What do you mean by that? >> Because >> what does he have? >> I'm probably going to die tonight, dude. Probably going to die tonight. >> Just cuz you wanted this. >> I didn't do the >> might have called her a name. >> And you know what name it is? >> Yeah, you know what name it is. >> So, it starts with a C ends in a T. Sometimes love gets replaced by hatred and violence and men often take advantage of their physical strength to make their partner suffer. It can go on for weeks, months, even years. But justice eventually catches up when one day a girlfriend secretly calls 911 on her toxic boyfriend. >> So you're under arrest, okay, for domestic battery. Put your hands behind your back. I'm not >> put your hands behind your back. Stop. >> On December 20th, 2024, the police responded to a call from a local hotel. A girl had been reported after an altercation with her boyfriend in a hotel room. When the officers arrived at the scene, they found the alleged victim in the lobby visibly scared. Hi, I'm >> also in touch with Bill F. You okay? Morning. Do >> you need an ambulance? No. >> Okay. Mom, who is he to you? >> Who is he to you? >> My boyfriend. >> Your boy? How long has you guys been dating? >> Like a few months, >> huh? >> Like a few months. >> Few months. Okay. What happened? >> Apparently, I told him that his cousin was trying to talk to me and he got mad and was arguing the whole ride home. I just wanted to go home and grab my stuff. >> Okay. >> And he wouldn't let me grab my bag. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So you guys arguing. Cousin, he thought cousin was texting you to talk. That wasn't the case. >> And I kept telling him it wasn't. >> Okay. >> What? Did [clears throat] anything get physical? [snorts] >> Where? >> In the room. >> Okay. Where my neck? >> Okay. Did he at any point try to choke you? >> Like a little bit. >> Did you ever lose consciousness? >> No. >> Okay. Can I see your neck? Okay. Is that And that's from him, you said. >> Okay. All right. You need Do you need an ambulance? >> Did you ever hit him back? >> I was trying to push him off. >> Trying to push him off. This happened in the room in room 216. >> Okay. Has he ever been arrested against you before? >> What do you want done tonight? >> Whatever. >> Okay. So, with the signs of injury, from what you're telling me, we will be we're going to have to do what we have to do. Okay. That doesn't mean that you necessarily want him arrested. I don't know if that's the case, but we're going to have to step in with that. Okay. Do you guys live together? >> No. >> Okay. Does he know where you live? >> Yes. >> Okay. And he lives in >> He lives somewhere. Like, I can't remember the addresses of my phone. >> That's fine. Okay. All right. >> The officer asked whether the woman had a way to get home. She explained that she had her car with her and had been drinking, but only a small amount, enough to be able to drive. After that, the officer continued asking questions about what had happened in the hotel room. >> Okay. Is there anything else in that room? >> Who's the room under? >> It's under my name. My ID is in there. My clothes are in there. >> And did this just happen? You guys came down here then? Or you came down here? >> Yes, I came down here to leave. >> Okay. And he followed you. Okay. All right. you how how many times did you say you grabbed your neck? >> I can't even >> several once, twice. >> I hope you >> You don't remember? >> And you said squeezing you at one point or no? >> Both all the times he was grabbing your neck or just the one time >> was like pushing me and then I was trying to leave your neck. >> Did he ever strike you with the open or closed fist? >> No. >> No. Okay. All right. My partner's going to stick with you. Okay. We're going to have some paperwork to finish with you. Okay. And uh um when's the last time you said you had a sip of alcohol? >> You said what? >> But then when's the last time you had some alcohol? >> I don't know. Like 2 hours ago. >> So we're going to we're going to just make sure you're okay to drive too to get out of here. But even if you want to stay here, he's he's going to >> Yeah. And he's going to be coming with us. >> Okay. All right. The victim confirmed that her neck injuries have been caused by her boyfriend. After that, the officers moved to the other side of the hotel lobby. There, his colleagues were already questioning the suspect. >> What's up, love? >> Huh? Hey, no, it ain't no problem. Ain't no problem. >> What's going on? >> I think that's your girl. >> Yeah, that's my baby, bro. I love her to death. >> That's my baby, man. >> What happened? >> So So today, >> it ain't no problem. >> Yeah, I got you. >> So today, uh, we come She want all her stuff. >> Okay. >> It's cool if we separate. It's It's fine. I I go away. I go with my mother, but at the same time, it's my baby. It's my girl. >> Okay. >> We came from a team concert. Uh >> I like I just told him, I text my cousin. I mean, my cousin text me and said my my girl was trying to talk to her. >> Okay. >> Was trying to talk to him. I get frustrated. I'm like, "What the is going on? Why Why somebody trying to talk to my girl? This is my baby, bro. This my little cousin. I don't want to argue." >> So, she texted your cousin like trying to talk. >> That's what That's what he told me. That's what he said. I got frustrated now like bait why is you like is you texting my cousin like why is you why you act like the whole time she not she the whole time she not texting my cousin. So as that's going on I'm steady trying to figure out like why she why she uh not coming in the room. So I'm like damn my girl I'm getting frustrated. So now the car right there on the side that's like it's on the side and I'm like damn. So you just going to sit in the car? You going to sit in the room? Bae just talk to me. That's all I want you is to talk to me. That's it. I don't want to argue. >> I don't even want to grab you. But I was grabbing. [clears throat] Yeah. I was grabbing. I was just grabbing like this. Bae, talk to me. I don't want to do nothing. But I I just know how my girl is. She's so emotional. Baby is bro. She going to get emotional. I just think about her papa. That's why I said, "Be if you want to do it like this. I give you a bag. I cuz I got a I go get some air. I go get some space. It's not It's not no problem at all. We got a room here and my brother got a room down there. It's no problem at all." Apparently, the argument had been fueled by the suspect's jealousy. Up to that point, however, he had not mentioned anything about violence, but the officers noticed a telling stain on his sweatshirt and soon interrupted his detailed story. >> Did anything get physical between you two? >> Nah, I ain't going to lie. This don't even think this some crazy, bro. Like, that my baby, bro. I know this is this my baby, bro. This this my everything, bro. This she emotionally drained. >> No physical. All I can say is I grab her like, "Babe, just talk to me. Just talk." I know she emotionally don't want to shoot me. She want all her stuff and I I'll give her all to >> Where's her stuff at? >> Uh 216. >> All right. >> And what's your where's your uh ID or >> I don't have my I only got that. >> So nothing got physical? >> Hell no. You want what you want? What you want to see? What you want >> here? Roll. >> Yeah. Ain't nothing physical? No. Nothing bad. >> Okay. >> How would that come from? >> I ain't going to lie. Like I said, this is earlier. >> From what? This? >> What? [ __ ] I was with my cousin. I was seeing my mama. This happened like it ain't no physical nothing on her like Yeah. It ain't this real that I bought from Champions. This ain't happen. >> The suspect didn't seem to feel any guilt and he presented his version of events to the officers quite convincingly. Maybe that was why he seemed so surprised about the officer's decision moments later. >> Okay, so you're under arrest. Okay, for domestic matter, >> babe. I'm not >> put your hands behind your back. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Please relax. Babe, please. Babe, it's on my probation. Please, babe. >> It's not her. Stop. It's not her. It's the state. It's us. Okay. You're under arrest for domestic battery. >> Babe, it's not me. Babe. Babe. Babe, PLEASE TALK TO THEM, BABE. THREE. ONE MALE IN CUSTODY. >> BABE, please talk to them, babe. Babe, please talk TO THEM, BABE. NO. TALK TO HER. PLEASE. PLEASE. [ __ ] off. Please. Babe. Babe. Give me a minute. Babe, give me a minute. Give me a minute. >> Arrest. >> GIVE ME A MINUTE. >> UNDER ARREST. STOP. [screaming] >> For her injuries ON HER NECK. >> DO THAT. >> THIS PROBATION, BRO. >> BRO, NO. NO. STOP. [screaming] >> STOP, >> BRO. GIVE ME AN HOUR, BRO. >> GIVE ME AN HOUR RIGHT NOW, BRO. I'M GOING TO CRASH OUT, BRO. >> I'M GOING TO CRASH OUT. >> STOP. >> I'm going to crash out, bro. >> I'm going to crash out, bro. >> The suspect looked devastated. That was because, as he himself revealed, he was on probation. But he was clearly a good actor because only moments later when the officers said they were calling in backup, he completely changed his demeanor. >> Getting more cars here. >> No, you good. >> Can I get some wood at least, bro? Get some pee. Come on. Get you some. >> Come on. What y'all doing? Let me go to you see a judge. >> What? You see a judge. You got anything on you? We're good. You got anything on you? You got anything on you that'll stick me poke me or pride me? I'm >> talking me out to the station, bro. >> Oh, we will take me out to the station. >> The suspect was transported to the police station. He was charged with domestic battery, resisting or obstructing a police officer, and obstructing an officer during the incident. On August 17th, 2025, police responded to a private residence regarding a possible domestic altercation. According to the neighbors, a couple was involved. When the officers arrived on the scene, they saw the couple disappearing into the house. [music] The cops then had to enter the residence to make contact with them. >> They were out here and they just went back inside the house. >> Is this a vacant property? Cuz the doors all busted. Akan, please come outside. >> Akan, please come outside. >> Come out. >> Come out. We're going to see the dog again. >> Ara police, come out. Come out or we'll send the canine in. [snorts] >> We saw you come outside. We just have to ask what happened. >> Yeah, they went back in there and the house looks vacant. 17 >> 17 >> After running into the house when the cops arrived, the couple appeared to be deliberately hiding inside. The officers gave them an ultimatum to come out. Soon, a man with his hands raised stepped outside through the front door. >> Come outside. >> Nobody ever talk to me. >> Come outside. >> Oh, okay. No. >> Who else is in here? >> I've been trying to keep an eye out of my house, but they're going to stay out of the house. >> Okay. >> I know you weren't involved. It was the other two. They're in here. Come out. Just come outside. >> I want to promise the neighbors to tell you. >> Oh, yeah. My bad. I trying to find Have a seat. >> Did we just see you run in? >> Yep. >> Yeah. I had to go get my phone. >> Okay. Where's the Where's the female at? >> Female in there. Come inside. Come outside. >> Nobody else is in there. >> Girl in there. >> She doesn't. >> No, she didn't. >> I saw her coming. >> Is she still in there? >> Dude, I watched her go in the back door. >> Can I go get her? >> No, you can stay right there. >> That's my girl, bro. Can I go get her? >> Okay, but you've been lying this whole time. So, where >> I went to get back my get my phone, dude. I wasn't lying. I was going up the stairs. >> What's her name? What is her name? >> Scott. >> Skye, come outside. It's Sak PD. >> The suspect, Austin, tried to lie to the officers by saying there was no one else inside the house, but they didn't buy his story. They had seen [music] a woman run inside and knew his girlfriend Skyler was still in there. So, they continued questioning him. >> Where's she at inside? >> You don't know where she's at inside? >> I don't know where she at. >> Look, man. >> If she's in there, she's in there. If she's not, she's not. She's in [music] there cuz we got this place surrounded. So, and we saw you guys run inside. So, hey, I'm going to let you know right now is going to be the best possible she does. That's normal that >> none of my That's not mine. That's not >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Hey, babe. Baby, come here. >> Skye, come outside. >> Baby, come here. Can I please talk? >> No. >> Just scared. >> Baby, it's all right. Come here. >> Just moments earlier, Austin had insisted there was nobody else inside. Now he was calling for his girlfriend, Skyler, to come outside. She was clearly frightened because it took her some time before she finally showed herself to the officers. >> Yeah. Come here, baby. Come on. >> The back. Come out the front. >> Come out the front, baby. It's all right. Come on, >> Austin. Front or back? >> In the front, baby. Come on. It's all right, babe. >> Come on. >> Come out here and sit next to me. >> There was another girl. >> There was another girl. Did you go look at her? >> Yeah, that's her. >> That's her. >> Yeah. >> All right, Martin. You got him up here. We're going to clear the house. >> Is anybody else inside the house? >> No. >> That's it. Just you three. I'm sorry. All right. >> Hey, ma'am. Ma'am, your name's Sky, correct? I need you to step up here and talk to this officer over here. All right. >> Why? >> Because I said so. That's why. Don't make this more difficult than what it needs to be, please. >> Sky didn't seem very talkative at first. She sat silently next to her boyfriend, so the officers separated her from him. Then they questioned her about what had happened inside the house. And Skyler definitely had a lot to say about Austin. >> What's going on, man? >> I'm not going to incriminate myself. >> Huh? >> I'm not going to incriminate myself. >> We're worried about your safety, not incriminating yourself. Is that your boyfriend up there? >> Yeah. >> I'm legally deaf. I only have hearing in my right ear, not my left. This here over here >> I cannot hear on this side. I can only hear on this side. So I can't hear how loud I'm talking. >> You're not talking loud. >> You're good. >> Did he do something to you? >> I don't care about that. Like >> then what do you care about? >> Okay. What does he have warrants for? >> DVs. out of Akan. >> From the conversation with the officer, it became clear that Sky, who started to appear to potentially be the victim, had no intention of protecting her boyfriend. Soon, the officers returned to him [clears throat] and asked him for his version of events. >> So, what happened tonight? >> What do you mean? >> What happened tonight? >> What happened? >> You tell me what happened tonight. >> I don't know. The car breaks down. Me and her get an argument. That's it. We go inside, find brake fluid. >> Okay. So then why did you run inside as soon as >> I didn't run inside. I walked inside to get my phone. >> No, that's not what it looked like. We We told you to stay outside. >> Was I running? Was I running? >> You went back inside. >> I didn't hear you say stay. I didn't hear you say now go inside. >> How about when I came to the door? >> I was downstairs trying to get upstairs. The whole downstairs, if you look, if you look down there, >> it's hard as hell to get up those steps. >> Okay. >> And I had no light to walk around the basement. >> Yeah. >> You know what I mean? I had no no light to walk around the basement with. I couldn't see. I was trying to get stairs, dude. [music] I came up, didn't I? I come up. >> I wasn't trying. >> After we basically have to surround the house and yell at you to come out. >> I saw the lights, but that I was using those lights to be able to see, dude. >> Okay. >> To get up the stairs. Please go look at those steps to tell me that you >> Yeah, you can't. Yeah, there's no steps. >> It's steps, but they're covered in >> Yeah, but I was slipping and falling as I was trying to come up the there. >> No, I don't. I live down the street. Actually, I live I live either down there. I'm >> So what? >> So then why were you even >> Cuz I was asking my dude for brake fluid, man. I need brake fluid for the car. So >> is he like a friend? >> No. >> Okay. >> The suspect insisted that he and Sky had only been arguing over brake fluid for the car. But the officers already knew from Sky that he had a warrant for domestic violence. So they doubted everything he said. Then he gave them the name Daniel Herald, catching him in a lie. >> What's your real man? Daniel. What's your real name? >> Daniel Herald. >> I'm not about to do this with you cuz you're about to go on cuffs in a second if you don't tell me your real name. >> Austin Herold. >> Austin Herald. Where's your birthday? >> Hey Stephanie, if you could go look back. >> I'm sorry. I'm legally deaf. That's the only reason I'm trying to move. >> I love you, Skyler. Hey, Skyler. Look at me. I love you. >> I need you to go back to >> Okay. No, I'm not trying to love you. >> You hear what I said? >> Yes. I said I love you, too. I was just telling her I love her. >> She can't hear, man. >> I know. I know. >> No, I'm I'm legally deaf. >> I have no hearing in my right ear. >> Why they thought we were arguing? Cuz I was yelling at you cuz you can't hear. >> I love you, Scotty. >> Austin claimed he had lied about his name because he was tired, but the officers already knew the real reason was the warrant he had. At that point, there was nothing left to figure out, but the situation quickly escalated. All right, man. Go ahead and stand up for me. Put your hands on your back. Put your hands together like praying. >> All right, M. Time to go. We're not doing that. Never. I'm not doing what, bro? >> What the I doing, dude. >> Just go headphones. >> All right. Nope. We're going to the front. >> I love you. Say it louder. >> I love you. >> That's about as far as they go. >> Okay. >> Relax, man. It's not that serious. >> And he's going to stick me. Punk me. >> You're about to watch me die out here tonight, dude. Just for you, Skyler. >> While they were putting him into the patrol car, Austin began acting like a martyr. He kept repeating that he was going to die that night. His girlfriend tried to calm him down, but despite her efforts, he quickly lost control, especially once he was inside the police car. >> I'm probably going to die tonight, dude. Probably going to die tonight. >> Just cuz you wanted this. >> I didn't do [ __ ] The I didn't do this [ __ ] Austin. >> Hey, I can be >> I might be able to make him calm down. >> I'm going to die tonight, Skyler. >> I'm going to die tonight. >> Austin, >> I'm not going to get on the sidewalk or you're going to jail, too. Get on the sidewalk. >> It's all right. It's all right. I'm going kill one of these motheruckers, dude. >> Thank you, Skyler. I love you. >> Despite Skyler's please, Austin didn't stop freaking out. The officers were wellprepared for situations like this. They still had a little patience left at first. But after Austin broke the patrol car door, they'd had enough. So, they decided to use the wrap. >> Hey, when I get out, when I get out, I'm going to come see you. >> Yeah. >> You hear me? >> Will you? >> What does that mean? >> What does that mean, Skyler? You mother you I'll bite the you I'm >> you love me Skylar >> you love me Skyler >> Skylar you love me myself you >> yeah how you like that little I need you. >> You all right? >> You like this? You like this? You like this? Packed in a wrap, Austin was placed in the patrol car and transported to jail. He was charged with resisting arrest, domestic violence, and assault on an officer. On July 17th, 2025, the police responded to a call about an alleged altercation between a couple involving drug abuse. When the officers arrived at the scene, they met both the man and the woman. First, they spoke with the alleged victim who was in tears and visibly terrified. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Did you call? >> Yeah. >> And where is he? >> I don't know. He just stole my car. >> He stole your car. >> My car's right here. >> Oh, he's in your car. Why don't you hang out here? >> Hey, man. How we doing? >> Good. How are you? Little fist bump. >> Tactical gloves. >> I'll just chat with you over here. >> Okay. >> What What can you tell me is going on here? >> Uh, it's just a stupid dispute. >> Okay. >> Apples and oranges type. Can't get all It's oil and water. I I can give you >> You mind just keeping your hands out of your pockets for me while we talk? >> You tap me down if you want. >> We'll just I'm doing I know I'm not being detained, but let's just uh try to figure out [sighs] So, your first name is >> Jeremy. >> Jeremy. And this is your girlfriend? >> Have you two ever lived together at all or? >> Yeah, temporarily. She's going She went through a finalization of her divorce >> before I met her. They still cohabitating a house that they're trying to sell. Okay. >> It's off Baxter. >> Okay. >> 107 Baxter. And uh >> So, you used to live at a house on Baxter? >> I'm homeless right now. >> But you did you used to? >> I lived there. >> Okay. The 47-year-old Jeremy explained to the officers that he and his girlfriend had been living together for a couple of weeks. In fact, he was the one who had called the police. Now, the officers wanted to know why. >> What's going on today that made you call? >> I start my job at 400 p.m. >> Okay. It's quart to 1. >> She wants to go pick up some method and I don't smoke. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> Where does she want to do that at? got her own purse. Toss a purse. I wonder red bump to know what real life is. >> I'm snitching. >> Are you Are you clean? >> I am clean. I drink. That's it. >> I'm glad to hear that you're not doing that stuff. >> I don't around stuff is a >> it >> dangerous thing. >> I worry about her. Um she's talked about coming off of it. >> Okay. >> Her own words. I'm not doing that to facilitate her thing. >> I I've been through recovery. I've done that. I'm still an alcoholic, but I do >> I do very minimal amounts. >> Sure. >> Just enough to keep me from dying. I have a seizure. >> Yeah. >> I want her to get better. We need to get out of this town cuz apparently people know my name. >> Was there any kind of incident that just happened now? >> Well, we any kind of physical altercation. >> Um, >> no. I don't I don't beat up women. That's my brother's thing. >> Okay. Were any threats made? >> We talked about beating each other up. not being a part of our >> I'm sorry you talked about >> the radio was going off. >> No, she raised her hand. I said, "Don't me." >> Jeremy stated that he and his girlfriend had not been living together for the past couple of months. He admitted that he had called the police that [music] day because he had found drugrelated items in his girlfriend's purse. On the other hand, the victim claimed Jeremy had threatened her and her family. [music] So, the officer wanted to verify that. >> Jeremy, >> you about to take me to jail, aren't you? >> No, I just have a question for you. >> Sure. >> This is going to sound kind of ridiculous, but >> did you threaten to harm her at all? >> Then to burn her house down. >> You You said what? >> Then to burn her house down. >> Why did you do that? >> Cuz I was pissed. Okay. >> I didn't I didn't All right, let's go. >> Threats is a real thing. >> If I could walk it back, I would cuz I do care for her and she cares for me. >> Yeah. >> She just going to turn around back on me and I'm a guy. >> Well, so did you threaten to kill her at all or anything like that? >> Never would do that. I don't kill anybody. >> You just threaten You just threatened to burn her house down. >> Yeah. the house at Baxter or whatever or >> Yeah, they're trying to sell us. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Jeremy didn't lie to the police. From the officer's point of view, the threat of arson wasn't something they could take lightly. So, seconds later, they made up their minds and did what they had to do. >> Why don't you go ahead and put your hands behind your back? You're under arrest. Just for just for disorderly conduct. All right, ma'am. Oh, wow. I'm not going to go look at her. Yeah, >> I'm going to loosen this one for you. >> We'll get to that here. >> We're working on it. >> Couple books together. >> They might just book and release it. >> Yeah, this was a >> just a deal. You want to unclasp your hand there? I can fit two fingers so it's not too tight. It might feel a little uncomfy, but good. >> Got a wallet, phone, and my my red shorts. >> Perfect. >> Maybe a minor on my left side. >> Um, that's all there is. >> Yog, >> you know that salt. >> Yeah, I know. Sometimes I have to flavor my beans. >> Well, I don't smoke no puss, but I did take him out of the car. That's my ladder, but her cigarettes, but I mean, you want to charge me for the car. >> Jeremy was placed in the patrol car and given a ride to jail. He was charged with disorderly conduct. On July 17th, 2025, police responded to a report of a domestic incident at a Hilton hotel. A couple had reportedly caused a disturbance on the premises. Soon, the officers arrived in the hotel lobby where the boyfriend was waiting for them, eager to declare his innocence. >> Hi, sir. >> Hands up to >> This is the gentleman in class. >> I'm the accused of nothing. >> What happened? What what brings me here today? >> The psychopath car. She is a wanted to sell one, too, by the way. >> Okay. Well, >> I just want my stuff out of the the room that I paid for and I'll get another room and I'll be happy to go back to Virginia tomorrow. >> Okay. >> And she can walk back to Connecticut. >> The man, David, tried hard to frame his girlfriend as the aggressor. Soon the woman Lynn showed up and David didn't welcome her in the friendliest way. He got irritated by her presence. It wasn't surprising though given the insulting way he described her to the cops. >> I win. >> That's a psych. >> If you guys have a deal with Virginia, arrest her. >> All right, let's just just just hang tight for a second. >> Put her in hell, man. >> We're just going to take a look at all this stuff first. All right. >> I'm not going to shoot you. I have no intentions. What happens to black men like me, George Floyd? >> Well, Sarah, is based on my training and experience and knowledge, you don't fit the profile of a black male. At least in this >> I identify as one. That's all that matters. >> Well, I treat all of the individuals I interact with fairly. >> Just kidding. >> But she is a doctor. The man wasn't letting anyone else speak and just kept pressuring the officer to arrest his girlfriend without conducting an investigation first, but the officer wanted to hear an eyewitness account as well. They spoke with the receptionist about what had happened. >> Sure. Be happy to tell you. I'm I'm just >> this for a woman. >> All right. I just need to talk to her first. >> Okay. So earlier she came down and asked that I make a key so that he couldn't get back in and she told me that he had assaulted her. So I complied with that. Her name is on the reservation. He is on there as an additional guest. >> He's additional. Okay. >> I faith. Would you like me to make you a copy of that? Um >> um no. At this point your your input is just fine. That's all I need to know. Who's supposed to be there? Who rented the room? No, but that's where it gets a little >> unless I paid for the room. >> He is there as an additional guest. It's irrelevant who paid. >> The receptionist's words contradicted what David had claimed. According to her, he was Lynn's guest, no matter who had paid for the room. David didn't like that and interrupted the conversation only to tell the bigger story of him and Lynn's relationship. >> Paid for a whole trip. >> Okay. >> Okay. She's lived with me for years. currently in Connecticut. >> So you guys have a place in Connecticut together? >> No, I own a farm in Virginia where her warrant for. >> Okay. But you said you guys live together >> in Virginia. >> In Virginia. I see. >> At my farm. >> That's her farm. >> And she's in Connecticut currently and I pay for prep for her to come down here for one day. Then we're going to go to St. Simon's, but I've canled all our flights. So now she's stuck here. her. But no, we didn't really have anything. She irritated me. But that's it. I did not assault her. I did nothing to her. She could make [ __ ] up. But look her up. She's a wanted felon. No liar in Virginia. Can you enforce a warrant? >> Well, it depends. There are certain condition. >> Unauorized use of murder. >> She stole you guys. >> She stole one of my trucks. That's what it's for. >> I understand that. That's what you're saying. And I understand what you're saying. >> No, it's actually a warrant. >> I understand what you are saying, sir. I understand that. Okay. >> But I I was trying to answer your question, but you're giving me more information, so it's important that I attend to that. >> The officer wanted to understand whether things had escalated into a verbal or physical altercation between the two of them. That's when David admitted that he had insulted Lynn verbally and soon explained exactly how. >> Might have called her a name. And you know what name it is? >> Yeah, you know what name it is. [clears throat] >> So, it starts with a C, ends in a T. Okay. >> But it counts. It's first amendment, I think. >> Well, >> it's not assault to call somebody in. >> Anyhow, at this point, it doesn't look like there was anything. It doesn't sound like there was anything. >> I don't do anything, >> but I'm just trying to get to the [clears throat] bottom of this. So, you just want to get into another room and she can have her room, >> right? >> Yeah. Well, >> the room [clears throat] >> the room she's in, the room that she's physically occupied and you guys will be >> fine and dandy. You stay separate from each other. >> Yes. >> And she'll figure her way back to Virginia as you will. >> Connecticut. >> Connecticut. >> Good luck. >> In reality, Lynn was the one who had called the police. David told the officers that she was the one who always called [music] the police. He was worried that the woman was capable of manipulating the officer's opinion while they questioned her. >> She's very convincing. >> Just according to your own end up getting arrested for nothing again. >> Well, no. I I I I assure you I would never arrest you for nothing >> cuz she's going to accuse me of everything. I'm you know, matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't smash her head against the wall and say I did and I did not do it. >> The officers listened to David, giving him plenty of time to speak. Meanwhile, Lynn waited outside the hotel to be questioned. Soon the officers asked her to give them a recap of what had happened and her words cast a completely different light on the incident. >> Um, David's got serious problems. He's been working on them. He's a recovering alcoholic. >> Has he been drinking tonight? >> I don't know. Usually I know when [music] he is and I sensed it tonight when I got here. He wobbles. >> Yep. And I can um yeah, I had some I have some suspicions, but um first of foremost um was there a verbal altercation? >> No. >> Was there a physical altercation? >> No, he just woke me out of bed, pulled me out by my hair, started kicking me. >> Was there any injuries? Anyway, Do you have any >> It would be Well, you're not going to see them now, >> right? >> But it's it's the right leg. >> I was in the hallway crouched down and he kept kicking me and he pulled me by my hair. He's never been physical. Lynn's words completely contradicted David's claims that there had been no physical altercation between them. She claimed that his assault had come out of nowhere. Then she demonstrated and described in more detail exactly how he had physically attacked her. >> So he kicked you in the leg, but I don't want to, you know, do Did you see any bruising? Is there any injuries on your hair that uh >> No. >> On your head? >> It's >> Did he grab you anywhere or >> by my hair? by your hair only. Okay. >> Threw me into the hallway [music] kicking me. He kept me >> seen you in the in the hallway >> in the Yes. >> Okay. >> And you probably will see it on the camera. >> So, there was a camera nearby. Okay. >> Well, I don't know the hotel. I was >> I can ask and see and everything, >> you know. But I I don't care about that. I just want him to get some help and just stop this. I'll go home because I still live in Connecticut. He lives in Virginia. We lived together in Virginia for about two [music] years. and I couldn't take any. >> The officers huddled to discuss the evidence and statements they gathered. After a quick conversation, they agreed that David was the primary [music] aggressor. Meanwhile, Lynn showed them a photo, noting that David had a criminal background. >> Here's his mug shot. >> Okay. >> From when he got jailed for threatening to kill me. >> Okay. All right. So, >> here's what I need I need to do. This is going to be um I'm going to need to see the portions of your leg and take the pictures of those. >> I I can't believe this happened. >> Like I said, I'm the one who traveled all day long. I didn't even see him like an hour ago. >> So, I need you to turn around. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. >> Handcuff. >> Yep. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> Thanks, Lyn. >> Just go ahead and lean your hand up. >> Just lean up against that counter for me. Just go there. Just touch it. That's all I'm looking for. >> What's that? >> I I'm sorry. I can't hear you at this point. >> David was escorted out of the hotel. Right after that, Lynn was placed into an emergency vehicle where paramedics treated her injuries. In front of the patrol car, David expressed his disagreement with the officer's decision. >> I know you always believe the women. Plus, she has nice fake, doesn't she? That helps. I know. I >> No, it has that has nothing to do with me. Look, she's got bruising on her leg. >> On her leg. She always has bruising. >> She's complaining about it, but that's for you to deal with on her. But that's all we have now. She's claimed that you kicked her three times on the leg and and the area that uh she complained about does show bruising. >> But she always has bruising. She's going to the hospital for bruising. >> Probably not. >> I see her in there. She's like, "No, that's not that's EMF." >> David was eventually placed in the patrol car and taken to jail. He was charged with domestic battery. On July 23rd, 2025, police responded to a call about a domestic altercation. There had been an alleged argument between a couple that had disturbed the neighbors. When the police arrived at the address, they contacted the man involved. >> Hey, can you come out to the door? Hey, how's it going, sir? >> Uh, pretty good. Uh, is everything okay? Yeah. >> Do you have a daughter? No. >> Girlfriend? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where's your girlfriend at? >> Inside the house. >> Your girlfriend's inside the house? Is everything okay? >> Yeah. I mean, what the yall doing? >> Well, we just received a call, so we want to make sure everybody's okay. >> Call from here? >> Yeah. Is everything okay? You mind? >> Yeah. Everybody's fine. Let me call them. >> No, stay out here with me. >> I don't have to. I live here. I can move around. >> Okay, but remember what [music] I said. >> We got both parties outside. >> Go talk to this officer over here. >> Okay. You have any weapons on you at all, sir? >> No, sir. >> Any weapons at all? >> Okay. Do you own any guns? Nothing? >> No. >> Okay. So, you don't have anything? >> You want to check? >> Can I pat you down? The officer patted down the suspect, Jose, and didn't find a weapon or anything concerning in his possession. Then he started interviewing him. Initially, Jose acted like he had no idea what the police had been called about. But very soon, he got irritated by the officer's questions. >> Did you get into an argument? >> Nothing. >> Nothing to say, man. >> You got nothing to say? >> Yeah. Is that reason why you >> don't want to say anything is because you don't want to get in trouble or stop? >> Man, you new to this or something? >> I know not to talk. >> I know my rights. >> Okay. Well, nobody's approaching anything about your rights. I just >> antagonizing. >> I'm not antagonizing you, sir. If that's the way I came out, I apologize. >> You're at my house. You're, you know, everybody looks fine to me. >> You're trying to make an issue. You're trying to get me to say something. I don't need to speak anymore. You do do conduct your whatever you to conduct and I'm not here. That's it. You don't have to speak. >> Well, I just again >> just want to make sure you were okay. >> That's it. >> He looked confident and calm. But soon the officers asked to enter the house with his girlfriend with whom he clearly had a conflict and that was when he started losing his self-control. Hold fast. Hold fast. >> Can't give you >> here for over 5 years, sir. >> My home. >> Okay. I'm letting you know I'm going to be going in with her. >> Yes, I am. >> I know my rights. Hold up. I know my rights. I know. No, no, no. She don't own nothing. >> What is wrong here? But what's going on? >> A medication. [music] >> It's her request, sir. Okay. >> No, no, no, no. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Step out. You step out. You step out. >> You're not going to be sir. I'll get the medication. >> This is my home. >> Hold back. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. I know my right. >> I know, but I hurt. >> Okay, stand back. Watch. >> No, you won't. You won't be allowed to come in my house. This is my house. >> Okay. >> No. This is my house. I know my rights. >> I am not getting violent or anything. I know my rights. You're not going to trample on my rights. No. You can watch from here. There's no one upstairs >> and we'll be fine. I'll stay here with you. Let her do what she got to do. >> But you're not coming in my house. You don't have >> What's your first name? >> Mine. >> Jose. Okay. Understand? Jose lives here, which means she can give consent for us to go in with her. >> Oh, >> yep. My eyes. >> Okay. Well, I'm letting you know. >> Soon, Jose calmed down a bit and tried to make friendly conversation with the officers, telling them about his life. Soon, the officers went straight to the point. They wanted to understand the altercation and how the situation had escalated. >> I'm uh I just want to hear your side of the story. >> Can you tell us your side of the story? >> What story? >> What happened this morning? >> As like what you talking about? >> So, we didn't just get called here out of thin air, right? So, obviously the door's opening up. I don't know if you want to shut it real quick so it doesn't. So, we didn't just get called here out of thin air, right? Something must have happened that prompted someone to call 911. Right. People don't call 911 because things good things are happening. Often times people call 911 because bad things are happening. >> So was there any anything that you want to talk to us about? >> He didn't cooperate with the officers and their questions were left unanswered. That however didn't help him at all. In fact, it sealed his fate even more. Soon the officers took action. >> Well, right now you're you're under arrest. under arrest. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Do you have any Do you have any shoulder injuries? >> Let me get my wallet. >> Nope. You're under arrest. Stand up. Put your hands behind your back. >> Bravo 5. >> Really? Take over from here. Let's walk you over here, sir. Hold up. >> Don't fall on the stair. >> Knock on the door. Come to the door. What's up? >> Come to >> Okay. Yeah. >> Come to downstairs. >> Hey, go upstairs and get my wallet. >> He's asking for your wallet. >> My wallet? What's up? >> All right. Go forward a little bit just so we can >> So, you want to come You want to come up now with me to get my wallet? >> No, I'm going to I can go with your dad. How's that? >> No, he knows how to get there. >> Okay. >> All right. We're going to go to squat car real quick. All right. >> 311. >> I'm going to put your close the door >> and don't let back in my house. No police, nobody. >> We're going to go right into the back of the squad here. Okay. >> Being arrested in my own house and this is my house. >> Hey, you want to search him real quick? >> Yep. >> All right. Stand right here for a second. >> Yep. >> What am I being arrested for? [snorts] >> Right now, you're under arrest for domestic battery. Okay. All right. When he was arrested, Jose's dominant attitude softened a bit. Soon, the officers took him to the patrol car. There, he tried to gain the officer's sympathy by complaining about physical discomfort. >> You see my neck? I got a spinal injuries. >> Oh, yeah. How bad? >> I can't squeeze my shoulder. >> Yeah. Okay. So, it hurting you a little bit? >> No, it's just it's really hurting. >> There you go. >> All right. Slide in. Watch your head. Okay. >> We're going to leave the door open until they're ready to go. Okay. cuz I can't I mean >> I I would love to say that we could, man, but I cannot unfortunately open that window. So, what we're going to do, I'm going to leave this door open. I'm going to hang out here with you until they're ready to go. All right. >> Okay. I know you said you didn't want to say anything. You don't want to tell that officer anything. >> But what fight? I didn't There was no police say I got cameras in my house. You know, there's no physical fight, man. Can't lock up somebody for somebody calling something. The officers didn't buy Jose's claim that nothing happened. They had spoken with his girlfriend and the injuries they had seen on her body told a darker story. When they told him about what they learned from the victim, he desperately tried to contradict them. >> There's visible injuries >> on who, man. Are you kidding me? You whole body got scrapes and scratch from scratching and all kinds, man. Are you kidding me? physical. >> Well, it's uh red neck. >> What >> a cut. Where's that from? >> That's not my I don't I don't Man, that's that's not me. >> Okay. All right. >> Whatever, man. Do what you got to do. >> What happens now, though? Go get booked. What? >> Yeah. So, we're going to go back to the police department. Um the arresting officers are going to go through some paperwork with you and then they'll take it from there. Okay. If you want to talk to those officers at the PD, you'll be you'll have an opportunity to do so there as well. Um, >> did you want to bring this towel with you that you had? >> You do. Okay. >> Jose was eventually transported to the police department and was charged with domestic battery. >> On March [snorts] 8th, [music] 2026, police in Florida responded to an intriguing call. A domestic incident [music] had been reported from a local resort. According to a female caller, her boyfriend had stolen her vehicle. The officers were dispatched to a bar near the resort [music] where they met the suspect. >> I swear to God right now, I didn't steal it. >> Here's the key. >> Where's the car? >> Right here. >> Okay. >> I take it right here. >> Where's she? >> I have no idea. I have no idea, sir. No idea. It's a vape and a key. You have an area, man. >> Yes, sir. >> What room are you in? Look right in front of it. There's a vape and a key right here. I I promise you I didn't do anything that might be hurt in the right. No, I'm going to grab my wallet. Can I grab my wallet? >> I asked you for ID, right? So, go ahead and get your wallet. >> Okay. I'm trying to cooperate 100%. My pocket for one second. Grab something else. It's not nothing weapon. >> So, what do you need to get out of your pocket? >> I just want to get everything my pocket for you. >> Don't worry about that. Don't put your hand in your pocket. >> No, no, you're fine. >> The suspect looked visibly intoxicated. The officers were on alert as they had no information about where his girlfriend was even though she was the one who had made the call. And the suspect claimed he didn't know either. That was when they asked him to explain what had happened. >> What's going on? >> Okay. Um it was me, her, her best friend, and a guy that was down in Key West. I brought her and a friend down to Key West. I'm from Fort Myers Grand and uh she got drunk and I I'm I'm kind of buzzing. I ain't going to lie. But uh we got into a fight. >> You're drunk and then you do submit minutes to drive in a car. But >> I I didn't drive that car. >> Okay. >> Okay. But we got into a fight and um she's only told me her and her friend Courtney. Courtney from Tennessee. She came here. We haven't contacted her phone whatever. I got broke when she left. I was going to go surve everything in the room. I have not did nothing to. And um >> she said you stole the car. >> I have not touched it. But I'm saying though, she's alleging that you stole the car. >> I I guess so. Her phone's broken. I got a phone call from her friend and another guy that did not. They're not coming home tonight cuz they're doing their own thing. And uh her friend said to let her be cuz she was drunk. To be honest, I was going to circle to get a beer. I was going to come home, sit on the hammock, back, have a beer, go see whatever. >> The suspect explained that he and his girlfriend Megan and another friend had gone downtown in an Uber. After they had returned, Megan had accused him of stealing her car. The vehicle in question was now parked near the suspect, unlike his girlfriend, whose whereabouts were unknown. He then gave more details about their relationship. >> I have been a jerk. I'm not even going to lie. I've been a We got into a fight. I'm sorry, but I didn't steal her car. We've been We've been a couple for six months. bad. >> No, it's not that we share each other's stuff regardless if I take your car, take my Jeep, >> but I I never spoke here. >> Right. So, but you drove it. >> No, not today. >> You didn't drive it today? >> No. >> So, why would she say that? >> We've all been drinking. >> We've all been drinking. I got a I got a golf cart uh a cab driver here. >> So, why would she Why where did she go? >> Ma'am, I have no idea. I love her to death. I would do anything for her. when she drinks vodka, she turns into a different person. This happens every time. And this I don't even want to over talk too much because I don't want her to get in trouble, but this happens every time. This and I'm just not I'm not trying to have her in trouble. I'm trying in trouble. >> Mhm. >> Vodka happens and this is what happens every time. >> Okay. >> The suspect claimed that Megan had run off and that he had no idea where she was. The officers went looking for her, thinking she might be somewhere on the beach. One of them, however, found a witness to the incident and learned some interesting details about what they saw happen. >> Mr. Co. >> I was at a bar. My name is William Cop. You know me. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm a clean shooter. >> Yeah. >> She was at the bar. I was sitting there drinking water at uh Willie Te's. >> Okay. >> Other people seen it what was going on. But they're all up and they won't cover for each other. Right. >> Right. So what happened was I'd seen him go out several different times and she came over to the bar to order some drinks. >> Okay. >> And then she got I could tell her I worked around cops and people and I can tell when people were in trouble, right? >> Yeah. >> She was worried about something. I said, "Are you okay?" >> Mhm. >> She said, "Yeah." And then >> and then all of a sudden she took off. >> Okay. >> So I took off cuz the bar closed. So I took off, went down the road and she's walking down the road. I said, "You okay?" She had her shoes off and a purse. >> She said she started crying. She said, "No, my boyfriend stole my credit card." And he said, >> "Do you remember seeing him there?" >> Hey, he he when we pulled in here. >> No, at the bar. >> I haven't seen him. I haven't seen him up close. >> So, he wasn't there? >> He He was at the bar. >> So, you saw him at the bar, too? >> I seen him throw the phone down and bust the phone and then he picked up two pieces that came apart. The back came off where the battery was. Okay. >> He picked up one piece and threw it over at the van. >> Okay. >> And then he walked around in front of Willie Keith and threw the other one over the rail at somebody. Maybe it was her. >> This eyewitness had seen a lot of the interaction between Megan and the suspect. He had clearly sensed that the woman was in danger and had stayed around longer because of it. In the end, he managed to help her. >> And then we seen him running down the damn road. >> Him, >> the little short guy with a hat. He looks like he's all messed up on some coke or something. He's drugged out. >> Okay. >> Okay. He's running down the road as quick as he could and she said, "Oh," she hid down behind me, right? She said, "Don't let him see me. Don't let me see." I said, "Ain't nobody going to hurt you with you. You're with me." >> Mhm. >> Right. Nobody's going to hurt you. And I took her back to the bar. She went in there to try to locate her phone. She didn't find it. We got here cuz she told me that I just Okay. I came through courtyard. >> So, you gave her a ride here? >> I gave her a ride. Okay. >> Yeah. I gave her a ride here. When she got off the car, she said, "There he is. He's still in my car." >> Okay. >> I freaked out, right? >> I mean, what the you think, man? That's some domestic. That's something run me over and kill me. And I never that could work against me, right? So, he got she got in front of the car and he almost ran her over. He took off, went up there, and then he did a donut, squealing the wheels >> on the in the intersection. >> He turned around and hauled. That's when I said, "You go inside. You're safe. I'm going up here cuz I've seen the cops up here and I run up there." So, last time you saw her, which way was she going? >> She was here that way. >> Okay. >> The eyewitness had helped Megan a lot, including advising her to call the police. He gave the officers a description of what the victim was wearing. And not long after, they managed to find her at the hotel where she and her boyfriend had been staying. >> I mean, we're sitting here looking for her, and she's there the whole time. >> You have a phone number for Courtney? Well, my phone, my military ID, all my debit cards, everything. >> Okay. So, he has all that. If Courtney, you leave with him. >> Go take my phone from him. >> So, he still has your phone. >> Tell him I'm not take my >> Megan claimed that the suspect had stolen all her belongings, including her keys and personal documents. The man, though firmly, denied doing so. Soon, she came outside and confronted her boyfriend directly. Where's my phone? >> I don't have any of your belongings. Not one. >> Where is my phone? >> That's all I have in that green bag. >> You took my keys. You took my phone. You took my military ID. >> You took my debit card. You took >> all I have is everything right there. Your key is >> I don't have anything. >> Scooter it back. >> I don't have anything. All I have is everything right there in the green bag. >> And I was rolling unless you guys >> I didn't I didn't take anything. Everything I have is there in the green bag. I told you guys go through anything you guys want. >> They said I saw the receipt of the car. >> You were in the keys trunk. I don't know what happened. That's all I have. And I told them they >> they have it on video. Actually, >> I don't care what they have on video >> where you threw my phone over and he said the little scooter guy. Did you throw my phone? >> I didn't do any of that. >> This is your last chance. So, they have all calculations track everything. So, tell me where my ideas. Tell me where my milk tray ideas. Okay, that's fine. I'm calling Kim then and it's all trapped. So, this is your one chance to tell me where my is, you psychopath. >> Hey, Megan, do me a favor. Don't say nothing else to him. Please stop talking to him. >> The officers prevented any further arguments between Megan and the suspect. In the meantime, they continued interviewing the eyewitness who gave them valuable information that helped them understand the full picture. >> So, basically, when you notice her, she was just upset walking inside of the bar in and out. Then you saw her walking down the wall street all upset and you just give her a ride, right? >> That's one. She wanted to get back here to see if her car was here. >> Okay. Because she Okay. So, she was losing. >> She told me he stole a credit card and a diamond ring. >> Okay. >> Uhhuh. and and he took her phone and crashed it so she couldn't call my bike. >> Okay. >> And I seen him throw it down. [music] I seen him >> throw the phone. He took it came in two pieces when he hit the sidewalk. >> Oh, you saw that? >> I saw it. Yeah. >> There are several people sitting at the table with him and I can pick them out, too. >> With two separate accounts from witnesses who didn't know each other corroborated, they became more obvious who the real aggressor was. The officers were also able to determine that the victim out of fear had simply been hiding in the bushes waiting for the officers to arrive. >> You're being placed under arrest right now >> for assault. Um >> I would still be here though. >> I mean I'm >> This is also the thing that uh you guys are in relationship. >> Yeah. >> So that comes under the statute that you >> while being in a relationship with her. No, I get it. >> That's considered as a domestic. >> No, no, I get it. I'm not arguing. I just >> I cannot do anything about it. I'm required to have action. >> I'm not arguing with y'all. I I just want to you do your job. That's it. That's all it is. >> Obviously, just letting you know that >> anything that about the phone or uh that uh you broke her phone, >> she doesn't want to prosecute about it. >> Okay. I just want to know y'all are doing your job, man. I'm not. >> The suspect was transported to the police department and charged with simple assault. On the morning of February 16th, 2025, police officers were dispatched to a hotel after an occupant reported that she might have been drugged by her boyfriend. Upon arrival, the cops met with the hotel staff to obtain a key card for the caller's room. When her boyfriend, Bobby, approached them. >> 515. Is that your room? >> Oh my god. That's my girlfriend. >> What's going on? Just so you know, this is being recorded. Okay. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> What happened? >> She's drinking a lot. Okay. >> She's drinking a lot. I just came downstairs to bring her breakfast. >> Okay. You said that's your girlfriend? >> Yeah. >> You have the key to the room? >> I do. Come on. Let's go. I I have no idea what the hell is going on. >> Are you cool if we just go talk to her first? Just cuz maybe she's upset with you. So, let us talk to her. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Cuz I don't know what the hell is going on right now. And I I swear to God, I didn't think that I'm going to leave her for just a couple of seconds and now this is going to happen. >> She has problem. >> She does a lot. >> The officers went upstairs to room 515 where his girlfriend was. The boyfriend Bobby explained that she had been heavily intoxicated. Soon they knocked on the door and when she opened it, she definitely didn't look sober. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> Do you mind if I come in? >> Mhm. >> What's going on? >> What's going on? >> All right. You might just say >> this is the same guy from the >> I think we're on with him now. What happened? >> You on the ground speaking to him? >> Yeah, we're speaking to him right now. >> What did he say? >> He just said you had a lot to drink. That's all. >> Oh, yeah. Is that what he said? The same things. >> You have ID on you? >> No, he has it. He took all of my ID. >> Can you explain to me cuz I just got here. I don't know what's going on. I know the dispatcher said something, but I don't know. I know that you're missing the guy faces. >> I don't know the names. [music] >> What's going on? Why'd you call us? >> I woke up and I was kind of conf ID and my phone nothing. >> And what happened? You said that you were possibly. Is that what happened? What do you mean by that? >> Because what does he have? >> You took one. Is it prescribed? >> Take one. >> No, it's not prescribed. You take one, you fall asleep. I take one, I fall asleep. And alcohol. >> Do you mind showing me where it would be? >> No, it's I spoke it. >> Okay. So, it's gone. >> Yeah. >> The woman was not in good condition, and it was difficult for the officers to get much information out of her. In the meantime, they were also questioning Bobby, who, according to her, had drugged her. >> What was the last thing she said to you? I took the bottle of liquor away from her. After the liquor bottle, she fell. Then I was like, "Baby, get up." She didn't want to. And then I gave her a robe. And then she put the robe underneath her face. She just slept. She started sleeping on the floor. She started crying. So then I came and I sat next to her while she was crying to console her. I finally told her, "Baby, come on. Please get up." And I finally got her up. She put her hands around me. I got her on the bed. She's naked right now. You know, that's not cool. You know, I I don't like that. >> I'm sure she covered up before we got >> I would be surprised. >> It sounds like uh he just called an ambulance, right? >> No, really. >> Yeah. >> Can I Can we go over there now, please? >> I'm going to go over and and just see, but I don't want her to get all agitated with you. Let me just make sure that she's not pissed at you for all. >> After hearing that his girlfriend had called EMS, Bobby wanted to see her. Soon, the officers witnessed a conversation between the two. The couple clearly did not have the most harmonious dynamics. >> Baby, are you okay? I told you I was going to get breakfast right from downstairs and I went to go get breakfast and when you called the front desk, uh, it was too late and I told the guy in the front desk that I'm getting you breakfast and I was smoking a cigarette and that's when the officers showed up. I I have no idea what's going on. I told you I was coming right. >> Oh my god. for over an hour. >> I you >> How about the will confirm what the [ __ ] does? >> Get out. Get out. >> I'll take I'll pay for I pay for this. >> Baby, I don't want them to take you to the hospital. She's all over the place. >> I'm I I'm going to care for her. I >> She could just go to the hospital, get checked out, at least, you know, detox because she's clearly pissed off at you. Yeah. >> Best thing to do right now. It's like 5 minutes away. It's like 5 minutes away. >> The woman was drinking even though it was just around 7 in the morning. The officers wanted to make sure she was okay. But instead of reassuring her, their concern seemed to upset and agitate her even more. >> Do you think like I >> look like I'm having a good time? >> It looks like you're relaxing. >> You think everyone wanted to come to Lenny City? I don't want to come to the city. >> How long you guys been dating anywhere? Gambling. My father wasn't supposed to gambling. I don't even gamble. I can't stand near the people at the table. >> The woman shared that the two had been dating for 2 years. She also told the officers that the Xanax her boyfriend had given her was still in his possession. Meanwhile, outside her room, Bobby shared details from her personal life with the officers, claiming those were the reasons she had become intoxicated. >> Crying about her grandfather, but uh she went through a divorce and her kids, you know, actually a lot. >> They're from New York. She wakes up every hour and she thinks she slept like 5 10 hours and she goes after it again and drinks and drinks, you know. I I tried like alcohol is a different type of drug and I never had to deal with you know like seriously like you know I got pie head friends you know like that but I never had to deal with that. Yeah, that's hard. >> That is horrifying. Like she almost been so she was drinking so much and she wouldn't stop. I had to drop her off to the hospital. >> Soon though, the officers faced a new challenge. Inside the woman's hotel room, they discovered an illegal substance and that completely [music] changed the picture. They didn't know who it belonged to, so they asked Bobby about it. There's a baggie in a little baggie in the room with white powder in it. Is that Who's is that? >> It's not mine. Not much. What? White powder. >> There's a There's a little baggie in the room with little with white powder in it. >> I have no idea. >> Okay, listen. Chill. Let him do what he's got to do. Just don't go anywhere. Yeah, of course. She hot. Please go put clothes. >> No, you don't cover. >> You don't have clothes on your robe. >> You're naked on the tag. >> They're going to check you out. Then we just need to put on clothes. Okay. >> The officer still didn't know who the drugs belonged to. Meanwhile, Bobby's girlfriend continued to appear highly disoriented. When they questioned her, she didn't know where she was or even what day it was. That's when the officers moved to arrest her and the situation quickly [music] escalated. All right, man. Just do me a favor. >> Oh, can you just stand up for me, please? You're not in any trouble, right? >> Just do me a favor. Just face that way. Okay. Just put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> No. >> No, ma'am. Just put your hands back. >> No. No. >> Ma'am, just let >> Absolutely not. Your face on her. >> Okay. Just stand up. >> Let go of me. Let her go. Please let her go. Listen to him. >> Come here. >> Yo. Yo. Yo, yo. I I It's me. It's me. It's me. It's me. It was me. It was me. >> Please let her go. Please bring him down. It was him. She he's he's taking ownership of the >> Bobby admitted ownership of the white powder, but he did it too late that it seemed he was just lying, so he was the one who would take the fall. As a result, both he and his girlfriend were taken into custody. They were charged with illegal possession. Male toxicity can be deeply destructive for women, and sometimes their only way out is to call 911 [music] and watch their tough, macho man get humbled by the police.
