young female was found sleeping on the floor the officer arrived at the scene intending to gather more information and understand the reason behind this unusual and concerning situation wake up for you lean up against the wall there Turn Turn Around the other way what's going on with you you say you're drunk upon arriving at the scene the officer encountered a 19-year-old female who was found sleeping on the floor the officer immediately began to question her in an attempt to understand the situation however given her state of confusion and disorientation likely due to intoxication the officer found it challenging to gather clear information from her do you know where you're at right now where are you at right now huh whiskey house I can't really hear what you're saying whiskey n y n okay mine what's your last name l y can I get the female eventually confessed that she had forgotten her keys at a bar earlier that day as a result she was unable to enter her apartment and had no choice but to sleep on the floor outside she explained that she had nowhere else to go and being heavily intoxicated decided to stay there until she could figure out a solution fully licensed what are you talking about what are you talking about December what did you take um I took a full license class no no no no what drugs did you take tonight oh none none are you sure about yes 100% because and disoriented unable to piece together what had happened as the officer questioned her she kept changing her story providing inconsistent details that only added to the confusion about the situation my mom came to this location like a couple times and then three or four times and yeah you get a massage done it's like very limited to what you get done besides the massage and then you get the massage plus the therapy done you know and then it's it kind of throws you off a little okay what do you do I do massage therapy okay um here in town yes anony um I kind of do anything that's brought to me before 11 11:00ish so anything that's brought to me before a license between 11 clage do you want to sit down no are you okay standing I'm okay standing yes I'm strong it already pretty much and then like I I'll I don't want you in here the officer placed The woman Inside the patrol vehicle and then began discussing the situation further through this conversation the officer discovered that the woman had been using a fake ID and a false name to gain access to the apartment in question this deceitful Behavior not only violated legal standards but also led to a public disturbance prompting the intervention have a seat in there just walk slowly we're really concerned about you falling over this hold this yeah I and then like y'all's P call just yeah we'll walk to that car but we'll follow the sidewalk okay I don't want you falling thank you hurt thank you I appreciate that but if which vehicle did you guys come here in uh not the second one for sure the third this the third one's our vehicle I I believe the second one 100% right here one second but whatever what honestly whatever there you go if you want to okay perfect you don't have anything on you illegal any oh well right right now I'm intoxicated yeah in public but I'm okay but we're trying to get get you some help okay so fine is it is a clinic though that will split their test right I have no idea what you're talking about um they're going to be the a clinical place that we're going to take our facial clients that do not abundantly have health insurance so they don't like have facials they don't typically schedule client ja but like we'll get we're going to have facial clients that have like facials dry skin hydrated skin oil blah blah blah blah blah blah the officer after making the decision to take the woman into custody proceeded to arrest her and secure her inside the police vehicle following this the officer engaged in a conversation with other officers and bystanders to discuss further details related to the incident or the next steps in the process so we're [ __ ] going to have that she's going to have CLI that are just going to be regular but cancelled you and your roommate yes but no cancel it completely okay why I think someone in jail is back here with me now I'm feeling crazy are you warm enough is it getting better or worse worse so my concern that I brought up is if that's friend and roommate why does she ditch her no that's what I said um maintenance can't get here till 8:00 right they're trying to wake up an ant in Johnston to see if they can come there I mean if that's what we got got to like are both or just ultimately no she's sober that's why I'm like you you left your drunk passed out friend in the best while you hung out in here well he said that she passed out and fell asleep I can't imagine like maybe she woke up feeling better but so yeah the question it is she's what she's a that's so I didn't have to do that's why well she out she didn't say how she got they were at Whiskey River um did she say how they got separated yeah so she passed out she said she couldn't help her so she came outside to call maintenance for a key feel 10 times more safer calling the cops besides that your ha not there I don't know the pur is over there no no no she's acting if she's on the phone but she's not actually on the phone later the woman was brought before the court where she faced charges of public intoxication operating while intoxicated OWI and additional related offenses the court proceedings would determine the legal
