So, what the are you doing? Cuz I'lling kick you in your face. On August 28th, 2023, police officers got a call about a woman driving on the wrong side of the road. What started as a traffic call quickly turned into something much more serious. Here's what happened next. What's going on, man? Are you okay? Okay. Are you having a medical issue or what's going on? I'm not sure. What's that? Not sure. Okay. Well, how did you end up here? Okay. Want to step out for a second? Okay. Not sure what's going on. Do you have your ID with you? Yeah. You been drinking today? No. No. Not doing any drugs or anything or what? Sir, you want to have a seat in your car? I just don't want you getting hit. I I'll get with you in just a second here. Where are your keys at? Do you know? Out there. Move them out there. Okay. I do not have my keys. What's that? I do not have my keys. Okay. Do you have your ID and your insurance with you? So, how did you end up here? Ma'am, how did you end up here? I don't know what's going on. You don't know what's going on? Okay. Do you have your insurance with you? Where are you coming from? Right over there. Where? Where is right over there? [Music] Okay. Insurance card. Okay. Give me your insurance card. Go ahead. Do you have your insurance card? Officer 29 clear uh very confused right now. Okay. Not exactly sure what's going on. Oh, that one's okay. Yeah. When the cops showed up to investigate, they found the woman completely out of it, like she was living in her own little La La Land. She had no clue where her car keys were and couldn't even remember where she came from or what she was doing. When asked, she casually told the officers she threw her keys out there, waving her hand in some random direction. At that point, it was clear she was either exhausted, extremely confused, or something much deeper was going on. Uh just kind of a figure. I'm not going. I'm not going there. Just relax. Check us out. Let us check out. Okay, now we're going back. Yeah, you have the keys. They said they threw the keys in the field over there. Anything you're not supposed to have, right? No, you're not going there. My squad car. What's happening? Okay, you are going in my spot car until I figure out what's going on today because you're either intoxicated. I'm not in Okay, madam. Are you kidding? Are you kidding? No, you're not kidding me. Walk with me. I'm not in or you're going to be charged with a resisting arrest. Do you understand? I'm not in talk. Okay. They're not playing with you, okay? You're going to do what I tell you to do. Yes. Absolutely. Okay. Absolutely. Until I'm done with my investigation, you're going to be sitting in the back of my squad car. That's fine. Have a seat. Thank you. driver. Oh, that's so she said that something came up. He said that something came up and grabbed the field over here. Oh, there's one there. Did you smell anything on her? Um, she was holding back. She kept her mouth closed the whole time. She's She's obviously holding back, which is fine. Once I get her back here, I'll be able to She wasn't like enough to where I can protect. Do you think she'll sign? The woman's behavior changed instantly the moment the cuffs were on, switching from dumb to aggressive mode. But the officers weren't fooled. They already suspected she was under the influence. Even though she tried her best to hide the smell, it was clear something wasn't right. Her mood swings, slurred words, and wild behavior all pointed to one thing, and the cops were ready to dig deeper. Do you have to have her actually sign it or not? If she refuses, I can refuse. Yeah. Otherwise, I got to take her out. You want to sign a medical refusal, ma'am? Okay, that's fine. I hope you have a better day. Sorry. Can you step over here? Kick your legs out. Okay. Yeah. All right. Here. Why don't we walk up here in front of the car? Okay. Do you have any injuries? Do you have any other ailments, long-term injuries? Do you have any problems with your eyes as far as your eye surgeries or anything like that? No. No. Okay. All right. Have you ever been um arrested for DUI? No. Have you ever gone through standard field sobriety testing? No. Okay. Um, we're going to just go through a couple things here. Make sure that you're okay. All right. Have you been smoking drugs or drinking today? Okay. So, the Miller light that I found in the car is not yours. Who's is that? That's your dad. But it's your car, right? Uh, this one I found in there. Whose is that? Is it not your not yours? All right. You think you can do some uh standard fields so variety tests for me? What's that? You can pass them. Why not? Okay. When the officer asked her to do some easy tests to see if she was okay, she said no. It looked like she was acting like the test was too big or too hard, like it was some kind of big game or challenge. But she didn't even try. And when the officer asked about the beer in the car, she said it belonged to her dad. Even though it was her own car, it felt like the beer had no real owner, like it was just floating around with no one claiming it. Just stand with your feet together. Feet together. Feet together. Okay. Hands at your side. Okay. Can you stand straight? No. Can't hand No. Right at your side. There you go. Okay. Just stand like that the whole time. Okay. Stop moving your head. Okay. I'm going to have you follow the tip of my stimulus here with just your eyes. Okay. Stop. Stop nodding. You keep nodding. Okay. So, I'm going to have you follow just this. Do you understand? Just your eyes. Don't move your head. Do you understand? Yes. Okay. All right. Here we go. Nope. Keep your hands at your side. Keep your hands to your side. Okay. Follow just this. Right. Okay. Here we go. Don't move. Don't move your head. All right. Have you done the uh walk and turn test? Um and you said you have no physical ailments with your you don't have any trick knees or you've never been had a surgery or anything like that? No. Okay. [Music] Okay. I'm going to demonstrate a test here for you. All right. So, if you can stand right here for me. Stand right there for me. We're going to use this white line right here. Oh, no. No. Turn face. We're going to use this white line right here. We're going to start here, heel to toe. Okay. And we're going to walk down the line. We're going to take nine steps heel to toe. Okay. And you're going to count out loud. You're going to keep your hands at your side. Two. Three. Then when you get to the end, you're going to pivot making small steps. Keeping your hands on your side. And then you're come to back down. Nine heel to toe steps. And you're going to nine heel to toe steps. Okay. Can you do that? So, all right. Here. Place your left foot on the line. Now, place your right foot on the line in front of your left foot. Okay. Right foot in front of your left foot. Oh, no. Don't start the test yet. Okay. Just put your foot there. Put your foot in front. Could you put your right foot in front of your left foot? Right foot. There you go. Okay. Keep your toe right behind the other. There you go. Perfect. Okay. Put your left foot. Now, place your right Oh, hold on. Don't start until I tell you. With your heel of the right foot against the back of your toe, place your arms at your side. Okay. All right. Maintain this position until I've completed the instructions. Do not start to walk until I tell you to. Do you understand the instructions so far? Okay. When I say begin, take nine heel to toe steps on the line. Turn around as I demonstrated. The officer gave her very simple instructions, but she looked super confused, as if she didn't understand anything. It was like watching someone try to solve a puzzle without any pieces. Her body was trying to do the test, but her brain just wasn't on board. It felt like her mind had already clocked out and left the room. And take nine heel totoe steps back down the line. Make your turn by keeping your front foot on the line and turn by making a series of small steps with the other foot. Okay. Like we showed you. Okay. So, as you get to the line, you're you're going to make small steps. Yep. So, are you ready? Keep your eyes at your side at all times. Watch your feet at all times. Count your steps out loud. Once you start walking, don't stop until you completed the test. Do you understand the instructions? Begin and count your first steps as one. Okay, go ahead. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. All right. Okay. I'm going to demonstrate this test and then I'm going to have you do it. Okay. Going to have you place your heels and toe uh toes together. Keep your arms to your side. Okay. Do not I'm just I'm going to go through it. I'm going to demonstrate and then I'm going to have you do it. Okay. So, you can stand just at ease. Just relax. I'm going to read through it and I'm going to have you do it. Okay. All right. Do not start the test until I tell you. Uh if you uh Well, okay. Uh when I tell you to raise either foot left or right, approximately 6 in off the ground, keeping your raised foot parallel to the ground. You must keep both legs straight and your arms at your side. Hold that position while you count out loud in the following manner. 1 1,00 or 100 1,002 1003 and so on until I tell you to stop. Okay? So, you're just going to stand like this. You're going to bring your foot up. You're going to count 1,00 1,002. No, I I'm just demonstrating for you right now. Okay? So, just the officer showed her everything step by step, but she still looked totally lost. She couldn't follow the instructions properly. Her balance was all over the place, like a shopping cart with one broken wheel wobbling down the aisle. If someone can't even stand on one foot or follow basic directions, they shouldn't be behind the wheel. It's smarter to call a friend, grab a taxi, or use a ride service. It's not just about rules. It's about keeping everyone safe. You're going to raise 1 foot 1,00 1 1,002 1,003. You can look at your foot 6 in above the ground. Keep your arms at your side. Okay? Keep your arms at your side at all times and watch your raised foot. Do you understand the instructions? Okay. Left foot. Either one. Go ahead and perform the test. [Applause] Can you continue or Okay. Can you can you hold it 6 in above the ground? Nope. Nope. Just 6 in. [Music] Okay, good for [Applause] [Music] [Music] All right. Thank you for being back here. Uh, right now you're in custody for suspicion of drug driving while under the influence of cocaine or alcohol. Okay. [Music] [Music] I've seen my car. Have a seat. [Music] Car refusing to go inside. I think so. Okay. I'm not going in. I'm not doing what you ask me. It's not happening. All right. Come on. No. Don't touch me. Don't you touch me. You want to touch me? No. Do you want to touch me? Step out of the car. No, I would not like to step out of the car. You could take me home. Well, yeah. You can get all the Yeah, I would love to go home. So, what the are you doing? So, I'll kick you in your face. Inside the cop car, she flipped out like a totally different person. Like she finally realized what was coming her way. Her behavior was downright horrible. She started acting like the officers were obsessed with her, throwing the nastiest, most disgusting comments at them. You would love that. I know you. 41 at the jail. Could you have someone meet me on the line? She's refusing to get out of the car. Cuz you want to touch me. Don'ting touch me. Okay. You're not my friend. No, no, no, you're not. So why would I agree with you? Okay. Cuz you're under arrest and if you don't go through with this, then you You're not my friend. Okay. Do you want to go to jail tonight or you want to go? I'm not going to jail tonight cuz you think you're going to do that. You think don't comply with what I'm asking you to do. You go to jail. That's funny. That's funny. That's not funny. That is funny. I have a lawyer. Okay. Where is that lawyer at? He's right here in town. Who's your lawyer? I don't need a lawyer. I have an arrest. I have a lawyer. So, yeah. I don't think that's the president. I don't need to talk to my shot. cuz you're a piece of Who's your wife? You don't have a wife. Oh, that's sad. That is really She died of breast cancer 3 years ago. Good. I'm really glad about that. I'm really glad. So, blame it on me. What's happening? Nothing much. Um, shouldn't be too much of a problem, but she's said she's going to kick me in the face. Oh, no. We're going to introduce her to Officer Kusty here. He's going to finesse this. Hello. Hi. We're going to introduce her to Officer Kusty here and he's going to finesse this. Let's see these troubleshooting skills here. You don't want to get out of the car? We're going to have to pull you out of the car. Cuz you have to get out of the car. You have to get booked. I can go to the car if you're going to be nice to me. We're going to be nice to you. Okay. Thank you. All right. All right. I'll get out of the car. All right, step out for me. I'm not getting out cuz of that guy. It's very rude. That was very nice. All right, we're going to that door over there. Okay, that's fine. Close the door. This dumbest, bratty woman seriously thought the cops were dying to touch her like she was some kind of prize. But what truly crossed every line was when she mocked an officer's late wife who had passed away from breast cancer. For this low life, it wasn't about right or wrong. It was all just fuel to feed her fragile ego. She even waved around her lawyer's number like a trophy and threatened to kick officers in the face. But let's be honest, deep down she knew she was completely screwed. All that disgusting behavior, it was just a shield to hide her own embarrassment and fear. The woman could face charges like failing a DUI test, obstructing a police officer, and disorderly conduct for refusing to follow lawful commands, and behaving aggressively. If she threatened to kick the officer, threatening a public official could also be added. So, in the end, if you enjoyed the video, hit that like button and drop your thoughts in the comments.
