She traded her car and her drink for a cage and a very long sentence. It was a pathetic display of violence that served no purpose other than proving that some people simply cannot handle reality or the law. She wanted a fight and the legal system was more than happy to give her one. Joseline was charged with refusing a DUI test, resisting with violence, and three counts of battery on law enforcement. She pled no contest and received nearly 29 months in prison. Personally, I believe 2 years and 5 months is absolutely justified for treating human beings like chew toys.
