on June 22nd 2023 at around 12:27 a.m. police officers received a call about a battery incident occurring at a bar officers were sent to the scene to investigate the situation gather evidence and take appropriate action based on their findings Chelsea get over here Chelsea okay put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back Chelsea put your hands behind your back upon arrival both the manager and a male individual provided a detailed account of the altercation the manager described the incident from their perspective including the sequence of events and any immediate actions taken so I one officer this girl comes in she comes straight over to the bar and she basically sitting on the chair this is the first time she comes in tce was show you all her information the man detailed that Chelsea a female he recognized had forcefully pushed him off his chair at the bar he described her actions as aggressive and pointed out the physical nature of the altercation the ground second time red hair short this long Chelsea last arrested on 5:30 trespassing and resisting watch [Applause] after this thorough collection process the officer Advanced to The Next Step by entering the CCTV footage room there they reviewed surveillance footage to assess the severity of the altercation analyzing video evidence to understand the actions of those involved told my security guard to go stand at that bar in case she comes in but he must have moved so you want to this guy ID yeah okay uh what's your phone number all right I'm sending you his ID right now so apparently she's been arrested uh recently so I'm going to show you two times that she's in she comes into the bar when the officer reviewed the footage personally it became evident that the female was indeed the primary suspect responsible for causing a significant disturbance at the bar the video footage clearly showed her actions and confirmed her role in the altercation providing concrete evidence of her involvement coming up it happens like 12 14 and she grabing the chair swings him around puts him on the ground that's my PES are off I'll show you the one on the side but then signal 14 female has short red hair going to be wearing a olive colored short sleeve shirt short jean shorts uh sandals and a black purse told my guy to stay in the bar like dude Cas she comes back so she comes in again do you know if this guy getting after it uh do you know if this guy wants to press any charges he said he did outside yeah okay um he knows her name I guess they got some beef she did something to him or he did something to her to make her want to do that I don't know what but something so I don't know um I guess she's already been arrested recently and I guess she's out on bond so you mind rewinding that just I'm going to record the the whole hair one or the first one too she really gets them good so I don't have on hair like that grab some by the back of the [Music] hair yeah she five signal 14 female might also be wearing a long sleeve white shirt after reviewing the footage the officer returned to the man who then expressed his intention to press charges against the female and seek a restraining order there's two they came in they k out and then she came in just a second time like she pull your hair you where' she hit you you'll see the video there's the one and now another oneing right she just straight to what that any reason why I go there and close my stuff I have to stay out here I come get you yeah yeah I got PE number one I want to finish my cigarette and I want to close out it's been a whole scene it's twice the DJ that I know is twice named r before Security even got there thank you how you doing all good [Music] you don't mind go [Applause] after one of the encounters I don't remember which one it was but it was on the corner of the bar remember taking it off my head or something like that okay like when you see the videos like both times I ended up on the ground to came up and attacked me so obviously you want to press charges for battery I I'm pretty sure at this point this woman is uh being a real problem to me doesn't see comprehension she just got arrested on 5:30 last month uh [Applause] love you guys yeah they were sitting there they were witnesses to it like I mean it's completely disrupting we know everyone all yeah bro we can't when you see the videos I'm pretty sure you understand my answer I got I got to get a yes or no are you the officer or that officer we're working together but do you want to press charge battery I'm pretty sure at this point we need to okay let me ask you this I don't want to be on tape though ask you question going off doesn't want to be [Applause] recorded all right is the first time [Music] but if you want to see the uh the second time just one more time I cat out video finish watching the video she comes back in again the second yeah [Music] all right I'm going to go talk to him see what he wants to do about it yeah he the officer conducted a search for the female suspect but found she was not at the current location they then proceeded to the address where she was believed to be located upon arriving at this new location the officer took Swift action to apprehend her ensuring she was taken into custody based on the evidence and charges against her yeah so she definitely grab you by the back of the hair and push you and whatnot that's second time yeah yeah twice uh so what do you want well I think at this point like just a restraining order or anything it'll be really hard to do I think for my protection I know you guys aren't really forgiving advice but I think I don't want any problems I'm not a problem maker I got a lot of jobs in town I got a good citizen I don't want this [ __ ] in my life the only choice I have is the press charges do you know what may caused this do you know what may have caused this incident well you haven't twice yeah do you know why she would have done that she just got arrested on 5:30 you know why she would have done trespassing resisting arrest I got seems like she's really pissed off about life I mean I'm not an officer of the law but she resisted you guys on 5:30 so I guess I'm going to have to press charges cuz I you know that you saw what you did twice right pretty malicious like sorry sir I don't need to bring this [ __ ] on your property okay man had you [ __ ] he knows me I I come here all the time I don't cause problems like I know you guys I work security sometime you know do you know what's her name just got arrested I showed on the love shot trp passing resisting Arash she's an [ __ ] yeah drinks and she's a like would you mind filling out a statement for him as well um sure yeah all right let me go get that uh scooted me across the floor I guess of the chair threw me down something like that the DJ came picked her up off me she got kicked out 10 minutes 15 minutes later something like that she came in again I was sitting and she ripped me by my hair and threw me down okay is that about what you saw yep yeah that's that's pretty much me that's what I remember yeah and you do you know where she might be [Applause] going I mean I don't know I mean I they kicked her out and my buddy that work security here said as soon as he looked that way she came in that was with the second alation got and how do you know her uh originally uh I met her at Rock House live where I used to work Sheed working slobby Joe's she's been fired from Waterfront Brewery all the previous mentioned places Dante's feel like there's one other one but I can't remember that this month okay she last got arrested on 5:30 for trespassing resisting arrest to officers all right uh be right on you know my going to be right in there Perfect You're I take a picture with you uh not right now there's my business card with the cas number on it as well so if I can't find her tonight I'll probably end up writing a officer's attempts to detain her she repeatedly questioned the officer expressing confusion and agitation about the nature of the arrest and the actions being taken against her stop resisting I'm not resisting I'm wondering what the you're doing I placing on arrest how go you have anything illegal on you no I I have no idea why you're stopping me all right you have no idea no I don't okay you you haven't even announced why you stopped me I did I told you you're under arrest for battery for battery of what is battery first of all you physically assaulted someone who did I physically assault I don't know you tell me you're the one that like what you have anything in your back pockets no I don't have anything okay after the arrest the officer placed the female suspect in the vehicle and transported her to the police station for further investigation I'm trying to figure out why you okay I'll tell you in a second okay please do but by me placing you in handcuffs and you pulling away well yeah I don't know who you are you scared me a little bit I'm an officer I understand that okay that's fine I told you to stop multiple times you not no I didn't hear you you're catching multiple charges now step it multiple charges oh I was yelling at you you were yelling at me why are you yelling at me to stop to stop doing what sit back you don't have anything illegal on you no I don't I have no idea why you even stopping me right now if you bring anything illegal into the jail that will be an additional fony okay why are you stopping me so we have you clear cut on video pulling a guy by the back of his hair all right pulling a guy okay I can repeat this all night long pulling a guy by the back of his hair okay and pushing him to the ground so you're going to jail for battery I'm going to jail for battery and resisting and resisting what when I told you to stop you did not when I told you to stop for you kept your hands in front of you okay when you're place when you're placing handcuffs you put your hands behind your back when a cop tells you to stop you stop well maybe you should announce yourself as a cop and then maybe I would have understood that eh when I pulled up you looked at me dead in my eyes I did not look at I looked at you in your eyes and your c car told you cop cop looking your cop car was nobody told me anything have a good night yeah I'm good what I she resisted but I got her cops so she's playing D and stupid so later the female suspect was brought before the court where she faced charges including two counts of battery and resisting arrest without violence these charges stemmed from her actions during the incident at the bar her behavior during the arrest and her non-compliance with law enforcement during the detention process if
