Are these guys with you? >> Yeah. >> What are they carrying in the buckets? >> I no idea. >> Are they fishing or something up there? >> I don't know. >> Huh? >> But we're going to clean everything. >> Okay. I'm going to make another nice. >> Okay. Okay. Well, have you guys been doing any fishing or anything? No fishing poles in camp? >> No. >> All right. Is that a fish skill in your hair there? >> I mean, we're we're just cooking a fish over here. >> Okay. Let me What? Where'd you get the fish? >> You can sit over here. >> All right. What's in the pot? >> It's a fish. >> Open it up. Let me look. >> Okay. Who caught the fish? >> No, I just got here. >> Huh? >> I just got here. >> Who caught the fish? >> Uh, >> hey guys. Are they with you? >> No. >> Who are they with? >> They're just stuck at their park. >> Hey, bring the buckets down here. All right, you guys got some driver's eyes. Take a look at >> I don't I don't drive. >> Uh who's got license? You have driver's license. >> Is there any guns or anything in any of these vehicles or in the bag? >> No. No arm. Nothing. >> And these guys are not with you? >> No. >> No [ __ ] >> No bull. I mean, um, we are related, but they come with their own car, >> but they're with your group. >> We We didn't come as a group. >> Okay. Okay. What? And you don't have no idea what they have in that bucket up there? >> I don't know. >> All right, guys. Here's here's your chance. Where' the fish come from? Somebody's been fishing. >> Like I said, I just got here. >> Okay. >> I'm about to I'm about to eat. >> Don't leave, guys. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Stay right here. These your guys' bags? >> Yeah. >> What's in them? >> Okay. >> Okay. Who's been cleaning the fish over here? What's it? What's in this? You know, >> I don't know. Hey guys, conservation agent. >> Conservation agent, how are you? >> No English. >> No English at all. Okay. Is there somebody? Do you speak English? >> No. >> So, are you with this group? What's in the buckets? >> The buckets? >> Yep. Take me to the buckets. Let's go. >> Right up here. You guys put buckets in the brush. Come on. Walk in front of me. Come on. Right up here. Keep going. >> Who's up there? >> H. Excuse me, sir. Hey, the one that speaks English. Can I get you come over here? >> Yes, sir. >> [snorts] >> If you speak English, right now is a good time to tell me, okay? Because I I'm going to be fair to get along with, but I don't like this. All right? So, if you speak English, come clean with me right now. Do you speak English at all? >> I don't know. >> Do you speak English at all? >> No. >> None at all or just little? How are you going? >> Huh? >> How are you going? >> I'm good. >> How are you going? >> Hang tight. He's coming over here to help us. >> Sir, you know these two? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, you understand why I'm here, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. They had two buckets that they were carrying down through here. >> They put them in the brush. I want them to take me to them buckets. What are you telling him? >> Huh? >> What all were you telling me? >> All the story that uh that just happened. >> Okay, ask him. Ask him this for me. Where are the buckets and what are in the buckets? >> What's in them? >> What'd he say? Just going to bring it. >> Let's go with you. You care to go up here with me? Thank you for helping me. Can you ask him who's Go ahead and go in front of me. Can you ask him who's up the creek, too? >> Who is it? >> Do I hear one of them? >> All right, stand right there. Ask him whose bucket. >> Both of them. >> So, where's your bucket? Is that it right there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Ask him who's upstream. >> He was with him. Holler at him. Have him come down here. >> So tell him this. I know he's probably fishing without permit and I'm going to be very easy to get along with. >> Mhm. >> But them people up there need to come down here and we need to get this sorted out. >> Okay. When we get this sorted out, what I'm going to do is be on my way. Okay. >> Can you have him have a seat on the gun? Don't move. Tell him not to move. Hello. They were right here, right? You bet. Come on out. There were three of you up here. Hey, come on out. I know you're up here. >> Me? Me? The >> the bur me. Yep. >> Yeah. Me. >> Yep. But there was one more up here. >> Holler. Hey, holler at him. Tell them to come out. >> People come in to me. The the Burme. Yeah. Me. Burmese. >> But the people >> There was one more here. >> Yeah. The people. Not the >> Not with you. >> Sorry. >> They was not with you. >> No. Uh, no. Not my car. Let's go. Not my car. [snorts] You have a seat right by him. >> So, will you explain to him that I'm not leaving until his buddy comes out? There was one more person up there. >> Mhm. >> With a net. And I'm not going to leave until he comes out. Can you explain that to him? And you tell me what he says as soon as you do. >> Okay. So, as you can as you can hear over there, he tried to haul them haul the person up there, but he he didn't respond. So, >> who was it? >> Um, he said he came with the with the car, but the person that came with the person that that is up there came with with him. He said >> with him. >> Yeah. >> So, I ask him who it was. >> He said his friends. >> I need a name. >> A name? No. his name is. >> So, let me ask you guys this. Ask him if is everybody here legal or illegal? Are they in the country legally? >> Based on what I know is yes. >> Okay. So, tell them I'm not going to deal with that at all. >> Uhhuh. Okay. >> Fair enough. That >> they are not allowed. Okay. So, now I need to know where they are. And if they come with him, he needs to get them back down here. >> Him? >> Yep. Cuz they come with him, right? >> Yeah. >> Yep. Tell him he needs to get them and get him back down here with all their fishing equipment. >> You You want to go get him up there? >> I need driver's license from him. And how old is he? He said his driver license in the vehicles. >> Okay. Ask him if he can go get them for me. >> Say yes. >> He said yes. >> Yes. >> All right. Stand right up here and holler at them and get them to come back down here and tell explain to them that I'm going to handle this real simply. >> Okay. It's it's a very minor violation. I'm not going to take anybody to jail. I just want to get this taken care of and I want to see if they've got fishing permits >> to do what they're doing here >> and be done. Okay. >> So, you want me to go? >> Mhm. Just he can holler at them and and they should come >> from here. >> Yeah. You think they run off in the woods? >> He say they can't hear from him. >> Okay. Okay. Well, >> from here you they will not be here. Okay. So, let's um go down there and I want to get his driver's license out of the car and then we'll gather these guys up. Okay. I want to be able to identify both of them. >> Both of them? >> Yep. >> So, you want me to go get them? >> Nope. I'll we're going to go down here to the car real quick and I'm going to identify him and then he can come back up and get his buddies. Okay. Fair enough. >> Okay. >> All right. Let's go. Thank you for helping me. I will treat them clear. I promise you. >> Based on what I know. >> Yes, sir. >> Everybody Everybody is um is so I'm not going to I am not going to deal with that at all. I don't want to I don't want to have to take anybody anywhere for deportion. I don't want to do that. But I want to make sure everybody's got fishing license and they can't take egregious amounts like this. And I guess none of them have fishing license, wouldn't you? >> Huh? >> We guess none of them have a fishing permit. >> Is this pretty common to eat these like you guys are >> in my country? Pretty common. >> Really? >> And And where are you exactly from? >> From Thailand. >> Thailand. You know what that is? >> I do. Why? Why here? >> Why here? >> Yeah. Why'd you come here? >> Really? >> Really? >> Yeah. >> So, you've got a better life here. >> I am. Sometimes I don't see that part of the world. You know what I mean? >> Even Even though right now this is civil war happening in my country. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Is this pretty much all your family? >> Yeah. >> How old is that boy right there? You know, >> he's probably over 30. >> He looks He looks really young. >> No, he's not. How old I am? >> I was guessing you mid20s. >> Mid 20s. >> Yeah. How old are you? >> Almost 30. >> Almost 30. That was close. >> I was born 1996. >> That was close. >> You have driver's license? >> Does anybody here have a fishing permit? He do have it, but it's he left it at home. >> I can search that. >> Search it up with his ID. The driver license. >> Do does he have a social security number? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you was in the heart of the Civil War, was you? >> I was only a child back then. >> So, how long you been in the United States? >> When I got here, I was only like 10 years old. I've been here almost over 15 years now. I go to school, graduate from high school, but I didn't go to college. >> Didn't go to college, huh? >> I got married some when I was young, like when I was like, 20 years old. >> Yeah. >> And then I go straight to war. >> Fishing license or no? Can you ask him what's in that bag? >> He said he don't know. >> Whose bag is it? >> He said he could open it up for you. >> So, I want you to relay this to him. >> Mhm. This is simple matter. All right. If I keep getting lied to, it won't be a simple matter. Okay? I will be as fair a cop as you guys will ever deal with. I promise you that. >> The same thing. >> He don't have one. >> He don't have one. >> Okay. >> Probably. >> Okay. >> He looks really nervous. Is he? >> Yes. >> Okay. Reassure him for me. This is simple. I'm a good guy. Okay. So, open it up and let's take a look. Do you guys have interactions with cops that aren't nice? >> Well, I'm glad to see you guys out here enjoying this. But we just need to do it right. You understand that, right? Let me move him out. >> So tell him this for me. It's really hard for me to believe >> Mhm. >> that that bag of fish is there and nobody knows whose they are. >> Probably the guy from up here. >> Okay. All right. So, I'm going to take you two and you back to my truck. >> Mhm. >> And I'm going to get a little bit more information. And then I'm going to send him up the creek >> to get them guys. >> Okay. >> And tell him this. If he does not come back with them, I will either arrest him or get a search warrant and get an arrest warrant for them. Okay. So, the way this is going to happen, he's going to go up there and get them. >> Mhm. >> He's going to bring them back with all their equipment and all their fish. We're going to take care of this matter right here. And you guys are all going to go home. >> Yeah. >> Okay. If if he does not come back, I will issue a United Stateswide extradition. >> He's going to come back because cuz he's a driver. >> Okay. Okay. >> He's going to come back for sure cuz he's a driver. >> Okay. Okay. As long as he knows that. And I want him to quit being nervous cuz this is going to be a simple deal. >> Fair enough. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Let's step back here and I want to get his social and stuff. in that seat right there. >> So these are pretty much bottom dweller fish and in your country this is what you guys eat. >> Mhm. >> And is it just because this is what's left or is this kind of your heritage? >> Whatever's left for us to eat. I mean, my country is extremely important. The governments, they don't share stuff with the people. >> Well, I'll tell you. I'm glad to see you guys here to get out of that and you understand. We got to do this, right? >> Yeah. >> Or we're going to be in the same boat you guys are, right? >> Ask him how many more fish they have up there. >> They said that's all. >> That's all the fish between all them. >> No, for him boys up there. >> So, not a lot. He said um this is his personal and the rest go without bucket cuz um he was carrying it for him. That's what he said. So this is one person and this is one person he said. Okay. I don't know. [snorts] >> I saw I saw him carrying the orange bucket >> and I saw the younger boy carrying that bucket. >> Yeah, car. You understand? >> So, the way this is is they're just way over limit. Way way over limit of fish. Uh most of them are suckers and bluegill. Um can't keep that many. It's just the way it is. So, and if he don't have a fishing license, he can't keep any at all. >> Ask him if he's ever had tickets before. >> About what? >> Anything? >> Anything? >> He said about like 3 to four years ago, he got a a speeding ticket. >> So, nothing recent that we give him a warrant. >> No, nothing recent. Do you have 23 in the area? What did you say? What did he say? >> You said that's not that's not >> I know. I'm going to separate. >> Tell him bring his stuff with you. Ask him if he dumped the fish before he got here. >> The one with the bag over there. Oh, >> he had fish in this bucket when he took off up there. What do he do with them? >> He did though. Ask him what he did with the ones up there. >> What? What do you mean >> he had when when he took off on him up on me up there, he had something in this bucket. Ask him what he done with him fish. >> He said he don't have anything in the bucket when he went up there. >> Okay. See if he's got a driver's license or some sort of identification. How about the coolers? What's in the coolers? Is there any more fishing coolers? >> The ones in the back of his car. >> Does he care if I take a look? >> Have him leave it open. >> Open that back up. It's up that way. I got it. I need a driver's license, social security card. Ask him why he lied to me. >> He said to He said to be honest, he he didn't know there was a fish because it's not his. >> Okay. Whose are they? Ask him which fish he caught out of this. >> He said the one in the bucket and this one right here. >> One's in the in which bucket? >> Blue bucket. >> Oh, the blue cooler. >> The blue cooler. Yes. >> And these right here. >> That right there. >> Okay. All right. I want you to explain to them what I'm doing here. Okay. Um, you guys have a lot of stuff going on wrong. I'm going to issue you guys each two citations each and they're going to be very simple. That way you can take care of them and it will not break the bank. It's I'm I'm trying to do you guys good. If this is all taken care of, there will be no issues and nothing will be handled through the court other than you guys paying the violations. But if not, there will be warrant issued for everybody's arrest. Okay. Were all three of them using the throw net to take these fish? >> Throw the net. >> Yeah. Ask them if they were all three using them throw nets to take the fish. Yes. >> All right. Real important. Don't move. I'm going to run everybody and I'll be right back with you. You tell them that. >> Yeah. I've issued every one of you citations. All right. And he's going to help me explain this. [snorts] Every one of you got two citations. >> Okay. I've issued >> like two tickets. You mean >> two tickets? >> Yeah. I've issued you uh Kazee. I have issued take game fish by illegal methods and fish without permit. You want to explain that to him? >> Him. I have it. You need a large bass or a white bass. >> He that is a smallmouth bass. >> A small mouth bass. That's a game fish. >> That's a game fish. >> He said he don't know about the fish he caught, so he p >> Yeah, he it was in the bucket. He told me it was. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He it was his, but he he didn't know it's it's a game fish. So, >> Yep. And right here, I issued him fish without permit >> and take over limit of non-game fish. He's got too many suckers. >> What did he say? >> He said he got a fishing license, but it's >> But he made it. >> Okay. And Noah, I issued him fish without permit and take over limit of non-game fish, which is an over limit of suckers. >> Ask him if they all understand what I've just what we've just explained to them. >> Not allowed to go. >> These are yours. No, Kazy, these are yours. And these are yours. This yellow copy >> Mhm. is for them and for their records only. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And they will need to know the number at the top of that, the citation number. >> Okay. You going to tell them that after two weeks >> Mhm. >> they can follow the directions on this blue sheet right here on how to take care of of the citation. If they do not take care of this citation by um November the 4th, which is the court date I have signed to them, there will be a warrant issued for the arrest. >> But uh he said they don't know how to do it and where should where should should they take the paper to? >> So if they don't know how to do that or don't want to pay it during through the mail or online, they can pay it online or through the mail. They have to show up in Camden County at court on November 11th. >> Where's it at? >> Camden. Camden County is the county seat of Cam. >> How far is it from Kansas City, Missouri? >> It's probably 3 hours. >> He want to know if he can come to you and talk to you. >> He can he can get a hold. >> I don't know. Right. Right now. >> No, sir. >> No, sir. Stay right there. >> What's he saying? He said he so what he's saying is he don't know how to how to pay online. >> Is there another court in Kansas City in Missouri that he can go? >> No. >> So [music] he can pay online or options to plead guilty or fine. You can plea on this case if you want to. You can mail in a signed guilty plea waiver below and return um it along with a check or money order to US dollars. So, if he wants to do that, he can fill all this out, >> sign his put his citation number, which is that right there at the top of there. And this right here shows him how he can plead guilty and mail it in. Okay. He just has to call the courts to do that. That's that's how simple that is. Okay. So, if you >> to pay online, he just got to call the online. I mean, the >> So, if he want if he wants to pay online >> Mhm. That right there. Go to that. >> That right there is the You want me to underline that for him? >> Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead. >> Let me grab my pen over here. >> So, I'm going to put on here after two weeks >> from now on. >> Okay. After two weeks, he can go online here and enter the information on these citations right there. And that will give him the way it'll walk him through how to pay that online. >> Okay. >> Is it the same number? The citation >> there's two different numbers. >> He'll have to do it for each citation. >> So can you say can can you separate them? >> Yes, they are separated. >> So those two together and that go together. >> The white papers are all the same, right? Are they all the same? >> Yes, they're all the same. >> The only difference is these. So, you want to know how much he's >> I don't know. The courts will not allow me to give a price. >> So, as soon as he said he want So, when [music] you get on the website, are they going to show him the how much that they're going to pay for it? >> Yes. >> And it'll be a standard fine on the website. >> So, are we an understanding on what's going on? >> So, the deadline is on November 4th. >> Deadline is November 4th. If they choose not to take care of this online, >> they have to show up to court on November the 4th in Camden County. Can you have him to put his fish these fish back in that bucket and them fish back in that one? >> Yep. >> Yeah. If they both want to come down there, that's fine. I need them back then put back in that bucket put in that bucket. I appreciate your help today. Yeah, that's a lot of the reason I did not ride a bunch of tickets here cuz you guys have been good to deal with and I I really appreciate that. Hopefully I've been the same to you guys. Can't say that, can you? I'm glad to see you here instead of where you guys are at, though. I I'll tell you that right now. Sounds like it's not a good it wasn't a good place. I know it's going to be a lot more worse if you run away. >> It's going to be a lot worse if you run away. Save me back. >> You know what he said? >> No. >> He said it's going to be your last time seeing it. >> Tell him I want him to come back and enjoy it, but I want him to do it right. >> He said he he does have a license fishing license, but he he just left it on his heart. >> Got to have it on his person. But and tell him this. This right here is for everybody to enjoy. >> Me and you guys. >> I want to see you guys back here enjoying it. >> Like I said, I I just want you to do right. >> What's he saying? >> He said u all all these fish otherwise he he wouldn't do himself. >> I understand that he um >> cuz um we got to I understand that. I understand that. It's not just for one person everything like difference as soon as you get back to your house. >> Yep. >> Tell them I want them to take their fish nets with them and their cooler. All I'm going to take is the fish. Thank you for your help today. >> Thank you >> guys. Have a good day. >> What did you say? >> What did you say in our language? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to put this back over here for you. You said the one. Is that okay? >> Yes. Yes. >> You You guys are good. Go ahead. Like I said, I want you guys to enjoy this. I really do. >> Um, go ahead and eat your lunch. Do what you want to. I'm not running you off of this area. >> Yeah. As soon as we get um finish our lunch, we'll go to >> you. Yeah. And you guys can stay all all you want. >> They can stay forever. Come back, do whatever you want. Enjoy your lunch and enjoy your day. It was the first time getting chicken. >> I understand. >> Everybody's nervous, including including me. As you can >> you can see, I'm kind of nervous in, you know, the way I'm talking. >> Hope hopefully I have kind of put your guys' mind at ease on this contact. >> Mhm. >> Cuz I I don't want it to be a bad contact, you know, but this this is what I do for a living. >> Yeah, I know. >> I understand. >> I What I understand are you guys are really good individuals. You've treated me good. >> You've done what I've asked. I I I have respect for you guys. I really do. >> You said you took his ID. Did you take his ID? >> Did I take your ID? >> Yeah. >> I I do have respect for you guys and I'm glad you're here. I you know I I am. And this is no this is nothing on my end. I I don't hold a grudge. If you if I see you guys down here again, I want you to come up and shake my hand. Say, "Ah, how's it going?
