Aaliyah was transported to the hospital for medical clearance before she and Andy were booked into the Lincoln County Jail. Although Andy claimed to be a sovereign citizen and insisted his homemade license plate was valid, he was charged with felony property damage to the inside of the officer's vehicle, resisting arrest, and fourthderee assault. Aaliyah was also charged with resisting arrest and child endangerment, though both charges were dropped later on.
