The husband drank too much and suddenly tried to enter the neighbor's home. Feeling scared and wanting to protect his family, the neighbor quickly pulled out a gun and fired a shot. The situation turned tense and the neighbor acted out of fear for his loved ones. What made the husband try to enter the house like that? Where's the gun? Come out now. Come out now. Come out now. It kept things smooth and controlled, making the investigation a whole lot easier. However, the man didn't show any protest. Unbelievable. What you going to do if we don't?" Cuz we're like, "You guys need to cut it out. Sorry." But he was just like, "What are you going to do?" And he wouldn't move out of his face. And we're like getting from in front of our doorstep. He kept pushing our door open. I'm He kept touching our door. He would not move from in front of our doorstep. We couldn't even close the door because he was um he was in the door in the door frame and my man told him like, "Back off. Back up. I'm going to need you to move." He was like, "What you going to do if I don't? What you going to do if I don't?" And that's what happened. And then I was trying to like I told my kids to go in the room and close the door. This was Keep going. Keep going. That's basically in a nutshell. Officer Hill calls. So that he was in the door frame and that's how it ended. Yes. just ended. Well, they he What are you going to do? What are you going to do? Constant back and forth and he would not move. Okay. And then she was talking to me. It was distracting. There was a lot of commotion as you can see cuz they were yelling. No, he didn't. He never walked away. Nobody got shot. Hey, there's a there's a gun on the counter. So, we're not going to let her sit in the house with a gun on the counter. Okay. Officers encountered multiple individuals to get to the root of the incident. A few were cooperative and provided helpful information while others seem to be holding back. I don't know what's really going on there, but the situation is clearly more complicated than it seems. But but now that they're they're out of the room and there's a gun on a counter, we got to make sure everyone stays away from the gun and their kids and where everyone's outside, I would hate for us to have pulled you outside and one of your kids grabs the gun and shoots themselves. And he was like, "What you going to do if I don't? And what you going to do if I don't get your to go inside?" He started acting just real belligerent. And he was being threatened and I'm shaking because we don't go through this every day. this girl is a problem. Okay, so fast forward. You guys want an argument outside? Who? And he just wouldn't move. And he was being threatened and he was like, "Get out of my face." And he was like, "What you going to do if I don't?" And he wouldn't move. He was just like, "Move. The man who pulled out his gun and fired at the intoxicated neighbor will also not face any criminal charges as the act was ruled self-defense due to the neighbor's aggression.
