shoplifting report the caller mentioned that an employee had detained the suspect who was accompanied by her young son the suspect was reportedly causing a disturbance and refusing to remain seated oh you know what's so complicated about it you smashed fing in the goddamn door this is Walmart you piece of [ __ ] stop moving do you understand me oh oh my God someone needs upon arrival the officer encountered a female who was attempting to leave the scene she appeared agitated and was trying to exit the area despite being asked to remain the officer instructed the female to stop and then entered the Department to gather information about the ongoing situation after speaking with the store employees and collecting the necessary details the officer left the store and attempted to take the female into custody man if you grab me that heart I'm telling you you will walk with me you will I will you want to play this game let's go I'll drag you out to the car if you want to play that way are you on your own two feet you're a joke of police officer this side you're going to have a real on your hand perfect let go of my arm before I seriously Le the ball you going to threaten me now no want to catch another charge my arm you want to catch another charge why don't you let go get in the car whoa get in the car before I throw you in the car I really hope someone's recording this because you it's all on recording in the carul get in the car you are such a piece of [ __ ] get in the car oh my God [ __ ] during the arrest the female actively resisted by trying to evade capture through physical movements she used continuous abusive language and offensive words towards the officer which made the situation more challenging the officer had to manage both the physical struggle and the verbal abuse while trying to bring the situation under control and ensure the safety of everyone involved now can you come back out here she slipped the Cs 016 86 I'm telling what are you doing I will pay for everything I this works kid I have two kids thousands of going to jail I'm not going to jail man I have enough against me I will do anything yeah you got both cups off ripped them right out and she's trying to push the door open on me so youa we should be good for now she pissed all over yeah thought about that for a second I just haven't searched her because of the female ongoing resistance and attempts to harm the officer her feet were restrained to prevent further movement are you going to keep going Jus she also thre in balls no I did not yes she did look at my the situation with her in more detail despite these efforts to address the situation calmly and resolve the conflict the female remained uncooperative she continued to resist and challenge the offic off's Authority refusing to comply with requests or directives we're going to get all the charges today go kid go ahead you better let me out no you're going to jail what you're going to jail going to jail for what battery on me now stealing from Walmart do I got to keep going what I'm going to keep going if you keep acting like this it's absolutely ridiculous two mother kids people that can't even provide for you must be so proud that my kid won't have milk or [ __ ] you're a piece of godamn I swear to God cops are like the Thum of the universe me glove I build we'll probably need all of us on be stopping and putting them back on I was when you calm down the female officer was trying to be nice and give you the cuffs on so they weren't squeezing down on your wrists but schol War in traffic I'm going to need some assistance to put these handcuffs back on she slipped them again one I 11th cour I'm 97 in the rear lot um you may want to put other gloves on she got she's already peed herself once she's threatening come on so she's threatening all sorts of things you got another yeah the female persistently asked to be released but such cases are routine for the police officers frequently encounter similar situations and are specially trained to handle them the officer instructed the female to calm down but she refused to comply due to her continued agitation and lack of cooperation the officer placed her back inside the vehicle and decided to transport her to the police station there she would undergo further investigation and processing allowing for a more controlled environment to address the situation okay and she's slipped her cuffs now twice and two different people set them so they're going to have to be set a little bit tighter she's got we're almost at felony shoplifting and bat Leo so oh on who me yeah she kicked me in the wrist we trying to get her back in the car so you ready yeah step out great thanks turn TCH like that's a little too aggressive sir no he is being aggressive I get it but your hand see other like prank still just hold her up that are you okay you have like super human strength or what the is wrong with your arm there uh yeah no that's not going to work well you keep slipping them I don't give a [ __ ] loosen that up loosen them both up that's absolutely oh you don't like it cuz you can't uh you can't go care that's too have a seat let's see come on all the way all the way in the car yes ma'am all the way in the car thank you she's a nice nice lady following the police station the female was taken to court there she faced several charges disorderly conduct for her disruptive behavior resisting arrest for opposing the officer shoplifting for theft at the store and battery on a law enforcement officer for her
