Can you step out real quick? >> Are you kidding me? That is no way. Suspects on scene will be pretend. >> Can you take a video of yourself urinating on yourself? >> No, not that I can remember. >> There's a guy that's 24 years old that is having with starting at age 13. >> Childers are every parent's worst nightmare. Thankfully, with the help of modern technology, police officers track them down wherever they might be hiding. Sometimes a child preds caught right in front of his parents. >> You're kidding me. >> Go sit down. >> This is ridiculous. >> You don't like my son? People often think of child predators as strangers lurking in the dark. But sometimes it happens to be someone much closer, someone you'd never suspect. Our first case takes us to Marian County, Florida, where on December 10th, 2022, the sheriff's office received a disturbing call. >> Get him or I'm going to get him. >> We'll take care of it. >> We just need to get every all the all the facts before we head over. >> Apparently, it happened last night. >> She just told me exactly what happened. Um, do you want to sit down and tell me before I go talk to her cuz we're only allowed so many interviews with this is what just came straight from her. I have text messages. Phone was dead when her phone. >> So, who is over there? >> That would be my little one here. My ex. >> Your ex? Is it your husband? Ex-husband? >> Not ex-husband. Just ex-boy. We had a child together. Families are still real close. This is This is shock for everybody. >> All right. How long How long have you all been separated? >> Uh, at least four years. >> Gotcha. >> So, this is every weekend. You know what I mean? My kids go over there all the time. My, you know, we >> She said, well, anyway, she text me on can get me. I can't stay here. I have all this. I'll show you. I said, what's going on? I'm at work. Blah blah blah. And she's like, I'm going up the door. >> She said last night he asked her to come watch a movie with him. >> Okay. >> Went in the room and he stuck his hand in her and then her and physically her and then wouldn't let her leave the room. The 14-year-old girl managed to sneak out of her asalance room in the morning and immediately call her mom. Once the Marian County Sheriff's deputies confirmed the information, they immediately started a major crime investigation. >> She text you last night since >> No, she text me. I will show you right here, guys, but her phone's been dead. She said [music] this happened last night [snorts] this morning. She tried to call me. Please come get me. It's emergency. I cannot stay here no more. Please come get me. Please. I said I'm at work. I tried calling her. here. I said, "What's going on? What's going on? Please, I can't get a report. I can't." She tried to call me. It's not working. Just tell me what's wrong. Don't call the house phone. His household. I said, "If you don't tell me what's going on, I am. Please like, please can't be here. Please, please, please." >> What she told me, it sound like there was some kind of She said she was like, >> um, I asked if there was anything like that. She's like, "I didn't ask that much." But she has the clothes in a bag, I guess, still from last night. >> She mentioned cuz you said something about putting a hand down there. Was was there physical sexual contact [music] like with >> Yes. And then he got on top of her and physically >> Okay. So, it happened. >> Yes, it did happen. >> The deputies concluded that there was actual pen. >> However, they knew that without physical evidence, the case could fall apart before it even started. However, even though the mother claimed her daughter's clothes were in a bag, that was not the case. >> Is this trash? >> Oh, shoot. So, here's the house. >> Hey, we don't have clothing. >> So, what am I going to need to do? Take her to the >> We're going to We're on the phone with our sergeant. This is kind of going above us. >> Uh, usually goes to major crimes, but we we'll get there. We just are only allowed so many interviews with her, [music] so we're trying. >> So, what are the clothes that she has on? She wasn't wearing those during the incident. >> No, these are extra ones. like they packed for a weekend over there. >> Did she shower or anything like that? >> I don't think so. Harrison, Maddie, I haven't asked her like you guys got here right as she did. >> Okay. Well, hey, we try to get here as quick. >> I got you. I know you did >> cuz they came all the way from Salt Spring way out. >> Just real quick, while we have him on the phone, can you ask her if she's showered since >> I talked to my youngest one to see if maybe something happened? >> As sick as it sounds, like my boss, >> she has >> she has showered >> and the clothing she had on is at the house >> in the trash can. >> All right. So, she has showered and >> I think he probably did it because the little looks exactly like her. >> According to the mom, the perpetrator lived with his mother and they had a good relationship. Her daughters have been going there over the weekends for years. But the more the deputies dug into the story, the more alarming facts kept popping up. >> My worry is the clothes. She's already showered. The clothes is at the other house. Dad has no idea what's going on. >> Neither does grandma. We've been just saying she's down at the other shop and we gave it all to her. >> All right, let's do something. >> And we don't know what clothes she was wearing. Maybe it only films in the trash can. She only >> which trash can. Um >> here, let's have her come out. Yeah, >> is major crimes coming out or anything? >> Yeah. Before we head out there, I'd like to, >> you know, I waited too because we didn't want anything to happen to her. >> Of course. No, she's safe here. >> Can you step up for a second, please? test real quick. Thank you. It's It's legit. [music] >> She must get some vitals from >> blood pressure. >> As the victim was being checked by the medics, [music] the store owner revealed more details about the situation. Allegedly, the oldest daughter already reported something happening months earlier. Sadly, nobody believed her. >> Just so you know, a couple months ago, the other one, the other sister, >> the white shirt on. >> Yeah. She told her mom that it happened to her. Well, after he asked her, but she's not speaking and she said she didn't talk to you guys either. So, >> she told you guys a couple months ago that this happened. >> She told me, but mom was like, you know, >> didn't call us or anything. >> She didn't, you know, believe me, you know, kind of thing. So, I mean, all of us have known Lee, you know, from the kids, you know, a few years. I mean, you never know when something's going to happen, but he never seemed like to be that kind of He's always been loving dad. You know, I've learned since I've lived out here for 5 years. It's a lot of creepy people out in his woods. >> The pursuit for the physical evidence turned out to be tougher than the officers had hoped. It turned out the Dollar General bag containing the victim's clothes had already been taken to the dumpster. [music] Then, as the officers gathered statements from the victims, the suspect unexpectedly showed up. >> Where is he? >> No, no, no. >> Wait. No, no, no, no. >> What, >> sir? Are you kidding me? >> Can you step out real quick? >> Are you kidding me? >> No way. Suspect's on scene will be detained right now. Don't play. >> Have a seat. >> I didn't even want to go back in. Grandma, >> you're kidding me. >> Go sit down. >> No, I'm not going to sit. This is ridiculous. >> This is also my business. So, please have respect for me. >> That is ridiculous, honey. That is ridiculous. >> Grandma, just go ahead, please. >> No, I'm going over here. Although tensions were clearly running high on both sides, the officers managed to contain the situation before it exploded. After grandma and her grandsons were contained, it was time to interview the alleged perpetrator, Lee. >> Come on over here, bud. >> You have anything in your pockets? >> Yeah, I got my >> Dude, we're coming on the back end of this whole thing, so you have to bear with me. Come on over here real quick. I'll I'll get all your stuff. I'll tell you. >> Uh just put your hands up here real quick. I'm just going to pat you down. >> You have any weapons, sir? I'll explain everything happening to you in just a minute. You're not under arrest. You're just being detained. >> No, I just don't understand, man. You think I'll be coming or something like that, man? >> Hey, there are allegations made. Listen, I'm not even going to question you until I mirandize you. >> All right, hear me out for a second, okay? You are at a public place, out of business. Hear me. Hear me for a second. I'm I'm just standing here. He is the owner here. I understand her. I'm not causing any problems. >> If you cause problems, >> we'll get you trespass. And then if you don't And if you don't leave, then we'll get you arrested. >> Oh, I need to leave now. >> No, no, no, no. >> Okay. >> Hey, sir. Give me a second. >> If you >> I am. I'm not. I'm >> I'm upset, sir. >> I understand you're upset, but I'm trying to understand why I'm upset. That's ridiculous. >> Okay. >> Grandma claimed she understood everything and would cooperate with the deputies. However, once the officer turned his back, it didn't take long for her to bolt toward the squad car her son was sitting in. >> Hey, what did I just tell you? Are you going to come over here and obstruct what I'm doing? Then stay over there. >> You arrested my son. >> He is detained. >> He's not under arrest. Do you see handcuffs? >> We We had allegations. We're going to We're going to hold on to what we got. I get it. It's a lot to process. There's a lot going on here. We're not here. We're not here to mess with him, but he's here. He's detained. That's all this is. Just try to remain calm, okay? I assure you. I assure you everything's being everything's being done by the book. I assure you. >> The officers did a great job at protecting the victims from having to talk to or face their abuser. As for Lee, while waiting for detectives to arrive to question him, he suddenly felt the urge to talk about what happened the night before. >> Can I tell you something? If I'm I'm not officially asking you any questions. >> Whatever. I just want to I just want to talk to somebody. >> See, last last night the only thing we uh we were watching TV and fell asleep. Woke up next morning. That's the only thing. I don't understand what she's talking about, man. She dreamed something or something. >> What's going on? >> So, we're going to have you guys in route to an address and you're going to meet the detective there. >> Hey, George. >> Where where's the guy at? He's in the back of my car. >> Eventually, a third victim came forward, revealing that Lee had been her since she was 4 years old. When the case finally went to trial, the jury didn't see why Lee should be set free. He was convicted of all the 11 charges made against him and sentenced to 11 life sentences. Evil can flourish if good people do nothing. Well, one group of mentors decided to do something. When they realized a 24year-old had been posing as a teen to have with they immediately called the police on July 18th, 2024. Special victims officer Cono responded to the call. >> What's going on? >> So, um, >> who is Shakoya? >> I'm a youth mentoring company, right? And we deal with a lot of kids. Um, they talk to us about things that they don't talk to us about. It was brought to my attention yesterday when I was having a one-on-one with one of my mentees that there's a guy that's 24 years old that is having sex with girls starting at age 13. He's lying to them about his age. Um, she was a victim and she said she's she does not mind talking to the police and letting them know, you know, anything that you guys need to know. Uh, I've been contacting the victims as I've been getting their name to personally. A lot of them their parents does not know. So, they're telling me that I don't want my parents to know. >> Shakoya and her fellow mentors did what they were supposed to do. They provided a safe environment for the young women and gave them a choice. However, the real hero of this story is the 16-year-old who was brave enough [music] to come forward. >> My mentee wants to stop this. She wants to make awareness of what's going on because she says that it's happening to too many. It's posted online on Instagram. So I have all the the screenshots of a post where one of the saying if you see this guy stay away from him. He's responding to the like, "Okay, chill. I'mma stop. Y'all doing too much." All right. I promise I'm going stop. But I have all the screenshots for you. I don't want to send them to you guys. So we have a group of mentees and one of our mentees was involved with was lied to and that's how >> this guy is also a mentor. >> He's not. >> So how does he how does he get in contact with these people? >> So he's in the area he's also in the area of West Palm and Riviera Beach. Um one of the girls have a Delray number. I don't know if she's from Delray, but it's it seems like he's like a I want to say like he's a serial um child mother. >> The women explained that their organization, a mentoring nonprofit called Inner City Innovators, was focused on helping atrisisk youth through one-on-one guidance and training. It was during one of those conversations that the victim confided in Shakoya. >> So, you met with her when? >> Yesterday. >> Okay. And what what did she say to you? She said um this is the first message with which um my 101. >> This was before you this is what made me >> gra all this information even the uh screenshots off Instagram. She saw an Instagram post and it made her want to um reach out to the police cuz she was like she feel like she can help some other you know prevent this from happening. >> Sure. >> She showed you this when she when you picked her up. >> Mhm. So then once she showed it to me I said send it to me so I can have everything on my phone. >> Mhm. >> Shakoya also stated that the suspect was known for having previous charges for related crimes although she did not state what he was accused of. However, Officer Cono needed to have more details about this particular crime. >> She slept with him, >> I think. So, >> how old is she? >> 16. She's 17. >> 17 now. >> But I believe she slept with him two years ago. >> Okay. >> Um because she what she's telling me is it was brought it on when she seen this she like damn because he told her at the time he was 18. So now he's telling the kids that he's 18. He's 24. >> When he when she told when he told her that he was 18, she said she think he was 22 at the time. So now he's 24 25, but he's still telling he's 18 >> and she knows other girls. >> Yes. They're actually reaching out to her and she's transferring information over. >> Do you have all their names? >> Mhm. Okay. >> Although the might have been consensual, that does not apply in this case because the were individuals under the age of consent cannot legally consent to making the suspect, Jamari, liable to charges of statuto. >> He said that um she she had sex on him. She's 16. Um when she found out that he was 24 years old, she felt she felt disgusted. She felt embarrassed. >> She's the one that doesn't want to say anything to her parents. >> Mhm. As they give her the phone number, she's sending it over to me. Yeah. >> She said, you see what she said? I said another one. She said, "Yes, it's a lot, but they're scared to say something. I believe the >> and he reaches out to them on some of the socials. >> Did you see when he was telling them that he's going to stop the messages? >> No. >> So, it's messages where >> I think it said I'm going to stop. I got to stack some bread and >> Yeah. I don't I don't know. I I don't know if it's either one of these. I'm not sure. So, I'm not sure if that's the ocean case because in the messages she said I was pregnant from he and I was pregnant. >> Shakoya shared information she got from other girls and their stories were very similar. After collecting all the evidence and interviewing the victim directly, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Jamari. >> Just smoking at Reefa. >> We're not mess. >> Yeah, you're good. You're good. >> Hey, are you guys related to? >> Yeah, that's my brother. >> Come on out here, bud. >> How you doing, man? Yeah. >> So, here's the deal, man. I got some charges for you. >> I'm going to explain to you. Just one second. I'm just going to put you in. Okay. >> Yeah, we'll get your shoes. We'll get you everything. >> Hey, bud. Do you mind grabbing some shoes for him? >> Go ahead. I'll talk to you tomorrow. >> Okay. >> Come on over here, man. >> He's got some charges uh reference to some cool stuff. >> Yeah, I remember when he was arrested for that. >> It's another one. It's a different one. That's that's all we can tell you right now. So, he's going to go to the county. You you know, you can call or look online and and see when you can get bonded out and all that stuff, but you just got to go talk to the detective and then he's going to go to the county jail. >> Jamari's mother was taken aback when she heard her son was being arrested on charges again. However, she did not appear to be shocked by the revelation. Her reaction was more one of disappointment. >> Know what was going on. Yeah. No, I understand. Of course. Yeah. >> He's being respectful. >> Yeah. We're not, you know, everything's good. We're just This is This is our job. We just got to go put our people in. So, >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. Have a good day. >> Have a good day. >> Phone. >> His phone. >> Do we want? >> Yeah. Do you want me to get transport? >> You want to set up this car real quick? Charges real quick. So, you're being charged with unlawful activity with >> traveling to meet up and commit a felony and unlawful way of unlawful use of a two-way communication device. Okay. What we're going to do is I'm going to take you back to the station. You can talk or you don't have to talk to the detective. >> Like his mother, Jamari didn't seem all that surprised that he was being arrested. He did not resist and fully cooperated with the officers. In fact, the officers were so relaxed while waiting for transport that they even teased each other about their wardrobes. >> Me, you hear me? Me >> with your pants. We're going to take you shopping today. >> We're taking you shopping today. I got taken >> issued. >> Oh jeez. >> Issued LA police gear pants. >> Y >> terrible. You have my used >> They don't want to mess up his good pants. He don't got a good guy. >> I bet he does. He got some Z cabarichi. >> He's got some. >> Excuse me. Next time a little quicker. [laughter] >> No, you got like you got here quick. >> You got here quick. >> Thank you. >> No, thank you. >> When the transport arrived, a female officer patted Jamari down. When he was cleared to transport, he was taken to jail for processing. On June 24th, 2024, a famous ice cream parlor in Birch Bay, Washington, almost became the scene of a nasty crime. A 53-year-old man allegedly attempt to lure several towards his vehicle. To make things even more bizarre, it all happened in broad daylight with parents close by. It wasn't hard to locate the [music] suspect. >> Hi. >> Hi, Sheriff's Office. Cy. >> Yeah. >> Hi. What you talk for a sec? >> Sure. >> Yeah. >> Can I put some shoes on? >> Sure. Yeah. >> I thought it was going to be the dog. >> Thought it was going to be the dog. >> Oh, I was telling my mom our dog got out last night and we haven't found him. >> Okay. >> And he's a old guy, little guy. And worried he might have just gone off into the woods to die cuz his kind of wife died about 2 months ago. >> Oh. >> And he's been acting really weird the last couple days, hanging out under tables. Is that your roommate that's in there? >> It's my mom. >> Oh, it's your mom. Sorry. I just keep seeing the door just going open and close. So, >> she's probably confused. >> Oh, yeah. By the sheriff's office. Uh, just so you know, I have everything just being audio and video recorded. [music] >> What's going on? >> Um, well, we're just here to talk to you. And sorry, while I talk with you, just keep hands out of pockets. Yeah. Thank you. It's just a safety issue. Yeah. Um, so first off, is this your car? >> Uh, my mom. >> Your mom's car. Do you do you um drive it? >> Not usually, but sometimes. >> Okay. When the officers asked about his whereabouts the day before, the man said he was home. He was identified as Cory Lee Cardwell, and that was the first of many lies and halftruths he [music] said that day. From the very start, he appeared to be having problems remembering things. >> Yesterday was Monday. I had a I met I met with a guy to have a prayer meeting in uh Lyndon. >> In London. Okay. Sorry, I can't see what you're doing back there. Oh, I'm I have I have a pinch sciatic nerve and it's really bad. Like my whole leg is just flaring. >> Sorry, I try. >> So, you had a prayer group in London? >> Yeah, I met with Rod at his uh real estate >> uh office. >> Okay. What time was that around? >> It was uh we ended at [music] 12:30. >> Okay. Walk me through the rest of your day. Um, got some Oh, played a little bit of disc golf to try to loosen my back up, but [music] didn't work out that well. I made like two holes in uh lane. >> And got some groceries and came. >> When suspects go into too much detail during interrogations, it's often because they are desperately trying to sound truthful. In fact, he was so busy talking about his dog and the prayer meeting he went to that he almost forgot to ask why the cops were even there. >> What's going on? Can I some go? >> Yeah. So, um, we just had, um, some people that called in that were concerned, um, about some incidents that happened yesterday. So, I'm trying to get your side of the story of things. >> From who? >> Uh, from multiple people, actually. >> Well, I met with Okay. >> Um, this is the only person that I know. >> Mhm. >> Okay. You didn't contact anyone else? >> No. >> All right. What about driving around? >> Did they contact anyone driving around? >> No. >> What do you mean by that? >> Uh, because we have people that say that they spoke with you yesterday >> on the phone. As the interrogation proceeded, there were multiple red flags that potentially showed deception, the long pauses between answers, going into too much detail about meaningless things, and stuttering when asked about anything that could incriminate him. >> There were I think there was like one more guy playing disc golf >> that I saw a couple times >> and uh I was spent a little bit of time looking for a lost disc. Sorry, my >> No, you're fine. You're fine. >> looking for a lost disc that I end up not finding and giving up on. Um and and there was a couple of boys and a girl that were coming by and I told them that I had lost a disc there. So if they find it, you know it's a good disc. >> Okay. What color are random? Uh what color are your like disc? Are they like frisbes or what color are those? >> They're all different colors. Yeah. >> They're sort of like, you know, that's part of the >> Is this >> Oh, that's ours. >> Oh, that's um they're sort of part of the joy of it is they're sort of like Jolly Ranchers. The plastics are really different kinds of pretty highend, you know, >> but they're just basically like golf club. You got your putter to your drivers. >> Oh, okay. >> This is the funnest sport ever and it's free. And every town in the country has one or two disc officers. >> Okay. >> The question about the color of the discs might have seemed random, but the officer knew what she was doing. It made Cory open his trunk and show what's inside. Look at how the other officer is watching intently at the contents of the trunk. It matched the victim's description from the day before. >> After you woke your discard, what you >> went to the grocery store and then home? >> Where's the grocery store? >> Um Oh, and I got coconut Kenny's pizza >> and groceries. Um, and I don't know Lyndon at all. So, I had to uh ask a guy at Coconut Kenny's how to get on the guide and get to was it Birch Bay in Lynon Road. >> And then after you got Coconut Kenny's and groceries, then where? >> Came home. [snorts] >> Straight home. >> Yep. >> What time do you think you got home? M I'm not really sure cuz I'm not sure how long I was at the course. Again, he was very jovial and confident when talking about disc golf and getting groceries, but when pressed about the exact time he got home or the other locations he'd been at, he stumbled. At first, he even denied going to Birch Bay, but he did confess he was driving his mom's car. >> So, what happened? It's or I >> Well, some people said that um they saw you at a restaurant last night. >> No, >> you didn't go to Birch Bay. >> No, in a restaurant in Birch Bay. >> Mhm. >> No, I did come home that way though. Birch Bay, London North to there and then up Kickerville. I think it is. And I came up the back way, which I don't usually do. Just a change of scenery sort of thing >> through through Birch Bay >> through and the park and then you come out to Kickerville. >> Sure. >> Which is just boom. >> Yeah. Did we make any stops along the way of there? >> No. >> He first claimed he just went to a prayer meeting and then straight home. All of a sudden, he also played disc golf, talked to a couple, got groceries, and drove down scenic routes. The officers kept pressing. I think you probably remember you probably know [music] why >> right your face when I asked you like did you go any but when I said did anyone see you at a restaurant you were like >> and it looked like it >> no I I struggle a lot with [music] memory and stuff and this is also like I said I didn't sleep last night cuz of the dog >> sure >> so um >> so did you stop at any spots >> in Birch Bay? >> Yeah. >> No >> no I had food I had the groceries. >> Didn't get gas. Do you remember talking to any kids last night? >> No, you guys already answered that much and I absolutely do not. >> I I remember talking to the guy at Coconut Kenny's and the lady at the store who uh helped me pick out some flowers I brought from my mom >> and Rod first thing in the night. And >> what about a mom telling you to stay away from her kid? >> No. >> What about a server telling you to leave their establishment because you're scaring the patrons? >> Absolutely [clears throat] not. In one of his monologues, Cory claimed he had a rough life, citing divorce and mental issues. He also complained about having a bad memory. Conveniently, he was able to remember everything else he did that day, except for the interactions in Birch Bay. You're >> saying you don't recall going to Sea Shop and talking to two little kids commenting on their shoes? Would Mickey Mouse ring a bell? >> No. Well, I made fun of their shoes. No, you commented on them, but you complimented them. >> So, they're saying that I was >> doing something to kids and some with two cents and and offering people alcohol. >> You were you were talking to the kids and asking if they wanted candy. They wanted toys and then you opened their trunk and asked if they never wanted to see their parents again. >> What? >> This is impossible. >> Okay. But this was right after you had gone to CJ's beach house, gone inside and talked to the paying customers and talked to a woman for about 10 minutes. Then you left the restaurant, went out alongside the wall with toothpicks and started talking to those same people and the server asked you to leave and then you started yelling at the server and told her that you were going to jump the wall and show her. Cory's story kept crumbling until it completely fell apart. Multiple witnesses saw him, described him, and his vehicle. The children's description of his trunk was spoton. There was no escaping the consequences. >> So, you're going to tell us that all five of these people >> I don't know what the five people and I don't know. >> I'm not saying anything about it, though. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, um, if you don't have anything further, then I'm going to go ahead have you face away from me and put your hands behind your back. >> You're under arrest. Go ahead, put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> You're under arrest for two counts. Yep. There we go. >> Thank you. >> You're under arrest for two counts of luring. >> What's that mean? >> Means that you had two juveniles that you tried to lure into your vehicle. >> Oh my god. Give me a break. >> Cory did not get a break. He was arrested and booked into the Watcom County Jail on five counts of luring, which is a class C felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines. On June 14th, 2025, a routine traffic stop quickly escalated when the officer realized the suspect had provided false information. It all started when the officer spotted a man running a red light. >> That light was red. You just went straight through it. >> Sir, >> are you are you driving down the roadway? >> Yes, sir. >> What does a bicycle have the option the obligation to do? >> Follow the rules of the road, >> which means red lights, which means stop signs, which means everything. Lane uses, lane changes, turn signals, everything. You're responsible for it. Let me see your driver's license. >> I don't have I don't have my ID sign. >> Okay. >> I just went to the store. I understand that. I could see the bags. >> I'm not giving you a hard time about where you were going. I'm giving you a hard time because I don't want have to be scraping you off the concrete. >> What's your last name? >> My last name is Jose. >> Spell it. >> J O Z I T I S. >> J O Z >> I T I S. David. >> First name? >> David. >> Spell it. >> D A V I D. >> Middle initial? >> A. >> What's your birthday? September 5th. >> The suspect provided his name, date of birth, and address of living without any issues. But after running a quick check, the officer realized none of it was true. As if the man did not exist. >> Stay on the sidewalk. >> Sir, right there. That's what I meant by stay here. Just I need you to be able to see. I don't want you next to me. [screaming] >> I didn't >> spell your last name for me. >> J O Z I T I E S. >> J O Z like zebra. >> Yes, sir. >> I T I E S. Yes, sir. First of David, D A V I D. >> Yes, sir. >> Middle A like Adam. >> Yes, sir. >> 95. >> No. Yeah. 9 August 9 I mean September. I'm sorry. September. >> Okay. Where is your driver's license? >> Huh? >> Where is your driver's license? >> At the house. >> Okay. Is it Illinois license? >> No, sir. >> What state? >> It's Texas. I was in the over there. The officer made sure he got the right information, then got back to the squad car. When the search failed the second time, [music] he tried searching the visual image database. It didn't take long for him to identify the suspect. >> That's going to be my subject. >> We had abs scanning. Is there a is there a hold on >> 10? Also, roll me a second here. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Is she here with you? >> Yes. >> You want to take his stuff so it doesn't melt? >> He's gonna be here with me a little bit. >> You can stay on your [music] bike, sir. >> Sir, stay on your bike. sir. >> I already know who you are. >> Who are we? >> Joseph. >> I'll call you when I get >> What are you doing? You're under arrest for obstructing identification. >> After positively identifying the suspect as Joseph, the officer learned that he was actually a registered offender. Apparently, [music] when he was 32 years old, Josephed a 14-year-old child. >> What's going on in custody? >> Take my head. Give her to everything. >> I'm not giving her anything. What? >> Step over here. Can she take this stuff in one of those bags for you? >> Yes or no? >> Please. >> Can you take his bike and everything? >> If you if you can't take it, I'm going to take it and there's going to be a $500 fee for it. Right. >> No. >> Okay. 5214. Lock the bike and then come back. >> Can you Can you walk it if we hang those on here? >> Can you just walk it? >> Cuz if I leave it here, I'm >> After the officers agreed to let Joseph's friend take his stuff, they were ready to transport him to jail. Joseph was very cooperative and once he was in the squad car, he opened up about his situation. >> Here you go. You're all set. >> All right. >> Right. >> Yes. >> What? >> It's a little >> No, no. As soon as she got up here, I was going to tell you my room name. >> You probably told it to me when I asked. >> I wanted to, brother, but I already knew. >> You didn't want to or you would have. >> You know what I'm saying? Come on. I already knew I was in trouble. >> What are you in trouble for? >> Huh? >> What are you in trouble for? >> For not uh showing up for court. >> He believed he was in trouble for not showing up in court. However, the original reason he was being arrested was for providing false information during the ride. He was very polite and forthcoming. >> What are you taking me for? Just for >> Hey, Rob. If you want to take her bag and meet her over there, you can. >> Up to you. If you want to help her, you can. But I just needed to make sure >> that's what I was worried about. 75. >> So, what does it say on that computer? >> Huh? >> What? >> I said, what does it say on the computer? >> Bunch of things on the computer. >> Well, >> right now you're under arrest forification as far as warrants or scing or anything like that. I'm not going to do that. >> Yes, sir. Brother, I thank you for helping her. >> What? >> I thank you for helping her. My cow has been wanting to go up here anyways. >> Now I can do it. It's over. >> No, it's like my cow wanted to take care of this a while ago. >> Joseph was taken to jail and booked for obstructing identification, disobeying a traffic control device, failing to register as a offender, and report a new residence as such. When police pulled over Mark Harden for a seemingly routine traffic stop on October 3rd, 2025, he remained calm and cooperative. However, the moment he saw the cops, he suspected something else was at play. >> Hello. How you doing today, sir? Your license, registration, insurance for me? >> Thanks so much. Thank you so much. You have your registration insurance? My name is Detective Burkard. I'm with the St. Cloud Police Department. Okay. Okay. Do you have your registration and insurance with you? >> Yes, ma'am. >> [ __ ] welcome. >> I'll explain everything to you here in just a second. Okay. >> All right. Sir, can I go and have you step outside the vehicle, please? Over here for me, please. Don't reach for your phone, sir. Is it is your phone in your pocket? >> Anything else on that we need to be made aware of? >> Okay. So, this is an ongoing investigation that we're conducting right now. Okay, the detective that's in charge of the case will explain everything to you. At this point, you are going to be detained. Okay. >> Once the officer said Mark was being detained, it was clear that it was more than just a traffic stop, but he didn't panic. He just asked if he could call his daughter. Turns out that should have been the least of his concerns. >> Mark, right? >> Hey, um I'm gonna talk. You want to I'm going to bring you back here. You got the cuffs on? >> Hot right there. [clears throat] My car don't have AC, so I'm not >> Oh, really? AC in the vehicle. There you >> go. >> So, I'm Detective River. This is Detective Caitlyn. We both work at the St. Cloud Police Department. Um we're both um part of a task force is called Internet Crimes against. So, what we do is make sure that no being or harmed anybody. Okay. >> So, um we want to make sure first at your house, who's is there any uh there's no living at your house or nothing like that? It's like small. >> Okay. Perfect. Okay. So that that's kind of what we do. So before [clears throat] I get into like what I want to talk to you about because you're sitting in front of the front seat of my car, I'm going to read you. You know what Miranda is? >> Even when he realized he was being questioned by a police task force dedicated to protecting children, Mark showed no emotion whatsoever. As if he had expected something like this to happen. You >> have like social media accounts or anything that you get on? >> I do. >> You do? Do you know? Do you happen to know the names of them? Well, I mean, I got Facebook, Instagram. Uh, I'm I follow some people on Tik Tok. >> So, just like the basic ones. >> Yeah, that's social media. >> Okay. Do you do a lot of chatting with other people on there? >> Sometimes. >> Sometimes. >> Would there be anything on your phone like that would be considered like underage or anything like that? >> Probably. >> Really? >> I mean, you're you're doing an investigation. >> Okay. I think and everybody makes mistakes, man. >> I made a mistake and I've been feeling like bad for like in my gut, you know? >> No, I don't. I get it. >> But uh just about to step away from all that and get rid of everything and but of course, you know, here we are. >> Yeah. >> Where's your phone at right now? >> On top of my car. >> It's not crazy stuff. >> Yeah. Okay. different video. >> As relaxed as he was about the arrest, Mark was also casual about admitting to having images of unaged persons in his phone. Since he was so forthcoming, the detective tried to get more information about the images and the people who circulated them. >> If I show you some pictures, they're not they've been edited out. [music] You know, there's there's or anything like that. Would you be able to tell me if these are the types of things you would see like people in that group you were in or whatever that you >> possibly remember image like this being in your Amazon photos account? >> No, I don't remember that. >> Okay. >> Yeah, those two were the same person. >> I mean I don't know if I don't know who that is. I don't know. I'm saying the same person said that. Oh, >> the same person said that. You don't remember how long ago? >> It's been a while. >> The detective continued asking about the group chats and informed Mark that his phone would be seized and his house searched. The detectives knew he lived with his daughter and they did not want to traumatize her any more than necessary. Speaking of his daughter, Detective Rivera had a few more questions. >> And how your relationship with your daughter? It's good. >> It's good. >> And don't take this the wrong way. The only reason I'm asking you >> The only reason I'm asking this is because that image that shows you with the stuff on them >> kind of the hair resembles what your daughter had back in the days. None of this is your doctor, right? >> No. >> You never daughter put hands on your daughter or anything like that? No. >> Cuz you know there's preach out there that do that. So, >> of course. >> All right. So, none of them is your daughter. We have >> or nobody you know. >> You can go talk to him. >> Okay. >> What's going to happen? >> Um I'm going to get with my sergeant. I'm not. You're You're gonna be free to go. Um, you know, when we're done talking here and stuff like that. Um, are you gonna assume you're gonna head head on to work? >> Well, it's 11:30. Yeah. I need to go. I'm supposed to I was supposed to clock in at 11, but I need to go there, clock in, and run straight back home and get my daughter up. My main concern right now is taking her to her office. After that, whatever. You know, I'm ready. >> What time is your doctor? >> 12:30. >> I'm going to let you go sit in your car and then um get your stuff. As much as the officers wanted things to go smoothly with Mark's daughter, what happened was quite the opposite. She had no idea that her father was a offender. And seeing a SWAT team in front of her house shocked her to the core. >> Hey, come check her out for me, Doc. She's having breathing problems. >> No, I'm okay. I just am anxious. >> I know, but So, he he's uh one of our SWAT medics, so let him check you out to make sure you're okay. >> SWAT. >> Yes. >> What's going on? >> Is your dog friendly? >> Yeah, he loves people. >> That's my baby. What's going on? >> In a second. Let's get you checked out cuz you're not like breathing too much. >> No, I just am anxious, guys. I just want to know what's going on. >> Everything's okay. We got to search more for you. >> Well, why? We haven't done anything. >> I don't get it. >> We'll talk to you in a second. >> I'm one of the paramedics. Okay. So, >> hi. >> Tell me your name. >> Bill Harden. >> Okay. >> No, I'm just I just want to know what's going on. >> All right. Yeah, they'll explain to you. So, my job is just to make sure that you're okay. So, do you have any chest, >> shortness of breath? >> Right now, I have chest. I'm anxious. >> Anxious. Okay. Do you take a medication for that or no? >> I have pills. >> Okay. Are they inside? Did you take them today like you're supposed to or >> last night? I have I have nighttime ones. I haven't been taking my morning ones. >> Okay. So, anybody else inside? >> No, my dad's at work. >> Since there was no need for a medical intervention, the doctor just advised Isabella to take a few deep breaths and try to calm down. The officers told her she wasn't in any trouble, and she was adamant that her dad hadn't done anything either. Not until the officers told her the cold, hard facts. >> No, it's my dad. It makes no sense. He doesn't do anything but go to work in Florida. >> How long did you grow up in this house? >> I'm not sure exactly what age I moved in this house, but we moved here from Florida when I was three. >> And we moved in two other places and we finally got this house. And while you lived in Florida in St. Cloud, did any other live with you? >> Never live. No. >> No. He did it one long time ago. And that was it. >> What about people your age? >> No. >> Friends stay with you? >> Um my friends, they will come over and stay the night and stuff like normal, but that's it. Or I go to their house. >> They sleep in my room. >> Why do you think they're a search warrant for the house? Yeah. Okay. So, um myself and Detective Rivera are part of a task force called Internet Crimes Against. Have you ever heard of that before? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, are you familiar with what we we look for and things like that? >> I watch all the cop stuff. >> Okay. So, um unfortunately, we did get a tip from your house. >> What the um Yeah. And we we spoke to your language. >> You're okay, sweetheart. You That's okay. I can understand your frustration. So, >> confused. >> So, um we always want to try to make sure that everybody in the house is safe and so we talked to everybody in there. Uh we did speak to your dad already. Um we did have some concerns. Obviously, the detectives couldn't take Mark's word that the girl in the incriminating photos was not his daughter, and the best way to check it was to ask her. Eventually, they even showed her the photos. >> Um, I don't know. Well, what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you a picture and then I'll kind of explain to you what what we're here for. Okay? So, do you happen to recognize there's no in this photo that I'm about to show you. Okay? Do you recognize this photo or that jewelry or anything anything about this photo? >> Not at all. Not at all. N >> Okay. You see that there's like a birth mark here and here and here. Yeah. >> So, you kind of have one here. >> Yeah. >> That's definitely not me. >> Like I said, we talked to your dad and he did admit that he does have um that type of material on his phone. That's a >> Why can't you just be a decent man? Why do men have to be this way? >> Well, what do you mean by that? Like >> men are gross. Men are just always gross. You know, as a woman, you can't even walk down the street without getting, you know, even at 16. me walking downtown with my cousin, men randomly yelling, barking, you know, they're just gross. >> After Isabella confirmed beyond any doubt that it wasn't her in the pictures, the detectives let her talk to her dad and it wasn't a pleasant conversation at all as she gave him a lecture he'll probably never forget. >> Be a man. I am a woman. It would be different if I was your son. I am a woman. I have a woman's body. I only have a dad. I don't have a mom to go to because my dad is a weirdo. You shouldn't be having me in this situation. I only have you. Shut shut up. If you have I shouldn't have to deal with this, Dad. It's only me and you. This is stupid. I want to be able to live with you, but I don't feel comfortable in this house. I don't know what to do. And this is making No, but it doesn't matter. Doesn't matter. It doesn't matter because that the same. >> After the detective seized all the electronics and reviewed the evidence, 58-year-old Mark was arrested and charged with sharing illegal explicit materials involving through online platforms. His bond was set at $26,000. On May 30th, 2024, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force got a tip from Dropbox that an account under the name Chris Milbour got flagged for uploading porty. The task force immediately sent the information to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and they responded swiftly. already. >> Howdy, Chris. Hey, I'm Detective Wallace with a with the sheriff's office. Okay. >> Hey, I've got a search warrant for the house. We want to go ahead and secure the dog there. >> Uh, yeah. Give me a second. >> Yeah. Here. >> Could you prepare the warrant for me? >> I will, but go ahead. >> Keep the door open. Secure the dog. >> All right. Secure. Okay. My name is Detective Wallace. I'm here with the sheriff's office. I have a search warrant for the house. Are you the only one home? >> I think my uncle is here as well, but he is asleep. >> Okay. So, we're going to need to wake him up here in a second. So, where was the dog secured? >> The dog is secured in my room. When you're ready to check my room, I will move. >> No, no, we'll do that. So, here's a copy of the search warrant. Uh, it's for a investigation. >> Uh, so what we're going to do now, let's go ahead and, uh, secure the house. So, if you want to stay up here, these guys are going to go through. Which room's your uncle in? >> Uh, he will be down this hallway to the left. >> What's his name? >> Uh, James Miller. >> Yep. >> The only two people inside the residence were Mr. Chris Milbour and his uncle, Mr. James Miller. They were brought into the living room for questioning. >> According to the initial tip from Dropbox, over 100 images containing childraphy were uploaded to their server from this address. >> Hey, James, come on up here, buddy. >> Oh, my grandma might be here, too. Okay. On the door on the right. >> Might be grandma. Door on the right. >> Yeah, she's not here. She's not here. Okay. >> Yes. Leaf. We'll we'll get that one here in a second. >> Okay. So, there should be everybody here. >> Okay. If you want to have a seat, James, and I'll explain. So, my name's Detective Bobby Wallace. I work with the sheriff's office. I'm assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. So, with that in mind, I'm going to go and advise you guys of your legal rights. I don't mean you're guilty of anything. I just advise you your rights. Okay. So, Dropbox Incorporated made a report to the National Center for Missing Exploited Children regarding some uh inappropriate files that were located within that Dropbox account. So, with that in mind, does anybody know specifically why I'm here? >> Uh, yes, I do. I had at prior times obtained such a thing. >> Okay. >> Um, and I have since deleted. >> Chris claimed he deleted his Dropbox account over 2 years ago, but the files were not deleted. They were still on the server. And according to Detective Wallace, someone accessed them about a month ago. >> Okay. How about April of this year? >> Maybe. I I don't think so, but I don't. >> Okay. >> That might have been when I like went through and search try to delete things. >> Okay. No, fair enough. >> So, what I'll do is I'll start with James. And what we'll do, I'm just basically going to ask for storage or electronic devices and stuff like that. Or Chris, I'm sorry. >> So, you got a cell phone. What kind of cell phone is that? >> Uh, I don't know. I think it's the Note 5. I don't I don't remember the brand. >> Okay. >> It is a Samsung. >> Okay. And is there a passcode on it? >> Uh I have to look at it to cuz that's more muscle memory than anything. >> Yeah. >> Um cuz I normally use my fingertip, but I believe it is. >> Is there any weapons in the house? >> Uh I have >> nothing majorly considered a weapon. There are no like besides kitchen utensils. There are no guns. >> Okay. and my mother had a form of warrant of guns. >> After the initial questioning, the team proceeded to search the house while Detective Wallace took the suspects to his vehicle for further one-on-one questioning. Chris made his job fairly easy because he admitted to everything without any issues. >> I would like to withhold things, but I would like to do so with in a compliant manner. Uh withhold speaking. Well, >> I want to be as compliant as possible. >> Let's just go this way. So, >> so I've advised you of your rights. >> Yes, you have. >> Um, you have again, you have the right to say nothing. >> Okay. >> You've also got the right is I can ask questions. If you're not comfortable answering a certain question, you can just tell me. >> Yeah. Declined. I will say I had declined. >> Yeah. And at any point time that you want to stop, we'll just stop. Okay. >> It's I will continue with questioning. Okay. and finding things that I >> Okay, I will probably consider questions. >> Yeah. As far as this Dropbox account, so there was a Dropbox account >> uh that was listed under the name of Chris Milner. >> Yes. >> Uh was that your account? >> Uh yes. Okay. >> Chris admitted to having had the Dropbox account since 2011. Seeing that the suspect was forthcoming, the sheriff proceeded to ask directly about the contents of the Dropbox and Chris nodded when he approved. And of course, inside the that account, there was uh about 26 files that would be considered and then there was another 33 would be considered child, which just means it's similar in nature, but not illegal, so to speak. Uh, like for instance, the kids are clothed or it's hard to tell their age or something to that nature. Um, do you remember when those files got into the account? >> I could not be precise. >> Okay. Like I said, when it comes down to it, the records kind of tell me everything. >> So, this is more about getting to know you. >> Yes. >> Because, in lack of better words, there's a very large spectrum of people. >> I agree. I understand. And that's why I'm being as cooperative as possible. So, what we're going to do today, since you know, you've been forthcoming enough to know that this is your account, I'm not going to go take everything in the house. So, for lack of better word, that's going to focus on it. >> I I and I can what I will be doing is I will definitely say uh I believe there are currently photos on the tablet I have discarded because of the broken screen, but I haven't actually thrown it away yet. It was still on the desk. After Chris explained in detail which devices contained incriminating material, Detective Wallace continued questioning him. He wanted to know if Chris only looked at pictures or if he tried to act out on his fantasies. >> As far as it feels more like an addiction, so there's relapse and all of that stuff. >> And I'm trying to fight out of it. >> That's good. Well, like I said, where I was getting at is in in this realm, I deal with a wide variety of people. There's people that, like you said, they have an addiction. They do the stuff. They basically they download the files. They use it for their own pleasure in the privacy of their own home and never heard a song. >> But then there's other people that actually go and act on these fantasies, you know. And that's the people I'm more concerned about because, you know, that's the guys that are out, for lack of a better word, their nieces and nephews and >> uh neighbor kids or or whatever the case is actually out harming children. >> Yes. >> So on that scale, which one are you? Uh, I would say I am very rather firmly in the first camp. >> Okay. >> Uh, and like even trying to get out of even that. >> Detective Wallace did a great job in getting Chris to open up and talk about his problem. And even though he seemed sincere, the officer kept asking more questions, trying to get a definitive answer. The reason I say this is just just a caution that typically once these cases are done, especially when for lack of better words, they come a m matter of record. >> Yes. >> A lot of times people start coming forward. >> It's easier to deal with that stuff now than it is later. So, are there going to be are there going to be any, for lack of better words, kids coming out of the clockwork >> talking about you inappropriately otherwise >> harming there. I declined to answer at this time. >> Okay. So, when did all this start? >> When I was like 16 or 17, 15, 16, 17. >> Uh, was it just finding it along the way or did it get started? >> I just kind of found it. >> Okay. >> You know, like it's there's just certain like you click enough times and you start getting to a spot on the web. >> Anyone else that you know of that was kind of involved? At one point, Chris asked for a break to have some water. Detective Wallace took the opportunity to question his uncle, James. The most important part of the questioning was when he asked about Chris's relationship to the children he came in contact with. >> So, are you familiar with any accusations made against anybody or involving anybody regarding uh >> the Okay. Are you familiar with any children that may have been inappropriately? For lack of better words, I want to see how honest you are about this. Okay. Because Chris told me that there's an issue with another child, with an actual child. >> Okay. That's what I need to follow up on. So, are you familiar with this child? I mean, even if it's even if it's not true, just so I can tell. >> I know. I I kind of know that there might have been an incident at one time, but I did not ever hear the full story. >> James explained that Chris had a girlfriend and at one [music] point was accused of being inappropriate with her children. >> The issue was never reported and never went to court. After the evidence was examined, Chris was arrested and charged with possession as well as dissemination [music] of child. If [snorts] convicted, he'll face 3 to seven years and 6 to 30 years in prison, respectively. Child predators lurk everywhere, and it's not only Dropbox that flags questionable uploads. On August 30th, 2023, Twitter alerted the Kain County Sheriff's Department about an account that uploaded and shared explicit content online. The trail led them to a family's home. >> Mr. Investigator Uler with the state attorney's office. I have a search warrant for the house. Who's here? >> My wife and my son. >> Okay. We need to come inside and make certain that they're okay. away from the door, sir. >> Phillip, police have dogs or anything. >> All right, come on downstairs. >> What's your wife's name? >> He's getting dressed. >> Come down to us, please. Hi, >> Philip. My name is Andrew Uler. I want the state's attorney's office. Okay. Sir, I apologize for coming into your home for this. Come on now. >> But it has everything to do with Phil. We're here for computers >> and cell phones. Okay. >> They're all upstairs. >> All right. All right, Phil. I'm not here to judge you in any way, shape, or form. Okay? I'm here for digital devices. I'm here for >> Okay. >> From the very start, Philip pretended to not know about what the investigators were talking about. The officer tried to explain things as simply as possible, but he persisted. So, the detective decided to show him the actual evidence. >> Sending off little boy pictures to other people and on Twitter and all that stuff. >> Hear me out. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Okay. >> This is your business. If you want to be a little bit more private, we could do that cuz like I said, I'm not here to judge you. I'm here just to get the stuff away. >> Yeah, go for it. I was confused on everything. >> Okay. >> So, what little boy pictures are you talking? I was confused. >> Is this you? Is that you? >> I mean, that's pictures I use on my phone. >> Okay. And how about all these all these little uh these right here? >> This is what I'm talking about. Little videos of you know what is? >> Yeah, I know what that >> that's out of your account. Philip acted like he had no idea what the detective was talking about. He brushed off the images as if they didn't matter, but the officer saw through his act and called him out for being dishonest. >> Here's the thing. I don't think you're being honest with me. And there's only one chance for you to do that because >> I promise. >> No. Well, and the thing is, do you know? >> No. or guy used to go to high school with you guys down in Alabama now. Crimson Tide. >> No, I really don't. >> Okay. All right. Every single thing is connected to you. Your Comcast account. Everything. >> I'm just like really confused. >> Why are you confused? >> Cuz I don't know. Like I just got woken up and I I have no idea. >> I get it. I get it that you sent a video of a boy in the bathroom. Uh, another boy. >> I know a Scott who literally not too long ago tried to meet up with me. >> No. Well, >> he wanted to meet up. He literally >> crap in here. >> At this point, the officers only had a search warrant. They let Philip know he was not under arrest and that he could leave at any time. At the same time, they kept showing him the evidence, hoping he would confess. >> A weird one. >> I'm not here to judge anybody as far as their preference. I don't care. That's [snorts] you. Phil Open. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's your account. It's >> No, no, it is me. Phil Open is me. >> Okay. This video right here, right here. And I know it's just a long thing. [music] That video is a video of a little boy probably I don't know 9 10 that is another boy that's under 18 in a bathroom. >> When was all this done? So >> last year. So >> and and also this year in April of this year, >> you went on to Twitter and he sent >> Absolutely. It's all coming back to this house in your account. >> Is it your mom? >> Is what you just said. >> Who's they? >> Whoever just sent me. I said I said so. They sent me these things. >> You said yes. >> No. No. It's you. >> Not only was Philip not about to confess, but the more the officer pressed him, the more he denied having anything to do with it. At one point, he even stopped looking at the images and almost burst into tears. >> Woke me up out of bed. Like, I am literally confused. I have no idea what's going on. >> Okay. >> I'm like freaking out now. You're saying I have all this? >> Yes. >> And I really don't. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I don't. >> Yeah, you do. >> I really don't. >> Yeah, you do. >> I really don't. >> You've never seen these before? >> No. And I don't want to see like that. >> Really? That's the way you're going to I don't know what I'm saying. >> None of this stuff here. >> No. >> Did you take a video of yourself urinating on yourself? >> No. Not that I can remember. I think the last time I tried to pee, someone paid me in like five years ago. He he had me pee at myself. Five years ago >> in your room upstairs on your bed. >> Yeah. Five or six years ago. >> Okay. You traded that video. Hold on. >> I traded that video to a ton of people. >> Yeah. You did just this past Uh, April. >> When confronted with the one video he could not possibly deny, he tried to play it off as something he had done a long time ago. That video itself was not an issue at all. The big issue was that he sent another video alongside it. >> That video of you urinating on yourself was disseminated. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Was disseminated in April in Twitter. Right along with that was a video of two boys and then one boy go and the other guy. >> But again, you show them in these videos I took over for like a decade ago. >> I don't care. You're trading them now. Do you have a drinking problem? >> I don't have a drinking problem. I don't have a drug problem. I actually don't. >> Do you black out? Do you do things and you wake up in the next morning and I don't know what you're doing? >> I don't understand this though. >> Neither do I. >> Well, I think you do. Have you ever seen any of come across your desktop or your cell phone before? Ever? >> I mean, have I ever seen it in my entire life? I mean, yeah, it's popped up. I mean, and I I wouldn't say no. I don't know. I mean, have I seen questionable videos? Yes, I've seen questionable videos that I've just moved past. >> Okay. >> But they're literally just on like web pages. >> Okay. >> At one point, the second officer stepped in with a calmer approach. When that didn't work, the officers tried to offer a deal. If Philip willingly told them which of the devices contained explicit materials, they would not have to take his parents' phones or computers. >> Search warrant that we have is for any and all device. So, we're going to take mom's and we're going to take dads cuz if it's not you, then it's them. So, we're going to take their computers. We're going to take their cell phones. We typically don't have to do that because like I said, all we're here is to get the away. That's it. And if we get the device that has it, if we get the device that have it, then we're out of here quicker and you can get back to your sleep that you apparently need some more of. You were talking about you're being so worried about your mom and the way that she takes this. I get that and I have respect for that. You don't want I do. >> Oh, I don't have a mom. >> No, I'm just saying you probably don't understand how worried she's >> Well, I get it. Is she going to be upset that she she gets a phone taken, too? Yeah, she's going to be upset at the fact that any police are involved. >> Okay. Wow. >> Just in general. It doesn't matter about what just police if I get a speeding ticket. >> Once again, the officers stressed that their only goal is to get the content out of circulation and that Philip was not helping at all. But eventually, they gave up and had to give the bad news to his parents. this year in April, he created a a Twitter account in this house and sent off a whole slew of of boys, including videos of himself and peeing on himself in his bed. Those were side by side. So, that's why we're here. Typically what we do is we only come in here and we take the devices that have what we need. We don't need to burden you guys with, you know, waiting to have your phones or use of your phones or your your laptops and have your personal stuff taken. But I can't sort through anything because I know it came from this house without your son. He's saying he doesn't know anything about nothing. That's fine. And you're saying go ahead and get a lawyer. He's not in custody, so he doesn't need a lawyer. It doesn't apply. >> I just don't know. I get it. I get it 100%. >> I get it 100%. And and I'm just trying and I hate to give you this stuff because it looks like it's upsetting you and it should be upsetting. >> But we're in your home and you need to know what's going on. >> Instead of confessing, at one point, Philip insinuated that his parents might be the ones sending the explicit videos. However, earlier on, he had given the officers the password to his phone. It didn't take long for them to find the condemning evidence. >> All right, here's what the deal is. You are now under arrest. Okay. >> Okay. Hold on. Sit up. I'm going to put the cuffs on you. Go back and I'm a Miranda. If you don't want to talk to me, that's fine. Did this have to happen this way? Let me see. No, it didn't have to happen this way. Because you act like you're acting and it's all over your phone. How these things get on your phone then? >> I don't know what things you're talking about. >> Okay, we'll go back to the station. We'll show you what we found. >> Hey, I would love >> Philip was arrested and taken to jail. He later confessed to possession and dissemination of he was tried and sentenced to 9 years in prison and had to register as a sex offender. Thank you for watching the Untold Files.
