You are going to get pepper sprayed if you do noting stop. >> For what? Because I said you're a >> No, because you keep fighting. >> Got it. >> Fix my >> Got it. >> Keep the window down, buddy. >> Tyler, we go. >> Keep the window down. >> Or not. >> This is what we're doing. >> Yes. >> You going to tase me without me resisting? [Applause] >> Getting tased or peppered sprayed. sucks. The good news is that if you follow the law and act cordially with law enforcement, your chances of encountering those non-lethal weapons are next to zero. However, if you do the opposite, you'll find out the hard way what happens when spoiled brats get tased and pepper-sprayed during felony arrests. >> Get out of the car now. Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car. Do it now. >> On January 28th, 2024, Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress. According to reports, an unknown female suspect had entered a residence, stole items, and fled through a rear door. As the responding officer arrived on the scene, he spoke to the victim who pointed out the suspect's vehicle and the chase was on. Anybody's found In an unlucky turn of events for the suspect, she pulled right into a dead end, allowing the officer to box her in. Not knowing who he was dealing with, the officer exited his vehicle and took cover behind his door with his gun drawn, ordering the suspect to get out of her vehicle. >> Ma'am. Hey. Ma'am, open your doors. You see that side? [Music] >> I can't see the back seat. >> Blocked in at the dead end. She's refusing to come out of the vehicle. [Music] >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. here. Can you stop? >> Get out of the car. Do it now. >> Why? >> Get out of the car. Do it now. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Do it now. >> Pardon you. >> Did I do something wrong? >> That was not the time for the suspect to ask questions. The officer gave her a direct order to exit the vehicle. Yet, she refused to listen. They already smashed the passenger window. And if she didn't comply soon, things were going to get a lot worse for her. Seat belt open. >> Did I do something wrong? Did I do something wrong? This is my car. Step out. Step out. Did I do something wrong? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Did I do something wrong? This is my car. This is my car. Did I do something wrong? >> Did I do something wrong? This is my car. >> Didn't say it wasn't. >> You got anything on you? >> No, I don't have nothing. >> You were in somebody's house that you don't belong in. Whose house were you in? >> That was my house. >> That's not your house. >> That was my house. This is my car. >> What's your address? Uh, [ __ ] >> What? You ain't in the right neighborhood. >> Sure. Um, did I did you just shoot me in my face though? >> No one shot. >> That was wrong. >> No one shot you. They broke the window out. >> With the suspect in cuffs, she was escorted to a nearby cruiser to be searched. Considering she said she did nothing wrong, she had an unusual way of showing it. as innocent people typically don't try to break free and make a run for it. >> That's you got anything on you. >> Don't be pulling the leg up. Damn it. >> I'm not shooting. >> Nobody shoot. >> You shoot me. Stop. Stop. >> You shot me. You shot me in my face. You shot me in my face, man. You shot me in my face for no reason. You shot 341. Go ahead and start. You shot me in my face, man. You shot me in my face. You shot me in my face, dude. Now, after this, I'm going to go. >> Yeah, we're going. >> After this, I'm going to go >> cuz you shot me in my face already. You tried to kill me. >> I knocked the glass out to reach in. >> No, you tried to kill me. >> Whether she was on drugs or just delusional, why she thought the officers shot her in the face was anyone's guess. That said, she was lucky she didn't get shot, considering she fled from the officers and refused to step out of her car when they ordered her to. Next, the caller who filed the police report arrived on the scene. >> Are you the original victim? >> Huh? >> Are you the original caller? >> Yeah. >> All right. We'll meet you at the house. >> Okay. >> Don't go in. Don't touch anything. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> We'll just we'll just meet you over there in a few minutes. Are you okay? >> I Man, that scared me. >> Whatever. You pulled up and she was in the house. >> No, I was laying in my bed and my daughter just called for me to come get her at work at Airline Dairy Cream. So, I was going slow and I my kids are constantly in and out. I got teenage kids and I heard the back door open. Well, I went to go out and I looked down. I see a white car thinking it's one of the kids' friends. >> So, I was like I text my daughter. I said, "I'm going to wait." I said, "There's somebody at the back door." I was waiting for him to leave. One of the kids' friends. >> Well, then they came in and she met me right there in my kitchen with Is that a man or a woman? standing there looking at me face to face and I'm like what I said and she said you're not real and she said I want your charger and I want your dog and the dog was sitting at my feet but it's on a leash cuz it gets out and I said okay and I started backing up like this and I said all right I said let's go let's go out here and I got to the front door and I walked out the front door went and got my truck and locked the door and she stood in there she went in my daughter's room grabbed some stuff and then took off I seen her go running out the back door. So, I pulled around back to block her in and then she went right over my fence. >> So, >> but it seems like there's not >> Oh, yeah. Of course. We'll meet you at the house, though. >> There was no doubt about it. She was definitely delusional or high on something. No sane person burglarizes a home for a phone charger and a dog. The suspect continued to make a scene on the pavement before the police had had enough and loaded her into a squad car. >> I'm taking this. I'm taking this right now. >> I know. That's why I got this leg locked up. >> Yeah. Grab some. Grab some. Shoot me again. >> Shoot me again. >> Shoot me again. Shoot me again. Won't you give me that break? >> Grab the hob. Grab the hob. Go get the hob. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. You didn't just kill me. You just shot me. >> It was strange for the suspect to claim that she wasn't resisting, considering she was kicking and resisting so much that they had to tase her in order to get her into the vehicle. But if you thought that was bad, you haven't seen anything yet. It turned out the suspect was just getting started. >> Maybe that side. >> You're going to get pepper spray. Stop. >> Stop. Drive. Drive. That's your best. >> It's her. and do it by yourself. [Music] >> You're not getting nowhere. You're not going to get nowhere without me. >> No, we're going together. >> 341. You still car? >> No, you're going by yourself. >> I am. Go ahead. >> Shut up, piece of [ __ ] >> Pull in the south port. Turn around. >> I break this window. It's over for you. So, I suggest you pepper spray. >> Okay. Yeah, just watch her. She will bite, kick, scratch, fall. >> We have no idea who she is. We haven't even got her identified yet. >> She was tased, but it was a drive. >> Okay. >> No, she broke into a house, took off. We got her stopped. >> Her name is She fought with us. >> You said she, right? So, what I'm doing over here? >> She was just in here. >> What I'm doing over here? What I'm doing over here? >> Can you step out more, please? >> No, I can't. I'm resisting. >> Don't Don't do this. >> Exactly. >> I'm resisting. >> Just get out. >> I'm resisting. >> I'm resisting. >> Resisting. [Music] Knock down. Stay down. I'm a man, bro. I'm a man, right? I'm a man, right? I don't want to get chased again. >> Well, then knock it off. >> For whatever reason, she kept insisting she was a man. But let's be honest, when it's time for her to get booked in jail, she'll probably be begging to go to the woman's lockup. And as the officer said, if she didn't want to get tased again, all she had to do was comply. I'm a man, right? I'm a man, right? Before anything, I'm a man. >> You like >> She was just in here, >> you know. He He was just in here, right? He >> He was just in here. >> Keep tasting that back. He was just in here. He was just check. >> I just did pop. >> He was just injured. >> He was just in here, right? He >> was just You need to check the whole upper body. >> He was just e He He He as a boy. He as a boy. >> Let's go. >> He as a boy. >> You could tell that the officers couldn't care less about what pronouns she wanted to go by. They were adults and had jobs to do. Their only concern was identifying her, processing her, and getting her to jail. Nothing more, nothing less. He is a boy or a girl. He's a boy or a girl. He's a boy or a girl. He's a boy or a girl. He's a boy or a girl. A boy. Hello. >> The suspect was charged with felony burglary, felony receiving stolen property, felony theft without consent, felony vandalism, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and misdemeanor obstructing official business. On June 13th, 2024, although a judge ruled that the prosecution had proven each defense beyond a reasonable doubt, she was found not guilty by reason of insanity. On September 27th, 2023, police officers responded to a residence following reports of domestic violence. According to reports, a family was engaged in a heated dispute when a young woman showed up and assaulted her mother's fiance with a baseball bat. >> So, hi. >> What's going on? >> So, my mom and stepdad have been drinking whatever. They just had a couple beers and my mom and him got into an argument, whatever. They were throwing each other's face, you know, just being disrespectful to each other and whatever. And then my brother got disrespectful to my stepdad and tried to stand toe-to-toe with him and tried to fight him. My stepdad sat there, didn't put hands on him, didn't nothing. And >> where are they? >> Uh, my mom and stepdad. >> Yeah, >> they're in the house. I'm sorry. >> The woman provided the officers with a few details, but there were still plenty of pieces of the puzzle missing. Complying with the officer's wishes, she led him to their residence so he could speak to her mother and the fiance. >> So, what happened tonight? Give us a rundown from the start to them. >> Me and my fiance initially were arguing. >> Okay. >> I didn't want him to be here anymore. So, I did call at first and say, >> "Okay, >> can you have them removed?" >> Sure. >> Well, in meanwhile, while that call was going on >> Mhm. >> their half sister showed up with a baseball bat, hit him in the face. and then continued to bash my window, which I just moved in here. I can't have this. Okay. >> The officer went inside to speak to the woman's fiance, Larry. But as he had recently taken a bat to the face, his ability to communicate was limited, to say the least. The officer asked him if he required an ambulance, but he declined. >> I tried to I don't I don't know what happened. Me and the old lady were arguing. >> What happens? and her son got a hold of her brother or just whatever >> and she came they pulled up she had a bat like a billy club like an actual like a >> wooden bat >> um the old wood ones the baseball bats came out and she had it right up and I said what are you doing what are you doing and crack >> I'm like what the are you doing I I'm not trying to but like I did the arm thing >> Mhm. to try to hold it. She hit me there and then brought it up and hit me in the face. >> Okay. >> And I kind of like stars. >> All right. Did you lose consciousness at any point? >> No, I just was like, "What the?" >> Okay. Well, if you've got a mild concussion or something going on, we got to get you checked out. >> I'm good. >> No, you need to get it checked out. >> No, baby. I don't >> No, that's not okay. >> Yeah, we got to get you checked out. EMS arrived on the scene to treat Larry's injuries. His fianceé said that while they were engaged in an argument, he threw her computer across the room. Disturbed by the commotion, the woman's son, Liam, called his older sister, Alexis, who showed up with a baseball bat and all hell broke loose. >> I ain't going to lie. I'm not going to be no. I That hit me and I was like, it took everything. Hey, she hit me hard. And then he's going to then the dude's going to sit there and tell me I'm going to you. I'm [ __ ] What are you going to do? I just got hit by a bat in the face. What are you going to do? Not saying you. >> I understand. >> You know what are you going to do? You just seen me get in the face and I'm still standing. Let's do this. And he jumps cars me a little. Like come on. You get hit by a billy club. Somebody calls you a little [ __ ] I mean obviously you're a big boy. You know what I mean? Do you got some shoes you can put on so we can kind of want to go? Don't >> I'm not saying you got to go. >> You don't have to go. >> How am I going to get back? >> Hang on. >> We're not saying you got to go to the hospital. We just got to get you checked out. Make sure you don't got a concussion going on up here. Make sure there's not a crack rib. >> Okay. >> EMS provided medical attention to Larry outside. His fiance gave the officers Alexis's address, who apparently lived just down the street. She said she wanted to place charges against Alexis for breaking her window and attacking Larry and for taking Liam with her when she left. >> We're looking for Alexis Kenton. >> Yeah, she's here. >> Probably go outside. >> Huh? >> Alexis. >> Yes. >> Oh my gosh. >> You know why we're here, Alexis? Um because I have Liam. >> What about the baseball bat? >> Um >> so what happened is and you can ask both of them. I did not have a baseball bat, but what happened is Larry slapped me across my face. >> Okay. >> And he slapped me on the side. Um I don't know if there's still a mark there or not, but it was red earlier. >> Nice. All right. Um, so I had smacked him back, but they Liam told me that earlier in the day while they were fighting, the top of the window had gotten broken. And when his mom called him, she told him that she was calling the police because I took him and that she was going to make him a missing person and that she also was going to blame the damage on the window on me. Although Alexis appeared calm and cooperative, her demeanor changed when the officer informed her that she was under arrest. She very well may have been telling the truth, but that would be up to a judge to decide. But at that time, she was being placed under arrest for assault among other charges. >> All right. So, what I need you to do now is turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm being arrested. >> Yes. Don't make this any harder than it has to be. Everything will be explained. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Turn around. >> I Hold on. Can Hold on. >> Turn around. >> Hang on. >> Can you just give me a second, please? >> Ow, my elbow. >> All right. Do you have anything? >> No. Can I at least have a cigarette before I go? >> We'll do that outside. >> And they're right there. Oh. Oh, please. Yes. They're right there. hand. >> Although Alexis was in tears, she wasn't causing the officers much trouble. However, when the officer informed them that they were taking her halfb brotherther Liam back to his mother's house, that's when all hell broke loose. >> Oh my god. >> I'm not going with you, bro. >> All right, put your hands behind your back. >> Yo, what? >> Yo, what? >> No, he's a 14. 14. >> He's 14. >> Stop. >> Oh, Johnny. Smash my face. >> Bro, you lucky my [Applause] [Music] bro. [Music] >> Give me my glasses. >> I'm sorry. Stop grabbing me. I don't care. Let go of me. He's 14. >> He's 14. He's a kid. >> You are not making this easy. >> Down the stairs. >> I tried telling you that. >> I said you're going home. You said no, I'm not. >> From Alexa's reaction, you would think that the officers were taking Liam to a prison camp in Siberia. But in reality, all they wanted to do was take him back to his mother's house down the street. To make matters worse, Alexis's partner got involved. But instead of telling his girlfriend to calm down and stop kicking police officers, he bered the cops instead. >> Do not grab me. >> She is in handcuffs. >> I know. And she is grabbing me and beating me for >> You're bigger than her, bro. You Sheing She's just grabbing you. >> Don't enough. >> Don't. >> Bro, you guys are being Stupid. >> We're done. >> He's 14. He didn't have to handcuff you. He was gonna come with you. >> No, he wasn't coming with me cuz I see he's coming with me. I am. >> Hurts. Please. I'm not fighting you. It hurts. >> You've been fighting me the whole time. >> Okay. I'm not. No. Please. It hurts. It hurts. Please. >> Calm down. Come on. Calm the >> Stay back. I have her cigarettes and her glasses, right? We're way past that. Stay back. >> The officers escorted Alexis and Liam down the street to a police cruiser. The whole way, Alexis continued to scream and cry like a four-year-old child who had just been told no for the first time. >> My right wrist really hurt. >> And my leg hurts from where you kicked me. >> Okay. because you started hurting my 14year-old brother. He's 14. You guys are animals. Absolute animals. And I hope everybody hears this. The cops are animals. They are a 14year-old. They forcibly push me on my face. I can't even see right now. You're a You're a piece of >> You're a real lady. >> Yeah, I am cuz you're a pig. >> I hope everyone hears that. >> Sit down. >> No, you [ __ ] >> Go ahead and grab the nuts. You're a real man, aren't you? You are going to get pepper-sprayed if you do noting stop. >> For what? Because I said you're a >> No, because you keep fighting. >> Got it. >> Fix my Got it. >> I didn't even do anything to you. >> Although she went absolutely bonkers. Liam remained completely calm and cooperative with the officers. They told them that they didn't want to put him in cuffs, but reminded him that when police officers tell you to do something, you have to listen. After dropping Liam off at his mother's house, the officers transported Alexis to the police station. >> Can you wipe my face? >> I will grab you some paper towels. >> I need water. I can't see it. My My neck really hurts. >> It was all in my mouth and I I just spit it out. No, I'm sorry I reacted the way it did. I was just scared about Liam. >> All right, go ahead and have a seat. No, no, no. There's a bench in front of you. Sorry. >> In front of me? >> Yep. There you go. >> There's another wet one. Here's a dry one. >> Thank you. Oh, >> here's a wet one. >> Dry one's right next to you on the bench. Okay. >> Give me a few minutes to get this paperwork done before I take you over there. I'll do everything I can to let you have a drag or two as long as you're cooperative. >> Okay. Thank you. I'm sorry. Like I said, I only reacted the way I did because I was scared about my brother. I've never done something like that before. And they told me they were going to threaten me and and and lie. And if I didn't bring him back, they threatened to have me put rest in his and I was just scared for him. Alexis was charged with assault in the second degree, menacing in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. On July 20th, 2024, police officers responded to a shared seaside property after two groups of strangers were involved in a brawl. When officers arrived on the scene, they were greeted by one of the men involved in the altercation, Shane. >> Are they still fighting over here? >> Um, as far as I know, no, sir. >> Okay. >> This old lady, she has a large mouth. >> I apologize. We just came from her job, the white elephant. >> Okay. She just got off. >> Excuse me. >> Do you mind holding this so I can breathe? >> I know you guys got cameras on. >> Anybody still physical? >> No. No, I'm physical. That's my old lady. >> Okay. >> Um, we just came home from her job. She just got off. Had a couple drinks. We come home. There's a lot of people parked here. >> These people don't live here. >> Okay, hang on. I'm talking to him. I'll talk to you in just a second. >> She goes down to find out who they are. >> And I guess I don't know. I wasn't down there. >> That's my fault. Can you give it to me? >> I guess. >> Let's talk to one person. Maybe. >> Okay, let's stop. >> Can you Can Can we go over there? Me and you. Me and you. >> Just hang tight. >> Me and you. You can't speak. >> Hold on. >> The couple seemed to believe they own the property when in reality they were just renting a spot. According to them, they were peacefully enjoying the water when a group visiting another renter showed up. But things allegedly turned ugly when out of nowhere, the newcomers attacked them without provocation. Okay. So, she gets off work, you come out here with the dog. >> Oh, yes, sir. We come home. Okay. >> She wants to find out who the [ __ ] is parking on our private property. Okay. >> Which is not a problem, right? Cuz we have a lot of guests. >> What's the private property? Yes, sir. You can see the signs. >> Um, she goes down there. I go to get the dog. And then I come out and I hear sounds of hitting. >> Okay. >> So, I I look Yes. And I put my dog back in and I run down there. By the time I get down there, everything's broken up. There's three women on my old lady and two men. >> Okay. >> That gentleman right there with that beard and the blue shorts while he's talking super me. That gentleman in the gray shirt. So I go down there to split up while they're my old lady. Three of their wives. That gentleman in the gray shirt. Excuse me. Well, I'm on the ground like this. He's over me. And the gentleman in the big beard is behind him. So that gentleman was trying to protect me, but not. He's trying to swing on me. Right. >> That's my story. Everything gets broken up. I walk the way. I get to my boat and I make a phone call. Okay. >> To the police. >> Essentially, he and his old lady Laura were enjoying themselves when they were assaulted by the group of strangers. But when officers interviewed members of the other party, they told them a very different story. >> We were just all out on the boat spending the afternoon in South Pass and coming back. >> As we came back, we took multiple trips cuz it was my brother and his kids. I mean, it was a large family out on the boat. So, we had two different people driving dingies because, you know, you can only put so many people on the boat at a time. We get to the ladder and she's got a boat with no engine. Um, the lady over there, they use the term loosely, but >> Okay. >> had some kind of >> it's a boat parked over there, but it has no engine. It wasn't there when we left, but it's now tied there when we came back. So, we just, you know, when you go to a ladder and the boat's there, you just kind of slide it over a little so you can climb up the ladder. Yeah. and out the she came over and started blowing up about how this is her house and we're in our her house and get out. Don't touch her boat and we're like we're not trying to touch your boat. We're just climbing up the ladder. >> She went on to explain that after she touched the couple's boat, Laura flipped out, screaming and shouting and telling them to leave the property. Sensing trouble, the woman pulled out her phone and began recording Laura's outburst. And that's when Laura wrestled her phone away from her, threw it in the water, and physically attacked them. >> Like, I don't know how to explain it cuz it was so fast, but literally like kind of like football leapt on my mother. They went down to the ground. She starts punching my mom. At that point, my fiance and my father get involved to start pulling her off of my mother. >> Okay. >> At that point, the the guy that she is with >> starts coming in and throwing fists at everybody. >> So, we then separate. She's now up just screaming, no longer in the physical altercation. >> My dad and fiance pinned him enough to just get control, get my mother out of the way. I helped her up and then once they got him out of control, like they cuz my dad used to wrestle, so I put him in some kind of move that just got him to chill for a second. >> Presented with conflicting stories, the officer spoke to Laura and Shane again. But getting to the bottom of things was difficult as Laura was extremely emotional. Not to mention highly intoxicated. >> This other girl with the red right there. You see that? The red right there in the like booty shorts, whatever you want to call. >> She started punching me in the face again. I did nothing. This is my house. >> Why would >> Mom auntie stay over there. >> I did nothing. >> Why would someone just punch you in the face? >> Cuz they don't like me. Dave is a head. >> I am not a job. I work at the White Elephant. I've worked there for 6 years. This trying to play me. This with the red right there. Right there. Hit me. She touched me. Charges pressed. The other one with the red. >> Hey, stop. Stop. >> I can't do until you calm down. >> I'm about to drive away. >> You need to stop. >> You need to stop. >> So, what do I do? >> Hey, listen to him. Okay. >> You need to tell me what happened. Calm down. So frustrating. Needless to say, Laura gave the officers absolutely no reason for why the altercation occurred. As she was on the verge of a full-blown panic attack, the officers asked Shane to calm her down for a few minutes while they continued their investigation. But it wasn't long before she reappeared and wanted to talk. >> Okay. So, why why did she start punching you in the face? What happened prior to that? >> Maybe she was scared. I don't >> Why would she be scared? The boyfriend she's with, his name is Dave. Yep. Dave, >> he's a >> he stole money from everybody on this key. He has no accountability anywhere. You go to the key, you ask about Laura. Everybody knows me. They love me. >> He has nobody nobody that loves loves him. No. So, I want those two people arrested. One's right there >> with the red. She punched me in the face again. Okay. I keep trying to understand what happened. >> Yes. >> But I'm not getting a full story from you. >> The full story be >> I don't I don't I know I get it. I don't understand what happened. Why she wanted to punch you right now? >> Dave is in. >> So the reason why she wanted to punch >> That's fine. If you don't want to press charges, I will go through the course. >> I'm just trying to figure it out. I have a supervisor on the way and you can speak to him also. Okay. My sergeant's on the way. All right. >> I'm glad. But I just got to take it down a notch and talk to >> I'm taking it there. But you're not believing me. >> I'm not saying I don't believe you. >> She touched me. I could have [ __ ] her up. >> I just don't understand why she would have >> and then her friend cuz her her friend's a Dave. Look that name up. Laura's non-stop rambling didn't do much to clarify the situation. The officers weren't there to hunt down crackheads. They were trying to piece together how the altercation unfolded. A supervisor soon arrived and the team began discussing possible charges and how to proceed from there. Yeah, >> they they left and came back without incident. When they come back, >> people down there claiming this is their property. >> They just rent a slot. These are all slots. And these people run a slot. >> These people here have family the slot and they were coming in. >> Yeah. >> And so that's what they were doing. And that lady Yep. causing all comes over here, starts yapping, yelling at them, >> saying they're trespassing. They don't belong here. the process. >> She's takes the phone with a picture of her taking her phone. >> Temporarily deprived her phone, right? >> Mhm. >> And mischief. How much? What kind of phone? >> It's an iPhone. It's a work phone. Grant >> it's going to be okay. >> She doesn't know what model it is, but it's it's a work phone. >> It's probably phone. It's in the water. It's in a waterproof case, so it probably still works. >> Did we find it? >> They're trying to find it. It like probably went about 7 ft in. >> It's temporarily. >> Yes, absolutely. >> We're going to try see if we can recover it for her. >> The officers collected statements from witnesses and victims. And as the group that was attacked told the officers they wanted to press charges against Laura. The officers prepared to confront and arrest her for criminal battery. >> Laura, come here. >> Calm down. >> Let's go over to your car. Come here. Oh my god. >> Can I talk to you? >> Yeah, we're going to talk. >> Nobody's listening to me. >> Okay. >> I'm so sorry that it like happened. Yes, of course. >> Can I tell you what happened? >> Turn around. >> All right. Listen. >> Listen. >> Stop. You're going to get it. >> You're going to get it. >> Turn around. Turn over. Back up. Back up. >> Back up. >> Back up by your water. >> Back up. >> Get by your water. >> I'm so sorry. >> Yep. >> Yep. You're getting away. >> I'm sorry. I didn't do anything. >> Okay. >> Shane, go. Shane, go. >> You're fine right there. I need everybody that's not involved. >> Excuse me. >> Can I help you? >> You just told me I'm going to jail. >> I'm cooperating. >> I'm so sorry. I think you guys aren't listening. >> The only one who wasn't listening was Laura. She didn't listen when the officers told her to calm down. She didn't listen when they asked her to explain her side of the story. And she didn't listen when they informed her that she was under arrest. >> Yeah. Here we go. >> Yeah, it's in the uh >> cups. >> I don't care. >> There's a car right here, too. >> Thank you. Hang out right there. >> Okay. >> Can I just do it myself for one second? >> Thank you. >> Okay. I'm a >> This one's really tight on the right. It feels like my hands just break. >> Laura was arrested and received a year of probation for battery, theft, and resisting arrest. Shawn was charged with battery and public intoxication, but his charges were later dropped. On February 20th, 2023, police officers responded to a residence following reports that a woman showed up at her ex-boyfriend's house and began damaging property and attacking him. When the officer arrived on the scene, he was greeted by the homeowner and his mother, who said that after the woman assaulted them, she barricaded herself in his garage. >> Erica, the city county sheriff's office, come out of the building. Do it now. Come out with your hands up and empty. >> Can you hear what he said? >> Leave your hands up so we can see him. >> Erica, we're not trying to talk to us. >> Erica, just go talk to us. >> Talk to me on the microphone. Come up to me and talk to me. >> No. >> Why don't you want to talk? >> You You come to me and talk to me. I'm not a I'm not a a public case. I'm a human. >> But we're not going to do that. >> I'm right here. I'm right here. I'm right here. I'm >> Come stop. Kick it. Kick it. Get her arms. Get her arms. >> What did I do? >> The officer had great aim and quick reflexes. He only had a second to react and made sure it counted. When the officers arrived on the scene, the homeowner explained that there were firearms in the garage and the woman, Erica, just screamed she was going to grab one, which meant the officers couldn't take any chances. >> Am I bleeding? It's really cycle. >> Okay. >> I got one of those uh >> am I bleeding >> things to remove those? [Music] >> Sorry. >> Take it right to the sergers right here. >> They can take off. >> Yeah, cuz we're going to have the 55 come right here. >> We're going to walk this way. So take off. >> Is it clear, Serge? >> You can't pull them. It's going to hurt you. Okay. >> Okay. You're going to need to calm down right now. Okay. >> Call Linda Wilson. I don't have AIDS or nothing. Jesus Christ. Call Linda Wilson. Call her. Somebody call her. >> Ma'am, unfortunately, at this point, you're not in charge, so we'll we'll do what we have to do first. >> While Erica continued to whine about how she was treated, the officers removed the taser probes from her back. And after she was searched and secured in the back of a police cruiser, police officers spoke to the homeowner who showed them damning footage of the suspect in action. >> I'm going to be honest with you. This has been ongoing for about four years, man. And she's tore up all my stuff. My house is I moved to Hawk. She tore up those houses. She had no trespassing charges. This is where we're at here. I moved here. I'm a supervisor at the website. So I have to stay close. I can't go too far. >> Right. That's what I'm saying. >> Never got no trouble for it. >> She had She said her keys were in a jacket, but this is what was in a jacket. Is that the remote that was supposed to be in your truck? >> That's the remote. >> Okay. And there's a shotgun leaned up against the door. Is that normally kept there? Okay. So, we'll need to walk through there with him. >> Yeah. >> So, we need to walk him through, see what she moved. Um, supposedly there's a bunch of guns inside of her car. So, I'd rather we just tow that, search it, and then we can get to stuff on that with the search warrant. >> Upon checking the garage, the officers noted that the homeowner's firearms had been moved, and ammunition was scattered on a workbench, leading them to believe that she may have been planning something much more sinister. >> You usually don't leave this loaded. >> The officers are giving these keys. >> Yep. Those are for >> Yeah. So, right now, you know, obvious she's going to be charged with with battery on you. Okay. So, battery on a household member for hitting for pushing you. Okay. And assault on a household member for for threatening to beat you up and she was threatening to say to beat you up >> even though I'm not living here. >> So, you don't have to you don't have to live here because they were together at one point. So, that includes you as well. She's going to be um also charged with aggravated burglary. Okay. for getting in here and then arming herself. Once she does that, that becomes a felony. Breaking into your car. That's how she got the we found the key fob for in her jacket. Burglar of an auto. So, she's looking at several felonies. I don't think that she's going to get out today, but don't hold me to that when the advocate reaches out to you guys. It's important for you guys to to move forth with it. With Erica detained in cuffs in the back of a police cruiser, the officers officially placed her under arrest and read her her rights before they questioned her. She claimed that she didn't assault anyone and didn't understand why she was going to jail. >> So basically, there was an assault that was made. It's on video. Okay. I watched his video. You did assault his part of it. Okay. The other thing is >> that's why I'm going to jail. So, the other thing is is you uh not only did you do that, you did you chest bumper at any time? >> I might have. >> So, that's that's a battery. Okay. So, that's why those two things together. Okay. So, you have an assault and then you bumped her with your chest. Okay. That's the battery. So, you have an assault and a battery. >> But did she But did it look like like it affected her? >> So, here's the thing. A battery is the application of force in a rude, angry, or insulent manner. Okay? doesn't mean that you have to, you know, throw a haymaker, try to knock somebody out or anything like that. Okay. >> Erica admitted that she was not invited when she showed up at the man's property. She also admitted to entering his vehicle and accessing the remote to open his garage. As the property was damaged inside the garage, the officer had more questions. >> What happened once you got inside the the garage? What did you do after that? I just I I I I destroyed my own property. >> What did you destroy? >> The the fireplace that I brought here. >> Okay. What else did you break or what else did you do? >> I I tore up some pictures. >> Okay. And what else? >> Okay. What about the uh what about the TV in there? >> I I didn't have a TV. I just broke the fireplace. I tore up pictures and that was it. and I tried to sweep up the glass. That's all I did. >> Okay. So, there's a broken TV in there that he's saying wasn't broke by Dub in there. Okay. That's in the bunk house. So, how did you break that? >> I didn't. >> You didn't break it? >> Okay. >> The torn up photos, smashed TV, and damaged fireplace were bad enough, but what really raised red flags for the officer were the firearms in the garage. Specifically, the fact that they had been moved and some of them were loaded. Eric, I'm going to be honest with you. >> I moved a firearm. >> Okay. What firearm did you move? >> A shotgun. >> Why' you do that? >> Because I wanted you guys to take my life because I'm tired of living like this. That's why >> that's it. >> Okay. That's all I did. But the >> What did the shotgun look like? >> It's camouflage shotgun. >> Okay. Was it loaded? >> Yes, I loaded it. >> You loaded it? >> Yes. >> Okay. I just have to >> take it out there so that you guys look >> Well, I'm happy that you didn't. Okay. It's not worth that. >> And I'm sorry I did that, but that's just how that's just where I'm at right now. >> Okay. So, so >> and Luna was in there with me, but that's it. The TV I didn't break. I didn't break the TV. Fireplace. I did. >> Okay. >> I moved the shotgun and I tore up pictures. >> Well, you've been honest and so I appreciate that. Okay. And so, I'll take that into into account of of everything that's going on. Okay. Erica admitted to throwing a rock through a window in the house in an attempt to gain entry. However, she claimed she came to her senses and decided not to enter the home. She said that she had no intention of hurting her ex. She only acted that way because of heartbreak. >> I understand that. I understand that. But what I want you to know, moving on from here on out, Erica, is the fact that I don't believe that you're a bad person. Okay? I really don't >> I don't believe that he's a saint either. Okay, so I believe that that a bad situation took place today. Okay, that's what I believe. >> I started it. >> I had no business over here. >> Stay my ass at home. >> The the first thing that you can do is to admit that. Okay, which you're taking that step to do today. Okay, that's your first step. So, >> cuz this is his house and I had no business coming over here trying to get trying to get closure there. the closure. It was already what it has been for years and I need to acknowledge that and accept it and move on. >> So, here's the thing, Erica. I'm going to be honest with you. I'm an alcoholic, too, okay? I drink and I drink and I drink and I drink all the time, okay? And one day I walked away from it, but I'm still an alcoholic. I don't give what anybody says. There's no recovering alcoholic, okay? I'll always be one. I'll always be one, okay? >> Hard. So, but here's what I'm going to tell you, okay? Today is day one. It's your choice to move forward. It's your choice to let this define who you're going to be. This is not who you are. This is something that happened today, but it's not who you want to be. So, therefore, it's not who you are. Okay? Do you believe in God? >> I definitely Yes. >> So, God gives us >> very God. >> God God gives us options and things in our lives, right? >> Yes. So, but the other thing is is God only gives us what we can handle even though we feel that we can't at the time. Okay? And I'll be honest with you, some days are harder than others, right? Some days it's so easy to just say, God's king and we're we're thankful and praising his name. Other days we're going, "Why God? I can't do this." Right? But it's at those times that he will pick you up and that you need to lean on those who love you and that you need to lean on on God to say, "I need the help. I need this turn." Okay? Erica was charged with aggravated burglary, lararseny, burglary of an automobile, battery, assault, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, and criminal damage to property under $1,000. On April 5th, 2024, a police officer from the Walworth County Sheriff's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding and having dark tints. Although the officer turned his lights and sirens on, the driver did not initially stop, continuing to drive 20 m over the speed limit before he eventually pulled over. >> Your hands uphind the >> Ward County Sheriff's Office. You're fleeing and eluding. You are not free to go. 53. I got one at gunpoint. Actually, the vehicle at gunpoint. No one's acknowledging my presence. I'll wait till it gets here. >> Hands up. Do it now. >> Can you try to give them a call again? They're just jamming out to the music, ignoring us. But if you try to give them a call, maybe they'll answer. >> Skyler. >> Yes. Hey, >> this is the Worth County Sheriff's Office. >> Put the car back in park. Yeah. Can you tell your guys to hurry up and write me a ticket or something? I'm late to work. >> Put the car in park. >> I understand that. But you need to roll your window down and actually cooperate with the deputies. >> Your car's going to get damaged. >> Yeah, I have really important places to be right now. I >> The level of entitlement was astounding. The suspect, Skyler, had two officers positioned behind him with guns drawn and he was acting as if they were inconveniencing him. >> I'm not getting >> We don't want to hurt you, Skyler. >> Not about to be. >> Talk to us. >> Some 20inut ordeal. >> Well, they're they're making this a high-risk situation because you weren't stopping. >> Yeah, because there was I wasn't doing anything wrong. Hey, I got you on that desk. Can we talk? >> I think my deputy thinks you were and that's when you're supposed to pull over. >> I can't hear you very well if you're talking to us. >> Okay. Well, I tried to get as close to my warehouse as I could before stopping because I can't take any more time out of my day. >> I appreciate your cooperation. Would you mind getting out of the car so we can talk? >> Honey, I understand that you're running late for work. If you could just cooperate with the deputies, we could get this over with sooner. Some people nowadays think that cooperating with a police officer's orders is a choice. But unfortunately for Skyler, as he was about to find out, that's not the way it works. >> Holy. Is that a squat car? >> Oh my god. That looked like a Tesla Cyber Truck. >> Keep going. Two feet. >> You say a Tesla Cyber Truck red. Holy. And they're hitting my car. And I've got a gun for this is crazy. I might want to get this on camera. >> It was unknown whether Skyler was high on drugs or he was just very excited for his arrest. The only thing that was clear was that the officers were done playing around. But even as an army of officers gathered around his vehicle, he continued to refuse to comply. >> You guys ready? >> Skyler, honey, >> just keep the window down, buddy. >> Comply or not? Comply or not? your hands. >> That's the nade I was talking about. You're crazy. >> In case you didn't catch that, the officers tossed a pepper bomb into Skyler's vehicle. Unless he exited his car, it would be next to impossible for him to breathe properly. Although he didn't fully exit his vehicle, he opened his door. >> Let's go up and take him a piece. Why would you weaponize a dog, bro? Look at him. >> Step out of the car. >> I'd rather get shot. >> I'm down. Holy. This is not a video. >> Yo, chill. Yo, chill. >> All right, he's good. >> Well, at least take me to dinner before you molest me. God damn. >> Want to run over? or roll towards me >> on the left. >> God damn. >> My girl don't even punch me like that. >> Sit you up on your butt. >> One more on that side. We're going to stand you up to your feet. Ready? >> Clear my lungs. One, two, three. Stand up. >> You had every opportunity to comply. Go over here. >> Yeah. Well, now I can tell my boss I was arrested and that's why >> Yep. That's one hell of an excuse, I'll tell you that. >> Watch your head. Watch your knees, y'all. Oink. Look to the left. >> Hell yeah. >> You're not injured. Is that correct? My lungs feel damaged. >> Do you need a rescue squad? >> Yeah. >> You want a rescue squad? >> No. >> Okay. >> My lungs >> like a rescue squad, please. >> He's having difficulty breathing from the OC. >> I seem to be handling it better than y'all. >> Y c still >> and I was in the car with it. >> It seemed like Skyler was playing a game with the officers. Although he claimed he was in a hurry to get to work. Perhaps he saw the officer's lights flashing behind him and just saw it as an opportunity to get out of going to work that day. >> So, when am I going to work? >> Uh, after you see a judge. So, I don't know if you that you'll make the docket for today. Depends on what time we get you in there and get you processed. >> It better be ASAP. >> Well, we're not on your timeline anymore. You had every opportunity to comply >> and I complied. You see that window that's >> No, you did not comply cuz I I turned my lights on at Grand Geneva. >> You see that window that's right there? >> Had you pulled over there, I would have wrote you a ticket and let you go on your way. >> Yeah. And you could have done that. You had >> Except you didn't stop >> because I had to be at work and I wasn't doing anything wrong. >> Except going 77 and 55. >> 77? My dash never said 77. >> What it did say before I passed you? It said 72. >> 77's crazy. Now you're lying on my name. >> Nope. You're going 77. >> Okay. >> You're going 77. >> Because you wear that badge, you can put what's on the ticket and I don't get a >> Yes, sir. >> That's crazy. This feel like >> side street. Sure. >> Skyler was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, resisting or failing to stop, vent side window excessive tinting, and exceeding speed zones. Naturally, in his true non-compliant nature, he pleaded not guilty. On June 21st, 2023, Dayton police were dispatched to an apartment complex following reports of domestic violence. According to reports, a man called the police after his girlfriend attacked him and refused to leave him alone. Hello. >> Hi. >> Hi. What's going on today? >> Nothing much stepping in. >> Okay, cool. >> Yeah, thank you. >> Hello, sir. Did you call? >> Yes. >> What's going on with that? >> Well, what's what's going on? Pardon me. [Music] Talking about talking about I'm a white man talking about you guys. >> Eventually, the officers walked into the aftermath of a domestic dispute. As the man Anthony explained, he and his girlfriend Nicole had been involved in a heated argument that turned physical. raising her voice all super loud talking about she ain't going no damn way. Blon bl skip. I skated myself in the room. I was in her in the room. She came in there, flipped me up my um my um box screen over. So I came in here and I grabbed her and I pushed her up stay the off me and I cut myself right here and there was blood all over the floor. How did you cut yourself? >> I I don't know how I did it but I did it. The couple told the officers that they live together in the home. As the officers had just heard Anony's side of the story, they separated the couple and let the woman explain herself. >> Hello. So, what's your story? >> Uh, maybe if I just let him get his little space. We kind of had a little disagreement and he had his space. I had math. I don't know. It kind of bothered me that my man ain't in the mirror with me. So, I keep picking at him, which ain't good. And I do know that I can be honest on that part. All the hoes I hope y'all just don't see it. It's accident. It happened like so we can pass it. >> Okay. >> So, but what what started this whole thing? >> I did. That's the thing. You probably took me started between >> something silly. >> Something silly. scared. >> Anthony told officers that he and Nicole had been drinking when she threw a heavy ashtray at him, leaving visible marks on his shoulder. While it might seem minor, if it had struck his face, the outcome would have been much worse. >> The last one, >> she Yeah. took it and just threw it and and it got me right there. So, having it didn't hit me in the head or anywhere else in the mouth or whatever. So, >> so, >> so did it get boom like when you guys were arguing? >> Yeah, she she got to holler at me. >> Yeah, holl. She just took me and just boom. I'm like, >> "Oh, okay." And then after she got that, she took my tall boy Budweiser, >> threw it at me. So, I've got it and I slung the I poured the beer on her. >> Okay. >> And I before all that happened, I was actually just just leave. >> Okay. And then when did that happen? Before after >> No, that that happened not too long ago cuz I was in I was in my bedroom >> and that's when you got thrown the thing out. >> Wait, hold up. I was in my bedroom. >> Okay. >> And I shut the door to keep from hearing her talking all this and all all this. >> So she just came in in there and and I just grabbed her. I was like, "Stay the off of me. Stay the off of me." And then I got her and I grabbed her by her damn neck. Was talking to her and I told her, "Leave me the alone. Just leave me the alone." When Anthony restrained Nicole against the wall, it could be considered self-defense because she had attacked him first. Even after she attacked him, he attempted to retreat to the bedroom to calm down away from her. However, she followed him and continued to escalate the conflict. >> I'll make sure I have everything in order. She threw the ash at you, hit you, you went to your room, she followed you my room. >> Okay. So, she left for a minute and then came back to the room, flipped your bed, >> and then you grabbed her and brought her out here. >> Mhm. Okay. >> We had a simple disagreement and y'all can leave. >> So, >> excuse me, sir. >> Well, I'm telling you. >> I'm telling you. Get out. >> Are we going to play? >> Get out. >> All right. >> Don't touch me. >> All right, man. >> You're going to be placing the arrest for domestic violence. >> Ow. Don't touch me. >> You want to hit me? >> Don't fight me. White men. Black open black. They need white men. They can't look like they're really They're really black. Black man. Hey, you see this? Y'all see this? Hey, that's a white. Oh, you a white man. Oh, the black man. Nicole was only making things worse for herself, earning herself additional charges for resisting arrest and battery on law enforcement officers as she was causing a massive scene in a public hallway. The officers wanted to get her under control fast. >> Can I hear the camera real quick? >> Stop. Nicole, >> what is you? Why don't you do what they tell you to do? >> What you do that for? What you do that for? >> Anthony, you're not going to help me. >> I can't help you. Why don't you quit resisting the cold? Stop biting. >> Nicole, will you stop? [Applause] >> Are you okay? >> Stop biting. Even though the officers hit her with the taser, it had little effect on her. Perhaps it was because of the adrenaline or the taser missed its mark and got lodged in her clothing. Because of that, Nicole was still doing everything in her power to resist going to jail. >> Gone. Which black man is y'all pretending to be white? The world is a conspiracy. These white people is inside of our black people. Get up off me. Get up off me. And they can't believe you ain't helping me, baby. >> What? >> Baby, >> so I can't I can't help. >> Baby, I just wanted to lay down. >> Baby, they ain't doing this cuz they think you don't want me to lay down the crew. We got one minute. Nicole, will you stop the resistance? >> All right, I'll get up. >> Give us your hands. >> Yes, sir. >> You ain't doing nothing but make worse. check. Okay, >> we got one in custody. We still need another crew to help us though. >> More units quickly arrived on the scene to help escort her out of the apartment and into the waiting cruiser. While walking through the public hallway, she continued to scream and shout racial abuse at the officers. >> Hi, black man. >> We got county crucial. >> Hi, black man. Hi, black man. This what my people crying about. How black man we black man how many black men out here with white skin? >> Huh? How many black men out here with white skin? >> How many black men? >> Oh, y'all. >> Oh, yeah. You said just let me out. >> Y'all look a little too nervous for me. >> Just shut up. Just let me go. Leave me alone. All right. Get on my damn nerve. >> Yeah. >> Can we loosen these? >> Nicole was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer and obstructing official business. She was deemed incompetent to stand trial and was committed to a mental health care facility for treatment. [Music] On March 20th, 2024, Florida police officers responded to a residence after a mother called 911 asking for help removing her daughter from her home. When officers arrived on the scene, they were greeted by the daughter, Joseline, in the driveway. >> How you doing? >> I've had better days. >> What's going on? >> I'm back. >> I've been out for the fourth time today. Well, I've been here two a week and a half and this is the fourth time she's kicked me out. >> Jeez, it's a pretty good record. >> Are you joining? >> Yes, I am. Is >> that how you say it? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So, is it mom? >> Mom. >> Where's mom? >> Inside. >> Do you have an ID card on you? >> I don't really need to show you. >> Well, I'm here because something occurred. They're saying a physical domestic happened. So, Oh, >> did it? >> In the process of an investigation. Yes, you do have to identify yourself. If you really want to play the game, I could fingerprint you and do all that stuff necessary. >> I'm not doing this. >> Hm. >> We're not doing that. >> Well, well, we're going to have to. >> Although the officer attempted to initiate a polite conversation, Joselyn derailed his attempts after he asked her to identify herself. Shortly after, Joselyn's mother, Benny, stepped out and calmly explained that her daughter recently lost her job and moved back in, but that due to her daughter's mental health issues, the two had been fighting. >> What happened today? >> I tell them you need to go because she still get loud and loud. I I can't I can't because I don't want it. I don't want it. >> I told her that I have my therapy appointment tomorrow. >> So, do me a favor. Please get your ID card for me. So I I you do >> I don't cuz there's no criminal charges. >> Doesn't matter. There could be criminal very easily could be criminal charges. >> Oh, you're going to put them on me? So you're going to make up some charges. That's what we're doing now. >> Well, I don't I don't try to make any I just want she needs help. I I don't know what kind of help she can get. >> So now he's trying to press a wall on me trying to press charges on me because I don't want to give you my ID. That only goes but why you can't give me the ID? >> For what? He knows my name. My name is Josyn Sodto. What's the problem? >> He has my name. He I don't have to show him. That's I don't have to show him. He can look it up. Go join So, I have a mug shot. Look it up. >> The officer told Joselyn to pack her belongings and leave following her mother's wishes. However, Joseline stated that she had the right to be there, but like the officer said, she had just been there for a week, and that's not how it works. >> How long you been here? She she she come back last Saturday. >> She's been here a week. >> A week. >> How long has she been gone? >> For maybe like a two or three years. >> Two or three years. >> Yeah. >> Okay. She didn't update your address. >> Yeah. My my address is on my ID. >> Yeah. It doesn't count. Go get your stuff and go. >> No. >> Yes. Mom want you. Do you want to trespass her? >> Do So if she comes back on, if we trespass her, we can grass. >> Yeah. Go ahead and trespass me. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Mom, >> just like a dog. >> You have two choice. You have to look in for mental. No. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Trespass me. Go ahead. Trespass me cuz that's the day that I'm leaving and I will never speak to you again. >> You don't have a trespass. So >> tell them to trespass me. >> Okay. >> Tell them. Tell them. >> Then you going to go >> tell them. Tell them to tell him the trespass. >> The officer told Benny that their hands were tied as no physical violence had occurred. They explained that they could only intervene if Benny wished to evict her daughter from the property. As a result, she eventually agreed and allowed the officers to do their job. >> If if you want me to go and tell them to trespass me, >> tell them. >> Okay. So, I have to do whatever I have to do. Then I have to do that. All right. >> So, you want to trespass? >> Yeah. Right. That's right. >> All right. Then you're formally trespassed. Get your stuff and go. >> I want paperwork. >> You don't get any paperwork. She does. Go get your stuff or get arrested for trespass. Arrest me. >> You refuse to leave. >> Arrest me. >> Really? You want to go to jail over this? Grab your stuff or you're going to be arrested for trespassing then. >> Fine. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop resisting now. Stop now. Back up now. Back up. >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me. >> Get up. >> Hey, you guys. >> Oh, she's going to jail now. >> No, you're not. >> I will drop stun you. Stop resisting. >> I'm going to drop stun you. >> Stop. Don't kick me. Don't taste my taser. >> Really? Really? This is what we're doing? >> This is what we're doing. >> Roll now. >> Roll over now. Stop roll. >> Even if Jocelyn calmly surrendered to the officers, she would still be under arrest for resisting. All she had to do was pack her bags and leave. But she chose to fight. Unless she wanted to get tased, she had no choice but to comply. You guys didn't give me enough time. Let me grab my >> Last chance. >> Last chance. >> You're going to tase me? >> Yeah. >> You're going to tase me? >> This is what we're doing. >> Yes. >> You're going to tase me without me resisting. [Applause] [Music] >> Your stomach. [Music] Cough up. >> Cough up now again. >> Cough up. I can't I can't breathe. I can't. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. While Jocelyn threatened to sue the officers for tasing her, they lifted her onto her feet and escorted her to their cruiser. She could threaten them all she wanted. The officers warned her multiple times and they had the body cam footage to prove it. >> Watch your hand. How are you? You have anything on you at all? Nothing. Nothing in your pocket. All right. Do a favor. We're going to go over here by the vehicle. Put your chest on the vehicle. All right. Put your chest on the vehicle. All right. You're going to put your right leg up. Put your right leg up. >> You didn't miss anything during the pat down, Miss Joselyn. Okay. >> You didn't miss nothing. You're not going to take nothing inside the jail with you, right? All right.
