dangerous Behavior the officer decided to pull over the vehicle how's it going good how are you good I'm officer n State Police know I pulled you over no sir no so back by that light instead of getting in your lane you went into the bike lane mhm that's why I pulled you over okay you have a license yes trying to find my license I had her earlier tonight okay where are you guys coming from we're coming from the library who's the owner of the car this my car it's your car yes okay let's see if you can find it for me and then the registration as well as the officer approached the vehicle they found the female driver highly intoxicated and struggling to manage the situation her impaired state was evident making it clear she was unfit to drive the officer requested that she exit the the officer suspected that the female driver was under the influence of alcohol despite these indicators the officer began an investigation by questioning her initially the female denied drinking any she was an adult the officer explained that they needed to conduct a series of tests to assess her level of impairment one of these tests was the horizontal gaze nagus test after administering the hgn test the police officer instructed the female to perform the other field sobriety test which includes the walk and turn test you're going to put place your left foot you want to take those shoes you want to you want to take them off shoes is fine okay put your right foot in front Okay Heel To Toe hands to your side okay remain in that position Holly all right Holly can you imagine a straight line
