A deputy with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office was on patrol when he observed a diver down flag and brownie's third lung compressor next to a commercial lobster trap. He's robbing a trap. The next day the officer returned to the scene to count the number of lobsters in the affected trap along with two other traps in the area. How many are in there? 1 2 3 6 6 7 7 So, that was two of them. This one from yesterday still has two. Let's get the other one. 1 2 3 4 and 5 5 Well, sums it up. Before we get into the charges, I do want to note that this captain has also been seen on two other channels, Boat Zone and Wavy Boats. They each recorded an incident where he could be seen severely stuffing the bow in the Hallover Inlet, injuring two passengers with one reportedly needing surgery. Afterwards, his son appeared to be walking around amused by the incident and recording it on his phone. We have the links to those videos in the description below. The deputy ultimately charged Maurice with resisting arrest without violence, a misdemeanor charge. He has since submitted a plea of not guilty and his case remains ongoing.
