In the end, 27-year-old Kyle was charged with three counts of possession of undersized crawfish, no measuring device in the water, and being over the limit of crawfish. He hired a criminal defense attorney who negotiated a plea deal. He played no contest to being over the limit and was ordered to pay $348 in costs and fees.
