He failed to appear to his court date and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was later arrested by Flaggler County Sheriff's Office while at a local McDonald's. He pled no contest and was adjudicated guilty. He was ordered to pay $323 in cost and fines, which remains entirely unpaid.
