Don't touch me, >> ma'am. You're going to BE >> YOU DON'T HAVE WHERE'S YOUR WOMAN? >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON [screaming] THE GROUND. >> STOP RESISTING. >> GET IN YOUR MOUTH. GET him out. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Dealing with one unhinged individual is hard enough, but when they come in pairs, all bets are off. Luckily, the officers in today's video showed up for the job. These duos pushed things over the limit and found out what happens when cops have had enough of obnoxious couples. >> Stop. Get the out of my house. On February 15th, 2025, police in Crystal Lake, Illinois, received a call from concerned neighbors reporting a disturbance at a nearby residence. When the officers responded to the location, they were met by Gary, a middle-aged man with a black eye and a very temperamental attitude. >> Hi, dude. >> Officer Alvarez, Crystal Lake, Police. >> Yeah. >> Mind if I come in, bud? >> No. >> No. >> What's going on today? >> We're just cooling up. >> What does that mean? Just hanging out. >> What happened to your eye? >> Doesn't matter, dude. >> What do you mean it doesn't matter? >> I got my best. >> Actually, it does matter. We're coming. >> No. No. NO. NO. IT ACTUALLY DOESN'T. NO. YOU'RE NOT COMING IN. DON'T TOUCH ME. You're not touching me. I will put you in handcuffs. Don't touch me. My daughter put you in No. No. My daughter hit me in my elbow with her elbow. You're not coming IN MY HOUSE. >> YOU'RE NOT COMING IN MY HOUSE, BRO. Get the out. >> Don't touch me. >> You're not coming in my house. >> Don't touch me. Tell them right now. Tell these you guys are okay. That's all. >> Yeah. We don't have to go out. We're going to remove your shoe right now. >> Get the out of here to investigate this because our old neighbors think >> out of here. We just need to talk. >> No, you're not talking to nobody. Get the out of here, bro. >> Walk away and calm down. Get the >> out of here. My daughter plays basketball and she hit me in my elbow. >> Get the out of here. >> You're not coming in. The call from the neighbors along with Gary's black eye and his erratic behavior gave the officers enough probable cause to investigate what seemed to be a case of domestic violence. Even though both Gary and his wife denied officers entry to the house, the way she kept trying to calm him down made it look like she was worried about what he might do. >> See all these? Come here. Step into step in here. >> You step in here. >> Relax. >> Okay. >> We see that. Relax. >> Hit me. Get out of here. >> Is there another? >> No, we're not TALKING TO NOBODY. MAKE SURE there >> don't touch me. Don't touch me. All right. Get the out of your house back right now. >> No, I messed up. You're in my house. Get the out of my house. >> Get the my house. You out of my house. >> You are not allowed to put your foot in my house. >> OUT OF MY HOUSE. GET OUT OF MY HOUSE. >> Get out of my house. >> Arrest. You're under arrest. >> I'm not under arrest. >> Get out of any house. >> Don't make it any worse. Don't make it worse. >> Get out of here. >> Don't make it worse. Okay. >> The woman Nicole was somewhat right. When the officers first arrived, they had no right to enter the house without a warrant. [music] However, the moment they announced the arrest, the debate was over. From that moment on, the couple had only two options. Either deescalate and fight the officers later in court or continue resisting. >> I'm not going to be under arrest. I know my rights. I know my >> You grab him. You're under arrest for aggravated battery. >> Relax. Relax. >> What's What's your name? >> I will put you to the ground. I don't want to have to do that. Relax. my rights. >> You're under arrest. Could you grab you under you're under arrest? Could you put your hand under arrest? >> Okay. Well, relax, >> ma'am. Put your hands behind your >> Get the out of my house. >> Do not make it worse. >> You're done. >> Don't make it worse. >> Don't worry. >> Do not make it worse now. We're in here now. Okay. >> No, you're not in my house. >> We're in here. You're under arrest. >> No, you're No, I'm not. >> You're under arrest. Okay. >> No, I'm not. >> You're under arrest. >> Get the out of here. >> Okay. >> Get out of my house. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back. No, >> you're under arrest. Call your sergeant right now. >> Okay, we will. Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop. Put your hands behind your right now. >> Call your sergeant right now. >> You're under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> This man. No. The first officer came into my house without permission. >> The couple was so sure they were right and the officers were wrong. So, they continued to resist and obstruct. At that point, both of them could end up in jail, regardless of whether or not there had been any incident before the police arrived. >> Get out of my house. >> Like I said, we're not >> Get out of my home. >> We're investigating. >> Get out of my home. >> We are investigating. >> Get out of my home. >> You are under arrest. >> I have a police officer. >> Turn around. We're under arrest. >> Get out of my home. >> Turn around. >> Get out of my home. >> Turn around. Stop. >> Stop. >> Police. They're like police right now. Call the surgeon. Call [screaming] >> now. CALL THE SURGEON. >> STOP, GUYS. >> RELAX, GUYS. >> You better >> put your hands behind your back. >> This is dumb. This is dumb. Straight dumb. You have nothing to do. You nothing better to do. I got cameras. >> Oh, you guys are dumb. Stop crushing my wrist, bro. Relax. >> You know, dude, get off my wrist. >> Are you Are you going to be okay? >> Are you going to be okay to get up? >> Get the off. Or >> do we have to put you in a rat? >> Cameras >> or do we have to put you in a ra >> all around you, dude? >> Are you going to be okay to go to the squad? >> All right. Are you relaxed now? >> I know you paid off your citizens money. >> Yep. >> All right. We're going to stand you up on your side. Okay. You stupid, bro. >> I'm not cold, bro. You off, bro. >> All right, stand up. >> Okay, you up, bro. You guys hurt? Are you guys good? >> Since Gary was I rate, the officers decided to keep him and Nicole separate. Seeing her getting arrested might trigger another outburst, and they wanted to avoid that at all costs. Also, it was cold outside, and Gary was wearing nothing but his underwear. up, dude. Stayed up, Nicole. >> You up. >> Just stay inside for right now. >> You got up. >> Step back inside. >> Stay up. You got out of here. Step back inside. >> Stayed up. >> Step back inside. >> Yo, you mother. >> Hey, relax. Relax. >> This little mother. >> Okay. Hey, mother. Let me dude. >> Relax. I got you. >> Relax. We're going to talk. >> No. This mother. Stop. Stop. >> Stop this [ __ ] >> What? What's your first name? >> Gary. >> Gary, calm down. >> Dude, we you guys really came in here. >> Okay, so >> you guys >> right now you're under arrest. Okay, >> relax. Okay, >> cool. >> Just relax. >> Relax up, though. >> Are you hurt at all? >> No, no, no. You my house up though. >> Okay, now you up. >> All right, I need you to just stand right here for a sec. You got to go loosen this up. Is >> everybody else in the house? >> No. No, >> got my kids are gone. >> Clear the house. Make sure there's no kids. >> No, don't come upstairs with your shoes. No. >> Despite wearing only his underpants and a pair of handcuffs, for some reason, Gary still thought he could bark orders at the police. Since it didn't work, he continued insulting and berating them in any way he could. >> The I want my own pants. I get out of my house. This little You're a bro. You >> need medical attention. >> No, you're a bro. >> You need medical. You're a bro. >> You're a punk motherucker, dude. >> Stop. >> No, you guys up tonight. I'm coming. You up. All the crystal the up. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> No. No. Don't. Don't touch me like that, bro. >> You keep the out of here, bro. Don't touch me like that, mother. >> Let me put some pants on, dude. >> We'll let you do that. Dude, let me put some pants on. Dude, >> you're a >> I'm not a grab you some pants from >> you, dude. Get the out of here. I don't know who the you are. I want my pants, bro. >> My house, dude. In my house, you dude. >> We told you to leave. We are fine. We are perfectly fine. The out of here. Loosen my up now. Loosen it up. >> Puffs are perfectly fine. >> You guys are crystal as. >> While the officer searched for his pants, Gary continued his rant. He talked about how much money he had and how valuable his stuff was. It wasn't until he got to jail that he finally calmed down. So, >> what happened today before we we showed up? >> What do you mean, what happened? What? What? >> We got called here for domestic. That's why we knocked on your door. Can you talk to me about what happened? >> What do you mean? Who knocked on my door? >> We knocked on your door. >> I wasn't here. >> You weren't here. How'd you get that black eye? >> Who's my You guys are >> No, you got it. >> No, you guys are screwed. Thank God my records up. That's That's worth more than all your goddamn money, babe. >> Great. Where's your pants? >> Where babe? Wait. Buy my pants, dude. Buy my pants. >> We're cooling out, dude. >> You know how much this bag cost? >> I don't care how much >> I don't care. I KNOW. CUZ I'M A PRICK. YEAH, you're a >> I don't want to disrespect you guys, dude. >> I know. >> No, dude. I just want to get the I got to GO HOME AND SEE MY GODDAMN KIDS, MAN. >> Drink come out. >> No, this new. >> Okay. >> No, I just got new and I No, dude. You know, you guys seem like cool mother, dude. I'll tell you right here. >> I'll tell you a couple. I'll grab it. >> I'll tell you a couple stories, dude. I'm not a dumb mother. I'm cool people, dude. >> I know, man. >> You guys are cool people, too. I'm not trying to do this. I know why you have to do this. >> No, dude. I want to go home. >> Gary was allowed to wear some pants, and be taken to jail. He was charged with domestic battery, resisting arrest, and obstruction of a peace officer. Nicole was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting arrest, but her case was later dismissed. When hotel staff in Ohio asked a couple to leave the lobby on April 10th, 2024, they refused. After the staff alerted the police, officers quickly responded. When they went inside, they found the couple having a good time, oblivious to the fact that their night was going to end badly. You guys have ideas on me? >> I don't hear anything you're saying. >> Good. What's your social? >> You don't blow your social. What's your first name? [clears throat] >> I don't know that either. >> Me, you prove to go first, >> huh? >> So, you're going to have to undo yourself. >> I do yourself. >> Officer Savior's the police department. >> You know who I am? >> No, I don't. Damn. When they realized the officers were there for them, the couple got up and got ready to leave. The problem was that in a trespass situation such as this, the suspects had to be identified. And that rarely goes without issues. >> I don't know who you are. >> You only know who I am. >> I'm not being with them. >> You still need to ID yourself. [singing] >> I have no idea. >> Huh? >> I ain't got no idea. >> So, you can either fight your or you're going to go in handcuffs. Handcuffs for what? >> For not IDing yourself. >> Ideally violating criminal. >> So that is a crime. >> Okay. So how about this? >> Anything wrong? >> There's nothing that's been done here. So we can leave. >> You as well. We're going to have to >> Okay. So I'm going to leave. >> Your name also? Jennifer, what's your last name? >> It's reading >> and I would like to be speaking to you and not just but you know the way that things have to be done with there's an authority issue. >> The couple was 42year-old Jennifer and 46-year-old Jason. While he seemed jovial and not at all worried about the officers being there, she sounded like she had a bone to pick with law enforcement. I respect you, sir. Thank you very much. Oh, let's see. We got uh >> shoulder if you can give us this >> tired being some sit down >> and getting disrespected by officers and being detained. We're asked to leave. >> Do they come out and ask them where he wants to go? They don't have one time to leave. Okay. So, >> and you guys didn't leave. >> Okay. So, then here's the thing. We can leave right now and not have to be detained. >> There's no reason to be detained. >> There's no reason to be detained, though. And I find that to be absurd. >> Jennifer quickly [music] took center stage while Jason stood back enjoying the show. She complained about police mistreatment. Apparently, she had an altercation with the police recently and wanted to show proof of it. >> I was detained by the police a few weeks ago and I still have bruises on my body >> and I want you to see them >> with pressure points. Would you like to see all of them? Because that will require me to be very rude in public. >> And it did happen and they called me a different and then took me to the hospital and I don't appreciate that >> because I went along with it thinking that it was part of something that was not. >> Is there a reason you guys didn't leave when I asked you to? >> These are things that are very very important to me. >> There reason you guys didn't leave when I asked you to? >> No, she didn't ask to leave. She explained the real reason they were there and wouldn't leave. They were homeless and it was cold outside, so they tried to take advantage of the hotel lobby. At that point, Jason stepped in and resumed his weird performance. All right. >> I don't get no back to the sticks. >> Either >> or shoot. >> What happened, baby? Let me hold that. I know I don't hold one. When they come to me, I go take my tools and I'm trying to take the trash out of the only place I can't of the police department. For a few moments, the officers just stood there watching the show. At one point, Jason turned his back as if he were at a Greenpeace protest. Then, the couple hugged and started dancing to the music. The officers had better stuff to do, so they prepared to get things over with. Man, please >> come on. >> Relax down. >> People that hard. You >> watch your arm. >> Give me your hands. >> We're trying [laughter] to walk out the door. Why do you have to be so rough with me? YOU FORCED ME TO CARRY every Nola, [screaming] >> you're okay. Just breathe. [screaming] >> Just breathe. >> I'm going to roll you [music] on to your right side. Okay. >> No, please stop. >> Well, then stop resisting. >> Then stop forcing. What? I told you where to take me to and take him with me. Why? Good for Lord. >> Being handcuffed didn't change the way Jennifer acted. She continued to complain and tried to tell the officers what to do, how to hold her, and bered them for using pressure points to control her. >> Stop. I'm not even resisting. YOU'RE JUST PRESSING ON ME. >> ARE YOU GOING TO WALK? And you stop pressing on and then I can walk. >> You have to understand it first so bad. You're going to make me poop myself. You should not be using that much pressure. >> No, you have to understand. >> Okay. I What if you would stop pressing on pressure points? You're pressing on pressure points that are making me Okay, hold on. >> But this is important. >> We will grab it then for you. >> I'm trying. You're pushing on person. >> No, I'm not even holding on. >> You need to stop. Do you understand where your arm is? >> Once she was taken to the squad car, a female officer performed the search. One of the officers inquired about the relationship between the two, but it seemed like neither of them knew how to respond. >> How far do you want me to go? >> Who's he to you? Or what? >> You go ahead and take a seat in there. He's [music] very important. Important enough, I wouldn't call him my husband and I would have called him my husband a long time ago. >> Say it's no title. >> What you want to do? Go ahead. didn't even ask us to leave. >> Whatever, man. Go talk to CSS again, man. You weirdos, bro. What the are you doing, man? What are you doing, Sage Lewis? What the are you doing? You ain't doing nothing, bro. >> Yeah, best idea. Yeah, take freeze that account again. Both suspects were charged with resisting arrest, obstructing criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. Jason was charged with an additional count of unauthorized personal disclosure. After pleading guilty to resisting, the other charges were dismissed. [music] He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 76 days suspended and a year probation. Jennifer bailed out, didn't appear in court, [music] and now has an active warrant. On January 12th, 2023, Officer Lucas arrived at the scene of a crash in Semino County, Florida. The accident happened when a young couple in a Volkswagen got sideswiped and then rearended by a van. At first glance, this looked like a clear-cut case, but things took an unexpected turn. >> Volkswagen driver, the female, states that they were in the merge lane. They couldn't get around. The van sped up and that's where they impacted. >> Okay. van driver stating that he was in the right hand lane, which they both seem to agree on. >> Okay. >> And he said the Volkswagen was at his four panel. We should have slowed down to merge in, but they tried speeding up. >> Okay. So, it happened right here on this virtual section. >> Yeah. Coming down here right from the intersection. >> TJ, see if you could get his driver's license information before they leave and we got rear ended by a semi and we're already in the works of that. >> Okay. And then he smashed into it again which damaged this. Put the freaking nasty cut in the bumper. >> Know where the land over there? >> Yeah. Yeah. Hold on. >> So the first point of impact was where? >> Right. >> Right here. All that stuff. >> Okay. So when when he sideswipes you, you guys are continuing in in motion forward. Both of y'all. >> Yeah. And then we went to go slow down because we're like, "Well, we need his insurance." He just usually >> Officer Lopez took the couple's information for the report, thinking they were the victims. They claimed the van sideswiped them, then hit them from the back. However, another officer would soon challenge that claim, essentially saying that the couple may be at fault. Even if so, like if you're ahead of me and I'm in the straight through lane, >> this is my lane. I have to ride away. You have to slow down and go behind me. There's no law that says I have to slow down and let you over. >> He has the right to keep going. >> So, if they merged over and there was a connection, they're going to be >> Okay. >> So, you're you're in the merge lane. You were in the merge lane. >> You're in the merge lane. You're getting in between these two vehicles, including him. and he decided it was a good idea to speed the up and then he totally sideswiped us. >> Okay. >> Like I literally saw him push on the pedal and saw his head come up. >> Yeah. So even with them jumping in front of them or jumping in front of him hitting the brakes, that's unlawful. You said brakes. You can't jump in front of someone cuz he has to have enough time to know that you're looking. Basically, this damage even solidifies it there at fault. You jumped in front of him, jammed your brakes, he hit you cuz he didn't have enough time. That means they probably sped up, cut him off, which is why she has that first impact by the rear wheel. >> Okay, >> that just says that you merged over and you connected, which means you didn't have the room to come over. >> Okay. >> The officer stressed that the only time the couple would have had the right of way was if a sign explicitly said so. Otherwise, the man driving in a straight lane had the right of way. At that point, the male officer interviewed the driver of the van the couple hit, who basically confirmed his suspicion. >> He's kind of It's funny that this car is probably about like back here near the bumper and then he decides, I guess, that he doesn't want to merge behind me. Yeah. >> So, he just guns it >> and then like, you know, I'm driving and there's a car in front of me >> and uh the lane's like, you know, merging and I'm like clearly this like the only way only place I can go is into the ditch on the right hand side there, right? And so I'm like, I can't believe this. It's like slow motion. And then like he just he guns it and then like I don't know what he expects me to do, but he just like, you know, he's parallel with me and he just bumps me in the side, right? And so like when that happened, I was like I was like, you know, I got kids in the car and I'm like, whoa. >> Yeah. And then what happened after that? >> I can't believe what happened. And so so I kind of slowed down a little and he jumps, he guns and jumps in front of me. >> Okay. >> And it slams on his brakes and then I rear end him. Okay. He immediately jumps out of the car and like starts coming at me like here's like he like slams his hand like >> so the the male half was driving not the female. >> I'm not sure who Yeah, he was driving. Okay. >> Well, yeah. I'm pretty Yeah. Well, actually, no. I actually No, I'm not sure was driving. >> The couple clearly believed the van driver was at fault. So, the officer interviewed them again to make sure he didn't miss anything. Believing they were right, they told the same story again. What they didn't expect was to get cited for the accident. >> You are going to be found at fault for the crash. All right. I know you're from I give you Georgia. Generally, laws are the same everywhere. That's why you can go from here to Florida. Ste look the same. You know, field or yield signs look the same, stop signs, all that such. So, in the state of Florida, if you're in a merge lane, someone's in the straight through lane, they have the right away, which means it doesn't matter that he's sped up. You slow down and you get behind them. >> The fact that you sped up and crossed over. >> We didn't speed up to cross over. We were saying the same speed. >> What did you say? You said >> no. >> So even even if you did that >> you don't do that cuz I will arrest you. Next word out of your mouth better just be quiet. >> No, that's a threat. >> That is a threat. I tell you what. Tell you what. Hold this. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You resist, you will get tased. I'm telling you that right now. Put your hands. You haven't done nothing wrong. >> Too fast. Send me another unit. >> Put your hands. Put your hands behind your back. You're going to get tased. >> You're scaring me, bro. >> Stop. >> Put your hands behind your back now. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back or you're going to get tased. >> I'm not going to give you another warning. >> Some might say the officer jumped the gun, but the passenger just threatened to beat up the van driver who had kids in the vehicle. When he was told to back off, he didn't, but started arguing with the officer. From then on, everything the man did and said further justified the officer's decision. >> Stop this thing or you're going to get dude. I will have your job. >> What's your name and [music] badge number? >> What's your name and badge number? Huh? >> Turn around. >> Huh? >> What's your name and turn around? >> Please do. >> Okay. >> Please. I wish you >> Okay, stop moving. >> I wish you would take off >> and do what? >> Are you threatening me? >> No. I think I wish you would. >> I wish you would take off that bag. >> Shut up. I wish you would. >> What's your name in bad? >> It's on the paper. >> Oh, really? >> That that white meter. >> I got you. I got you. >> Lucas 2031. >> You just told me. >> I hope you have that on record. Oh, I hope you do. >> After threatening the officer, too, the man continued resisting on the way to the squad car. As if that wasn't enough, his partner joined in and started berating both the officers, threatening to sue them and have them fired. >> I wish you take off that goddamn belt, boy. >> Another charge. >> Oh, no. That didn't correct. >> It's a freedom of speech, sir. >> Is that freedom of speech? Yes, it is. It is a limit. Go over there now. >> Go watch. >> Yes, you are. Touch me one more time and I'm going to have your whole department. >> You're so overwhelmed, my guy. You're so overwhelmed. >> That's it. That's it, mama. >> Seeing her partner get placed in the squad car. The female had stepped back, but by that point, she had already disobeyed the officer's commands, and [music] he was tired of arguing with the two of them. >> Going to jail. >> You are being placed under arrest. >> I have money. >> Turn around. I don't care. Mama 113 for 25 airport. >> I'm going to my property. He's attending the second >> four, sir. >> Police coming to you at 123 and 103. We have heard everything. Let my children go. >> I don't know who's on the phone, but I'm hanging up. >> I've been on the phone the entire time. Heard everything. Let my kids go. >> Your dog's going to the Sim County Pound. All right. Your car is going to be towed and you are going to jail for resisting. >> You have any questions? Okay. Have a day. >> Yo, I didn't even threaten you, bro. I'm going to have your badge. >> Okay. >> That's all everything. >> Nope. You cannot. You're an arresty. You don't have the right You can call him when you get out of jail. [laughter] >> What does that matter? >> You broke the law. You broke the law. >> On the road to jail, the man bragged about how he won several cases against law enforcement. In the end, both suspects were charged with resisting and assault. He was fined $661 [music] and she was fined $39. The nononsense officer kept his job. On February 25th, 2025, a couple had to be removed from the hospital emergency room in West Palm Beach, Florida. After refusing to leave, the staff called the police. On their way out, the couple called 911 themselves and asked for a sergeant. >> You're off. I believe that they're calling >> bad number 1953. >> 1953. >> 1953. >> Yep. You can call from the road. >> Yes. Can you hear in the background? Yes, involving the police officer. Yes, a sergeant. >> Yeah, I need to get in contact with Miss because I'm trying to figure out how this sergeant is. >> She retired 5 years ago. >> It doesn't matter. Don't talk to me. You just keep going. Keep going. Keep walking. Letting you know she retired 5 years ago. >> It doesn't matter. I can guarantee you I can find somebody over YouTube. She is retired. >> You can call 8221900. Despite being bitter about it, the couple was about to leave. The problem was that they were so focused on arguing with the officer that they walked past their vehicle. When they realized their mistake, the male turned back and started walking towards the officer. She perceived this as aggression and responded adequately. >> All right. Have a good night. Thank you. >> All right. >> All right. >> If you come back, you'll be arrested. You'll be arrested if you come back. >> Get in my vehicle. >> Excuse me. >> I can't get in my vehicle. >> No, you can turn around cuz if you walk if you walk on me like that, you will you're going to get in my vehicle. >> Where's your vehicle? She has not record this. Hold on. You telling me to get I can't get in my vehicle to leave. >> It's right there where I was walking to before you pulled out the firearm. >> This is not a firearm. Hold on. Hold on. Record this telling me to leave, but I can't go to my vehicle. AND YOU GOT A >> FIREARM POINTED AT ME, BUT YOU WANT ME TO LEAVE, BUT I CAN'T GO TO MY >> MAKE. >> I'm trying TO GO TO MY VEHICLE SO I CAN LEAVE THE PROPERTY. >> NOT RIGHT NOW. >> The couple had a point. They wanted to leave, but they already passed their car, so they needed to go back. However, they should have approached the officer calmly and explained, but they didn't. At that point, not only did the officer not feel safe, but the couple gave her more reasons to be concerned. >> So, how do I leave? >> You're going to stand right there. >> About to come back. >> Yes. You're trespassed. >> You're trespassed. How are we supposed to get >> You're trespassed. So, where's your vehicle? >> I JUST TOLD YOU IT'S RIGHT BEHIND. >> YOU need to stop. >> He just told you. >> Okay. So, why don't you go sit? You can sit down. >> Hold on. Hold up. >> Go down like this. >> Thank you, sir. You see this riot? Thank you. >> Everything is audio and video recorded. >> Okay. Get a police officer here now. I got an officer threatening to shoot me. She just wanted me to leave. I I'm at the St. Mary's Police Hospital. Um I was going to leave. She told me I can't come back. Stop. I got I got to go right here. Please, please, please, please, please. >> My car's right there. My car's right there. How am I going to leave you? >> I'm going to call the police right now. >> Got a problem. >> All right. >> I can guarantee you, >> sir. I need you to move back. >> As strange as the situation was, it just became even stranger. While the couple arguably had a reason to be frustrated, the man with the beard had absolutely no reason to get involved. He too was about to make things worse. >> Move back. Oh my god, bro. Move back NOW. >> CAN YOU BACK UP WITH THAT GUN, PLEASE? >> I WILL NOT. You will get tased. >> Can you back the up your weapon, please? >> Continue and you're going to GET >> I'M NOT ARMED. >> CONTINUE AND YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> Can you start me? I need you to go over there, please. >> Thank you. If you refuse, you will be escorted off property as well. So, it's that simple. Either move back or you're going to equally be asked to leave. So, move. >> Go. >> Oh my god. Are you Are you serious? Cool. That they're all three are going to be trespassed. >> So, I'm going to >> You're going to wait here until another officer gets here. >> Okay. >> So, I can wait here now. >> Right now, you are staying right where you're at because you're going to get arrested for trespass after a warning. >> Now, I'm getting arrested. >> Yes. >> Look at that. Are you are you >> sir? Back up. >> Sir, back up. >> BACK UP. Back up. [laughter] >> Not only did the bearded man refuse to leave and disobey a direct lawful order, but he also joined in with the two suspects in mocking the officer. It was a very strange situation and probably none of the suspects expected to get arrested over it. >> Look at Look at her. She started walking. >> Sir, where's your all? Where's your vehicle? >> Nobody has a gun. >> Your Where's your vehicle? >> Okay. Well, you've been asked to leave. So, if you refuse, you will be arrested as well. >> Are you excusing Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing? All three of you will be arrested. Cuz I ain't walked up on you. I ain't put my hands on you. >> They're arrested. They need to be in handcuffs. Both of them in handcuffs. And so this guy, too. >> Keep your hands where I can see them. >> Drop the phone. Turn around. Keep your hands where I can see you. Turn around. >> I'm on the phone with you guys. Okay, perfect. Awesome. Fantastic. Stay where you're at. >> So, she asked us to leave in our cars over there. How are we supposed to leave if the car is over there? >> By the time backup had arrived, the officer had had enough. She was determined that all three suspects should be arrested. Once they were detained, the officers questioned the male suspect. >> Who's that Carol? Is that the one that's in the hospital? >> Yeah, that's my mom. >> That's your mom? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's why I need to speak to the officer, man. I need to be in there with her. She didn't even see what was going on. The nurse came out snapping on me. >> Okay. Well, regardless, I don't know. I just got here. But apparently, you were told to leave and you weren't leaving. >> That's what I'm saying. I was told to leave. Then I said, "Can I speak to a supervisor?" She was like, "Yeah, out there." So I go I wait right there. So then she pulls out a taser on me. She's like, "You got to leave the car." I say, "Okay, what can I get in my car?" She's like, "No, you're not going in." I said, "Well, let me speak to a supervisor." And then this other guy went to walking over and stuff. She went to telling him to leave and I guess [ __ ] got winded in crazy. So I was like, >> "Is your mom in the ER now?" >> Yes. >> Okay. You want me to give you want me to give your the license and all that to your mom? >> No, I need that because that's her stuff. I got to keep all of that. >> Okay. Well, you're going to jail. So >> going to jail for what? >> For trespassing. The suspect explained that he was his mom's power of attorney, making him legally authorized to make decisions on her behalf. That's why her items needed to go with him. But other than being surprised by the arrest, he was fully cooperative. However, his girlfriend Ambria was not. >> Ambria, you want to give me your name and your date of birth? >> You already got it. >> I just know it's [music] Ambria on your credit card. My ID is not in there. My ID definitely is in there. >> Okay, just give it to me. Let's run it. If you don't You're going to listen to me. Okay. >> No, you're going to listen to me. You can run it. I'm already going to jail. So, you're asking me what? >> So, you want another charge? >> Another charge for what? >> Failed to identify. >> Boy, my identification is in there. You just told me that. >> It is not. >> All right, sweetheart. Sweetheart, >> what I am telling you, >> sweetheart, >> is that I got your name off of your credit card, >> sweetheart. >> What? However you identify me, right? >> No. >> Okay. >> I just know you're >> Have a great day. Have a great day. >> I'll gladly give you another charge. >> Have a great day. [music] >> You're in my car. I ain't going nowhere. >> Oh, well. Okay. Neither am I. >> You're going to jail. >> Okay. >> First, first we need to know who you are. Otherwise, I'm just going to give you another charge. >> Ambria clearly had no intention of cooperating with the officer. He tried to get her to identify herself, but she refused. Even threatening additional charges didn't seem to phase her at all. >> Are you deaf heart of hearing? Mute >> all that. [laughter] >> Yeah. It's really no surprise as to why you're in this situation. >> You don't take instruction very well. >> So, shut the door. >> No, I think I will. >> Oh, okay. I really don't get much. [laughter] >> You can sit here all day till you transport. >> Unfortunately, I don't have the pleasure of transporting you. I'm going to go home. So, >> all right. I'll go home, too. Trust me, cuz this ain't nothing but a simple trespassing. >> I wouldn't be surprised if you consider jail home. You probably go in and out so often that it is home. >> That it is home, right? I know, right? And your mommy probably suck your so much that y'all probably just know that incest is just natural, huh? Huh? >> Yeah. By who? >> Your mother. >> She's dead. >> Oh, well, no wonder. >> Arrestes often resort to petty insults as a lastditch defense. But all that can do is get them into more trouble. Both suspects got charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. When officer Cox noticed a vehicle failed to stop at an intersection on December 29th, 2024, he immediately turned on his lights. The vehicle pulled over into the driveway of a residential house. The moment Officer Cox approached the vehicle, it became obvious it was not going to be a routine stop. all the windows. >> All the windows down. >> Chill. >> Don't tell me to [ __ ] when I know the law. You ain't got to pull everything down. >> Hey, let me see both your hand. >> What's up? My hand straight, bro. What's wrong? What the What the to? >> What the stop for, sir? >> When you calm down, I'll tell you. >> Well, I'm called. All I have to be called to tell you to tell me to stop. >> Okay. My name's Officer Cox. I'm with the police form. >> Okay. >> Nobody has no guns or nothing. >> Stop screaming, >> man. Man, stop being disrespectful then, sir. >> No one's being disrespectful. >> They cut the light off my face, sir. >> Cut the light off. >> Can you take it out my eyes? >> They're finding your eyes. >> HEY, TELL MY MOM TO COME BACK OUTSIDE. >> CALL THE POLICE. >> The dumbest thing someone can do when approached by the police is to call the police. Yet so many suspects do it. These suspects were loud and demanding, but it wasn't until Officer Cox placed his hand on the window that things really escalated. >> My name's >> Yes, you can. Can you move your car? >> You out of the car. Stop. >> Kella, tell my mom to come out here. What did you stop me for? >> I can't get kids to tell you my thing. >> I'M TRYING TO HEAR WHAT DID YOU STOP ME FOR? >> I will tell you when you come. >> Can you have your sergeant come? What's his face? >> Can you have your sergeant come? >> Trust me, my sergeant's coming. A lot of people are coming. >> Well, good. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what the cause to stop? >> I keep trying to tell you. >> You ain't telling me nothing, sir. >> You're not telling me nothing, sir. Baby, don't stop cuz I want to get his face. >> Bravo. >> Don't push me out the way cuz you thinking they right. They're not right. >> 605. >> You're not even telling us to stop. >> I'm stopping you because of two things. one the window t then I'll bring you guys that signal >> signal stop signal signal >> I need your license when your sergeant come I will hand you my license >> you don't have to hand you the license >> yes you do >> no we don't >> the suspects were talking so fast and so loud that officer Cox was barely able to understand a word he did understand was that they were behaving erratically and that the situation was likely to escalate further You don't have he can't do nothing because you ain't did nothing wrong. >> You don't have to hide. He can't have no [laughter] pulled me for nothing, man. >> I'M WAITING ON HIS SERGEANT. >> HOLD ON. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. WHAT? WHAT IS YOUR BADGE NUMBER, SIR? SO, I can have your badge number. >> Your badge number >> 1187 tickets. >> Say your badge number so we can have it on camera. >> Zone three. >> Can I have your badge number on camera? Get my own like >> your body. Do you have body? >> Can I have your body camera on? >> Body camera is on. >> Okay. >> I don't see the light. >> I don't see the light on. >> This is the camera. I don't see your infrared light on. >> As the driver struggled to find the documents requested of him. Several police sirens could be heard approaching. Seeing so many cop cars converge at once startled the female. But instead of calming down, the couple kept yelling at Officer Cox. And at one point, they even yelled at each other. >> What are they flying over here for like that? >> Screaming. I asked you to for your life. >> Screaming. I asked you to take the light out my face. >> Hey, calm down. >> MAN, CALM DOWN BEFORE THEY START DOING STUFF. MA'AM, LAST TIME I need your license. >> MY WINDOW DOWN FOR THIS. >> My license is in my purse. It's in the back seat. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay, let me finish. I have >> Let me finish. I need you to listen to me. >> Can you get the light out of our face, sir? >> You're going to step out of the car. >> Can you get the light out of our face? >> I have to get my purse. >> No, you do not. >> My He don't want me to get my purse. HE TOLD ME I don't have to. Listen, >> this in the back seat. >> Instead of listening to the officer and complying with his commands, the driver decided to call for her mom. Not only does calling for a parent to [music] save you from a traffic stop never accomplish anything, but it's also just pathetic for a grown man to do. >> Ma'am, I want you to step out. >> Get him out. Get him out. Hold on. You cannot do that. >> You're not allowed to do that. >> Get out of the car. GET OUT. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT. >> GET OUT. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> I'M GOING TO PUT MY SIDE ON. I'M GETTING OUT. >> I'M GETTING OUT. I'M GETTING OUT. >> I'M GETTING OUT THE CAR. >> Get on the ground. >> On the ground. I can't get ahead. >> Go ahead. >> Get him out. GET HIM OUT. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Step out. >> I'm getting out. >> Get out now. >> I'M GETTING OUT. >> GET BACK HERE. GET BACK HERE. >> Come back here. >> I'm getting out. Once the officers managed to pull the suspect out of the vehicle, they were quickly detained. However, by that time, their entire family had gathered on the porch and started arguing with the officers. >> That's messed up, bro. >> When I tell you what's MY CAUSE TO GET OUT THE CAR OR >> I DID NOT. That ain't no law. THAT AIN'T NO LAW. HEY, JUST CALM DOWN. >> HE'S GOING TO JAIL. >> Pennsylvania v. You get out of the car when we tell you to. You understand me? >> First up, HE DIDN'T TELL ME TO GET OUT OF THE CAR TILL YOU ALL GOT HERE. >> My phone is in the car. Hold up in the car. >> Huh? >> Can I get my stuff? >> No. >> Can I have my Babe? My phone is over there. It's on camera. >> Why are you >> Because what is doing? Okay. Listen. Can I talk to you? >> I don't have anything, bro. You got to check. Okay. >> I I was at the light. I made a turn. I I be I'm calm. >> We're going to fix your car. >> I'm calm, sir. >> I am calm. Please I I'm trying to talk and they doing too much. I'm calm. >> They putting really strength on me. >> Putting it. As the officers readjusted the suspect's cuffs, he simmerred down and started talking to them in a calm voice. If he had done that from the start, they would have likely ended up with a simple citation. >> Ridiculous interference for no damn reason. >> I did something wrong. I did. >> I did not. >> YOU WASN'T EVEN THERE. SO, HOW you going to say that? You was not invited. We can talk to her. She has to give her her license. Her license in the back seat. Y'all see that? I try to reach over at the hotel. He's not allowed to get in the car. >> Yes, he can, sir. Pennsylvania vim. >> That's Pennsylvania. You're not in Pennsylvania. >> It's not your officer. >> So, so he so he reached in the car. He's not allowed to reach the car. >> The passenger said to law enforcement. smoke with him and he say he was going to go check and come up here. You don't care. That's what's wrong with mother. >> That's what's wrong with mother going to jail >> for fighting law enforcement. >> Damn. >> Why am I still handcuffed? What? >> The male suspect was taken to jail and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence. Even though the officer debated arresting the girlfriend as well, she only got cited for the traffic violation. When a sheriff's deputy in Wisconsin caught up with a man named Anthony Campbell to serve him a summon on December 4th, 2024, everything started smoothly. Anthony acted like he expected it to happen. But then the deputy mentioned the other reason he was there. >> Howdy. How are you? Good. I have some papers for you, Anthony. Right. >> Y >> Okay. So, this is a summon and a complaint. Um, you're being sued civily by Bill and Julie Gardner. >> Yes. >> Do you know who that is? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> So, that's what this says. There's a court date 12:23 at 11:00 a.m. >> All right. >> Okay. Sign this. Do you have a pen? If not, I'll just grab one. Let me grab one. >> There is that. Do you have any questions about that? >> No. Should be good. >> Okay. >> We do have to address the other issue. Okay. You know what that is? >> Um the issues with her. >> Up until this point, the deputy and Anthony had a cordial relationship. Whether they talked on the phone or face to face, Anthony was calm, composed, and polite. That's why what happened next came as such a surprise. >> So I was the the deputy that you talked to. >> Yeah. >> And you remember we were supposed [music] to turn ourselves into jail and >> that never happened. >> Me and her both talked to the DA and stuff. There's nothing. >> There is stuff being filed. We talked a few minutes that had already been leaked. >> Yeah. >> So, it was still in the process of giving you the opportunity to turn yourself in. Right. So, >> but there's still >> there is. So, okay. So, at this time, I need you to step out of your vehicle. You are under arrest. >> Yes, I can. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> We have my kid. You had step out of the vehicle. >> No, she dropped. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Friendship. We'll start another unit. Not complaining. >> Come on. Come on. >> Nope. Step out. >> Step out or else I'm going to pull you out. >> Do not do this. You got to move out of my house. >> Going on. I'm in. I was in the hospital two days ago. >> I'm not telling you again. >> Warrant out for me, though. >> You are under arrest. >> I don't have a warrant. >> Step out of the vehicle, >> sir. I don't have a warrant out for me. >> Step out of the vehicle. Come on. >> I'm not I'm not resisting. >> Yes, you are. You're not getting out. >> No. Come on. >> This is your last chance. >> Do you have Come on, dude. I didn't do nothing to her either. >> Step out of the vehicle, >> sir. She didn't. >> I'm telling you right now. Step out of the vehicle. Don't do this. >> Step out of the vehicle. You're going to get taste. >> Don't do this to me. You're going to get this. Step out of the vehicle. Don't do this to me. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Maybe you should be recording this. step out of the vehicle. You're under arrest, >> dude. Come on. >> After giving multiple commands for Anthony to step out and getting twice as many excuses in return, the officer tried to yank the suspect [music] out of the car. Anthony resisted and as they struggled, Anony's girlfriend, Amelia Ralph, came over to the driver's side and physically obstructed the officer. >> I didn't do it. >> Get off of him. You >> get on the ground. You're going to get arrested. I didn't do anything. >> Don't touch me. >> I did not do anything, sir. >> 78. That's 78. >> Get off of me. Step back. >> YOU'RE THE ONE. >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> STOP TRYING TO TACKLE. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> I WASN'T trying to hurt you. Stop. >> GET ON THE GROUND. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. Stop resisting against war. >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP RESISTING. >> YES. There's no warrant on you. >> Stop. >> There's no warrant. >> You're under arrest. >> Talk to him. >> You're under arrest. >> Get off of him. >> You're under arrest. >> Can you talk to him? >> Come on. Please get off him. >> You're the one attacking. >> You're going to get arrested. >> YOU ARE ATTACKING HIM. >> After the deputy realized he wouldn't be able to pry Anthony off the vehicle, he stepped back and pulled out [music] his taser. He had already warned the suspect several times that he'd get tazed if he didn't comply. So, at that point, he didn't waste any more time talking. >> Get on the ground now. >> GET ON THE GROUND. [screaming] >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> STOP. RESIST. GET ON THE GROUND. >> Get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> BEHIND your back. >> What the >> Stoping this you admitting you attacked him. >> I was not full. I will get resisting. >> He never resisted whatsoever. You attacked him. >> I have full proof of you attacking him. >> Don't move. >> Dude, >> do not move. >> You put your hands behind your back. >> You get on. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> Put your HAND BEHIND HER BACK. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST, TOO. >> SHE HAS A FOOT. STOP HITTING ME. >> STOP. [screaming] >> GET OUT. >> STOP. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU? >> Get off of me. >> Within minutes, the situation escalated from a cordial conversation to a real circus. Both suspects kept yelling at the officer, and Amelia even hit him repeatedly. Neither of them listened to a word, the officer said, and even in handcuffs, they continued to resist. >> STOP. >> WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHAT IS wrong with you? >> Get back here. Help. >> Let me sit up. >> Sit up. SIT UP. RELAX. >> NO. YOU [screaming] SIT DOWN. >> YOU ATTACK HIM. >> STOP. >> NO. >> STOP. >> NO. >> TAKE A DEEP BREATH. >> GUSHING BLOOD FROM MY TOE. SO, you >> move your foot. >> You >> move your foot. JUST >> BREATHE. >> WHEN I get gang green, I'm suing your >> I'm talking. No. >> Why are you doing this? >> Stop talking. >> You attacked him. >> Okay. >> WHY? >> JUST LET'S TALK. >> STOP YELLING. >> WE ASKED YOU TO TALK. WE ASKED >> FRIENDSHIP. HEY, >> CORY. I tried talking to you. >> I have two. >> You attacked us. >> You attacked US. >> CAN YOU HAVE MEDICAL RESPECT? >> I HAVE PROOF. >> Are you GUYS HURT? >> YES. I'M BLEEDING. I have stitches in my toe. YOU >> JUST attacked us. >> WHO ARE YOU? HE DRAGGED US OUT OF our vehicles and attacked us. >> Administrator, I heard something for >> because he attacked us. I have video evidence on my phone. >> By the time backup had arrived, the deputy had already detained the suspects. As he tried to catch enough breath to walk his supervisor through what happened, Ameilia could still be heard trying to interrupt. >> He said he contacted the DA and there's no charge. I'm like, "Yes, sir. You're under arrest. Get out." >> Refused. I opened the >> car door, grabbed his arm. I said, "Get out. You're under arrest." >> Refused to comply and said, "You need to get out >> or I'm going to pull you out." >> And we asked him to talk to us. >> He said, "No, there's no reason. There's no charges." I said, "You're right. >> Talk to you. You going to put that into the story that you're trying to pull out?" >> He hooked his arm around the steering wheel. I tried to pull him out. He refused. She started punching me in the face as I was trying to pull him out. Um, >> push her back. Told him to get out. Get out. Get out. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. >> Pulled the taser. Told him to get out. Bringing a tase. Still refused to tase him. He fell out. >> Hey, you'll have a taser. >> I get on top of him. Start securing him. >> During the altercation, the man had heard the arguing and approached, thinking a woman was being attacked. But once he realized what was really happening, he called 911 himself to get the officer some help. >> What was going on? >> I don't know. I was just getting out to go over to the town hall there to take care of some stuff and uh I heard somebody screaming for help. I'm like, "What the hell?" >> So listen for a minute again as somebody screaming, "Somebody screaming and get off me. Get off me." And I thought I honestly thought a dog was attacking somebody. >> Okay. >> So I jumped my vehicle and pulled in here and I officer was in there. He had the girl down and [music] uh the guy was sitting on the ground with dark hair to beard. Okay. >> Black hair. He was sitting on the ground and uh he had her holding her down on the ground and she was screaming and hollering. So I thought, "Wow." >> She was in the car [music] for a while. >> You got to tell me where it hurt so I can stop moving around. Okay. >> Just be so Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm trying to be as as best as I can do this without hurting you. >> Okay. >> So, honestly, what I'm going to do, >> Is there any blood through it yet? No. >> Can you see red? [music] >> No. >> Anthony Campbell got charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer causing injury, and possession [music] of drug paraphernalia. Amelia Ralph was charged with disorderly conduct, battery on a law enforcement officer, disarming a peace officer, and resisting an officer causing injury. On September 11th, 2025, a domestic violence report in Willingboroough, New Jersey, sent officers rushing to a family residence. A couple got into an argument over a missing cell phone right as the female's daughter was trying to move out with the supervision of a social worker. >> How you doing, sir? How you doing? >> Good. >> Long story short, >> you're with DCB and people? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Ktha. >> Kentha. Okay. >> Um, of course you guys been in this house doing [music] fine. >> This young lady, despite the past, has been doing really good with us lately. >> Absolutely. >> She's [music] working with us in a different way for the last couple weeks. The baby's here. We've been working on some stuff for her, independent stuff. Mom is under some kind of influence. >> She's trying to get her stuff together. [music] We're creating a plan for her to get out the house. >> Who's fighting today? >> Mom and her boyfriend. He's assaulted her. She actually tried to assault me, too. Her daughter stopped it, but she's trying to get her stuff together to get out the house. >> Mom's just drunk and just out of control. >> They keep fighting. She keep putting her hands on her coming at everybody. >> Stop moving. >> They got my >> Stop moving and stay right there. >> They got my Stop. >> Okay, stop moving. >> Can you please grab that? That is my property. As the officer was trying to get the female to step away from the house and calm down, her boyfriend could be heard shouting obscenities at her. Before he could understand what was going on, everybody needed to calm down. But that proved to be impossible. >> Miss, you're going to be detained if you keep it up. >> You're going to be detained IF YOU KEEP IT UP. >> CALM DOWN AND RELAX. >> I want my phone right now. >> Calm down and relax. I'll work on getting my paycheck. >> I'll work on GETTING YOUR PHONE. >> THEY HAVE MY CELL PHONE. >> CALM DOWN. YOU LETTING THEM GO AWAY AGAIN. >> WHAT HAPPENED? >> THEY STOLE MY CELL PHONE. >> MISS, WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM? >> I just came home. >> Explain to me what happened. >> Okay, I went in my house. >> Put that broom down. >> What are we doing with that broom? Sir, >> what do you think you're doing with that? >> Sir, they have my cell phone. >> That's my whole bank account. They have it. >> Relax. >> Okay. >> Please get my phone. I'm leaving. >> No, you're not leaving. >> You're detained right now. This is investigation. >> What am I detained for? >> I'm telling you, DETAINED RIGHT NOW. >> FOR WHAT? WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM? >> Are you telling me [music] to step back? >> That between her and her location. >> I AIN'T SAW NOBODY. >> You did not leave. >> The issue was not with the cell phone itself, but with the fact that it had access to the woman's bank account, but it still didn't make the situation any easier because the woman was incoherent, refused to comply, and seemed to be growing more erratic by the minute. >> Don't touch me, >> ma'am. You're going to BE >> YOU DON'T HAVE WHERE'S YOURING WARRANT? >> RELAX. >> Don't touch me. Relax. >> Don't touch me, mother. >> You are officer. >> Yo, get off of me. >> You don't have the right TO >> I WANT MY PHONE. >> ALL RIGHT, MAN. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> I WARN MYSELF. I DON'T CARE. >> You care about >> You can't arrest me. >> You cannot arrest me for no reason. >> I want myself. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Back up. >> Back up, sir. >> Back up. Back up. Back up. Can you explain to me what happened? >> Yes, I can. Okay, come here. Okay, come here. >> Cuz y'all don't need to even do that. Please don't arrest your personal >> Just take my feet from me. >> All right. >> This is >> You don't have to touch. Just explain to me what happened. >> All right. Cattle, >> explain to me what happened. >> Catalie, what is your name? >> Explain to me what happened. >> What is your name? >> Cattle. >> Cattle. >> Yes. >> I want my stuff right now. >> That's the mom. That's the door. >> You don't understand what's going on. >> I'm trying to understand >> exactly. >> Okay. What's going on? >> Exactly. >> As the officer struggled to get a coherent answer from the boyfriend, Troy, the woman grew increasingly agitated. At one point, she fell to the ground, but continued hurling insults and threats. >> Nobody does. >> You fell. You did that. You pulled yourself to the ground. I swear on the street. >> I don't care where you take me. >> I want my cell phone right now. >> I WANT THEY STEALING MY MONEY. >> GET MY CELL PHONE. >> I WANT MY CELL PHONE. >> RELAX. >> Think you want to catch her? I'm going to kill you. >> I swear you want to die. You're going to die on my watch. >> You and your whole family. Get off of me, MAN. BELLIGERENT. >> WHERE'S MY WOMAN? >> RELAX. >> Get off of me. Relax. >> You already cussed me. Get the off of you. >> No, ma'am. I'm not doing >> I'm not doing that. I don't have to get off of you. I'm telling you to calm down. Okay. You refuse to calm down. >> Okay. You're not. >> I want my mother. >> We're not doing this. We're not doing this. >> I WORK FOR MY MONEY. >> OKAY. >> OH, y know how to cuff people. You can suck my >> When the sergeant arrived, he took about 5 seconds to assess the situation and confirm that the female suspect was going to jail, regardless of the initial complaint. But as he tried to pick her up from the ground, she was about to go a step further than just verbal insults. >> Get off the car. Get the car up. He's in custody. In custody, >> you are relax. >> No, I want >> I don't care. I don't care what I do. I want my phone. >> I want my phone. >> Yeah. Break my face cuz I'm going to sue you. >> I'm going to sue you. >> I'm going to sue you. >> You need to stop. >> No. I didn't do. >> Get off of me, >> babe. I'm right here. Stop. He was here. Stop. Stop. >> I got you. >> Stop. >> No. I [screaming] WANT MY PHONE. WE WHERE'S YOUR PHONE AT? >> GET IT NOW. >> Where is it? >> Hey, my >> back up or you going to be arrested? >> All right, then. I'm trying to help her out. >> Arresting the woman didn't resolve much, but only seemed to add fuel to the fire. As Troy kept butdding in, and she kept trying to fight the officers, things threatened to escalate further. Only after she was secured in the squad car were the officers able to properly investigate the domestic dispute claims. >> The most that I know is Stay right here. You please back up. >> No. No. No. No. Back up. >> No. Nobody. Go back to me. Y. >> I want my phone. >> I want my phone. I'm going to sue you, mother. Y. Yo, I'm s. I swear. >> Why you going to jail? You piece of [ __ ] GIVE ME MY PHONE. MY PHONE. >> OKAY.
