Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> You will not arrest me. >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. >> Yeah. Paul, now you're going to jail. >> Oh, are you kidding me? >> It's the build the part. >> Yes, yours. >> I am, right? All right. >> Every day officers deal with difficult people, but Karens take chaos to a whole other level. But when police step in, they get a hard dose of reality. And we see it all unfold when body cams capture what happens when cops put psycho as hell Karens in their place. >> You're not going to take my husband to the county jail. He >> did hit you. No, he didn't. >> I'm just confused. >> No, you seem confused. Do not bother us again. >> Okay. >> On May 23rd, 2025, police officers responded to a residence following reports of a domestic dispute between a couple. And although the Karen tried to put the blame on her neighbors, the officers saw right through her lies. Come on here. >> Yeah, we had alcoholic walk over here and rush around. >> Okay. All right. Come on here and talk to me. Tell me what's going on. Just settle down. Come over here. >> Okay. >> We have these bizarre neighbors. >> Okay. Come on. >> Who are alcoholics? >> We're 102 >> and come in and out of here every day. >> They're always hurt. >> Okay. You don't have to yell at me. I'm standing right here. >> I called police three times like people >> yelling at me. >> I don't know you. >> Tell me what's going on. I don't know you either. >> I DON'T WANT TO TALK to you police officers. All right. Well, it doesn't matter. YOU HAVE TO. >> NO, I DON'T. >> The woman needed to calm down. The officers were simply doing their job, responding to a call from a concerned neighbor. If she wanted them to leave her alone, then her best bet was to relax and answer their questions. But that was the last thing she wanted to do. >> Ma'am, are you hurt? >> She's got like I'm hurt. >> I FELL AT THREE TIMES TRESPASSERS. >> WELL, IT looks like you got a little bit of scratch there. So, what happened? >> Yeah, nothing happened. Nothing happened? >> No. >> Okay. Nobody else is inside? >> Yeah, no one else inside. >> Okay. Well, listen, man. We just wanted to figure out what was going on. Somebody. >> We have neighbors here and not here abusing family. It's not normal. >> Okay. So, who else is inside? >> My husband. >> Okay. He didn't hit you. >> No, he didn't. We had to argue as an adult. >> Is he okay? >> No, he's not. He's not what? He's not >> I don't care. It's not your business. >> Well, actually, I need to make sure that everyone's fine, actually. >> So, I need to >> was with the neighbor. You're not going to get my husband involved in this. You can get the out. >> She had no reason to speak to the officers like that. They just wanted to understand what had happened and make sure everyone was okay. But to do so, they needed to see her partner, whether she wanted them to or not. >> We're going to check on him. I have to make sure he's okay on him and sleep like a baby tonight. You stand there. >> Get the out of my house. >> Yeah, you guys are going hell. >> Okay. So, you don't want to report anything? >> I don't want to report your [ __ ] >> Okay, just go ahead and check on him. >> Good for >> You're checking on a husband who's uh had enough today. >> Can we go in and check on him? >> Not really. This is our uh living space. Really? Really? >> Well, at first you said we could check. >> No, no, no. At first you stooped up on us because of a nosy neighbor. We have asked three times to leave. She's mentally incapacitated. >> Is she the one that hit you? >> NO, NO, NO. MY HUSBAND and I get an argument as an adult. >> So, he's the one that hit you? >> No, he's not the one that hit me. >> So, how did you get the cut? >> From my husband having an argument because this woman walking in and interfering. You're not going to take my husband to the county jail. >> He did hit you. No, he didn't. >> Well, that was the most concerning and confusing thing the officers had heard all day. They didn't ask what made her partner hit her. They asked her if he had hit her. It was a simple yes or no question. And her hesitation spoke volumes. Plus, she accidentally said it was from her husband. >> Okay. So, I just want to make sure your husband did not hit you. >> My husband and I got into an argument as an adult. got into an >> This little woman instigated everything between our me and husband. You're not going to get a restraining order between me and my husband. >> That's not what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to figure out what neighbor it was. Which one? >> Yeah, she doesn't. No, just her. But she Well, nobody's injured. She has a minor scratch, but she doesn't want anything. >> Scratch. It's not big of a deal. We've been asking people in and out of here cuz trespassers, >> but she's not willing to tell me how she got it or who gave it to her. So, >> okay. My husband's not in trouble. I'm a little >> I didn't say that. >> He has had people influencing him in and out of here. >> Really? Really? >> While she continued to argue with the officers, paramedics from the fire department arrived on the scene. The more she spoke, the more it seemed like she was under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. After speaking with her husband inside, the officers had enough evidence to determine that she was the aggressor. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Settle down. Don't do anything. I'm going to talk to I'm going to get it. I'm going to go over everything with you. Okay. >> I'm going on a baker. >> Nope. >> Why? >> We will explain everything to you here in just a second. >> Why am I being arrested? >> All right. Well, this officer here will explain everything. >> Why am [clears throat] I being arrested? I'm just wondering. >> Go through everything with you. >> All right. >> We are going to explain everything. >> Promise. Considering how she had been acting, it was surprising that she was willing to go with the officers without a fight. Next, they escorted her to a nearby police cruiser where she was searched before being placed in the back. >> What am I in trouble for? >> Okay, we'll get No, no. You're back in your I don't have >> that's going to get you a sh >> No, I don't have drugs. >> Okay, >> those aren't even mine. >> No, I'm not going to I'm not going to do an inepth search. We're going to have a major problem with my mother. >> Okay. >> Am I under arrest? What are my charges? >> Here, I'm going to come talk to you right now. >> Yeah, I would like to know. >> All right. So, you're under arrest for domestic battery on >> I pushed my husband off. I have a scratch in my eye. Are you stupid? >> Get the away. Just drive me to the airport. >> You told us. >> Yeah. No. No. No. Shut the man. >> Was there any >> Was there anybody else there? >> There was this woman who walked up me and me and my husband PUSHED HER AWAY SAME TIME. THAT'S WHAT THAT'S WHAT YOU SAID. UM, >> this is my home. Are you >> somebody get the away? Go away. >> She could continue to deny it all she wanted, but she was just wasting her breath. From there on out, the only person she would have to convince would be the judge. Before leaving the scene, the officer spoke to her husband once again. >> She was stabbing it with this. Okay. Got my back for a sec. Corp. Oh, wow. Yeah, that that works. >> That's aggressive. >> That is a So, um, >> you got to open that door that you >> do, uh, >> you don't you don't have to. Okay, your verbal statement's more than enough, but are you willing to write a written statement? You don't have to. I don't >> I rather not, right? >> Okay, that's 100% fine. Um, one thing I'm going to say to you just as a personal in case this this is obviously a dangerous scenario, you need to be safe. >> This is not going to get better. I I >> it's going to end up with one of you. I I I don't like saying that, but I've been a cop for almost 10 years. He's been longer and he's a homicide detective. He can tell you better than anyone. You're going to end up or she's going to end up either from defending herself. So, I So >> you can say as much as you want in your head that it's not going to happen, but this that >> is that norm like I I'm just trying to hammer it home for you. Is that normal? No. >> No. So you need to get some help and make sure she stays away. >> The woman was charged with domestic battery and disorderly conduct. On September 19th, 2025, [music] Florida officers arrived at a home to serve a warrant for cyberstalking and filing false reports against a woman named Mariah. >> Now, YOU GUYS KNOW YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AROUND THE HOUSE. You don't And don't come in. Do not come in. DO NOT COME IN. STAY. Do we just need to talk to her? >> I don't care. I don't trust y'all. >> Get out. Out. >> That's not how this works. >> Get out of here. You do NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO BE ON THIS PROPERTY. [music] Oh my god. >> IT'S THE COPS. THEY'RE HERE. >> WE JUST need to talk to Mariah. What is the problem? >> YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO BE ON OUR PROPERTY. GET OUT. >> GET OUT. >> Excuse me. I I HAVE NO CLOTHES ON. What's going on? WHY ARE YOU IN MY HOUSE? >> MARIAH, just put some clothes on. We just want to talk to you real quick. I don't know why you guys are overreacting. >> I'm I'm not I'm simply >> No. No. Not Not you. Your sister. She's all >> Yeah. Well, WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THIS? CONSIDERING WHAT WE'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH LATELY, I DON'T GET TO TALK TO [screaming] YOU GUYS. >> YOU still don't need to be in the garage. They don't need to be in the garage. >> You can stay out here and calmly talk. >> I don't want to talk to them. No, I don't want to talk to them. >> Don't shut my garage door. >> I don't want to talk TO THEM AND THEY SHOULD BE ON OUR PROPERTY. >> Right now, >> it all started when Mariah made claims on Facebook that a police officer who she dated once had been stalking her. However, she had no evidence to support her claims. When she was told to stop spreading false information, she went to police headquarters with more complaints and continued posting lies about the officer online. >> So, we're here to discuss whatever's going on with >> Why [music] are you stepping so close to me? >> Okay, we're done playing this game. We're trying TO FIND YOUR >> OH MY GOD, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> DON'T READ THIS OR YOU'RE GOING TO GO ON THE GROUND. I DIDN'T HELP. I DIDN'T [screaming] DO ANYTHING. WHAT IS SHE being arrested for? WHAT >> WILL GO GET MY PHONE AND CALL RYAN NOW? >> WHAT IS SHE BEING ARRESTED FOR? >> EVERYBODY, >> what are you doing? >> What is she being arrested? >> We'll get the information. We did not give you permission. You don't have a warrant. >> Yes, we do have a warrant >> for what? >> Her arrest. >> For what? her arrest. >> For what? >> Her arrest. We'll fill you. We'll fill you in >> in a minute. >> The officers informed Mariah that she had a warrant out for her arrest as they escorted her toward a waiting squad car. However, she claimed that they had it all wrong, just like what she did online. She claimed again that she was being stalked and [music] harassed by one of their officers. >> Have a seat. >> No, you need to tell me what you're doing. YOU'RE NOT TELLING ME. >> Have a seat. >> Have a seat. I HAVE NOT COMMITTED A CRIME OR DONE ANYTHING TO YOU. >> You have a warrant. So for what, ma'am? >> For what? Explain everything to you in the car. >> There's not a possible way for me to have a warrant. >> Get in the car. >> You need to tell me WHAT YOU'RE DOING. >> PUT your feet in the car. >> There is nothing I can have a warrant for. >> Oh, you're all going to be so screwed with the fence. The officers left Mariah alone for a few minutes to calm down before telling her why she was under arrest. They needed to track down a guardian to look after her child while she was in jail. But she refused to answer any of their questions until they told her what the warrant was for. >> I have had an issue with one of your officers who's hacked my phone and isly harassing me. Extorting. >> Judge, obviously found probable cause for an arrest. So >> for what? We're going to explain it to you. >> You can't detain someone for something they have no idea about because they haven't committed a crime. >> We're way past that. You have a warrant. >> You, ma'am. >> So, again, >> I know how warrants work because I have a DUI, >> okay, >> that I've been on probation for for a long time now. I've not committed a crime. So, you just detaining me, not telling me what it's for, and just saying it's a warrant when I haven't committed a crime >> is not okay. >> Mariah, who needs to watch your son? She continued to refuse to cooperate, stating that one of their officers was trying to extort her. Her sister got a hold of her lawyer. However, the officers were under no obligation to speak with her representative. >> This is an arrest warrant. >> Charge for cyberstalking and false reports of communication or crime. >> Oh my god. >> All right. >> They're charging her for cyberstalking. >> The guy who's been stalking her. Oh, this is you. I >> You are evil. You are >> I don't think I'm evil. >> I was given a warrant. We served the warrant. >> SHE'S BEEN STALKED BY ONE OF YOUR OWN COPS. >> I KNOW NOTHING about it. >> Oh, you guys. Yeah. Yeah. Cuz all you do is uphold corruption. Oh my god. >> Both sisters continued to deny that Mariah did anything wrong, claiming she was the victim. But as the officer said, she had a warrant out for her arrest and there was no way she was going to talk her way out of it. >> Does this make you feel good about yourself? I'm a good person working hard. >> Maria, I have I have zero involvement in this entire case. So So no, it doesn't >> read into what you're doing and see that that it's not a problem. >> We're here to serve a warrant. That's it. >> And Okay. So what is the warrant on now? >> It is for >> cyberstalk. >> Cyberstalking. >> I'm being cyber >> and false reports. >> I'm being cyberstaled. >> It's not false reports. This is false and I'm going to FIGHT THE CRAP OUT OF IT BECAUSE IT'S NOT I'M BEING CYBERSTAL. The police have my whole phone [laughter] and everything in it saying if I don't meet him, he's going to to leak everything to everybody. How will >> she would have a chance to fight it in court if she was innocent as she claimed she could just prove it in the right venue. Screaming at the officers in the back of the police cruiser wasn't going to do anything for her case. >> He has been stalking me for weeks. I have beyond the reasonable amount of proof for it. >> Unbelievable documents of proof. Every person in my life knows what's going on. A lawyer, a PI. This isn't going to look good for you guys. >> No. This is wrong. >> She gave her sister like the okay to >> YOU NEED TO CALL RYAN. They're wrongfully detaining me. >> They're wrongfully detaining me. Let me give you this. Thank you, WILLA. I DIDN'T COMMIT THIS CRIME. >> She claimed that she was studying to be an attorney. If that were true, you would think she would know that no matter how much she screamed and shouted, it wouldn't make her warrant magically disappear. >> SIR, I DID NOT DO THIS AND THIS IS A FALSE CRIME. THIS MAN HAS BEEN EXTORTING ME FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. >> OKAY, you can have your moment in front of the judge. Who is the officer who reported these crimes? Where is the detective? >> Bureau PD, one female. >> You need to No one's explaining anything to me. This isn't okay. I've been directly TALKING WITH A DETECTIVE. HOW CAN I SUDDENLY GO FROM BEING THE VICTIM to perpetrator? >> All right. So, the warrant was filed by Detective Madakitis >> and was signed by Judge Brown. You will have your moment in court. I can't believe the actual detective went against me. >> Are these felonies? I didn't. >> No, they're misdemeanors. >> Will there be immediate bail on it? >> Yes, you have bail. >> And you have a bond. >> The total >> 5,000 per. So 10,000 total. >> With what about with the bail thingy? >> What? >> $1,000. >> Although it was good news for her that she could bail out, she was less than impressed. She was transported to the police station where she continued to kick and scream the entire way. >> Police corruption. [screaming] Policeuption. God damn it. You pigs of you are leaving me in a heated car in Florida. >> What? >> I promise you it will be added to the that we abuse a police officer behavior. >> We can't have our vehicles on in here. What do you want? >> Let me out of the car. >> I can't. They have to let you out. >> So, >> you'll be legally out. >> I'm not a criminal. I'm being wrongly accused of something and you are going to be held legally accountable. >> Monsters. Monsters. Every dollar I have to my name will go to holding every one of you abusive police officers accountable for your actions today and in the last few weeks. >> Mariah was charged with resisting an officer without violence. She was issued a $2,500 bond which she later posted. She pleaded not guilty in court and the case is currently ongoing. On July 23rd, 2024, Alliance police officers [music] responded to a domestic violence call in the parking lot of the municipal court building. A man reported that the mother of his child had been following him and was interfering with his attempt to file a child custody complaint. >> What's going on? >> Uh, I came here to file a police report. She's I didn't know she was following me. And then she tried to break into my car. She's opening the doors. >> She's trying to open the doors, pounding on the window, >> right? >> And I came here to follow police report against her for hitting my son today because she hit my son a couple weeks ago and I wanted to check the status of that. >> So she has a no contact record for my son. >> Okay. because two weeks ago >> you're an alliance. >> My son is being neglected in and I can't get any help from the cops. She's breaking the wall on camera. I don't know why you guys won't honor her, but my son. >> The man was upset as he felt that the courts and the [music] police were lenient to his abusive ex to get to the bottom of things. They spoke to his ex who was parked beside him. And let's just say that the last thing she wanted to do was cooperate with the officers. [snorts] You can roll the window down or I can pull you out. It's up to you. Roll your window down or I'm going to pull you out. Roll your window down or I'm pulling. >> I'll be out with 48. >> Who? >> Who? These people. Do not let them get away. >> Okay. Why' they tackle you a week ago? >> Cuz I calm down my son's death and trying to take my kid from me. >> Okay, >> he needs to stay away from me, please. >> The woman Kayla continued to play the victim, trying to make it appear as though her husband was a violent, dangerous man, even though she had no evidence. Although she agreed to roll down her window by around an inch, she continued to ignore the officer's orders to step out of the car. What's your name? >> Stay away from me. >> Here's the deal. You can either come out of the car or I'm going to break out the window. >> Why are you guys trying to >> I'm going to break out the window if you don't exit. >> No, you can go over there. >> No. >> Why are you guys trying to arrest her? >> What is happening? What's happening? >> Because they're trying to TAKE ME AWAY AGAIN. DON'T LET THEM TAKE me away behind us. >> Keep her Keep him away from her. Keep him away from her. >> Listen, you're either your window's going to break out. You're going to come out. 48 headquarters. She's trying to take off. We got a pursuit. She almost just struck Olivia. >> Well, that was about the dumbest thing she could have done. If she were scared of the officers before, she definitely wouldn't like what happened next. The unfortunate thing was that she had no one to blame but herself. SIR, CAN I >> NO. STAY THE BACK. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of THE CAR. >> GET AWAY. GET AWAY. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. [screaming] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Get away FROM ME. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET OUT of the car. >> Get away from me. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> ON THE GROUND. ON THE GROUND. Get on the ground. >> On the ground. [screaming] >> Get on the ground. >> Face on your belly. Get on your belly. Look at my >> GET ON YOUR BELLY. >> GET ON YOUR STOMACH. [screaming] >> GET ON YOUR BELLY. GET on your belly. Taser. Taser. >> Get on your belly. >> Taser. Get on your stomach. >> Put your HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT [screaming] YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET UNDER the me again. I told you guys I didn't trust you. [screaming] >> GET your hand behind your back. Get your hand behind your back. Get your HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HER unwillingness to cooperate led her to meeting the business end of a taser twice. There's no doubt it hurt, but she brought it upon herself by resisting. >> Here, use these. >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. LET [screaming] ME GO. >> I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. I am not doing anything in this again. You guys >> hurry up. >> Did it again. Let go of my youing psychos. >> Hey. Yeah. >> Don't you move or you're getting zapped again. >> You are abuser. >> You are a user. >> Do not zap me just because I called you aer. >> Okay. >> No. Can you not? >> He needs to stay away from me. Sit up on your >> I already talked to you guys about this. Well, give me my medications. Get off of No, you're trying TO TAKE MY PERSONAL. >> Cut it off. >> WE WILL CUT IT OFF ISSUES. >> Let me have you cut off your >> We're way past that. >> She continued to play the victim, but she didn't have a leg to stand on. It was all caught on video how she nearly ran an officer over in her attempt to escape. Oddly, after she was restrained, she didn't seem that scared of the officers after all. Almost as if it were all AN ACT. >> DON'T YOU? [screaming] >> Give me my medicine. >> No. >> Oh my god. >> No. LET GO. YOU'RE ALLOWING THEM TO BREAK MY ARM. >> GET IN the car. >> I hate him. >> Get in the car. >> I don't let him touch me. You you piece of >> My hand's going to break again. Get away. >> Life's choices. >> So, are you away, sicko? >> At that point, almost a dozen officers had already arrived on the scene. The worst part was that her son was in the father's vehicle next to hers, and the kid witnessed his mother getting pulled out of the vehicle and tased. Not exactly the best childhood memory. >> All right, ma'am. This is what's going to happen. Okay, I understand you're >> No. No. You're not listening. That's why you don't know. And maybe you don't understand. You ran into her cruising. You're going to jail tonight. You're not having any contact with anyone out. You're not making any phone calls until you get to the jail. >> So, Zach is still out here free, too. >> She said that. >> Yeah. You're going to jail. You're such a >> So, you're going to the hospital for Listen, you're going you're going to the hospital to get clearance. You can either go up in an ambulance or you can ride with one of us and we'll just drag you out of the car for clearance. >> See, it's allowed. They're talking me like that when I didn't even touch them. Well, then you need to go in the ambulance with them if you don't want to be away. >> All right, then you can just ride up with us. >> No, I'm not. I'm not riding with them. >> Yep, you'll ride with us. >> Please don't. >> This is my car, isn't it? >> No. [laughter] >> Kayla was transported to the hospital for a checkup. And to think if she had just rolled down her window and cooperated, she would have been heading home. Instead, she would be going to jail. >> Listen, listen. I We'll talk about it when we're in there, okay? I'll be in there with you. It's gonna be okay. >> It's gonna be okay. >> No, it's not. Keep him away from me. Keep him away from me. >> There's a camera in here at all times. This one right here. >> He had my dress up last. [laughter] Do not let him hear me. Please. Please. Please have a seat. Please. Please. >> Kayla, >> deep breaths. >> Deep breaths. >> Keep him away from me. I'm not playing. >> In the meantime, I need to have a seat. >> I told him to keep keep him away from me. Please. Please do not let him near me. I'm a tushi. >> Okay, he's not coming here. >> He knows what he did. >> He's not coming here. >> There's some guy that looks just like him, too. >> No matter where she went, she claimed to be the victim of somebody. She continued to whine, claiming that when the officers tased her, she had been fully cooperating. However, the body cams told a different story. >> You broke glass all over me. That's no big deal. Let me lock [snorts] this up so it doesn't fine on you. >> We're just We're just getting moved over. >> Please don't. >> No. Chill. >> No. >> You You have I'm guessing that you have designer issues, Chris. >> Do you have anything? >> Do you have exercises that you do to calm yourself down? >> This isn't fair. This is a therapist how the same to happen all over again. >> I need you to calm down. >> I hate calm though. I need water. I need my phone. >> All right. You can't have your phone right now. >> This isn't okay. >> We'll we'll we'll check in to get you some water, but you can't have your phone right now. >> Need to stay away from me. >> Yeah, it's okay. Was there a woman's attack? >> Okay. >> A blood test determined that Kayla was under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with felonious assault, felonious obstruction of official business, operating a vehicle while impaired, resisting arrest, and unlawful restraint. On May 24th, 2025, police officers were dispatched to a restaurant following the reports that a woman had attacked several customers. When they arrived on the scene, they encountered the suspect [music] who attempted to make a drunken getaway. >> Go ahead and stop, ma'am. Ma'am, go ahead. Stop. You got to stay. >> You're under You're under arrest. Put your hand behind your back. Behind you. >> Put your hand behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Right back. >> We tried. She tried to take off. Be happy. >> I'm not resisting. I'm right here. >> I don't know. I'm right here. I'm not 600. You go to class for us. Well, I'm not doing anything. >> Her attempt to flee the officers was pointless. All she did was add an extra charge to her wrap sheet for resisting. Apparently, only moments earlier, [music] she had been involved in a bar fight and didn't want to face the consequences. >> Are you hurt at all? Can you answer that? [gasps] >> You guys are hurting. >> Where are we hurting your hands? >> Right here. Right here. >> Okay. I'm not holding you very tight. Are you hurt at all? >> Yeah, I am. >> Okay. Do you want to see medic? >> Yes. Get the off. >> All right, put it in the oven. >> While the woman was face down on the ground and in cuffs, the officer took the opportunity to read her her Miranda rightites. Then he didn't waste a second telling her the potential charges she would get. >> All right, just add another charge for resisting. Okay, do you understand that? And possibly assault too while you're at it. Okay, so let's lean on your side so you can breathe. And if you kick again or anything like that, there's going to be even more charges. Do you understand that? Do you understand that? Do you understand? Wake up. Wake up. What's your name? There we go. >> There we go. [music] >> It looked as though she had temporarily passed out. Thankfully, the officers were able to revive her. While cops and paramedics treated the woman, Billy Joe, on the side of the road, another officer headed to the bar to speak to the manager. >> Okay. So, what's going on? >> All right. [music] So, she came in. She was up here yesterday. Uh she she left on her tab and then when we went to run it, it went through for [music] half of the price. It was like uh it's around 50 bucks. So when she came in today, she wanted to pay the other half. >> So she paid only she only paid half yesterday. >> She paid well [music] her card got declined. So uh it just she didn't have the money for the whole to go through but she left before we could like she never tagged out. She just [music] left. >> She started she had this. This is today. Paid uh had a couple drinks. She started pissing [music] people off. So, we were trying to figure out how to get her out of here. And then one of the regulars said something, she went to attack a regular and that got broken up real quick. And then she went back to go get her. >> And when she went to attack the the regular, what do you mean by that? What did she do? She lay hands on her. [music] >> Yes. She tried to lay her hands on her, but it got broken up real quick. I'm not sure if she got any punches in on that first one or not. We got it on camera. The manager said he'd rushed in and broke up the fight. He said he told Billy to leave and as he was escorting her toward the door, she continued to cause a commotion. She even damaged his property in the process. >> She smacked a stack of plastic cups and it hit this old man's glass and glass broke everywhere on this old couple. >> Okay. So, she's like plastic cup and then >> now it's like assault because she's got broken glass flying all over people. >> Yeah. Who was assaulted by it? Was that >> It was a couple sitting next to us when they left. >> Right next to us was glass broke and >> but she was right next to [music] me. >> Okay. Um See, but you guys witnessed it though. All that >> absolutely. Did she And she punched you? >> She threw multiple punches. >> Yeah, she was pretty angry. >> By the time he got her out, she went full attack on him out in front. >> Took four good swings at him and then he he went to protect himself and then they went out of my my line of sight. Got >> in the front. And uh >> and all the guys at the bar went out there to help him. >> She's a big girl. She's a big girl. >> Are you wanting to file assault charges? >> Uh yes, assault and definitely uh trespassing. >> Okay. >> It sounded like Billy was in for a host of charges. After paramedics finished treating her, the officers loaded her into the back of a squad car and prepared to transport her to jail. At least that was the plan. >> Rojo, can you just talk to me? I have a quick question for you. Billy Joe, do you want me to start rub you again? >> All right, send [clears throat] it for me, Bill. Yo, >> sit up. Come on, >> Billy Joe. I left the fire department. >> Joe, open your eyes. Open your eyes for me. I'll see if you >> No. >> Now you're getting a felony. >> Yeah, I know you don't. Well, you're getting one anyway. >> It was like with every passing minute she added another charge. If she was acting like that while secured in cuffs, imagine what her rampage through the bar must have been like. >> Oh, we're doing >> all [laughter] in here. >> Yeah, we're good. >> [laughter] >> I can't say nothing. Please help me. [laughter] >> I can't see anything. >> She remained at the hospital until she got cleared by the medical staff. Next, she was transported to the police station for further processing. She managed to rack up a series of serious charges over something stupid. >> I'm gonna take this off and just put it with the other stuff if I if I get fall off from the seat belt and all that. >> You want to go to the other side and hand your seat belt to you. Is there something in the way? >> No. >> It's kind of a high seat. It's not super comfortable. >> All right. Start there. I'm going to hand the seat belt cross off to Greg so he can buckle in for you. >> We'll turn the heat up once we get going. Yeah. >> Thank you. >> All right. Is that okay? All right, give us just one a couple minutes. All right. >> Maybe next time she'll learn to lay off the alcohol and not attempt to flee from the police when they try to question her. On November 23rd, 2023, Baltimore police officers were dispatched to a bar in Fels Point following reports that a woman was acting drunk and disorderly. And although the officers gave her the option to simply walk away, she decided to go another route. [music] >> They just want her to leave this [music] [music] woman. >> Okay. >> I don't put my hands on her anymore. >> Okay. >> Ask her. She's right there. [music] Okay, can you come outside with me? >> Are you kidding? >> Please stay with me. Yes. >> Hi, I'm officer camera right now. >> Do you have your stuff? >> I'm going with you. >> Come with me. >> You got your stuff? Okay, >> now I don't have >> I would I'm not talking to you. You're fine. >> That's Darby. >> Okay, that's fine. I I don't I'm not worried about Darby right now. >> She clearly made a lot of enemies as the people sounded so pleased that the cops were there to take her. The officers asked the suspect, [music] Alice, to come outside with them so they could talk. However, she decided she wanted to take her time and have a little fun first. Hold on. Let me try. >> Ma'am, >> I don't know. No, I don't know. Like, >> you're leaving the bar now. That's what >> Are you guys going to take off your clothes and like brush your teeth for me? >> Ma'am, I am Officer Dugan with the bar. >> I'm not aware of that. But why do I need to >> So, the bar has asked you to leave multiple times, so you need to leave. >> I did and I told you I was going to call them. >> You told me to. I'm very shocked. >> Yes. >> This is so not real. >> All right, ma'am. See, you're being trespassed, so we can arrest you. >> For real? >> You're about 5 seconds away from being arrested. So, I need you to come with me right now and step outside. >> You want to spend your Thanksgiving night in some jail? >> So, grab grab your stuff and let's go. >> There was no need to turn it into a big deal. Sure, she wouldn't be able to come back to the bar for a certain period because she was going to be trespassed, but there is no need for her to be arrested, placed in cuffs, or anything of that nature. At least not yet. >> Let's go. >> Don't touch my arm like this. >> This is embarrassing. >> I did nothing. Get off of me. >> Stop. Stop. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. You will not arrest me. >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. >> Yeah. Well, now you're going to jail. >> Oh, are you kidding me? >> Yes. >> I didn't You mother black or black. >> You got off of me. I did nothing. >> I DIDN'T RESIST. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> I did nothing. >> What are you arresting me for? What are you? >> Get off of me. >> I DID NOT ASSAULT ANYBODY. GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] >> GET OFF of me. Well, that was embarrassing. The officers [music] continued to struggle with Alice while she did everything in her power to resist rather than simply comply and let the inevitable happen. Typical Karen. >> What did I do? >> What did I do? You're not going to get away. So what do you think you're >> I'm not I'm not going to get away. >> I'm not going to get >> I didn't do anything now. I didn't do anything. >> Thank you. Thank you for your complaint. >> It was just embarrassing by that point. Even though a crowd had already gathered and they were taunting her and calling her a Karen while she made a spectacle of herself, she still refused [music] to cooperate. >> This is >> Yeah, it is stupid. >> You are absolutely right. >> Not right now, boss. >> Okay, stop. >> But I'm not going to get off. >> What are you resting me for? >> What are you resting me for? Tell me why. >> Tell me why. Tell me why. >> Tell me why. >> There we go. >> The officers helped Alice stand and began escorting her toward a squad car. Even after all the explanations she was given, [music] she still didn't understand what she had done wrong. >> Why did you do it? >> Why did you do it? >> They just asked you to leave off. >> You guys are horrible. You guys are such horrible people that you're doing this. This is the worst thing that you could ever do. This is the worst thing that you could ever do. A person in the car. [music] >> Why would you do it? Trespassing where? >> In the water. >> In the what door? >> The bar we just pulled you out of. >> I did trespass there. >> Okay. >> Wait. Hold on a second. >> Stop. >> I want to see I want to see where the the No, I want to see where the the [music] thing that was said. I was trespassing. [laughter] >> This is horrible. Oh my god. Literally no one attempted to come to her aid or defend her. In fact, it was the opposite. The crowd cheered and the bar manager came over to personally [music] thank the officers. Shortly after, paramedics arrived on the scene to treat her injuries from the scuffle on the ground. >> Do you want the medics to treat your nose or not? >> Why am I handcuffed? >> Okay, they're not here for the handcuffs. Okay, >> why am I handcuffed? Please tell me why I am handcuffed. Okay. So, do you want the medics to treat you right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, >> my handcuff first. >> They're not taking your handcuffs off. They can treat your nose and that's it. >> You want to jump up here and get your nose cleaned up? >> I can't do it without my my >> This is so stupid. >> Have a seat right there. >> So stupid. Listen, it's not it's not going to hurt. But it needs to come. >> I can't help you with that. But I need to see your nose. >> Alice refused treatment for her nose. So they just loaded her into the squad car to be transported to the police station for further processing. But even at the last minute, she still managed to make the process unpleasant for the officers. >> I can walk. Yes. >> Then walk. >> I'm aware. >> I can walk without you guys. >> That's what happens when you're under arrest. We have to have you. First of all, you don't need my >> Let go of my arm. Let go of my arm, please. Let go of my arm, please. Let go of my arm and I can walk by myself. >> Let go of my arm and I can walk by myself. >> That's not a word. >> Yes. How is it? Why? Why you >> I'm not fighting you guys. Let go of my arm and I can walk by myself. >> We got to go. >> Let go of my arm. >> Let's go. >> Let go of my arm. >> Let go of my arm. >> Let go of my arm. Let go of my arm, too. I can walk in. >> Let go of my arm. >> Turn. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Let's go. Come on. >> Get in the vehicle. >> All right. Let me get the seat belt on. >> I'm okay. >> No. Everybody needs to wear seat belts. It's kind of the law. All right. Can you let go of the seat belt? >> No, I'm good. Let go of my arm. Idiot. >> Thank you for being a complete drunken mess tonight. >> This is the only way you get girls. >> Seat belts on nice and tight. >> Alice was charged with drunken disorderly, resisting arrest, and [music] trespass after warning. On July 14th, 2025, police officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had similar damage to a vehicle that was reported in a hit-and-run incident earlier in the day. >> Reason why I'm stopping you today, for one, is you are missing your back bumper. So, in state of Florida, you're you're required to drive with a front bumper and a back bumper. Okay? No worries. Accidents happen. Look listen. Just listen. Okay? Listen. Accidents happen. I understand. But just know that is the reason for those stop. While I was driving behind you, you were unable to maintain your lane. You were kind of all over the road. Okay. >> You're dancing. >> I got you. Listen, we all like to have a GOOD TIME. TRUST ME. >> YES. YES. HEY, >> no words. You got your dancing. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. Hey. >> Hey. We all sing in the car. Well, listen. I think we found your bumper. You left it at Wind Dixie. I think you might just left it behind. Yeah, I think it belongs to your car. Is it yours? Huh? What? You want to see it? We'll bring it over and then we'll see if it's yours. All right. >> While singing and dancing in your vehicle is an innocent way of having fun, it becomes dangerous when you get so into it that you lose control and crash into other cars. And although she initially seemed in a good mood, that quickly changed when the officers asked her more questions. Can you exit the vehicle safely and tell me how this bumper situation happens? >> Wishcraft store come out somehow. >> Okay. >> Can you go off to the sidewalk here? >> Oh, I'm going back to my car. I'm not going to sidewalk. >> Why are you going to go back to your car? >> Why you want me in the sidewalk? I'm going >> Well, look look sidewalk. I'm getting a lawyer. >> Okay. >> I want a present. I'm not going to the sidewalk. I don't know. You're not going to be in the sidewalk. What's your name, ma'am? >> Is it my driver's license? Check it out. >> I don't have your license. >> Go get it if you want to know my name. >> Okay. >> Let me try this for my >> I thought I thought you had your your insurance. >> I do have my insurance. >> You just added your >> He's not going through. So, I'm getting another way. Give me a second. >> Okay. >> Good morning. >> There was no need for her to be so rude. She could keep it up, but it wasn't going to work to her advantage in the long run. The officers still had a lot of questions for her, and there was no way they would let her go anywhere until she answered them. Um, your bumper is missing. Do you know what happened to it? >> I do. >> What happened? >> I was in a black witchcraft store and I got knocked off by God cuz God don't want doesn't want me to be there. He knocked off my trunk cuz I was in a witchcraft store. >> You was in a witchcraft store? >> And who knocked off your trunk? >> I don't know. [groaning] >> You said a dude. >> I thought something. So, has it been missing prior to today or this just yesterday? >> Yesterday this happened. >> I as the guy just going to I don't want to be able to get >> So, he's going to pay to fix your car. >> Yes. >> Okay. This happened here or in Miami. You were in Fort Lauderdale. >> It was actually Fortale, right? And then Okay. So, the bumper missing. >> The officers asked her to step out of the vehicle and come around to the back as they had more questions about her missing bumper. The suspect had answers for everything, but they just weren't adding up. >> So, it's missing from right here on the side. And come here. Walk this way for me. There is some fresh marks. And then >> Oh, no. I hit the whole thing. I know what it is. What? I I hit the whole thing. >> Oh, wait. So, tell me. I didn't know what happened with this. What happened with this? >> I was getting to a store was something back like in the trailer hanging outside off the trailer and I hit that thing was outside of the trailer. >> When did this happen? >> Two days ago for me. No, this is a lot fresher than that. This appeared to have just happened. >> It was obvious the woman was lying. She couldn't keep her story straight. And after the officer continued to press her for more answers, she decided to do something very stupid. >> But you just told me you only took off the bumper. >> But these was with that when that happened. >> Everything happened at one time. That's why the guy already told me on the doors and these and that. >> But hold on. But hold on. Cuz you told me you've never crashed into anyone. You told me. >> No, I didn't crash to anyone. It was a trailer. It was something hanging out out of the trailer. >> So something was hanging out of a trailer. >> There was something out of the trailer and it hit the whole thing. >> So how did you hit the side and the back of the >> Well, that thing was hanging out of a trailer. >> Hang on. Listen to my question. Okay. Tell me how did you hit it? What part of your car were you reversing? Were you driving? >> I was I was parking. >> You were parking front. You were pulling forward or you were reversing? >> Okay. So if you were pulling forward, I could understand possibly scraping the side. Hold on. >> You should listen anyway. It's my problem. Don't hold me. Don't put your hand. Why are you doing down? Get up. Okay. Hold on. Somebody. One person get up. One person get up. >> Okay. This one right here. >> 722. >> Well, that was about the dumbest thing she could have done. When police officers are in the middle of questioning you over a potential hit and run, you don't have the right to just throw your hands up and walk away. Let me tell you something. >> Let me tell you something. >> We got it. We got it. >> We got it. We got it. We got it. >> Come on. >> Why that put her hand? >> Relax. Why the [ __ ] the hands on me? I want my lawyer. Get the out of my hands now. >> No amount of struggling and resisting was going to get her out of the trouble she was in. She was placed in the back of a squad car to cool down for a few minutes before the officers took her out to perform field sobriety tests. >> Okay. You want me to do my right now? What do you want me to do here? Hold on. Listen to me. Listen to me. I'm I'm going to move your your hair out your face. Okay. >> All right, baby. Go ahead. >> Call rescue me. Please just follow. >> Listen to me. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. >> During these exercises, you're not going to be restrained, detained, any of that. Okay? I need you to focus. I don't want any running. I don't want any fighting. I don't want any kicking. Do you understand me? If you do, that's just an example of what's going to happen. I'm not playing games. This is not why I'm here. Do you understand this? I was nothing but respectful to you. >> You can't walk away from me when I'm coming in. >> The officers were more than a little suspicious that she was under the influence of alcohol. Judging from the way she was behaving and the damage to her car, they suspected that she was far over the legal limit for driving and it was probably why she got into an accident. Okay, you're moving your head. What do you mean? Okay. All right. Let me have you walk and stand at the tip of this red line. Right there. Right here. >> All right. Now, now I want you to stand there. Okay. Put your left foot on the the line. Stop. stupid life. >> You don't know any crap like me. Get your hands out of me. >> I will knock you off. You put your hands on me. I swear to God. >> You're going to reach. Get up. You're arrested. YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME RIGHT NOW OR YOU PUT YOUR HANDS on me. You're going to see what I'm going to do. >> Needless to say, she clearly failed the field sobriety test. [music] She could still prove she was sober though as she would have the option to take a breathalyzer once she was safely inside the police station. But it was the last place she wanted to go. >> Do it. Do it. I want to see cuz I'm going to knock you off. Stop right now. Let me Let me tell you something. If you threaten me again, we going to have a problem. Okay. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. for code sex. >> So there goes another. >> Now you have battery on multiple Leos. You want rescue to come? >> No, no, no. It's fine. >> I just >> Here, put it in the camera real quick. >> Okay. >> The bite merch. >> Yep. >> All right, cool. >> Hold on. I got I got the Take a picture of it before I go away. Put it on 14. >> That works. >> You got the legs already. >> Yep. >> You ready to get up? >> Get hold on your arms. Just Yeah. Put it on the driver 19 possibly. That's your >> Mississippi traffic JCC 5. >> It was crossed into lane several times. >> The suspect was charged with two counts of battery on an officer DUI and resisting arrest. On December 16th, 2024, police officers responded to an apartment complex following reports that a woman was being drunk and disorderly, causing a scene in the hallways when officers arrived on the scene. They encountered the suspect in the middle of a drunken breakdown at the front of the building. >> Official banned from officially banned. If you do not leave right now, you are going to be sent to jail. >> What? Can you tell me why? Because you've been banned. >> Let's go. Can you tell me why I'm banned? >> Go pick up your property and go. >> CAN YOU TELL ME WHY I'M BANNED? I'm getting all It doesn't matter how much off your property. Can you tell me why I'm being banned? >> They don't have to have a reason. >> Please, somebody record this. >> And I'm being banned. >> They don't because they're acting like this. >> Cuz you're causing a disturbance. The suspect was a complete and total mess. The officers told her to gather her belongings and leave the property as she was being trespassed for obvious reasons. If she would just walk away, there would be no need to arrest her. But she was too angry to realize that. >> There's there Oh, you kicking my >> I'm putting it off so you can bring it up. Record this >> right now. Somebody right now. >> Get your stuff on. >> You talk about >> All right. We'll get stuff on. You got to go. Come on. >> No, this is a defibrillator card. >> Yeah, it's yours. >> I am right. >> All right. Oh my everything else and moving around and all these police are being guarded. >> Hey Jamie, you need an ambulance. >> The woman Jamie continued to loiter around out front causing a big disturbance. The officers were being more than patient with her. If they wanted, they could put her in cuffs at any point and escort her off the property. >> Focus on your stuff. I don't give a >> Don't you want your birth certificate? >> Where do we We get them all over here, can't we? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We got to come do tomorrow. Right. >> Huh? >> We got to come do tomorrow right now. We got to go to eat. Go to this open that open. That open these. Are you scared of my scar? >> I don't know what you about to do. >> No, I'm not. Look. >> Come on, guys. Come on. Come on. >> Oh, no. No. No. We ain't sitting down. We got to know. >> Jaime admitted that she had been drinking and told the officers they couldn't do anything about it. She was lucky to be dealing with what appeared to be the most patient police officers in the world. Otherwise, things might have gone very differently for her already. >> You look stupid as Y'all look stupid as standing here trying to tell me I'm wrong. Look, y stupid. You look stupid as go and go home your >> What you doing? >> I just every day order it. >> No matter what I drink, it's what I drink. >> All it because that is what my job is. >> You understand that? >> We just walk away, bro. >> We can't walk away. We're doing our job. You have to walk away and leave. >> Oh, >> how the am I ever going to walk away with my family? >> Not going to. >> You're going to have to walk away. >> Can you tell me your reason why? >> Because you've been trespass. I'M GOING TO GET up and I'm get myself and I'm going to call my people and I'm think >> she got back up and continued to pick up her belongings, but nothing changed. She kept dragging her heels while hurling drunken insults at the officers. [music] Still, they gave her one more warning. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Grab your scarf. >> Thank you for bringing you banned me. >> Oh, you're you are banned. You're also getting a CLA, which is a citation in L of arrest. You are placed under arrest. You got a notice to appear right down here at the bottom. You don't show up TO THAT COURT DATE. >> RIGHT THERE. >> I bring my camera. I bring my video too cuz I already had a plan. I already had this set up cuz I need my family. All I need is if I go out of here. >> I already none of this. Don't go stuff this way. Okay. >> If you don't leave with them, you're going to go to jail. >> Come on. Don't blame me, bro. >> It's a promise. >> That is not going to work. >> Promise. >> Cuz you won't get out of patience. Will you gather her items? There she goes. Please. >> Come on, Dad. Please. >> Make sure you grab Make sure you grab your citation down there so you don't lose it. >> Oh, there cuz guess what? >> Her father showed up and began helping and picking up her belongings. He offered to take her wherever she wanted to go, but she was more interested in sticking around to argue with the officers. >> Come on, man. So my particular value. >> No, it's not. It's >> What do you mean? There's a whole bunch of >> my other shoe right here. >> I shoe. Guess what the shoe is? Use it. You're not taking you right here. >> I'm not kidding. >> I am. >> I'm not kidding. >> Go. >> Look at that. Did you see my >> Here, Jamie. Ride your sandals to you. >> No. >> There you go. >> No, no. I'm taking it with you. Please, please, >> please. >> Hey, will you grab a bag and just see if she'll follow? Will you grab a bag and see if she'll follow? >> Huh? Come on. Huh? Come on. >> Her father picked up her items, hoping she would follow. But she was just too drunk to listen or understand what was going on. Either that or she was enjoying antagonizing the officers. Eventually, it looked like she was going to leave, but then she had a quick change of heart. >> I had to pee. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands >> aggressively. I just had a pee. Keep going back. >> I had to pee. Look at my pee. I don't want to go that way. I know. I promise. >> Too late. >> Promise I would. >> Too late. >> Put your own back. >> Okay. >> Keep on going. >> Stop. >> If that's what you want. >> Stop right now. >> You t You're going to go on the ground. >> You understand? >> Okay. Please. So bad. He told me if I please let me get out of here. They are right now trying to whoop my I swear to God. Call my No. >> Get in there. >> Oh, get in the car. >> That's what you think. You going to kill me? You going to kill me? >> Get up. >> Now, now you got to act bad on a PO. >> I didn't do me in my nuts. >> I have got >> Get up. >> Am I going to be another one to die? >> Nope. >> Shoot. My god. Run. Oh. Oh. >> Jamie was finally off to the station where she was charged with trespassing after warning and resisting arrest. They tried it all. Tantrums, threats, and theatrics. But none of it worked. Officers have seen it all before, and they know exactly how to shut it down. And the body cams captured every moment when cops put psycho as hell Karens in their place.
