When the police tried to place her in the patrol car, she screamed as if she were being taken to hell instead of the police station. She kept yelling and attacking the officers. Clearly, she had made up her mind to break the law and drag herself into more trouble. But the real question is, what exactly was she trying to gain from this outrageous behavior? She was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and trespassing. She was accepted into a pre-trial intervention program lasting one year requiring community service, substance abuse counseling, drug education, psychological evaluation, and payment of fees and investigative costs.
