Do not stop it. Do not >> Oh my god. No. No. >> Oh my god. I'm going to church. Stop it. Leave me alone. >> On June 8th, 2025, a quiet traffic stop in Naples, Florida, spiraled into a crash course on state national logic. What began as a routine stop sign violation quickly unraveled into a onewoman TED talk on freedom, the Constitution, and why driver's licenses are apparently optional. But trust me, this roadside seminar didn't end with applause. Watch the video to know what actually happened. >> Good morning, Officer Lango of the Naples Police Department. The reason I'm stopping you is failure to come to a complete stop at the stop sign. >> Oh, I thought I did. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. Is this your license and registration? >> I no longer use a license. I only have uh my passport that I use. I'm a state national, so I no longer have to abide by uh the corporate corporation's rules and I have my documentation for that. >> Okay. Those were previous uh citations that were dismissed by Judge Cone. >> Yeah, this doesn't show me anything of why you don't have to have a driver's license. I can go through it with you, doll. >> I have it all here. >> Stand by for me. From the jump, her deep, almost manly voice carried more authority than her expired license ever could. Claiming state national status while waving a passport was like bringing monopoly money to pay rent. The officer stayed calm, but honestly, it felt like listening to a late night conspiracy podcast on shuffle. >> Vehicle versus a pole. There is airbag deployment in the northbound lane. Nicole, >> sorry. Do you have a minute? >> Sure. Go right ahead. >> Okay. So, I'm on a traffic stop with um a woman who's stating she's not a sovereign citizen, but she's a citizen and >> documentation from the judge. >> Okay. Can you repeat again what you just told me? >> I'm I'm a state travel. I'm a I'm a state national. I have the right to travel freely. I just don't have it on me. I don't have to carry it. >> So, go ahead and call your supervisor. In the event, you know, you get into an accident with somebody or somebody. I have insurance. >> Well, >> I have insurance and I've also got a bond. >> So, I have there's no injured party here, honey. >> It doesn't matter if there's no >> Absolutely. It does. I'm I was just going to write her for expired driver's license. >> And um >> what type of pole is it that's on the ground there? Is it going to be hard to be a city issue >> like mouthing off? So said >> she's not comp. >> Instead of handing over registration, she tossed out constitutional quotes like they were buy 1 get one free coupons. Every amendment became her personal uno card slapped on the table with zero effect. The officer patient but visibly stuck in a loop like a teacher trying to convince a stubborn kid the earth isn't flat. >> So 10 >> for one of the white ones or green. >> Um >> she has an expired driver's license. Do not move. >> Oh my god. >> When asked to step out of the car, she performed a full Broadway protest. Top tier. Arms flying, voice cracking, and energy loud enough to shake street lights. She wasn't defending herself. She was auditioning for most dramatic exit of the year. Problem is, the cops weren't casting directors and her big performance only scored her a ride to booking, not Broadway. >> Yep. >> Nope. >> Please walk my car. >> No, >> I want to lock up my car. >> Okay, I'm going to take care of it in a second. >> Please let me go to church. [Applause] Don't tighten them again. You don't have to tighten them that much there and they are loose. >> Relax. >> Nope. [Music] >> Ow. You don't have to tighten it, sir. >> Not tight. >> You are. You're tight. >> They have to be clamped on. They're handcuffs. >> Are you the supervisor? >> I am the supervisor. >> Okay. I need you to please get my purse and call my attorney. Ma'am, I'm not calling your attorney. I will We will take care of your property. I'm >> going to have a seat right now. >> Don't handle me like that. >> You're going to sit down, please. >> Stop it. >> Sit down and put your legs in. >> Don't tell my car. Uh I can check with the supervisor and ask you if you >> Please let me have my purse so I can post bail. >> Please. >> Let me check. >> She would like to bring her purse with her to jail. >> Making sure I see a lot of lighters. So I just want to make sure there's nothing in here that's not supposed to be in here before we bring it to the jail. Uh, while you're doing that, I'm going to type the jail intake. She can have her phone, too. >> I will bring your purse and your uh phone for you. >> Thank you, sir. >> Yep. >> Can you please roll up my windows? >> We will. >> And And I I I can't have the code to towed because it's on a security. >> It's going to get towed. I don't know. That's not up to us. >> Well, we need a magistrate here to tell me that right now. Uh, you'll go before a judge when you get in. >> Okay. >> She went from diva meltdown to travel agent real quick, rattling off demands like she was prepping for a cruise, not cuffs. Purse, check, phone, check, cash, secure. The only thing missing was sunscreen and a boarding pass. Except her destination wasn't tropical. It was four concrete walls and a bunk that smells like regret. She was charged with failure to obey police orders, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on specified personnel.
