In the end, Yasmin was charged with felony trespassing while armed and resisting without violence. He plead guilty and was sentenced to 18 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,665. Ivan was charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. He plead guilty and was sentenced to 9 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,515. They are both required to do 50 hours of community service or buy the timeout at $10 per hour. As of June 7th, 2025, all charges remain currently due. While in the property, the two individuals killed one wild hog. The rifle they used as a pre-charged pneumatic rifle chambered for what appear to be a 35 caliber round. The rifle meets the definition of a dangerous weapon as it is capable of killing medium to largesiz game and can cause serious injury or death to a person.
