So, what happened? >> I want these greasy things out of here as fast as possible. >> He's upset because he's been hurt by the police. But anyway, years ago, she's on phone. Lazy [ __ ] pardon my French. She called the police because my brother wanted her to get rid of the phone. She wouldn't. So, he threw the phone on the porch. >> This one and the other one called the cops. >> Okay. >> And caused this whole big thing with my family. No wonder my family can't stand them. I'm here to help my brother. >> Mhm. >> So, now he can't get a job because he got arrested that night. >> Okay. >> And she apparently told the police all this [ __ ] and it's on record. He can't get a [ __ ] From the moment officers stepped inside, it felt like a shouting contest with no winner. Everyone talked, nobody listened, and blame flew everywhere. One said it was a mistake. Another blamed old drama. The bitterness was loud and clear. It was sad to see a family this torn apart, fighting their own blood instead of fixing anything. >> [ __ ] job. He can't go with uh FedEx. He can't get any job at all because of my niece. Now today, here's how it started. She's a nasty [ __ ] Okay. Damages the car all the time. It's now total. It's right out here. >> It wasn't her fault. >> Yeah, it wasn't. It usually is because she's an Enough with the name. >> ANYWAY, OKAY. SO, NOW SHUT UP. >> BOTH OF YOU. STOP. >> NO, I'M NOT. >> STOP. BOTH OF YOU. >> I HAVE A HEART PROBLEM. >> STOP. STOP THAT. DAD, STOP. Calm down. Stop. >> So, anyway, so what happened? Um, he can't get work now. They don't have a car because of another accident that she had. >> Okay. >> And they have no money coming in because of these two. He can't get work. >> And I'm sitting here trying to help my brother. I don't care about them, but I care about my my brother. And now today, he asked her simply, "Could you do the towels for me? They were in the truck and I need them right now." She yelled out, "No." >> Okay. >> I came out and I said, "Mary, throw the towels in with." She doesn't answer you. Okay. >> Five times I finally screamed. She started screaming at me, calling me a [ __ ] and a [ __ ] all this [ __ ] And I came back at her. I don't take >> Mhm. >> Okay. That's how it started. >> She was Everybody was yelling and screaming. I'M CALLING THE POLICE BECAUSE SHE'S having breathing issues. It wasn't because >> you need ambulance. >> No, she makes believe. Okay. Stop. >> Mary called the police. Now she says I'm innocent. She's called the police before and my brother can't get work because of my niece. >> He can't get work. >> Okay. He He Now I had guns. I lived in North Carolina. I had a concealed. I'm good. He had guns. The police took them away. Okay. >> That's protocol. >> Yes. And they didn't get them back and he said, "That's fine. I don't need them." >> All because of her. >> Okay. >> Everything starts today. They're yelling and screaming because of her with the car. And that's your niece. >> My niece. >> And that's their daughter. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Thank Christ. >> Mine would be an educated person. >> We don't need to. >> I'm sorry. But you know, >> I understand you're frustrated. >> I understand that, but you don't need to to >> Here's another sample. Okay. Just so you know what goes on here. For a freaking year, she had a good career starting with my father was trying to help her get her uh hair to do hair and nails and stuff. Her father paid nothing for it. >> HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. THAT'S YOUR JOB. >> THAT'S RIGHT. >> SO, SHE went to school. She needed certain hours. She during CO instead of Mary trying to get online and then make appointments that whole year co was almost over. She could have gotten her 30 hours to get she sat on her lazy ass in there and she let her. >> DON'T DENY IT. SHE DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT. >> OKAY. All right. Stop. >> She doesn't have a career now. So now she has to deliver tuna sandwiches and pizzas. That's all she has. Now she the car is damaged. >> Instead of handling the situation, the family turned it into a full-on history lesson of complaints. Past arrests, money troubles, broken cars, all brought up as if they mattered now. The yelling escalated and personal attacks flew back and forth. Honestly, it was hard to take them seriously. Adults, maybe in age, but not in behavior. My brother has gone through hell because of her. >> Okay, he doesn't need to take that anything out on me. I wasn't here for that. >> Let me explain. He has gone through so much between when he went to court with the police, with my sister. He's got a problem with my family, which are they're screwed up. My sister, >> he went to court. He got a bad >> I can do whatever I want. I'm not involved in that. I'm a third party. between these two. Don't ever tell me when I can breathe, when I can go in my house. Unless if I commit a crime for you and >> I was arrested 5 years ago. I did [ __ ] >> Mary said I couldn't breathe. >> Mary didn't call the Mary said she called any >> that one that's sitting in your car that >> was it because you were off your medication for 9 days. The cops worked on her for seven hours. I sat here for seven hours. >> Police that were lies. >> SHE'S OFF THE WALL. SHE'S OFF THE WALL. >> They can't. >> I never said I was going to shoot this goddamn next door. HE SHOT BOTH MY DOGS WITH A BB GUN AND HURT HIM. [screaming] >> WHEN I GOT TO COURT, HE DENIED IT. AND I SAID, >> YOU KNOW WHAT HE SAID TO THIS GUY? THIS THIS a black guy. HE DID THIS TWICE. I'LL YOU UP. Big garbage man. Black guy. So the second time he did it, I stood here and I said, "I'll call you." He hasn't stopped YELLING. WE WENT TO STOP YELLING. AND I ADMITTED THAT I TOLD HIM SOMETHING. >> Calm down. >> The church calm down. Calm down. Calm down. >> I have people talking like this. That's all we're saying. >> OH, HERE SHE COMES. OH, NO. THAT'S >> YEAH. >> WHAT'S THAT? ANOTHER COP. JESUS CHRIST. YEAH, IT'S A TOP OF THE DESK. >> NOBODY GOT SHOT. YOU'RE YELLING AT US. >> I'M NOT YELLING AT YOU. IS THIS OUR YELLING? NO, I'M YELLING AT US. IT JUST HAPPENED. You have to be there. We just got to understand what's going on. >> I'M NOT YELLING AT YOU. >> WE DON'T NEED ALL THESE POLICE. >> I'M NOT YELLING AT YOU. >> LISTEN, MA'AM. Do me a favor. Stop. >> This is what happened [laughter] last time. We're just TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IN BETWEEN me cuz >> I'm not yelling. >> Okay, >> we told you. We told him everything. He knows. >> We don't need to repeat it again. >> There was no >> You're a good man. I'm trying but he's making everything very difficult. >> I know you know everything. >> I'VE HAD IT [laughter] DIFFICULT. >> I've heard that difficult. >> I've heard you need to calm down. He >> is great. >> You just need to calm down. >> WE'RE GOOD. [laughter] I'M TALKING TO >> HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY. THIS IS MY STITCH. YOU DON'T HAVE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, LEAVE. >> IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? YOU ARE TRYING TO BE HAND. [laughter] WELL, it was the tow truck. >> It was a big big tow truck. >> He didn't She didn't get any information. She had a hair airbag on, so she couldn't see the police. She couldn't see the >> So, it was a hit and run. >> The cops begged them to calm down at least 20 times and got ignored every single time. This wasn't a family argument anymore. It was a public hate fest with badges stuck in the middle. Honestly, it felt like a disaster waiting to happen. Imagine trying to have Thanksgiving dinner with this lot. >> The guy left. It was a dump truck. There's tons of them that look everywhere. >> Did you report it? What? Where? What time was it? >> It has a police report in Oakland. >> Oakland. Okay. >> Um, Oakland has the police report. >> See, but him talking about sabotage and stuff. >> Don't worry about him. >> No, she doesn't. She doesn't want to go. >> That's not a problem. He's upset. >> Jesus Christ. >> She doesn't feel threatened or harassed. >> My niece harassed. So, it was an argument between >> because of my knees. I'm talking to you. >> I I everyone when I got in, everybody was shouting. I couldn't even make heads or tails who was who was arguing with who. She says that she the everyone was over was arguing, but it was the the brother was arguing with with or she was arguing with her. It was just everything was out of control. I I couldn't calm anybody down. >> Um I have so I have >> Who who was her? >> She was complaining this lady. I was just talking with lady with the night on is the sister of him and she they're they're saying that they want her out of the house cuz she's not doing anything. >> They told her to get the towels out of the car or something and she said no I'm not doing that and an argument ensued between everybody. Okay. >> Um but they told her she >> Anyone make threats or anything? I don't think I couldn't tell but no but but he's been hot and heavy getting us out of the house pigs slime balls and >> two know how to [laughter] do it >> because my brother my niece called the police you got 10 people this one our tax she don't know >> we have to borrow the second time [laughter] the same unfortunately um well for now um I'm not giving I rent a house It's almost total. >> It's int like she until she gets like 20 or 30 ft away. >> Trouble where she couldn't react. He pulls out with a big dump truck. Look at the little niece. Look at that poor car because of my niece. >> The car spun halfway around. >> It was the tow truck. >> It was a big big tow truck. >> He didn't believe it. I wish she could either. >> Can you stay outside right now? >> I want to check on my cat. I'm going to go in my room. >> He didn't want to do nothing. >> Danny, I don't want you having a heart attack. I want her to have a heart attack. And go back. >> Who? >> Everybody. >> Who? Who? WHO IS HER? >> SHE WANTS MARY to have a HEART ATTACK. >> MARY IS IN THE CAR. She called the police for you and now we have >> Wait. Mary's in what car? >> Police. I I get Let them take her away. >> NO. SHE IS MORE TROUBLE. WHY DON'T YOU GO ON OUT THERE WITH HER? [screaming] YOU KNOW WHY? YOU RUINED HIS LIFE. >> You >> backup kept rolling in because nobody could shut up long enough to breathe. The award for America's most dysfunctional family was clinched right there on the porch. Sister-in-law claimed innocence, saying she just wanted peace while painting the others as the household wreckers. And boom. She made a severe mistake. >> I'll say two sentences. Just remember, go in there. This is OUR TWO. >> I'M GOING IN THERE. GO. >> Why do you leave? >> COME ON. >> I'M GOING IN my room and shut the door. >> Let's go to your room. You're not shutting THE DOOR. DON'T COME IN MY CUZ SHE'S not >> you want TO COME IN AND SOMEBODY [screaming] OR WHAT? I DON'T KNOW WHAT >> NOT ONE BIT. >> YEAH. >> Here's the towels that the lazy [ __ ] was supposed to You're not coming in here. You're coming in. >> I'm not letting you close THE DOOR. >> MY CATS ARE IN THERE. >> I DON'T THEN in >> I'm going TO THE YOU SON OF A MY CATS ARE >> YOU'RE KICKING ME. YOU KICKED ME ONE MORE TIME AND YOU'RE GOING TO THE GROUND. I PROMISE YOU. I PROMISE YOU THE GROUND. >> I CAN'T KICK HIM. >> I DIDN'T hit him. I HE KICKED HIM IN the air. KICK ME RIGHT IN THE AIR. [screaming] >> NO, I KICKED THE AIR when he said I touched him. >> Okay, >> Danny, check my cat. >> During questioning, if you want cannot pay for a lawyer, won't be appointed representative without cost. >> She kept insisting she only kicked the air, but officers saw enough to make an arrest. Even while being taken into custody, her yelling didn't stop. What a horrible, miserable bunch of people. It's like chaos follows them everywhere they go. She was arrested and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, eluding an officer, and disorderly conduct.
