Florida, >> please. He put hands on me. He put hands on me, too. >> From what I've seen and what I've what I've heard. >> I'm telling you, I love Jesus. I'm telling you, I wouldn't lie. >> On December 23rd, 2025, officers [music] were dispatched to a residence in response to a reported domestic incident. What began as a tearful plea for accountability [music] quickly unraveled into a masterclass in manipulation once the cameras started rolling. Watch the video to see what actually happened. It's my fault. He He lives in there. It's It's I'm so sorry. This is the >> Yeah, I know. All right. Okay. I'm going to get off the phone. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. He He lives here. He got in a fight. I don't live here. I live in Fort Lauderdale and they live in there and he pushed me out and it's my fault. It's my fault. I made a disturbance and I'll take full accountability. >> Okay. >> Um but they're in there and I have reasons. I don't want to get him in trouble. It's on me. >> Okay. >> I'll give you whatever you need. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. You can have everything. >> I don't need your phone. >> Okay. >> Can you just sit tight right here? >> I don't want to get him in trouble. I'm sorry. >> I know you have better stuff to to do, but I was trying to calm down, but he pulled my shoulder out of place. We've been fighting since we got home 2 hours ago. How long have you are in a relationship? >> Yeah, we've been in a relationship since June of 2025. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And it's my fault. I take full accountability. I don't want to get in trouble. >> Okay. >> I've been trying. >> What did you argue about? >> We were arguing inside because he's upset that I didn't leave >> because we've been arguing about like little stuff like I didn't want to leave because he's been drinking too much, for example. >> And I said, "No, I wasn't leaving. My my car is the reference here. I live in Fort Lauderdale. I didn't want to obviously leave. I'm not going to drink and drive and he pulled me out by my feet out here. >> All right. You're going to sit tight with this officer here when he gets up. I don't want to go. >> I'm sorry. I don't want to get him in trouble, please. >> Okay. >> I don't want to say anything bad. He >> Oh, you said he pushed. You said he put hands on me already. >> Yes, he pushed me out, but his brother and his friends are living out here and I'm not trying to upset anybody. I just want to go to sleep. I'm not trying to upset anyone. >> Okay. Does he have any weapons? >> No. Oh, no. He's a good guy. >> Okay. >> He has no weapons. No. >> Let me see your arm here. >> I don't want to get anybody in trouble. So, I take full >> We're just fighting. We're just fighting. He Jacob and I have been dating for almost 2 years since 2023. He's upset that I came home. I'm upset with him and he I don't want to get him in trouble. Please. I'm telling you guys this because >> my dad's a cop and like I'm telling you this. He dragged me out. Like I don't want to get him in trouble, but like I apologize. >> What? And which side is it? >> Right here. This is the entrance. No one goes in the store. This is where >> So that's a different apartment there. >> No. >> The way she kept blaming herself didn't feel like real honesty. It felt like damage control. She repeated it over and over, hoping to rewrite the story before the truth settled in. The non-stop apologies screamed manipulative panic, not accountability. Too bad the man had enough video footage to destroy all her drama. >> This is where we we were going in at. >> Okay. >> Right here. >> Hello. >> How's it going? I'm not I don't want to come out there. >> Are you Jacob? >> I'm Jacob. Yes. >> Okay. What's going on there? >> Uh so we had a work party. I work at Rick's part time on the weekends. Um >> we were at a work party. We had a couple drinks. Went to Mary Ellen's. We drove to the golf cart there. I maybe had one drink. Um, you know, we drove to Mary Owens. We're parked there. We had drinks there. >> I have everything on video, by the way. I've been recording almost before we got home. Really? >> I've been recording everything on the like cuz we drove from >> she wanted to go to teasers. So, Teasers, that's when this all started. She had another drink. Usually, she checks in with me before she has another drink. She's had a history with a problem with alcohol. She gets very violent and verbally abusive when she's drunk. >> Um, sorry, I'm just recording so I have timeline. I'm not like trying to be rude or anything. Just curious, do you also have that rolling as well? >> Yeah, it's on. >> Okay, Awesome. Cool. I just >> Do you have your um ID on you by? >> Yeah, it's inside. Do you want >> I just keep eyes on you? >> Okay, no worries. So, all of our stuff is out here. Um I have everything on video of me escorting her out. I had to actually drag her out. Um because I gave her so many chances. She tried to sleep in the same bed. She tried to pass out on the bed. I'm like, I'm not letting you sleep here. You She has Marriott rewards point. She can call an Uber. I left her phone, her flip-flops, and her her purse and a lot of her clothes out here. She still has like a makeup bag. I have all this on video as well. Um, we drove back from Mary Ellens. I do not want her to get arrested. Like that's why I avoided calling in the first place cuz it's like I don't want domestic violence. I know you guys don't. It doesn't matter if the person wants to press charges. They have to book him either way. I do not want her to get arrested. And so like that's why I avoided calling in the first place. And uh honestly I was going to marry this chick, but she this cannot happen. This is unacceptable. Um >> you got a video. >> I have so much video. I have probably about 45 minutes 30 minutes worth of video. Um, and so I can stop this now if you guys wanted me to show you. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Take your PERSONAL HANDS ON ME AGAIN. >> Take your personal. >> Take your personal. >> This is your own personal hands on me again. >> Put on me again. >> This is after me again. Stop. >> No. I'm trying to back up. >> He clearly knew the night was heading toward disaster and prepped receipts like a survival kit. Honestly, imagine how many people got wrecked before camera phones without his clips. [music] He probably would have been booked while she perfected those dramatic tears. >> Again, >> I promise you're not. >> You can leave. >> Piece of [ __ ] >> Go away. >> She tried to close and lock the door, so I didn't let her do that cuz the dog's in there. >> I have property in there. I'm not going to let her damage my room. >> Go away. >> She hit me there. I did not hit her back. >> You will never never >> Maybe I did that. I don't remember. >> Don't touch me. >> You're so >> You're so Get the >> You are so >> not kicking. I'm trying to keep She's got a hold of you. >> Uh he got he got bite marks on his leg. He got scratches on his stomach and his back. >> Take pictures of those scratches and everything. >> Got all that. >> You got all that? >> Yeah. In a video of her just trying to hit him, hitting him. >> All right. Oh, the name's on the call. You need a picture of that? >> I just got a witness. >> Okay. So, I get it. I just want to get my >> everyone's been drinking so that so >> we have I don't want to get him in trouble at all and I'm not trying to be a problem and I apologize and you guys have better stuff to do. I just want to go home. >> Okay. Well, >> I just don't know what to do. Like I don't want him and I don't argue. >> Okay. Does the other officer have your ID? >> Yeah, he does. I think >> Is that your phone? >> Yeah, you can take whatever you need. I apologize. I can give you the codes and everything you guys need. >> Okay. Can you go ahead and stand up for me? >> Yeah, of course. Thank you. All right, turn off. >> Wait, is he going to get arrested, too? >> I'll let you know what's going on. Turn around for me. >> Am I being just detained? >> Yeah, you're being detained right now. >> Okay. >> Just me? >> Yeah. >> Why is it just me? >> So, from all the evidence I have right now, >> he put hands on me, too. >> You're the primary aggressor. Okay. >> I promise you, he put hands on me. >> No, I I get that. >> Please, I don't want to go to jail. I'm begging you. Please, I promise you I state of Florida. >> Please. He put hands on me. He put hands on me, too. >> From what I've seen and what I've what I've heard. >> I'm telling you I love Jesus. I'm telling you I wouldn't lie. Jesus, too. All right. This is >> Please. I haven't. Please, I'm asking you. Please. I don't want to go to jail. I'm begging you. >> He puts on Don't pull away from me. Okay. >> I'm not I'm not. Please, I'm asking you. Please, Jacob. I I don't have anybody. Please, I'm asking you. Nobody has my side. Please, I would never put hands on a man. I love him. Please. Shouldn't I'm asking you. Please, what are my rights? Please, can I get out? >> I don't. >> Please. >> I want to explain everything before you go to my >> Please. I would never hurt him. Please, I'm asking you. I don't have my family here. Please, I'm asking you. You put hands on me. >> I'm going to let you know. Okay. >> Please. >> I'm going to take you to the front of the car. We're going to search you. >> Please. >> We'll put you in the car. >> Will you tell me? Please. I'm scared. Please. Will someone tell me, please? I'm telling you guys the honest truth. I would never pick with him. I love him. Please. I just want to know what the truth is. I don't have a way to get out of anything on your person. >> No, I don't. I promise. Can someone please talk to me? >> Please. Please. Will someone please talk to me? Please. I'm scared. I was going to explain. >> Please. I'm scared. Please. >> My mom's in Texas. I don't know what [laughter] to do. Please. >> Is there a way for me to get out? I have money. Please. Can someone please talk to me? >> You vote on email and everything. >> I know, but can someone please talk to me? Please tell you. >> I'm literally telling you that I'm going to talk to you. >> I'm scared. Please. I need my mom and my dad. >> Are you going to let me talk? >> Yes. >> I'm scared. >> All right. So, what's going on right now? [laughter] >> I didn't do anything. I swear to God. >> Investigation, right? He's got there's videos of you being really drunk and you're in the house. >> Oh my god. I can't believe he would do this. Okay. He doesn't have a say. He doesn't want you to go to jail. >> Please, I'm asking you. Can I please pay to get out of jail? I'm scared. Please. >> You'll have first appearance tomorrow and you'll get out. >> No, I'm asking you. Can I please just pay tonight, please? >> That's not how it works. >> Please. I'm scared. >> I'll be right I'll be right back. >> Once the cuffs came out, the accountability vanished, replaced by a desperate [music] plea for her mommy. She was so manipulative, shifting from a victim to a bribe offering adult child in seconds. If that guy didn't have video, he would have been arrested for sure, as her father being a cop was likely her intended trump card. >> Please, can I call my mom, please? >> You're an adult. [laughter] >> I need my mom, please. Please, I need my mom. [laughter and gasps] Please, can I please can I please kill my mom, please? Please. Please, I need my mom. Please, I need my mommy. [laughter] I need my mom. Please, I need my mom. I [laughter] need my mom. Please. I'm scared. Please. He's such a He's such aing dick. Please. [snorts] I need my mom. Why is he not getting arrested for putting hands on me? Like, what is the issue? >> What's she getting arrested for? >> Uh, domestic battery. >> Is that like a felony? >> Nope. Nope. Just misdemeanor. And uh it's something we have to do. Uh just because chances are she'll get out, charges get dropped. Like you obviously don't want to press charges. So, the state might be giving you a call asking you if you want to follow through with charges or anything. >> My phone's always on D and D. I don't know if you want to make a note. It's like you have to text me or call me twice for it to answer. Okay. >> Um but text is the best way to get a hold of me cuz my my work phone my work calls are like I can't tell the difference between them. So, I don't answer them because it's like we have a receptionist all of them. I just don't answer. I never answer the phones. Text is the best way to get a hold of me. You guys are able to do that. >> But I can always come in, talk, whatever. >> Yep. So, she's getting booked tonight. >> Yeah. Yep. She'll have her first appearance in the morning, probably around 10 or 11:00, and then uh she'll go before a judge. Judge will probably set no bond if she has no prior history or anything like that or very little bond. And uh she meets her bond, be out by 1 or 2 p.m. Chances are the judge will also have a I think my sergeant already explained to me. We had a protection order, like a 48 hour protection order where it's a no contact order between you and her, so she can't um come in contact with you. >> In the end, the truth came from the recordings, not the tears. She really thought a cop would believe that crying, but the bite marks and scratches on Jacob told the real story. The camera just saved his freedom from a woman who treated a domestic assault like a minor inconvenience she could pay away. The woman was charged with domestic battery.
