suspicious woman at a dock while in route officers were advised that the female was smoking cigarettes near the fuel pump and was asked to leave several times upon arrival officers made contact with a suspect later identified as a 42-year-old female named Melissa ma'am get off your boat don't touch the boat is properly tied properly tied all right ma'am you're not going anywhere ma'am get off your boat you need to get off your boat ma'am get off your boat morning hey good morning do you have her info I do not have info great is because okay well she's going to jail for resisting and you guys got to figure out what's going on with this imply that I've committed a crime to be arrested for which I have you know who vot it is who vest me for resisting I have not committed a crime yes ma'am told you identify yourself you walked away I told you to stop yes you do you're on the city marina you've been told to stop smoking and and now you're drinking you have an over container St smoking and I absolutely container cigarette's right there I'm not drinking out of it did you see your drink from it didn't see your drink from the container but I watched her throw half of a cigarette into the no I certainly my hand ma' I got C we got cameras here then go watch them okay that's fine get off your boat we can do this all day I'm here till I'm here till 5 we can do this all day um I got I off through it the water great he is on his way back he had to walk down there and he said he saw her drinking at the Dy okay all right I have nice great okay ma' at the moment you were trespassing you were littering and we got people saying you were drinking on the dock so you need to get off that boat and talk to us ID yourself and then maybe you'll go you refuse to get off the boat and idea yourself I will climb on that boat drag you out of that boat and take you to jail what do you want you're going to have an additional charge if he has to go on there and get you yes again can whatever you want do down here all right where can I store my my gun belt and right back there all right great here we go you don't have to talk to that I my spinal and then just come out of the boat here are your charges here your charges littering is against c west what did I litter sir fellow officer R he said you did you did it same same with the trespassing you're trespassing on property they want you trespass they don't want you here you're still here there's one of your charges nobody asked me to leave that is not what they said they did not ask me to leave I would have left had they asked me to leave just like I put out the cigarette when I asked at this point we just need you to ID yourself we'll document we had this encounter got to climb on that boat I'm dragging you out of there and you're going to lose your job I'm lose my job you have no jurisdic want to bet I have no jurisdiction 600 ft 600 ft off the off the shore of Key West I have jurisdiction actually this dock BLS the city I have jurisdiction do you want to keep playing this game or do you want to get off this boat what are we doing it be in your best interest just just exit and we'll explain everything while you we go out what are you doing so yeah what would you like us to do in this situation I mean obviously I got ideas an ID local lawyer I need a lawyer please may I have the number of a local lawyer please hang around oh God and the officer is right here man so if you just get off the boat there's no guarantee that you'll even be charged we'll just get your ID understand why I have a deep mistrust of this situation yeah absolutely but if you come out and just talk to us that's that's fine as long as you get off the boat we're not going to have a problem right off the I have not asked anything illegal on your person okay if there's anything illegal on your person or in your backpack and it gets brought into the jail you're getting a felony charge is there anything illegal on your
