave you every option. >> No, not that. Not that. Not that. Actually, first you threaten you threatened to punch her in the face. Then you told her to suck. Said you suck your >> I never I never Come on now. Y'all not helping me. You guys are supposed to help me. >> I'm so sorry. I'm so I was going to help you. You got mad at me when I told you I was going to help you. >> You told me crying what your options were. You told me to suck this. You told me to go to Frontier. >> Okay. I told you I told you Frontier. I told you to sober up. I told you to sober up and come back in the morning. You didn't want to hear that. So now we done I said >> we told you to leave numerous times. >> Oh, my bad. My bad. My bad. >> Johnny kept giving the officers every excuse in the book for his behavior. From claiming he was blind and deaf to blaming Frontier Airlines for serving him alcohol. >> Oh, I can't say something in Ohio. You can't say something in Ohio. >> Well, you keep tell saying it over and over again. No, >> you're disturbing. We asked you to leave. I I left. >> You want to get You want to get in trespassing, too? Cuz we kept telling on you to leave and you wouldn't leave. I'm just trying. >> We could get We could charge you with trespassing. >> I'm not I'm totally not I'm just I'm totally not trying to do like the thing. >> I just felt >> My bad, guy. Like Like low key like >> Do I have mine now? I don't think I have one. >> Wait, how could you bring one? >> Oh, well you you act like I didn't show y'all respect. My bad. >> Do me a favor. Turn towards me. Turn towards me. Set your butt down. >> Okay. >> My bad. My bad. >> Slide in. >> My bad. So, my bad. My bad. My bad. Guys, I'm My bad. My bad. My bad. >> Johnny was arrested for disorderly conduct. On January 2nd, 2024, police officers were dispatched to a residence following reports of a burglary in progress. When officers arrived on the scene, they observed a suspicious male wandering around the property. >> I have a gun in my pocket, so don't start. >> I'm not going to pull it, but it's in my pocket here. >> Okay. Okay. Settle down. >> I working on >> Okay. Just listen to me. Just listen to me, sir. >> Just Just walk towards me. dog. >> Just walk towards me. >> You >> just go move on. >> I live here or we'll find it out and we'll talk about >> you know I live here. >> It's not a 38. It's a 3X. >> He's been detained. Okay. I knew this was going to happen the >> Yeah, dog. >> Yeah. >> Wait till you find out I have to do you screwed up. You >> You have any other weapons on you? >> No. Yeah. I have lots of knives, you dumb They're in my pockets. >> Relax for a minute. >> No, dude. You live here. My grandparents built this whole subdivision. you. >> Although the initial reports said that the homeowner had passed away and that nobody should be there, the man claimed he was a relative and had every right to be there. While that claim is plausible, it was difficult for the officers not to have doubts because he was acting extremely defensive. >> Hey Tyler, the the reason why we're here is because somebody called. >> Yeah, I know. But I live here. We come here all the time. >> We come here all the >> That's the issue. If you if you relax, calm down, and then we figure out everything and we figure out that you do live here, then we're good, man. >> No, you're you're so agitated. >> Please uncuff me and get in the back of the car. At least so I can breathe. >> You have to understand that in our job securing your weapons, man. That's all, >> brother. The reason why we're here is because we got a call. >> Okay. >> Checks. Okay. went off. My news is good. >> If everything checks okay, everything's going to be okay. >> You called my grandparents, right? >> That works. >> I just need you to relax. >> The officers removed knives and random tools from Tyler's pockets. If Tyler had every right to be there, then he had nothing to fear, and his temper was just slowing things down. >> You guys are dumb. There's nobody there. No, they built this whole subdivision. This is our first house. We're trying to sell it. I'm a construction worker. Working on it, you dumb. >> No, I'm mad because I know who did it and it's right there and she my mother last time we were there and you guys didn't do about it. >> Where's your ID at, brother? >> In the [ __ ] my wallet. >> Will you let me go into your >> Don't do you want to do >> it? >> She knows who I am. >> She came. He was here helping me last time. >> I own the house. >> Let's go have a seat. >> Tyler gave the officers permission to enter his truck and retrieve his wallet and ID. At the same time, he continued to demand that the officers call his mother and grandmother to confirm that he owned the house. >> Listen to me, man. >> No, I'm mad. I didn't say it. It said stop yelling. That way you can listen to me. One of your neighbors called in so we can explain. >> Yeah, I know exactly who it was. >> You can take him out of that. Yeah. One of the neighbors spotted and said that someone would break into the house. >> You can stay right there. >> I have keys. >> Can you listen? >> I have keys. How do I break in? So, you want to listen? >> God damn it. I will never respect a lobster again in my >> I'm trying to >> you. >> Okay. So, I won't explain it then. >> There's nothing to explain. I own the house. >> Yes, there is. There is something I can explain to you. But you don't want to listen because >> because I don't need to, sir. >> Yes, you do. >> Well, tell me why. >> I own the house. >> Okay. Are you going to listen to me? >> No. Here's the deal. >> Have at it, sir. >> So, your neighbor called in and said, "Someone over. >> Are you going to let me talk?" >> With the handcuffs off, Tyler was free to call his mother. However, things took a sudden turn for the worse when he spotted the police officers touching his weapons in the back of his truck. >> Someone got a business card on him. >> Throw case number on there. Let's get out of here. >> I'm sitting here with about 10 police officers got slammed to the ground. >> You have it on camera. You didn't get slammed for a crown. >> Oh, that's right. Hey, I got down willingly cuz I'm not a dog. Yeah, I just got arrested. They won't give me the keys. They're unloading all my weapons and doing all kinds of bull. >> Hey, what the >> Hey, why are you doing that? >> What a boss. >> Help me. >> You're under arrest now, >> you're under arrest. >> You're taking my gun. Okay. >> Now you're under arrest for sort of law, sir. >> I didn't I was trying to figure out what's going on, sir. Oh, you're not listening. >> Come on, guys. Guys, >> cough him, >> sir. >> Stand by. >> Keep your eyes up, everybody, for the other gun and his friends. >> No, I have no friends, sir. I'm calling my grandfather. >> Sir, I you're not, >> sir. >> You're under arrest. >> You're not sweet. >> I didn't feel you. Sorry. I'm sorry. I can't breathe. Can I please? >> You need medical attention. >> I just You need medical attention, guys. What the? >> You could have been cooperative. You took it. >> But what did I do though? >> You charged the officer. >> I I apologize. I wasn't doing that though. >> Your mouth can run as much as you want. Nothing happened to you. Charge an officer. You go to jail. >> They gave Tyler every chance to walk away a free man. But he continued to scream, shout, and attempt to physically intimidate the officers until he had pushed it too far. >> Hey guys, can we just talk? >> No, you're under arrest. No, I want to just talk for one second. >> Talk earlier, sir. >> Because sir, this is my home with lot of time. >> How is this being cool, guys? >> The beginning. That's the beginning. >> Guys, >> I tried to explain it to you. I >> I haven't raised my voice once, >> guys. >> You've been yelling at us the whole time we've been >> Come on, guys. Guys, you guys just arrested me in my home. >> Yeah, >> because of your actions. >> Well, and I understand that, but come on, guys. You're taking my weapons and my guns apart. >> We're not taking your stuff. We're going to leave your stuff here. >> Here. >> Guys, >> you wanted to do it your way. >> Guys, can you guys please reason with me? >> You wanted to do it your way. >> Come on, guys. I can't go to jail. >> You are today. Right now. >> What did this mean? Can you guys arrest for assault on >> But what does that mean? I didn't do anything, sir. Guys, >> we were trying to explain it to you. I think what the >> I wasn't trying to charge you. Okay. I'm sorry. >> No, but you're way up here. >> You're way up here and I think that's just how you are. You need to bring it down. >> Guys, look. Can I just talk to you guys for two seconds? >> Can I take my jacket off? All right. No, >> I'll do that right now. >> We put the handcuffs on already. Go ahead and try to explain to us. >> Look guys, my uncle that used to live in this house passed away. Okay. He was a horrible drug addict. You guys probably had calls here before. >> Okay. >> Okay. Now, we are trying to get this cleaned up. My grandfather is in bad, bad shape. >> I believe you. >> And I'm trying to get this figured out. Okay. >> We've had bad problems with this lady across the street. She assaulted my mother. You guys did nothing about it. Okay. >> The officer explained that even if it was true that he had had issues with his neighbor, that didn't give him the right to treat the officers there so disrespectfully. >> Look at me. This is what happened. Your neighbor called in. I don't know your neighbor. We don't know what's going on with you. They call in. They say they know that the property is being broken into. It's abandoned. That's what we have. >> And I appreciate that. And I'm I'm stupid for being >> They call us. They tell us that someone's breaking in. They say there's a pickup truck parked in the front. We park and we see somebody. I know. We don't know your truck. >> I understand that. >> We come. We see a guy coming out. They say they messed with the electrical box and they made it enter into the home. So, here's our protocol at that point. >> We get we get dispatched. So, what do we do as police officers? >> You got to do your job. >> Yes. We come, we get verball. And guess what would have happened if you would have just stopped and just said, "Hey, >> we would have detained you. I've already had a bad and you would have been gone on your way." Sorry. >> The officer went on to explain that due to Tyler's temper and aggressive behavior, they were simply disarming his weapons until he calmed down for the safety of everyone involved. >> If you would have just listened and just explained to us calmly and said, "Hey, this is my house." You would have been the end result where you got released would have been the same. It would have been no different. But here's what changed. Your attitude changed and the way that you were composing yourself led to what happened right now. Okay? And if you would have just said, "Hey, like you did, we released you and you would have been on your way and it would have been, "Hey, we got dispatched. The guy lives here and that's it." And we would have been gone, >> sir. Wouldn't you be a little upset though? >> Yeah, but I wouldn't have done it like you did it. >> But I didn't do anything. I was running to the I didn't walk to him at all. It should be on your cameras cuz I didn't go charge to him at all. >> If your action If you would have done this differently, would you done it differently? >> Yeah. If what now? Sorry. >> If we can go back, would you have done this differently? >> 100%. Because I I Well, no. Well, I don't know because I'm mad this morning. I had a very bad morning. I get it. >> We're not mad at you. We're just doing our job. >> I understand, sir. I understand. >> The officers took photographs of the scrapes on Tyler's face that he accumulated while he was face down in the dirt wrestling with the officers. They asked him if he required any medical assistance, but he declined. After that, the officers prepared to transport Tyler to jail. >> How long you been a plumber? >> Oh, I'm not a plumber. I'm an aircraft mechanic. I do everything. >> So you're like a jack of all trade. >> Yeah. My grandparents built this whole subdivision. >> Let me listen to it. >> Okay. >> Word of advice. I know you're not gonna if you want to listen, you can. >> No, I'm listening to you, man. Chill out a little bit. >> You're just a little on the right. Right. Okay. >> Relax a little when you're like talking to cops cuz we try to be cool and if you're cool, we're cool. Like your your actions dictate our actions. Okay. So if you're cool, we're cool. We just we have a job and we're going to do it the same way every single time. And if you just >> chill, >> we can do our thing. >> Tyler was charged with assault on an officer and taken to jail. On May 8th, 2023, police officers in Marian County, Illinois, responded to reports that an armed thief had attempted to rob a convenience store. When officers arrived, they immediately spotted the suspect pacing around in front of the store. >> Hey, come here. Psych. >> Uhoh. >> No. Come here now. Come here now. >> Where? >> Drop hand now. Drop your now. >> [ __ ] >> Turn over. Put your hands behind your back now. I want to die. >> What's your up? >> Tas me, Britain. Britain, stop. >> Due to the man's baggy clothing, the taser had little effect. And although the suspect Britain was outnumbered and on the ground, he wasn't giving up without a fight. >> Stop. Taser. >> Get me out of your back now. >> Tase me, man. Tas me, bro. Please put the >> Watch out for pepper spray. Give me your hand. >> Shut the roll over, Britain. >> Right the now. >> I'm rolling over. I can't roll over my knee. >> You're about to get pepper spray. >> I'm sorry, guys. >> Don't be sorry. Knock it the off. >> I can't breathe. >> We'll get you up. >> If you learn to live, Britain, >> take my pack. >> I believe so. >> All drugs. I'm sorry. Britain attempted to spray the officers with wasp spray as they approached, but unfortunately for him, it had zero effect. With Britain secured in cuffs, he was searched and questioned by the officers. >> What's in your pockets, bub? What's in your pocket? >> K2, >> I can't talk right now. >> Okay, relax. You just got me. >> Okay. Any needles? >> Any weapons? Any weapons? >> Listen to me. >> Any weapons? >> Any weapons? Are do you have any weapons? >> I have my nail. Can I grab that? >> Just here in a second. Yes, sir. >> Yes or no? No. No. Don't Don't reach in. >> Please. Please. Let me hang on. >> Oh, hold on. Please. >> Do you need to take a hit? >> Do you need to take a hit? Do you need to take a hit of it? >> Yes. >> No. No. You're safe now, B. >> I promise you. I promise. You know me. >> I've known you forever. >> Tommy, please. >> We're not doing that. We're not doing that. >> Hey. Hey. Hey. Stop doing that. >> No. No. No. No. No. No. >> Nope. >> Can you tell where you from? >> Nope. Nope. No, no, no, no, no. >> Did you get the knife? >> Oh, I can't find it anywhere. They told me he had a knife. >> What? >> Where? At Dollar General. >> Yeah, up on the counter with it stuff. >> Oh, okay. Okay. >> Britain admitted to being on drugs. Although he was known to officers for petty theft, it appeared as though he stepped it up a notch by attempting an armed robbery with a knife. >> Please don't shoot me. I see this on the news all the time. >> I just don't want to be shot. What's wrong? >> That was a little scary. >> Okay. Did he do all this? >> Yep. >> Are those your lighters he had? >> PD, right? >> Yep. Okay. >> Hey, >> if you want to break him here and go down. Well, that's what I was going to say. It's yours cuz he's going to >> What was it? >> Raid was spray. >> You like that? I mean, you'd be stinking. >> He sprayed it at me. So, you got >> Yeah. Nope. 100% all day long. >> Egg. >> Yep. >> Oh, yeah. Yep. >> I'm sorry. >> I didn't hurt you. I just stole some stuff. >> Thanks for the confetti. >> The officers escorted him to a cruiser to get treated for his injuries. >> Come on. You're not playing anything. >> Get that wire. >> Get the laser probe out of him first. >> Please let the nurse do it. >> Let the nurse do it. Please. >> I'll let the paramedic do it. >> Oh, paramed. >> Where's the paramedic? >> He's right there on your right there. >> Show me who my parents are. >> Please. Please. All right, Alex. >> My mom is police again. >> Relax. >> I do it, man. My hand. I don't feel safe without it. >> All your hands. It's totally in your hands. >> Okay. >> Trust me. You're working on this. >> Wait. >> My foot. Under your foot. >> Please give me my [Music] Please. I can't breathe. My h >> my haler. Please. I'm doing anything you ask. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. >> Stop. My >> stand up straight. Relax. and let him get the taser probe out of >> breathe. I want to be able to breathe. Please. >> You're talking. You're breathing. >> You're talking. You're breathing. >> Britain had asthma and wanted to ensure that he could take his inhaler with him to jail. And of course, the officers granted that request. They continued to try to search him. >> Okay. Can you search me in the light, please? >> I'm scared of y'all, man. Stop. >> Y'all may shoot me. How many of it is y'all? >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm not reaching. 10x is my shut up. >> Okay, you got the title. I don't want to be shot. >> There's an open knife in this pocket. >> That's what it is. >> I dropped steel. >> Where am I going? No, you stole my money. You stealing my money? They'll take it to the counties. They don't take it to the counties, man. They don't. No, they don't. >> Search your money. >> I'm going in, man. I've been in here. Please put me in, man. >> Search me, man. >> I'm trying to. >> Please. You keep squirming around. Stop. Knock it off. >> Britain was loaded into the back of a police cruiser and transported to a nearby hospital. Throughout the entire drive, he continued to make a scene, shouting, screaming, and squirming around in the back seat. >> Listen to me. You fight with us at all, you're getting pepper- sprrayed. You understand? We're not putting up with hospital staff's not either. You got it. Let's go. Sit down. Okay. >> Here. >> Weren't you guys here yesterday? >> Yes, man. >> Listen, I got these guys here one more time. Got to take one more time. >> Come on. Take it one more time. >> Stop. They're here to help you. Not >> to help you. >> Why are you >> You don't look it. You can't take it. So, >> okay. >> Now you're going to get hurt. Do not do that. Open your goddamn hand now. Let go of it. >> Now open your hand now. Please help me. >> All right, let's go. Okay. Okay, I'm good. I'm not going to do nothing. I'm not going to do anything. I missed my haler. I just missed my haler. I had three of them. I'm hoping I'm hoping. I'm hoping. >> Well, let's put the gown over you. Can we slide up in this bed? >> Ready? >> I'm sorry. >> 10 down, huh? >> After he like chills out, well, actually, he gets like the psych labs on him. >> I'll put another one in. Britain was charged with multiple counts of battery on law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, damage to property, retail theft, and possession of a controlled substance. On December 19th, 2024, police responded to a Chase Bank location in Boca Raton, Florida, following reports that a man was yelling, claiming that the manager had refused to give him his money. He's talking. >> I have a major account in this in this building. All right. I want my money now. >> I'm sick of the I'm treating I'm treated like a lesson. Zero. >> I'm talking to you like >> Well, I'm talking to you like a fan. >> Come on, son. >> No. No. I want to get my money now. >> It's not going to work out the way you think. I want you to >> Yes, it is. >> All right. You >> I own the place. There's 10 things that you can do differently right now. All I'm asking you to do is listen. >> Step outside and talk to them. >> Listen, you know, step you step back. >> Step. >> Step back, >> sir. >> The officers asked him to step outside to explain his side of the story, but he didn't want to listen to their orders. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. >> I put my hands >> Listen. Turn around. >> You're under arrest. Put turn around and put your hands behind your back. Now you're going to get tased. >> Do it now. Sorry. >> Do it now. >> We told you it's not going to work out the way you want. Listen to us. We're not trying to hurt you. >> I'm sorry. I said please. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Please. >> Can you please stop? >> Why? Why? Why? Why do we got to get to this point? >> That's why I'm sorry. >> Why do we got to get to this point? >> I'm saying I'm sorry. >> Like a man. >> I'm sorry. I have a I have a wedding today. >> Here you I have a wedding today. All I wanted to do was pick up my wife's jewelry. >> Okay. Okay. >> Let go of the bag. >> Went about it the wrong way. >> Please. Please. I'm asking you for mercy. Please. >> You need to listen more. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. I just I I just have to buy my wife's jewelry. >> Let's walk outside. Come on. >> All right. Take the door. No. Why not? I asked for mercies. >> If he didn't want to go to jail, all he had to do was lower his voice and calmly speak to the officers. But he had no one to blame but himself. >> You got some money here. We're going to >> Yeah, that's my That's my money. No, no, no. Put it back in my pocket. >> Hold on. >> Yeah, take your time. Yeah, this is bad. We're real young. >> You got to move up a little bit. The seat doesn't start. So, further up, >> you're on a >> sir. >> Yeah. >> Eddie, the branch manager of this branch we met before. Okay. Just give you a fair warning. You can't come back to this location ever again. >> That's fine with me. I'm taking every dime out of here. All right. Over 10 over $100 million. You're talking. >> I'm taking every dime out of you. That warning extends for one year. Okay. >> It was funny how the handcuffs suddenly hurt so much for someone who acted like such a tough guy a few minutes ago. >> Craig. >> Yeah. >> What's up with this uh with the handcuffs? >> They're killing me. >> You got two of them. >> They're tight. >> All right. Look, listen to me. Okay. >> What's up? >> You see my whole finger fits? >> Yeah, but they're killing me, man. >> I know, bro. Listen, let me see the other ones. >> You got a whole finger. I can fit my whole finger in between. >> They're killing me. >> Killing me. All right, listen. I got your money real quick. All right, just to make sure that we're on the same page, this is the one that was in your pocket. >> Yeah. >> So, we got 40. We're going to count that last. So, you got 50s, too. 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 660. >> There was more money than that there. >> 660. >> There was more money than not there. You >> still got to count. Look. 660. >> Still, there was more money than that there. 6. >> There was more money than that there. >> 671. >> Someone touch my money. >> 672 673. >> 674 694 695 696 697. >> It was obvious that he was just trying to find fault with the cops by accusing them of stealing from him. In reality, what really set him off was how he felt he was being treated. >> Yeah. Let me let me let me explain something to you because you're not explaining it to me. What am I being arrested for? >> Okay. So, we counted your money. >> Yeah. >> Okay. This is what you had in your pocket. We just want to be clear. Okay. >> What is it that you want to know, Craig? >> I want to know why am I being arrested? I didn't do anything. >> Ready? >> Yeah. Ready? Yeah, I am ready >> to listen today. You were in the bank causing an issue. >> I did not cause an issue. You got to listen. >> They were the issue. >> I'm going to explain to you one time. If you want to listen to me, I'm going to explain to you. Okay? I'm trying to be as respectful as I can towards you. This is what we we got to the bank because you were acting aggressive towards people. >> I was not. I was not. >> You want me to leave? >> I was not. >> Okay. When we got there, >> take these cuffs off of me. I don't belong having cuffs in Yeshua Hamashia's name. >> When you when we got there and tried to talk to you, you approached the deputy like you were going to hit him. >> Okay. No, he was approaching me. >> No, you're all on video. All three cameras. You're on video. You're under. >> So, what are you now? >> Got a bunch of >> Hey, watch your knee so it doesn't hurt. >> He claimed he hadn't done anything wrong. But judging from the employees reactions, they genuinely felt threatened by him. >> You're not letting him go, are you? >> No. Please. >> Why would we put handcuffs on if we're going to >> I need a case number? >> Because after you put this to my global security ID? Sure. Give me a sec. Hold me up. >> Yeah. >> It's not like that guy. The guy just >> Hey, buddy. You want one? >> All right. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you for coming. Yeah, of course. You >> need my you said? >> Yeah. Hey, I'm the branch manager. Thank you. Got it. >> Thankful. He needs help. It's not the second time he did that. Wasn't >> not as bad. He was just like he wanted something. Oh, he wanted a an Uber, >> right? >> I said, "We don't do Uber. We do the regular cab." >> And no, I want an Uber. I think >> How long ago was that? >> That was uh Monday or Tuesday, but it wasn't that bad. He was just like, he was upset cuz he said, "We can't do Uber on the phone for you." You know, Uber, right? So, I said, "I go get you a cab." He goes, "Oh, okay." But he was just it was about to blow up. But then he calmed down cuz I got the cab for him. >> Yeah. No, he's just uh It looks like that's he thinks that being a that way will get him. >> You know, he has a lot of money. He has a lot of money, but doesn't have that money, right? >> So, it's mine. >> So, there you have it. Frank wasn't a multi-millionaire after all. He was just your usual tough guy. >> How can I make sure he's not going to come back here? He's afraid that and we're worried that he's going to come back here and we let him go. >> Oh, so we can give trespass warning as well. >> I need that. I need something like that. >> Come out to the car. That would just be for this branch. I will oppose every branch. >> We can't do it for every branch. >> Okay, make it this. Let's start with this branch and I'll let my global security department know that we'll get universally please. Of course, >> you're going to take him off. Why don't you take him off? The piston. [Music] While in custody, Frank threatened that he was going to cut off an officer's head. As such, he received an additional charge for threatening a public servant. He was charged with battery on specified persons as well as crimes against persons for the statement he made to the officer. However, being a fake tough guy might work a few times. And when these bullies try to square up to police officers, they find out the hard way what happens when cops give fake tough guys a lesson they won't forget.
